      Being a frequent customer of kfc, we made an online order at kfc hsr layout for 4 pc hot&crispy and a zinger burger. And in the 4 pc hot&crispy you guys completely scammed us by giving 3 small pieces and a big piece (Instead of atleat 2 big pieces). After paying so much for one piece, is this the way you give value for your customers? This is extremely outrageous.

        Yesterday i ordered chicken longer box, grilled wings and chicken zinger at kfc forum value mall whitefield around 7 30 pm and i started developing nausea and food poisoning which lead vomiting and loose motion.. I am not allergic to any food substance.. But the quality of kfc got reduced drastically.. Its like eating a tasteless chicken.. We opt to go for kfc even though there are lot of fried chicken outlets because of the brand value and quality maintained. But its clearly visible that kfc lost its sheen in india.. No more kfc

          On 29november 2017 i purchased kfc items worth inr 730. I paid through paytm and received confirmation on my mobile. However, i was told that kfc did not received the money so i had to pay again through my debit card. I was told that money will be refunded on my paytm account. After 8 days i am still waiting and the amount is still not credited on my paytm account.

              Yesterday i made a transaction at kfc worth rs 229 for mingles bucket, at kfc, agartala but the transaction has not been updated in your account although the amount has been deducted from my bank account. The kfc executive told me that the amount would be refunded back and as such i have paid the amount again via cash.

              Kindly look into this on prirority and update me.

                I am extremely frustated with your service.
                Today i ordered around 500 rupees.
                Two of them are chicken rice bowl with pet pepsi and 6 smoky grilled chickens
                The smoky grilled chickens are so terrible, if you look at the pictures you will come to know.
                I didn't receive pet pepsi, when i asked the delivery boy he is saying that he don't.

                Important thing to note is on friday i ordered at the same restaurant at
                Miyapur, and all the chickens which i got was too salty with no sauce and no tissues.
                When i complained i didn't receive any feedback from you.

                Now this is the second worst experience from kfc.

                  I ordered food from the kfc app yesterday (2nd december). An amount of 264. 6 was deducted from my paytm wallet, but the order was not loaded. The app showed "oops! The order could not be loaded". I complained on their contact us but no response came, i now just want my money back (Rs. 264.6) asap. The phone number provided in the app is dysfunctional. I don't know how else to contact them. Really bad customer service. Really disappointed.

                    I happened to visit kfc at vasant square mall masoodpur new delhi on wednesday afternoon. After i ordered, though very less customers were there, it took me more than 25 mins to get d order. On asking, sales girl nd boy kept me directing to each other. When i got a bit agitated, they realised their mistake.
                    This s surely a very unprofessional behavior.
                    One bad fish is good enough to spoil the entire ocean. Same here. Hope something to be done, it is certain that if i get such response again in life, i will never visit it store and take up this thing on social media too.

                      I had booked two 1000 rupees gift voucher online at https://online.kfc.co.in/contact-us on saturday, 11th november 2017. But the vouchers were not received and at end of payment i got a message that something went wrong. The amount was deducted from my account and i mailed to hcc mumbai and they replied that it will be refunded within 2 days

                        I ordered hot and crispy 10 pcs bucket from kfc on 6:07 pm on 22/11/2017 online. I got a confirmation message with order reference #: 4555002 and proof is attached. I was feeling very hungry at my office and somehow i managed to wait for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, i contacted the kfc store and to my surprise, they told me that we have not received any order in your name. Then as asked, i called in customer service, they told me that the order was canceled from store side and we can't do anything. They just said sorry and did nothing. I am damn upset with kfc and will make sure that i'll never ever trust kfc and will never ever recommend to someone.

Received the message "dear customer, your order could not be placed due to some technical error. The transaction amount will be refunded to your bank within 7 business days." but still not received a refund. Order placed for kfc bhubaneswar for home delivery.

                              Yesterday i went kfc sector 142 advant navis business park and i have ordered double down meal, krush lime soda 2. And amount came 356 and i paid all amount by phonepe but they were saying they have not received any message. I showed them my successful transaction message. They were saying no no we have not received any money.

                              I checked with phonepe customer care they confirmed it is transferred successfully.

                                I paid for the kfc order through paytm but after the amount was debited order showed failure and no refund issued. I tried for surat helpline no. But found nothing of sort. It was done through paytm but there was no registry of the order. Not even a confirmation email or message. I just want my money back. Hope for a refund. Kfc pls improve your services.

                                    I ordered triple treat today evening at the time of 6:44 pm date:18/11/17. I paid via patym. There is an issue in the transaction. But money was debited from my account but the cashier was saying error. Bill was not generating. So he said to wait for 5 minutes. I'm waiting for more than 15 minutes. I lost my patience so i went to ask again about the issues. Another man comes in and asked about the issue and ask me to show the transaction id. I showed it later he place the order, when i'm eating in middle one employee came and said you need to pay 600. Because the paytm transaction occurred an issue. I totally lost the control and hates the food, there is no common sense for the employee. When we eating we need peace of mind to eat the food, and employee shows his word you need to pay it's just an information, later i moved to counter and asked whether i'm not having money means what do you do. They said sorry sir you need to pay., your money will be credited within 7 days. I said i don't have cash. And will you please call your manager, they did not give a single information about the manager. And again they said to wait for 5 minutes. He makes a call to one person and talking about the issue. And goes to paytm manual option he generated a bill. Worst ever kfc. Even restroom was not good. There is no common sense for working people. They talk to each other and having fun, they do not even look up the customers. I weird tracks and t-shirt, they seeing the persons by his dress, i'm a software engineer. Please take some actions otherwise i need to talk higher standards and officials.

                                      Very disappointed with the kfc staff at kfc drive through, kharar.
                                      This happened not once but twice. Being a regular customer at kfc mohali and chandigarh, i had never expected the kind of behavior faced at the kharar drivethru.
                                      Earlier i ordered 2 large chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls on 17 november, 2017 at 01.18 pm. Since it was a delivery order it reached after 45 minutes which was not a concern but since the ordered items where soggy and overcooked, i register it at feedkfcback.co.in.
                                      I then reached a call from the shift manager at kfc drivethru kharar the next day offering an apology for the delivered food and invited me to the restaurant for collecting the same order again (Complimentary)...
                                      At the evening of 18 november when i visited their restaurant, the staff starting harassing me by not allowing me to meet mr. Sachin (Shift manager) who invited me and on explaining what discussion i had with mr. Sachin they forced me to wait for 20 minutes to accept the order which was complimentary and extra 10 minutes providing the excuse that the fried roll will take a bit long...
                                      After this they told me that out of the complimentary order of 2 chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls, i had to either pay for the chicken popcorn or i'm not eligible for the same.
                                      And all the time i had been their at kfc drivethru kharar i. E. 30 minutes the staff was staring and ignoring me as if i tend to be a beggar who was their to eat free food...
                                      I'm seriously hurt with this incident at your franchise and was forced to leave without accepting the order because of the harassment faced.
                                      I don't even think of returning to the particular restaurant and even kfc if possible since it was a shocker despite being a regular customer of yours...

                                        Hello, this is taj. Residing in villupuram. I have visited kfc few months back and had a nice dinner there in kfc located in vikkiravandi. By the assistance of your service people i have bought the 'kfc gift card". And also i deposited rs.500 in my kfc gift card. Today (17/11/17) i visited the same store located in vikkiravandi and i ordered some burgers and crushers. The bill amount is about 420rs. I gave my kfc gift card and asked them to take money from my card. To my surprise the billing person said that money in my card which i deposited is"expired". Being a lawyer i just want to mention some of the points. Here i go 1. When i bought the"kfc gift card"no one informed me about the expiry date 2. This"kfc gift card" is not a gift card which you guys give us after a lot purchase. This is my gift card which i bought from you people and i deposited the money of rs.500 from my pocket.in this case you cannot fix a expiry date for my money. 3. This is me tajudeen from vikkiravandi faced this situation and lost my money of rs.500 to you people. Like wise, kfc is a reputed famous restaurant which contains for about 10crores of customers.in which you people from kfc steal money from 10% of your company's costumer wat will be your sum of scam? 10000000*500=[protected] rs. That's a biggggg amount rite? 4. I went and asked this is the kfc restaurant located in vikkaravandi. The staffs of kfc didnt respomd to me and they used bad language on me. 5. Am going to pursue a suit in your restaurant. 6. I need my money back. 7. I need justice. Thank you contact me asap. Send me your customer care id to my maild id.
