Hello kfc,

I am your regular customer (Gulshan tanwar mob # [protected]), i like your product a lot. I am not writing about any issue with kfc, but today while i was in my car, parked roadside. I was waiting for my friend. The same time kfc delivery guy hit my car at the back very hard, that he fell on road and also got a cut on his leg. Guy was not even looking 18years old and was given a bike to deliver. The delivery guy was from your restaurant (Shop no e28-e38, ground floor, eldeco mall, mathura road, faridabad, haryana 122002). My car also got a dent, to which i asked him to call him manager in restaurant. Manager didn't even tried to take the delivery guy to the hospital. I spoke to the manager, i asked him to get my car repaired in service centre. To which he said he will get it done in any local shop. I said no because i don, t trust local shops. Then he agreed to come at the accident location.
When he reached he started shouting, and tried to fight. Also started abusing. Everybody there was asking, is he a manager we don, t trust it. When i started to talk with him in higher tone, then he even tried to call his local goons. Manager name from the restaurant is mr manish. When i heard that he is calling some local goons, then i called police at the location. After police intervene his voice tone automatically came down. Then police asked him to get the car repaired. After that he agreed.
This incident took place near town park faridabad. Around 500mtrs from the kfc restaurant. On 27th feb 2018. Mr manish from kfc (Yum group) has agreed to get it repaired on 28th feb 2018.
I request you to get bgc done before offering any job to such kind of village goons. Also request you to take some action against the person.

    Todayul morning i went to kfc nellore... I paid thru phonepr... Phonepay money is cut and thy said we didnt get money there is server problem and u shuld give money to this order... And next i gave money to them... And today noon i called phonepe customercare.. And asked abt it.. They said that money is sucessfullu trnfrd and they sent sucessful picture also... And evng i went to kfc nellore and asked abt it.. Since thr r sating they didnt get... My order worth 669rs... I paid thru phonepe and ur kfc executives take again 669... When will my money will be back to my account

      Dear sir/madam,

      I had two pieces of chicken on 2nd feb 18 at 13:02 hrs from sapphire foods india pvt. Ltd, sec-3, rohini, nn mall, new delhi (Scanned copy of the tax invoice attached). The quality of the chicken was extremely poor. It was poor in taste and tasted as if the oil in which it was cooked was not fresh. Overall the ambience of the outlet was also very poor. Also, the washrooms were not very clean. No wonder, the outlet was almost devoid of any customers. Overall, a very sad experience compared to outlets seen abroad.

        Hi team,

        I have ordered from kfc today and details are given below:
        6 pieces chicken zinger burger
        1 bucket hot and crispy
        1 veg rice bowlz
        1 chicken popcorn rice bowlz
        Total bill= 1614/-

        Everything was very tasty and fresh except chicken zinger burger.
        Chicken zinger burger was smelling very bad. That was office party. Nobody ate that burger. They all threw it in dustbin.
        Please take care of it as we are very old customer of kfc.
        I hope i will not be disappointed with your services again in future.

          I made a payment from my sbi debit card, the pos at kfc decline the payment but the amount was actually deducted from my bank account.
          I end up paying twice for the same meal.
          This happens in kfc, sapphire food india, lajpat nagar new delhi.
          Amount deducted is ₹424

          Date: 17 feb '18
          I called the kfc lajpat nagar twice, but no positive response.

          Looking forward for your kind cooperation for refunding the deducted amount

            I'm really disappointed on the service of kfc @ prozone mall, coimbatore. As i made an order through zomato at 9.04 pm and got the delivery time confirmation on 9.35 but more than 1.20 hours late, no update from them. They dont even have a courtesy to inform me if it is getting late and also no one is picking up my call and zomato care customer call from the concern store. Also we have ordered from the same branch on yesterday and got the food little bit delay since we ordered first time. Finally 10.23 delivery boy called me and delivered the food. Now i am writing this mail to address you to improve this service to keep the customer like me happy as we are depending on time since working night shift.

              i have called the location by yesterday but they told that they not received any order like that and they didnt cancelled
              I was ordered from online and amount debited 630rs but my order has placed different location so i called them and cancelled it but my refund amount was not done till now. 28 th january order was placed.

                I logded a complaint for the payment related on 5th feb, till now i didnt get any acknowledgement from your side.

                On 23th jan 2018, approx 1.05pm - i placed an order for rs360.26 and tried to pay through hdfc net banking, but the transaction was not successful.
                I got the message as "processing unsuccessful"

                Amount 360.26 has been debited from my account and the order was not placed also.
                I confirmed with the bank that amount debited from my account is received by you.

                  I had ordered for mingle bucket in KFC @ 12.51pm today, but it was not delivered despite amount debited from my bank account. Payment made in www.kfc.in through BHIM(Online Payment).

                  Hence I made similar order in the same manner after signup and signin again my bank account balance debited, but this secondly ordered mingle bucket has been delivered to me.

                  I hereby request you to credit back or refund me back to my account for the first undelivered order.

                  Yesterday i made payment of inr 220 at TGIP noida outlet. They denied the transaction while it was successful from phonepe. Merchant id-[protected] . I want my refund . Also manager was so rude. Didnt even listen

                    This order was placed and paid for online but was never completed
                    I had contacted the KFC location twice and they informed the order was dispatched and will be reaching within 5 mins but was never delivered. Then the 3rd time when i called them again expecting to get a better response but this time guy told he will arange a call back in 5 minutes after checking with his manager but he never did. This is the awesome service you are so very proud of? Making a fool of your customers and cheating them. Had it been very hard for them to tell directly that the order wont be delivered instead of giving false promises again and again. Then in the morning I called them again just to know the reason, there was one girl she made me speak to the Manager then he gave me another assurance that he is the "Call centre Manager" of KFC first he needs to contact the store manager to know the issue clearly then he will be reverting back to me with 10-15 mins, never returned back again false promises I couldnt believe i would go through this pathetic situation with the "KFC" at all...Very much disappointed dont know whom to contact further because if their managers are not reliable then who would be...

                    Kindly give some preference to my concern and request you to refund me back my miney as soon as possible
                    and this issue will be escalated further!

                      Yesterday i visited at kfc (Devyani) at crown interior mall faridabad, i would like to complaint about staff behaviour and as well as food quality one that manager was there he was running that shift the way he is talking to us it was not acceptebel for kfc i feel like i am n dhawa not in restaurant which is well known brand in market even i ask for the area manager no they did not provide me i ordered 2 chicken longer burger and burger tasty was very tangy due to that i have to go to washroom for vomiting and after and all kfc staff was not stasfying customer which they we want which is totally impacting on brand image in market.

                      I have ordered each time and got late delivery. It takes 1 hour to 2 hour to deliver still I dont get a reimbursement as Pizza Hut gives. My whole plan goes in waste and I have to stay hungry.
                      Hello team I just made a payment for home delivery order by using UPI BHIM scan & pay option. However, payment got success and amount got deducted from my account but order is not confirmed as page not moved further. Please check this issue and fix it now.

                        I went kfc ambience mall vasant kunj, there was a guy with the name of om parkash (Manager) over there.in meal box i requested him to put little french fries instead of sweet dish as i have problem with sugar & he denied to do the same even unable to understand my problem. He was unable to understand even english. Cant expect such kfc pathetic service

                          Yesterday on 26th January, i tried to order through Kfc app and the full amount of ₹598.99 has been charged from my airtel payment bank but the order has not been loaded.
                          The transaction ID for the same is

                          On 17-Jan-2018 i initiated an online transaction of rs. 531.52 on kfc india's online order website (Online. Kfc.co.in), but transaction got failed and my order failed. I paid twice for the same amount, and i am still waiting for my unnecessarily debited amount to get back.really disheartened and helpless.

                            I am very disappointed with your delivery service. Your delivery executive told me that your both orders will come on 29th january at 12.20 pm but till nobody is here to deliver my order..

                            Hence i am very dissatisfied with your services. Disgusting kfc and also disgusting kfc's executives (Field).

                            Its my promise to you i will never again order in bloody kfc (Bull # kfc)

I paid the money and later I received a message that the delivery cannot be done due to technical issue and my money will be refunded back within 7 working days. Since then I have not received any message from them neither I got my money back
                            KFC oh...
                            Without selflife serve food. Food is old, food quality is like a 3rd class dhaba... I was never seen like this KFC...

                              I booked a 1000 rupees kfc gift card on 11th november, 2017 at https://online.kfc.co.in/contact-us for my mother's birthday occasion on 12th november 2017... The payment got deducted from my mobikwik wallet... But i did not receive any confirmation/gift card issue details from kfc and there was an error message on screen... Emailed my complaint within one hour to hcc mumbai with mobikwik transaction screenshot.. They acknowledged it and agreed to send refund... Sent reminder emails but no response till date and money not yet refunded... This is lot of harassment!!!

                                If kfc plans to feed 1. They should not do it without consent of customers as those who are unwilling to donate should not be forced to.
                                2. Also why doesn't kfc contribute from their own profits instead of forcing customers by cheat implying the cost in each bill without the customer knowing it.
                                3. Customers have no proof if the money collected utilised properly. Ur staff doesn't even know the charity process.
                                4. I[censored] dnt ask customers their will u r cheating in the name if fraud charity

                                I made an online payment of Rs499, where the amount got debited but the order was unsuccessful. previously too I faced the same issue. Kindly initiate the refund asap.Its very inconvenient and shameful for kfc who s online transaction always fail...

                                  Here i written to the compliant against kfc restaurent. I worked here in the year of 2012., and i leave the job after a year. Some of the reason i could not claim my epf. But in 2017, i continuously call his office in shree tower which is located kolkata, baguiati. They given me from, its already spended 50days, but i could not get any money,. While i trying to check my status they shown me it was wrong. This type of wrong things doing by kfc and runned by devyani international pvt. Limited. Sir, could you please do me the help to get my epf amount, which is claiming my right, and do the such rough thing against kfc and devyani international pvt. Limited, afterthen they nothing to do this type of wrong thing. For this type of thing i have suffered also and waiseted to much pretty time.

                                    Last sunday i ordered 6pc smoky chicken which cost 165.. But those people given me 6pc smoky chicken and deducted 499 from my account.. I didn't notice that time but after having that chicken when i saw my mobile.499 money deducted from my account. Then i asked kfc people, they just doing argument to hide there mistake.
                                    I just lost my money and got a bad impression on kfc service too

                                    Bro, I'd like to help you cause I still have issue pending on this forum.as you see kfc below KFC customer satisfaction rating is 2%.
                                    Call on head office at malad on this number [protected].they listen your complain and get the store or senior manager talk to you.
                                    And they tell you to leave feedback on KFC.co.in.they say they bound to call you within 24 hrs.

Now i am facing a problem using a kfc gift card no.[protected], approx seven to eight months ago your sales executive insisted me to take a gift card. As a card holder i will get 15% discount on the bill amount i agreed and deposited rs. 2000/- and taken a gift card.
