This is to bring to your kind notice that i tejinder pal singh visited janpath branch on 21.04.2018 with my wife and kids at around 10.33 and we ordered the food.
The zinger burger was served to me i complaint about the bun it was too hard they gave me new one but again the taste was not that good which u use to serve and the other chicken which i ordered was also hard and there were mors complaints by the other persons. It was my last visit to kfc.

    Got a 1000rs from a friend.
    But when orderd a 1300rs meal we could only redeem 100rs from that gift card. The girl at the counter could not redeem full amoutn. And the remaining amount is still there but cannot be redeemed.
    Need solution for this.

    When i talked to the manager he could not resolve the issue, he said some sort of transaction id is needed even though i provided every shred of information.
    1) the coupon code.
    2) the buying details. Bank transaction id
    3) the bill for the food.

    Hi,
    I had ordered food from kfc and its not delivered. Also KFC's app dosen't work properly. Kfc's home delivery is very pathetic. If they can't deliver the food then why they took order for home delivery. I want refund please help.

    I ordered KFC bucket with Noida KFC outlet.they promised me items will be delivered in 30 minutes but it took him 2 hrs to deliver the product.and also store manager and delivery boy misbehaved with me on phone call.i want strict action to be taken against them if not I will raise the complain with higher authorities.i want reply asap.
    I have purchased a gift voucher for rs.1000/- through kfc app on my hand phone on 6th april 2018 through my debit card. The amount got credited in kfc mumbai account. I have not received any gift voucher or e-mail till date. Tried various points to contact kfc no proper reply. Will i get voucher or my money back ?

      Today i have plan for outing with my family and i have coupon of meal from nearbuy app but your amnora mall outlet can't give me services due to net problem all staff spoken argantlly it was very disappoiting me. Take action as early as possible on this type of problem and never happen this again with any customer. This types of insident dicress your brand value from market.

        I had ordered food being a very regular customer of kfc but the staff at ansal plaza branch on ferozepur road, ludhiana, punjab were extremely dumb, couldnt find the simplest address and on telling him off he said collect if from the branch. Then eventually it was delivered cold, no mention on the boxes both burgers in the zinger box which caused a major mixup. After that the manager was rude and arrogant. Definitely not upto kfc standards! Very dissapointed!

          Dear sir,
          I'm team member of kfc of eldeco mall, sector-12, faridabad. The food quality is very cheap because we use expired bun because we have to do it in the order of restaurant manager. At the time of checking we throw expired bun in the dustbin and after that we use bun from dustbin. I always feel guilty of customer but i can't do anything.

          There is one other issues of all team member that is team member have to work 10 hours or some time 11 or 12 hours.
          And the shift time is only 9 hours. All team members are helpless they can't do anything.

          Managers are ruling over the team member.

          Please look into the matter for kfc growth.

            Have visited KFC at forum Bangalore, placed my order for dinner in. I choose to pay using paytm. the actual bill value was 365 rupees but they have debited 800 rupees from my paytm wallet. During payment the staff at the counter asked to have my mobile to complete the transaction via paytm.When I vrified my paytm transaction history found this and approached the store sharing them the paytm transaction ID, mobile number and the picture of the bill. No proper response from them. Tried calling the restaurant and have given all the details to a guy (Girish). No response. Then approached them again and

              On 19th april 2018, when i ordered for a hot and crispy bucket at the kfc store in pondicherry near jipmer campus, i was shocked to find that the chicken was raw and not cooked through with blood oozing out as i bit into it.
              When asked to the employee at the counter, i was further shocked at his response that it was oil and not blood. I had to further open it up and show him the blood and quiz him on the colour of oil and the colour of blood to which he and the manager agreed that the chicken was raw.

              Poor food standards.

                Yesterday afternoon i had gone to the kfc outlet at city centre 1 salt lake kolkata and placed and order for takeaway.

                When i received the paper bag containing my food i was astonished to find that the order seemed to fit into such a small bag, so i asked the lady at the counter to double check. She said that she had checked. When i insisted, she rummaged through the bag pointing out the items. All the items were in paper envelopes and there was no way for me to verify, so i took your employee's word for it. As i was about to turn away, she suddenly called after me and said that she had forgotten to put in the order of large popcorn chicken. She took back the carry bag to add the box of popcorn chicken. I realised that the lady at the counter was rushed and didn't seem to care about what she was handing out to the customer, so i made her check again and she insisted that she had only forgotten to put in the popcorn chicken. Everything else from my order was already in the bag.

                However, when i got home and removed the food from their brown paper envelopes, i found that one chicken zinger burger was missing from my order. Since i had already reached home, which is almost 12 km away from the outlet, there was no option for me to go back and complain about the missing burger.

                This is the second time i have faced such a situation where items purchased for takeaway have been missing and i have realised it only after returning home. The first time i attributed it to human error and did not complain. But it happened again at the same store, for a second time yesterday, and i am rather irritated with the callousness of your employees.
                First time is an error, when it happens more than once, that too at the same outlet, it becomes suspicious. I got the impression that this is a regular occurrence as she would not have given me the popcorn chicken, had i not asked her to check twice.

                I hope to you will take my complaint seriously band i hope to hear from you soon.

                  Food was not delivered within the promise time and called the customer care to complain they kept promising 10 min call after the calls for almost 45 min finally food comes 11:05 pm for delivery when requested to cancel the order. Amount is still not refunded.

                  Worst response and service which i have not faced with any other food service or restaurant.
                  Customer care doesn't own up or register any complaints not the store takes care of the customers.
                  They made me increase my blood pressure and i have to sleep with out food

                    Hi visited kothapet branch with my kids and ordered for veg zinger for my kids they took the order and even after 25 minutes they did not delivered, when i checked at the billing counter, they don’t have any queue mechanism indeed they did not had my order details also, later the guy at the billing counter started searching for my order they could not find my order. My order number was 30. Then i requested the guys to cancel my order and refund my money back after 45 minutes they were just searching for my order details and told will prepare the order. My kids along with m walk out of the restaurant without any m al this is one of the worst restaurant branch without any ethics and poor customer service. Jut minting customer money and charging heavily to the customer.

                      I had ordered on[protected], amounting to 911.08 rs. After waiting for two hours, i got my order cancel as it was not delivered. On cancellation i was given a ticket number-1506 and was told that money would be refunded in 7 working days.
                      After 7 days when i contacted the store (Pvr anupam saket, ahluwalia building) they told me they had no such information about the refund and the ticket number earlier given to me was just the receipt number of the bill.
                      When i told them my problem, they told me, that they will be sending the refund mail and money would be refunded in next 10 days.
                      Till now i have not received any refund and on contacting the store, they say that they have no information about this.

                      This is least expected from a brand like you to harass the customers for the refund.
                      Please sought this immediately or else i will be forced to take action against this.

                        I am manoj from chandigarh ([protected]) on 12/04/18 i ordered one super six bucket and alphanso burst for takeaway from sector 34 chandigarh outlet amounting ₹618.37 by tez upi app (Screenshots attached) which was due to some internet problem doesn't seem to be paid at that time. Third time it was shown that payment is received but to my surprise when i reached sector 34 outlet they said that they haven't received any such order and i was harassed for 2 hours. I contacted customer support which doesn't connect i emailed customer support which also didn't got a reply. Now i want my 1855 ₹ back and action upon the persons who are responsible for this. Please resolve this as soon as possible otherwise i have to go to police and give complaint against kfc sector 34.

                          I bought a veg rice bowl from kfc in building advant navis, sec 142 noida, uttar pradesh. I found a fly stuck inside the veg strip (Photo attached)
                          Manager justified saying it would have vanished if it had come during the frying so it must have entered while it was placed on their shelves from where their guys pick up for serving.
                          Shocking to see the ignorance towards hygiene at the store.
                          Ps - the door of this kfc is missing since a week and they have put a poly sheet instead

                            I bought an offer from nearbuy and they accepted it.
                            Instead of providing me with the options i opted for, they were rude to me and gave me a pepsi can worth rs.25 instead of mojito with is for 69 bugs.
                            When asked they were very rude and said they can only offer the can and if you don't want it, you may leave with the burger only.
                            Is this the service you are providing.
                            Kindly call me at [protected] as i expect some senior manager ro listen to my problem and would like to take it to another level of complaint

                              Sir, today o visited kfc in mall of amritsar in amritsar city of punjab state in india. Firstly i order four thies and two leg with combo of pepsi and fries but they brought me two leg grilled piece instead of hot & crispy. When refuse to take it they ask me to pay 42 rs more and bring me again incomplete order they requested me to cooprate and also promise to serve remaining order on their own service but after waiting so much time i walked away from there.                                 I have purchased 2 buckets 2 veg rice bowls and one burger meal in cost of 1112 rs as take away

                                When i reached at home there is no rice bowl in the pack

                                I am staying 15 km far from the restaurant that kind of trust is not expected from such a big brand

                                Please resolve the issue i feel embarrassed when i opened the pack in front of my family members who are vegetarian

                                  I was disgusted to see as i entered one of your stores that there was a dead fly on the counter. This is so unhygienic and disgusting to look at, and i felt disgusted to eat there. After eating the food i felt sick and unwell as a direct result of your store’s uncleanliness.in addition to this, i raised this issue with one of the staff members and he did not seem to think this was a big issue. I was horrified to see that he did not take my complaint seriously

                                    Pathetic app, didnt generate order number but charged me for the order.

                                    Notice this in the email below, this is payment for my 2nd order today. Yes i ordered twice but only once the order was delivered. Second time the order number was bit generated but my credit card was charged. See the email below for details.

                                    Check your finance records and now i am going to uninstall your app, as you clearly cannot handle the app orders properly.

                                    Also, not gonna order again from kfc.

                                      I placed online order at 9.52 pm on sunday 8th april and received at 11.30 pm . The food was even not warm forget the hot. Every time on calling customer care they used to say : sir within 5 to 10 minutes your order will b deleviered.
                                      Friends donot beleive on online order on kfc. Very poor service. Actually the time was 11.30 in the night otherwise i wanted to visit the store and teach them a lession.

                                      I have cancelled the order and amount was deducted from my account .the manager told me that you will get the refund in 2 days but its 2 weeks I didn't get any refund until now i visited the Bangalore garuda mall outlet my amount was 286 rs

                                        I visited the kfc outlet at t2 (Arrivals) mumbai chattrapati shivaji international airport along with my friends.. We orderd for meals and also seperately for soft drinks. We found that somthing was wrong with it as it had a bad taste. Same we i formed to the manager mr mohammad zasim at the kfc outlet. To which is disagreed and said that only you are compalining and from morning i have people visiting my outlet and no one complained which was very rude and not acceptable. We have our right to raise out voice and inform what is wrong. Infact he disagreed on the same and gave us a replacement of another soft drink. Even that soft drink had that spoiled bad taste and we refused to take and asked for our money. To our suprise mr mohammad staright declined and said us ifh u wanna have this than have o else we are not gonna give your money back!! Thats the worst customer service i ever experienced.. He said us to have the same spoiled soft drink rather than giving out money back. I mean this is totally unfair where we pay the money and u sell us the spoiled bad taste drinks. Worst ever experience ever and ill make sure i take it much ahead to the food and service department even and tell them that you people are just taking money from poor people and selling them spoiled products. I really dint expect this from a big brand like this.
