Yesterday i made a transaction at kfc worth rs 229 for mingles bucket, at kfc, agartala but the transaction has not been updated in your account although the amount has been deducted from my bank account. The kfc executive told me that the amount would be refunded back and as such i have paid the amount again via cash.

Kindly look into this on prirority and update me.

I am extremely frustated with your service.
Today i ordered around 500 rupees.
Two of them are chicken rice bowl with pet pepsi and 6 smoky grilled chickens
The smoky grilled chickens are so terrible, if you look at the pictures you will come to know.
I didn't receive pet pepsi, when i asked the delivery boy he is saying that he don't.

Important thing to note is on friday i ordered at the same restaurant...

I ordered food from the kfc app yesterday (2nd december). An amount of 264. 6 was deducted from my paytm wallet, but the order was not loaded. The app showed "oops! The order could not be loaded". I complained on their contact us but no response came, i now just want my money back (Rs. 264.6) asap. The phone number provided in the app is dysfunctional. I don't know how else to contact them. Really bad customer service. Really disappointed....

I happened to visit kfc at vasant square mall masoodpur new delhi on wednesday afternoon. After i ordered, though very less customers were there, it took me more than 25 mins to get d order. On asking, sales girl nd boy kept me directing to each other. When i got a bit agitated, they realised their mistake.
This s surely a very unprofessional behavior.
One bad fish is good enough to spoil the entire ocean. Same here. Hope something...

I had booked two 1000 rupees gift voucher online at https://online.kfc.co.in/contact-us on saturday, 11th november 2017. But the vouchers were not received and at end of payment i got a message that something went wrong. The amount was deducted from my account and i mailed to hcc mumbai and they replied that it will be refunded within 2 days
But still now no refund

Paid rs 765 by credit card on 15th november 2017 at 9:21 pm on order by name suman mishra. Received the message "dear customer, your order could not be placed due to some technical error. The transaction amount will be refunded to your bank within 7 business days." but still not received a refund. Order placed for kfc bhubaneswar for home delivery....

Yesterday i went kfc sector 142 advant navis business park and i have ordered double down meal, krush lime soda 2. And amount came 356 and i paid all amount by phonepe but they were saying they have not received any message. I showed them my successful transaction message. They were saying no no we have not received any money.

I checked with phonepe customer care they confirmed it is transferred successfully....

I paid for the kfc order through paytm but after the amount was debited order showed failure and no refund issued. I tried for surat helpline no. But found nothing of sort. It was done through paytm but there was no registry of the order. Not even a confirmation email or message. I just want my money back. Hope for a refund. Kfc pls improve your services....

On 17th november, i have tried to order twice on kfc website using paytm money for rs 402.
Both the times, rs 402 have been deducted but the order was not confirmed.
On checking with paytm, they asked me to contact you ppl.

I ordered triple treat today evening at the time of 6:44 pm date:18/11/17. I paid via patym. There is an issue in the transaction. My order no-6719 i order one triple treat bucket on 15.11.2017 at 9.56pm through my mobile and order was accepted.
Store people told they can deliver with in 45 minutes that means 10.45 pm.
But up to 10. 35 pm i am not received, so that again i called the kfc store and they told order was already on the way and they will deliver within 5 minutes. But after 15 minutes the time was 10.55pm they are saying ordered...

I feel so cheated by kfc! I placed an order through the kfc app, my order number was 4512809 and it got allocated to a kfc store, nowhere near my house address. People from the logistics company runnr even called to verify the address, post which i did the same, even to the extent of what to type in google maps, and he confirmed that he would deliver it asap.
