KFC — food quality, items and billing | |
At wijayawada railway station kfc we went in the evening to have food at kfc. Couldn’t even imagine it’s kfc or what they don’t have anything except chicken and rice not even burger they had. Still we ordered for our expectation of kfc. My major complaint is that they served us with very old chicken and old fried it smelled like anything. They didn’t give us the bill once we pay the money. After we took the food we asked for the bill they said they have put trhw bill but forgot to take printout and said if you want we will give some other bill with the same amount earlier printed. How irresponsible they were towards the customer and service. I will not say it’s their mistake as kfc given franchaisee for the brand at that place they should have had the quality and maintenance check ups which you all failed to do. Also made us to eat old chicken. I’m sending the proof of the kfc outlet also sharing the bill. You have to take immediate action for this complaint and do the needful to us. Otherwise i will have to file a complaint agagin kfc at the consumer court. Also fssai. Customer satisfaction if you all are. It maintaining the quality means in that case our time money and health is highly important for us. Past one day fully food poison as we ate that chicken.
