I paid for the kfc order through paytm but after the amount was debited order showed failure and no refund issued. I tried for surat helpline no. But found nothing of sort. It was done through paytm but there was no registry of the order. Not even a confirmation email or message. I just want my money back. Hope for a refund. Kfc pls improve your services.

      I ordered triple treat today evening at the time of 6:44 pm date:18/11/17. I paid via patym. There is an issue in the transaction. But money was debited from my account but the cashier was saying error. Bill was not generating. So he said to wait for 5 minutes. I'm waiting for more than 15 minutes. I lost my patience so i went to ask again about the issues. Another man comes in and asked about the issue and ask me to show the transaction id. I showed it later he place the order, when i'm eating in middle one employee came and said you need to pay 600. Because the paytm transaction occurred an issue. I totally lost the control and hates the food, there is no common sense for the employee. When we eating we need peace of mind to eat the food, and employee shows his word you need to pay it's just an information, later i moved to counter and asked whether i'm not having money means what do you do. They said sorry sir you need to pay., your money will be credited within 7 days. I said i don't have cash. And will you please call your manager, they did not give a single information about the manager. And again they said to wait for 5 minutes. He makes a call to one person and talking about the issue. And goes to paytm manual option he generated a bill. Worst ever kfc. Even restroom was not good. There is no common sense for working people. They talk to each other and having fun, they do not even look up the customers. I weird tracks and t-shirt, they seeing the persons by his dress, i'm a software engineer. Please take some actions otherwise i need to talk higher standards and officials.

        Very disappointed with the kfc staff at kfc drive through, kharar.
        This happened not once but twice. Being a regular customer at kfc mohali and chandigarh, i had never expected the kind of behavior faced at the kharar drivethru.
        Earlier i ordered 2 large chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls on 17 november, 2017 at 01.18 pm. Since it was a delivery order it reached after 45 minutes which was not a concern but since the ordered items where soggy and overcooked, i register it at feedkfcback.co.in.
        I then reached a call from the shift manager at kfc drivethru kharar the next day offering an apology for the delivered food and invited me to the restaurant for collecting the same order again (Complimentary)...
        At the evening of 18 november when i visited their restaurant, the staff starting harassing me by not allowing me to meet mr. Sachin (Shift manager) who invited me and on explaining what discussion i had with mr. Sachin they forced me to wait for 20 minutes to accept the order which was complimentary and extra 10 minutes providing the excuse that the fried roll will take a bit long...
        After this they told me that out of the complimentary order of 2 chicken popcorns and 2 chicken fried rolls, i had to either pay for the chicken popcorn or i'm not eligible for the same.
        And all the time i had been their at kfc drivethru kharar i. E. 30 minutes the staff was staring and ignoring me as if i tend to be a beggar who was their to eat free food...
        I'm seriously hurt with this incident at your franchise and was forced to leave without accepting the order because of the harassment faced.
        I don't even think of returning to the particular restaurant and even kfc if possible since it was a shocker despite being a regular customer of yours...

          Hello, this is taj. Residing in villupuram. I have visited kfc few months back and had a nice dinner there in kfc located in vikkiravandi. By the assistance of your service people i have bought the 'kfc gift card". And also i deposited rs.500 in my kfc gift card. Today (17/11/17) i visited the same store located in vikkiravandi and i ordered some burgers and crushers. The bill amount is about 420rs. I gave my kfc gift card and asked them to take money from my card. To my surprise the billing person said that money in my card which i deposited is"expired". Being a lawyer i just want to mention some of the points. Here i go 1. When i bought the"kfc gift card"no one informed me about the expiry date 2. This"kfc gift card" is not a gift card which you guys give us after a lot purchase. This is my gift card which i bought from you people and i deposited the money of rs.500 from my pocket.in this case you cannot fix a expiry date for my money. 3. This is me tajudeen from vikkiravandi faced this situation and lost my money of rs.500 to you people. Like wise, kfc is a reputed famous restaurant which contains for about 10crores of customers.in which you people from kfc steal money from 10% of your company's costumer wat will be your sum of scam? 10000000*500=[protected] rs. That's a biggggg amount rite? 4. I went and asked this is the kfc restaurant located in vikkaravandi. The staffs of kfc didnt respomd to me and they used bad language on me. 5.             Hi sir,
            My order no-6719 i order one triple treat bucket on 15.11.2017 at 9.56pm through my mobile and order was accepted.
            Store people told they can deliver with in 45 minutes that means 10.45 pm.
            But up to 10. 35 pm i am not received, so that again i called the kfc store and they told order was already on the way and they will deliver within 5 minutes. But after 15 minutes the time was 10.55pm they are saying ordered products is not available and they can provide 8 pieces hot & crispy, so i told we want only triple treat so they said it was finished we can not arrange.
            Due to above problems we are unable to take food on to night. So please give compensation of your problem or else we will take necessary action.

              I feel so cheated by kfc! I placed an order through the kfc app, my order number was 4512809 and it got allocated to a kfc store, nowhere near my house address. People from the logistics company runnr even called to verify the address, post which i did the same, even to the extent of what to type in google maps, and he confirmed that he would deliver it asap. However, after an hour of waiting, i get a call from runnr that the delivery person is at cmh road kfc, and will not be able to deliver to my location - post which i took up the issue with the person at the kfc store in cmh road who displayed an extremely casual attitude and came up with the standard refund would be done in 7 working days line (I had made the payment online). It was already 11 pm by then, and thus could not order food from anywhere else. So no food, no refund, and above all no proper forum to lodge complaint (The website and app complaint windows are giving technical errors and call centers repeats the same line). Such horrific lack of customer service cannot be expected from an international chain such as kfc.

                The food we ordered for takeaway was for rs.599 "wednesday special" which in total including the tax was rs.635, but we received the wrong food which was less than the amount we paid. We contacted the concerned kfc restaurant but did not receive our call... After a terrible wait of the food we got the wrong item. Such a waste. 👎👎👎👎 shows that kfc in that area is irresponsible and ignorant too.

                  I ordered chicken zinger for me and veg longer meal for my mom she is vegetarian.
                  Kfc gave me chicken zinger and chicken longer instead of veg.. We soon realized
                  It in a bite and ran back to them, they realized their mistake and said sorry,

                    I ordered four double downs, one mojito and one vanilla blue at kfc outlet at mahagun metro mall at vaishali. I was served two mojitos instead and two double downs without the mandatory cardboard 'pockets'. When pointed out, the reason given was that pockets are finished. When the order was completed and served at table, the bill was surreptitiously taken. After finishing the meal, my husband asked for a duplicate bill. He was informed that things happened so because boys were new. Rest what transpired between them, i cannot comment upon but a fresh meal was offered which when served had the said 'pockets'. My only ruse is why are lies fed to a customer.

                        I visited KFC Ambience Mall Vasant Kunj New Delhi on Wednesday evening (i.e. 1Nov 17). I order Zinger Box and after i had that i contracted food poisoning. After 3 days of medication i am still unable to get cured. I have done a lot of test and take medication to cure it. I am very upset with it and thinking about sueing them.

                            Charged twice for the same meal and after the money got deducted, the order was also not placed. Till now i have not received my money back of rupees (369 *2) = 738/-. Kindly do the needful and give my money back else i would have to file a case in consumer court because it might be a minimal amount for the company but for me every single penny matters. Also the customer care peorson gave wrong guidance when i tried calling them by saying that i woul get a confimation call the next day itself and the money would be refunded back to me. But nithing as such had happened. Highly disappointed. Its irrutating and bad to see such customer care people misleading us and making fool o[censored]s.

                              This is the 5th time i am annoyed as a customer of your crossing republik branch. They charged me twice. Earlier they had served chicken instead of veg, which i realised after taking a note. Prior to that they had charged twice, prior to that they had kept me stand up for long. This branch has some problem.
                              Today i had received msg of money deduction still this stupid fellow asked me to pay again that too in the middle of my meal. I was super annoyed and despite my dissatisfaction and shouting your manager kept laughing shamelessly check the cctv footage if you have any.
                              Mind you guys, you are operating in ghaziabad. Don't let your guys behave like #.
                              Need a revert asap before i file a police complaint against you.

                                  Pfa the invoice of kfc - pal heights mall, bhubaneswar, odisha.

                                  I was falsely charged for 1000 island dip for both the burger in my order. When i received my order no dips were provided and when i approached the staff they said the dip is already provided inside burger. I demanded an explanation as to why did they charge without asking for dip and nothing extra was provided with or within burger. The staff said it was provided in burger. Please take appropriate action against this and refund the falsely collected money to customers.

                                  The swipe machine at kfc, connaught place wasn't working well. So the amount of 530 was deducted twice on 4th october. Have not got refund yet. I have contacted the same branch. But I'm not satisfied witu the response .

                                      I took hot wings from kfc drivethrough address: sector 142, noida, uttar pradesh 201305, and the chicken was smelling bad and was very old so i had to throw it as it was not in a state to eat, one of my friend had it as i discovered late and he is having loose motion next day. I am really concerned about the quality of chicken please expedite this and let me know how can i get back money back. Drivethrough are for having something on drive and if i have to come back and return chicken this is really sad. And i will not do it.

                                        Today i had been to kfc outlet at total mall, near kemfort temple, banglore. I was made to wait for my order for 30 min and no update was provided while i was waiting. This was not expected from a brand like kfc. Order no and other details can be found in attached bills and a certificate upload of good food for kfc. But it's a shame.
