This is a complain against staff nozira - kolkata howrah station, we ordered 2 meals as per menu at the counter however
Your staff gave us medium meal instead of the small meal plus she didn't care to ask which drink would you prefer, moreover she did not provide the bill after card payment despite asking her for bill as she had billed 1000 island dip without our knowledge & even after returning the dip she nonchalantly said it is billed for one layer sauce in the meal which i had not asked & she was adamant.
When i assertively told her senior abt exaggeration of bill and concealment of facts she agreed to make up for it with an an order of the same amount & eventually refund was made for the 1000island dip never ordered.
Want an action for duping customers in this manner

    Manager named alam at kfc at r-city food court, mumbai behaviour was highly arrogant and with wrong attitude when he said other customer who came after us to give order at other counter while me and my friends were standing since long before that. When i said me excuse i am standing before the other customer if you can see. Than he rudely replied no i cannot see. How can he reply like that to any customer. Why you people hirer such arrogant staff. Plus take strict action against him.

        On dt.02nd oct, we had shopped on your kfc (Yeshwanthpur, bangalore) for rs.722 (Order id yri258-01c2207d[protected]), against which we had made the payment through phone pe & got the cash back of rs.150, whereas we had been informed by the person of kfc that they haven't receieved this a mount in kfc account and asked for make the payment again, which we had made through the cash same time but we had taken up this matter with phone pe customer care and they have informed us that the amount of rs.722 has leardy been credit in kfc account, pls see the below message reieved from phone pe customer care, hence request you to pls take up this matter on priority or else we will have to go to consumer court as no one is responding on this matter and the name kfc is being spoiled here.

          Today 04/10/17 me and my friend visit to faridabad kfc sector 12 and we are waiting for our chinese clients cause we have lunch and meeting planning so they get late for one hour but in mean time ur manager mr. Manish came and said very roughly this is not your meeting place if you want sit so order now or leave.
          So i just want to know this is the respect which kfc give to his customer after his bad behave we didn’t fight or argue with him cause he is not match at my standards after this we go to mc donald and we spent almost 20000/-

          Now pls let me know what you can do for take ur customer back.

            Yesterday (1st oct 2017) i purchased a bucket of (5 pcs) hot and crispy chicken from devyani international ltd. Yatri niwas, ground floor, howrah satation, howrah, west bengal. Ph no.[protected]
            Gstin no.19aabcd5534a1z2. Inv no 36817g46081 ord no 36817g46295 date 10/01/2017.
            Description:it was a parcel order and while consuming at home found a hard flat circular substance (5 mm dia. Approx). One side of the particle was deep red and other side whitethis was quite disgusting.
            It was not expected to find such an foreign particle in an highly reputed food grade product.

            Plz lodge a complant against it.

              Today in this evening we have booked one order from madhusudan nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha 751001. The order flows to automatically to kfc at pal height bhubaneswar. But that kfc fails to delivery the product on plea that this area does not come under their jurisdiction. So why in every order that kfc is mentioned as nearest booked which is failing to delivery.

                On 19.09.2017 i had placed an online order in kfc of rs 554.60 but due to rain they had cancelled the order and its more that 2 weeks and still they had not refunded the amount i. E 554.60 which is deducted from our account. Also we had called them many time but the response from customer care and store is very venerable as they are not having any details regarding the refund.
                Request please look into this matter and make them to refund our amount which is 554.60. Also my number used for this order is [protected].

                  I am inform to you today 30/9/17 came your kfc udaipur city (Legs city mall) i ordered one hot wings, hot n crispy and one coke when i got my items all i see that a one insect is there inside the hot wings and u asked her kfc staff he said that it is a part of bone but i know very well it's not a part of bone then i said give me some samples but i see that see what is this so he threw the insect and said that it's not a insect i 'll take a picture and i said that i complained to consumer court so she is not agree wide me and not give me any written complaint i'll show you actually what is this

                    Hi,
                    I just made a transaction at kfc outlet, hsr layout, banglore, karnataka, 560102. I had a wallet balance of around 100rs in phonepe app (I don't remember correctly). The bill amount was 264 rs. The phonepe app asked me to pay 153rs through upi. I paid using my sbi bank account through phonepe and the transaction was successful and the money was deducted (153rs from bank and remaining from wallet) from the bank and from my phonepe wallet. But the kfc guys are saying that the transaction failed and i have to pay again. They initiated a payment again and when i said that i have already made the transaction, they declined the second transaction. They said that the first transaction got failed in their system and they dont have access to check the bank account to see it they got the money or not. They said that the money will be refunded bak. So i made another payment using the same banks debit card. I paid total 528 rs for a 264 rs order. Kfc guys told me that it will get refunded and took my mobile number and phonepe transaction number.

                      I had swiped my card in kfc, phoenix mall, mumbai for a payment of rs.634 but they wrongly entered and took the amount of rs.6340 from my s/b account on[protected].

                      I asked them to refund the payment but they said that we made a void sale receipt, so that amount will be transferred to our account automatically within 2-3 working days. Till today the amount is not refunded to my account. How many days it will take to refund the money.

                      I spoken to my bank also they said amount is not refunded from the kfc account, if they had did it would be refunded automatically to our account

                        Hi, i have visited to kfc (Cp, new delhi) yesterday with my mom & younger sister. When we were having our meal, i come to know that my bag was stolen (Items in bag :- ₹17000, 1 gold ring, 2 gold ear ring, 1 sony xperia z). When i asked kfc manager (Tarun) for cctv footage, he compeletly neglected my request first but after involment of delhi police he got agreed, however how shame to know that kfc have all footage except during the hour of incident. Which makes me to doubt in kfc staff. Sir/mam the behavior of store manager is not good to me, also he keep trying to hide everything from me. I request you to kindly help me to arrange footage or compansiate my loss, as i have no choice except then consumer court & social media.
                        Please do the needful, as i am not strong enough to bear this loss.

                        Also like to highlight the store manager word to me : "mam to whatever you want to, i am not gonna show u cctv footage"
                        And after sometime :
                        "our cctv is not working since last week"

                          Hi, i visited your kfc store in phoenix market city mall, viman nagar, pune on 9/15 to place an order and while doing that i told the attendant that i have a rs 100 voucher of kfc which i would like to redeem. They simply denied it..

                          It was so time wasting and unacceptable that why did kfc deny my 1000 voucher. This voucher has been given to me in sept 17 by my bank as a valuable customer as their premier customer.

                          Can someone help me if i can use this voucher at any other kfc outlet and if this can be used any day with no restrictions

                            Yesterday 22/09 i placed order through ph [protected] and they said order will be delivered within 45 mins. When the order was not delivered even after 45 mins i called and they told its out for delivered. I waited again but still it has not been delivered even though the store is hardly 500 mtrs from my place and i am regular home-delivery customer for them.. I was so frustrated that i though its no point in calling them.. They don't understand... When i said i wasnt to give feedback they gave me wrong link.
                            Its the worst and pathetic exp i have,.

                              Food. Ordered hot wings combo. Encountered unhygienic situation. The lady who getting my fries didn't wear any gloves literally touched them. When i told counter lady to replace them she gave me angry look and throw them in dusbin in angry manner. When complain to manager he kept saying sorry i'll talk to them bla bla. And it's not enough the same lady kept giving other customers fries without gloves. This happen while i was talking to manager. I told him look at that and take action. He did nothing but told that lady wear gloves which she didn't listen to him. The employee seems to have control over manager as they didn't take him seriously. Didn't have choco lash, timrasu as the machine don't work. Didn't told me about 10% discount on next order. Overall avoidable if you are perfectionist, decent, serious about health human being.

There is no response from customer support or from near by ordered store. Please give the proper information or else remove the delivery service from KFC website.

                              I purchased one chicken longer is coast is Rs. 55 plus 18% GST total come around Rs. 64.90. But on bill shown total amount Rs. 70. 5rs is shown as add hope. What exactly it is I don't know and why they removed Rs 5 extra

                                I had placed an order for 18 pieces of chicken bucket @ 499 after tax it was 565 on may 11 bangalore. I was placing the order the amount got debited from my account but the page logged out suddenly. After sometime as i didn't receive any confirmation i called up the store, they said order is not placed and amount will be debited within 14 days. Its been 4 months that i keep calling cust care they tell they ll give a call back and you will never get one. I have provided all the details of debited amount but refund is not initiated till now. I need an response from you.

                                  One day offer of chicken hot and crispy i called in after ma'am we don't deliver in your area then i called in the evening changed my address to delivery area then ma'am we are out of stock ridiculous you guys are known for only chicken and you are out of stock of that only and then you publicise the offer that finger licking good atleast provide and have the stock before giving and add and promoting highly inefficient restaurants

                                    Had bought kfc from the outlet spot 18 building, shivar chowk, rahatni, pimpri chinchwad, pune, maharashtra 411017.
                                    The hot and crispy chicken i got was grey colored at some parts. Chicken strips were so thin as if they have been torn in two to increase quantity as they sell it by numbers. I ordered take away for triple treat which cost me around 589 rupee and got stale chickens. Pics attached.

                                    On 21/09/17, 9 pm I made an order of 618.32including tax through kfc website and paid amount through PHONEPE but neither received order reference nor order. I need refund of my amount.

                                      Hi, this is monami and i am a customer of kfc. Today i placed an order from the kfc branch at anupam pvr, saket at 13:38 pm. The order was online paid. However, i didn't receive any confirmation call from the branch. So, i decided to call these guys after 10 mins regarding my order. The person who picked up confirmed that my order was placed and that it would be delivered to me by 14:10 pm and i was okay. But now it has been 2 hrs already, i have given them 3 calls from my side to the branch and a minimum of 3 calls to the delivery executive who spoke to me precisely at 13:50 pm about my order being taken out for delivery. However, when i placed my concern, the manager ms. Kirti was so negligent and rude, making excuses as to how my phone was switched off and acusing me of not picking up the calls. I don't understand, i have been the one enquiring about my order, literally confirming my order and begging to get it delivered fast and this is what you call the "kfc memorable service"? It's my worst experience with kfc. Right now it's 15:41 pm and i still haven't received my order.

                                      As i complained earlier about food and manager earlier, i got an assistance call from team and after they got my issue they didnt reverted back to me even i told them to.
                                      I wanted a proper apology and compensation for behaviour and food, or serious action will be taken.
                                      I reached KFC at 10:50pm and my order was not taken. I am a regular KFC customer. This incident happened in KFC kharkhana, hyderabad. I was ready for the take away. And yet my order was not taken. The counter was handled by naresh.

                                        This is nagesh mahindrakar from india, pune. I have been invited to taste the food for your today's newly one of the store in pune, senapati bapat marg. I had took rice bowl with spoon and given spoon was in pathetic quality and it broke into pieces and few particle gone into stomach accidentally. I had started vomiting post finished my food. This is serious concern about quality and control. Store manager had accepted that even before visiting me, two of customers were raised same concern to store manager, though, same type of spoon were served to me and other customer.

                                        Who will be responsible if anything happened to me?
