Hi,
Look i am very disappointed by this behaviour. Dated 02/05/2016 19:46 from kfc online website i have order (Order reference #:6067172) super sixes item. But unfortunately kfc lajpat nagar-2, delhi outlet refuse to deliver.
Since then no communication received from kfc, not even a apologise. This is so agonising to feel like.
So request you get my refund amount which is 530.49.

In 10 pieces of hot and crispy bucket they are putting 5 wings. I ordered 2 buckets of 10 pieces each so i got 10 wings 5 in each box this is very disappointing kfc is making there customers fools its like ordering wings bucket kfc is looting the customers. Why do they have to put more wings? They should put all the pieces in equal quantity.

    Hi team, this is to bring to your notice the disappointing service experienced at a1 mall kfc joint ahmedabad. We appreciate that all employees were differently abled but that should not compromise your quality. It was on 4may evening after 10 pm when we ordered grilled chicken, chicken wrap, veg burger, fries, chicken strips and drinks for 4 o[censored]s. Cold drink was replaced by mango shake which was loaded with artificial colour and essence. Burger, strips and fries were fine but grilled chicken was oozing blood which was unacceptable and my father got really sick after eating, we should have returned the order but as it late and also it took quite a lot of time to make the staf[censored]nderstand the order at the first place so didn’t had the time and patience to communicate again. This is unacceptable and we demand to be compensated for this miserable service.

      We went to kfc outlet at vasant kunj mall in delhi, in ambience mall on 05 may 2018. We ordered for one smoky bowl rice, two chicken longer and one pop corn chicken.

      The rice was very poor and burger was cold and tasteless
      The salesman was indifferent and careless
      It has shaken our confidence in kfc
      Will never again go to kfc and share our experience with others

        This complaint is on so called kfc (India). Which only sells chicken to customers not the good service!
        Im g c mouli from hyderabad telangana my complaint is,
        On the 28 th of march 2018 order time is 15:38, i ordered some food on kfc website and made payment through net banking,
        Total ordered food value is 380 rs! After that my order is not booked but money is debited from my account. Regarding this i contacted kfc customer care 5 times! Every time when i contacted kfc the response is "your message is received by our customer care team" but till now i dint get any proper response from kfc! I dont know what the kfc customer care is doing?? Why the kfc not providing a customer care number for consumer complaints?? They only providing that useless contact message option which is no use! I request consumer forum india to take a necessary action against the kfc india! So that people like me should not suffer in future!

        consumer complaints indiaa, , see there is no response from KFC INDIA !! its about 5 months the issue .
        why the government gave permission to the company like KFC to sell there goods ! its a 1 one fraud company which dont give service to customers money and also so a reply to there complaints !! please kindly take a necessary action regarding the issue . im not asking for my self there are lot of people who are cheated by KFC ! see there are 844 complaints out of 18 is resolved see how the company treating Indian customers.

          The kfc in ahmadabad cg road is incompetent. They take hours for simple orders. They mess up the orders all the time and cut corners with the food. The rice bowl is not even half filled. The hot and crispy chickens are always undercooked and even raw sometimes. They have forgotten to deliver the cold drinks many times. They don't even send the ketchups and spoons most of the time.           I have ordered one popcorn medium chicken and i paid rs 110 and when i asked for bill they told machine problem. I told him to rectify it and give me bill and told him to give on table or i will collect it. At last when i was about to leave the restaurant i again asked for the bill.

          The manager was rude at me saying that you should have collected the bill its consumers duty to collect bill not our duty to give you bill.

            I want to inform that today 03.05.2018, I lost my mobile phone at your store at Matigara, siliguri but no cc tv are working there.
            This is very sad to know that you are running a big store there but no cc tv are working . The store manager said to me that from last few weeks your cc tv are not working.
            My request is that please look into this matter immediately and resolve that. I want a positive feedback frm your end. the mobile may be not a big issue but some big incident may happen any time.I also lunched a legal complain to my local police station regarding this matter.

              Helo place is thalassery kfc district kannur. The ordered wings as well as other eatable product seems to be very salty. But first we had n t notice that, the n we had ordered pepsi, then also we noticed salty in pepsii too... I dont know what thesee fellows are using in these things.Another great thing is that washroom water is also so... Salty Then we are satisfied with our overall finding... Pls take neccessary steps to improve or stop these nuisances... We had complained there but i think they are taking it in very casual manner. We customers are no ###.

                severe delay in the delivery and food is cold

After half an hour of ordering, store people called me and said there are no delivery boys available and it will take one hour time. But they took three hours to deliver and that too cold ones.                 My self mallikkarjun i have ordered kfc on wednesday (11 april 2018), due to delay i have called the store and cancelled the order and they haven't given any acknowledge msg also. It has been 2 weeks that my payment of 730.48 hasn't credited to my account. Unexpectedly i have lost the order number but my transactions done thru mobile number [protected]. The store which took the order address is ground floor, rk cineplex mall, road number 2, banjara hills, hyderabad, telangana 500034.

                  I made an online payment of 2000/-. The money got deducted but order wasn't placed. I placed another order(2000/-) as I needed it for guests. however same thing happens. I called customer care to make a complaint. But no money has been refunded yet. Im talking about 4000/- here. So disappointed at lack of response.
                  First time I called they said, wait a few days you'll receive it. And then I called again and she said email us and we'll try to respond

                    Today on 28 april.. I came to kfc at sector 34 chandigarh. It was 10:50. I waited 10 minutes and then go to the counter for my order. But they said please wait for more 15 minutes. And it was already 11:03.. I came from 5 km away for your food and you disappointed me there... Now i am going to switch to mcdonald's. I am disappointed with this... Be adament on you words..

                      Yesterday i visited kfc branch in ambala jaggi petrolpump.. They are not accept payment via credit card or another via digital payment.. It is not a good thing.. Please correct this wrong thing. I will be complaint in consumer court. I am working in bank and also installed swipe machine. I check their, there is no issue in machine and network is ok..

Again i purchase garuda mall kfc ur staff abhishek u go to discount code and discounted to cunningham road kfc restaurant. This discount code apply all over india i know.                           Today i purchased 5 in 1 meal box from swiggy and bill no is [protected] dated[protected]
                          The bun and chicken used in burger is not fresh old stock as a result i ate the whole stuff if something happens to my health i will complaint to FDA.
                          When pepsi one full bottle is available for 35 rs. Ifsc is charging more than that amount for just a cup of pepsi.

                          This is very unfair.They are looting.

                                First of all i'm big fan of kfc however from last experience i felt bit disappointed as i've ordered super six with two zinger at 11 pm and when i contacted at the branch to add one more zinger the staff said it won't be possible for them to make an extra burger still at the end they are ready to make it but i don't know why they have delivered the uncooked super six basket, it was a horrible experience.. I would request you to please don't drop the quality of the product as i'm very loyal customer of yours.

                                  I was order the food from "online. Kfc.co.in" on 20/april/2018 around 8.00pm to 9.00pm, while ordering the food after payment is completed but oreder was not confirmed, i didn't get the order id and ididn't get the food also, no one called to me regarding my order and my payment was done but my money didn't get refund till now i was so irritated about your customercare, please check with my complaint and please refund my money back as soon as possible, please check the below attachment of my transaction towards to kfc and check with transaction id details, i hope i will get money back with in 2 days of time, otherwise i will complaint upon your team

                                    I am a regular customer of kfc mangalore city center. Although it is a busy restaurant, they are not following the kfc hygiene rules. Tables we're not cleaned, the same person who does the billing, arrange the food, clean the table. This is rediculous. Never use glouse. Not to mention wash basin. Dirty and smelly.
