[Resolved] KFC — complaining about amount debit but no confirm order | |||
I had made an online order on the KFC app and paid via google pay. Money got debited from my bank account but the order did not get confirmed. Then I had to pay cash for the order. Order no. 17449435, amount: 844.00. Google pay UPI transaction id :[[protected]]. Date: 29 Feb 2020. Request to please refund the amount asap. if you guys cant able to refund me back atlest let me know so that I forgot and think i donate that amount to a fraud company. coz every time I call their consumer helpline no one able talk just playing passing to a ball game. my number is and my mail id is raman.[protected]@gmail.com. Mar 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved no, any such mail i got from company nor amount is credit in my account simply they mark to resolve. means consumers have to suffer. KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
