KFC India — (7up drink) kanchipuram kfc staff's giving (ice water instead of 7Up)every time they are doing the same

This complaint regard the negligence of the Kfc staff's...I visited so many times KFC(kanchipuram branch) every time there doing the same mistake (I ordered 7up but they are giving ice water with5%soda flavor) and also they are using pepsi cup for all drinks .very poor service .it was happened so many times please take action regard this issue...thank you
