I'm complaining about the popcorn that was served. It was not hot at all. I asked him to change it, instead he made it warm and gave it. Now it is tasteless.. Pathatic. This KFC is located in Infinity Mall Malad Mumbai.
Above that I asked will you not change it he said no, you only asked me to make it hot.
I only informed him that it's not hot.
I had been to lot of KFC however I never faced this problem.
Plus the popcorn given was less and the crush of it was more.
Kindly takes this into Consideration about pathatic customer service and aweful popcorn.

    I had placed an order for a bucket n chizza on Sunday April 2, 2017 at around 6.30-7 pm through my mobile. Though the amount of Rs.723.55 was charged by my credit card, the order didn't go through. Usually I get the confiramtion message immediately after my card is charged and order is placed about the details of my order and when will be delivered etc. That day on the 2nd April, I did not receive any message from KFC. Hence I called your landline number in Mumbai 33994444. The person told me that no order has been placed and assured me that though the amount is charged it will be refunded in a weeks time. But just to be on a safer side asked me to send an email attaching the message received from my credit card company, to kfcindia.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in. I immediately sent the message with the attachment but regret to inform you that so far nothing has been credited back to my card not have the customer care department has bothered to acknowledge the receipt of my email. I am very upset with this kind of service and I want this matter to be resolved on priority.

    Hey Amaan, please elaborate on your concern so that we can assist you further with this.
    Yesterday on 21 Aug I've ordered food from KFC application of 645 rupees around on 07:15 Pm from Prozone KFC Aurangabad, Maharashtra. I've done payment with with help o[censored]PI Google pay. I've got request from Sapphire to send the amount rupees 645.
    I've done the payment and got a message from back also that 645 Ruppes got debited from my account. When I saw in the KFC application, I've seen that there is no order placed. But amount is deducted from my back account. So next minute I've called Prozone KFC. They gave me wrong information that's why today again I've called at the same KFC. There I've talked with staff and he said me to do this process to get your money back in your bank account. So I'm doing this. Please from next time make sure it will not happen again. I want money back in my back account. I'm sending you screenshots also. Resolve my problem as early as possible.

      Dear Sir /Mam,

      We had ordered food yesterday evening for Rs. 940 via KFC customer care[protected] . We got stale food n full o[censored]nwanted spices for children from mega mall store, gurgaon, delhi ncr.

      We filed a complaint..first got to know that nothing can be done..then was told again that food cost will be refunded..then was told a no, and that food will be replaced..mr. govind on advice of his senior manager mr. pankaj, told that he'll come himself n will solve..but sent a delivery boy.

      The delivery boy took back food parcels from my residence, without us eating them ..and on top of it, gave no refund or replacement... delivery boy told that he'll only refund 50 percent.. but before refunding, delivery boy spoke to senior manager at store over a phone call.. and without refunding anything...went back with our food parcels.

      When mr. rajat from kfc customer care tried to help me, manager mr. govind with his senior manager mr. pankaj on duty at late evening, told mr. rajat to call him directly on their store phone number and not in front of me.

      Then, they took out chicken from the boxes out and clicked photographs of empty boxes to show that we have consumed all 5 stale and smelly chicken chizzas.

      At first, they told that we had consumed 50% food, and then, they told that we had consumed 90% food, for harassing us and as if they wanted to consume the remaining food from my boxes themselves.

      Now, as a compensation, they say that they can only send free cold drinks with our next ordered food.

      I request you to refund 100 percent money back i.e. Rs. 940 with extra compensation for harassment through them, to avoid future problems.

      Also, we and our near & dear ones will be discontinuing going to or ordering from KFC in future, if full refund with extra compensation is not provided.

        I placed this order through mobile app, the amount got deducted from my mobikwik wallet, however the order didn’t go through. Then I called your customer service and got my order placed and paid in cash. Attached is the copy of invoice from Mobikwik.           I visited KFC in world trade park in Jaipur on 18th March and ordered 4 pieces of Chicken and Additional Fries and Pepsi. The Gross amount was 407.09 INR but added to it an extra 5 INR was charged for no reason. This is gross cheating and there is no reason to charge this as the Gross Amount includes cost, VAT and Service Tax. Invoice No-[protected] ORD Number-[protected].table-2. Token number-74 ;Date-03/18/17 at 2:51.
          This is gross injustice and there is no justification to charge extra money.

            I was charged twice for single bill on February 12. I sent an email to KFC complaining but no response. Today I'm seeing a payment made to KFC from my card though I never visited KFC today. Somehow they have saved my card details and deducting money from it. The transaction done on February 12th charged twice for same bill. Also for transaction shown for today, i have not swiped my card or visited KFC today. I don't know how the money got deducted. I'd like the money deducted from both these transactions back. Please take a look.

              My name is vinoth from bangalore I had ordered in kfc trough app on 29/03/17 but still I did not get any reply from kfc my money gone I think kfc is fraud and I messed up with hungry and lossed my mind they didn't gave me a confirm message or delivery boy phone number as swigging does this kind of work makes to think degrade the good image of kfc I will review my friends about kfc what happened to me

                I Had placed an order over phone to be delivered at 11pm(i.e. the last order) from KFC HATIBAGAN, KOLKATA (139, Bidhan Sarani, Haathi Bagan Market, Hatibagan, Kolkata), i was assured that i will receive an order confirmation message before my product is delivered, since i didnt get any confirmation msg, i went ahead and ordered food from another joint. when the delivery guy called to confirm the delivery address i said i wont receive the order as i am not being informed regarding the order confirmation, upon saying this i received a call from the Manager(Dhiraj Bihari) of the store and he started talking in a rude way and threatened to block my number if i wont receive the order, not only this he refused to provide me with my order number and started abusing.
                DIDN'T EXPECT Such behavior from KFC person.

                  Kudos guys, you seem to be outdoing your problems in your Bangalore Bellandur Central mall outlet.
                  Food is always delayed when ordered. It is served cold. The delivery guys take atleast 60 minutes to come over to a place which is 10 minutes away.
                  Your staff out there need to learn a thing or two in managing customers. They refuse to let me talk to any of their seniors. And you guys are not giving stuff away for free. Despite paying full price, you know how exactly to kill a customer's appetite.
                  WELL DONE!

                    This is about the Manipal, Karnataka Branch. My order was actually Rs. 116 and the bill amount was 120. I then saw that the person taking my order put Rs. 4 for charity without asking my permission. I don't think this is appropriate at all and not at all fair. They do not want to give change and compensate that by putting the change to charity WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Please make sure this does not happen again.

                      I am writing you this with big disappointment that KFC service and quality of food has really fallen down.
                      I have ordered 2 buckets of hot and crispy chicken bucket. My order no. is 3410. I have also made a special request of giving good pieces of chicken specially thigh.

                      inspite of request been made my order had only two pieces of thigh and rest all hard pieces of breast. My order was completely cold when i received it. Kfc did not provided me with their own ketchup infact delmonte ketchup was provided.

                      I have given 1274 rupee which is not atal value for money.

                      I had received my order at 9:30 PM and since then i have been trying to get connected to patel nagar store and hence no one is taking the required action.

                      Its 11:30 PM now and since 2 hours i am trying to figure out on the no.[protected].

                      Attaching few picture that may show my bucket is completely waste.

                      Hope you will take necessary actions.

                        Today i placed an order at Advant Navis Business Park, Noida Expressway, Sector 142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, they asked me for the cost of order and paid the cost but when i asked for bill, they told please have a seat and enjoy your order we will give you your bill as our system is not working after that i again asked for bill then one of them says can you take other bill, and they didn't gave me bill and even not respond for me. i didn't expect this from KFC so please do something whatever you can, and will do also.

                          I was hoping you would reply by now but d damage is done anyway.i was excited to try KFC first time after watching Ur promotional ad bout miniature replica which circulated on FB.unfortunately it didn't say which stores so I assumed it all over Mumbai.i had mailed u too to cross check n get more info but no one bothered to respond.i waste my time energy n money in this heat to visit Kandivali growel mall from MIDC Andheri to try my luck n even they weren't aware bout such replicas.after a wait if 10 mins they confirmed its only at Vashi mall.wow! Wat a waste of time.thanks to your informed ad which led me waste half of my day in that heat.i was better off with MCD n others I think.if anyone cares to read n respond..cyu

                            I visited olx for jobs and saw the ad about kfc offering jobs where i applied. The person's name is Ashok kumar who posted the ad. He told me to transfer 650/- in a account which i did. He told me i will recieve the call from the restaurant but did not got any call and this person is also not recieving my calls. I saw he posted many ads in olx regarding jobs in kfc.

                              I received my order after one hour of order time plus when it came the delivery boy brought the wrong order. after he came back again, the food was cold as ice and was not edible at all. Deeply Disappointed! Such service is not expected from a brand like KFC. I still have the order untouched but the store is closed because he took another half an hour in delivering my order again. Kindly look after the issue.

                                I made an order as a guest on the kfc app from gurgaon sector 21. it was for 569.89/-

                                As soon as the payment was completed, the app redirected to the home page.

                                In the app I had provided the phone number, the email address and complete address for delivery.

                                I never got the order any order confirmation or cancellation messages to both my email id and the phone number.

                                  I went to kfc pimple saudagar branch, pune and was shocked to see the quality of food they served. It was take away and was far to go back or else i shld hav went back n showed them the quality of fries they served. I have had across the world fries from kfc bt relaly shocking to have these.

                                    Today i tried to order from KFC for the price of Rs 623/-
                                    Order was placed and they have deducted the amount...
                                    When i call them for the confirmation on[protected] they said there is no order placed.
                                    I want my **** money refund back to my sbi account. Otherwise i'll register a complaint in consumer court.

                                    I have ordered a super six combo chicken stripes. And placed that order too. & amount was deducted from my sbi account. But still i have not received my delivery. & not refunded from kfc yum restuarants.

                                      Long back, I placed an online order(Home delivery) with KFC. They denied the order delivery due to some reason. I used Mobikwik Wallet for payment. KFC cancelled the order but not refunded money. Its about 3 months I am doing follow ups with them but no action has been taken. I want my money back.

                                      I have order through the Kfc online store, on 8/02/2017 using my HDFC credit card money got deducted but order didn't placed, It almost one month till now I have raised the request to the concern manager still I didn't get my money back when do I get it, Do you really care about the customer concerns or KFC always buys in counting their profit

                                        Sir I would like to inform you that I hade ordered a friends bucket and a snaker meal yesterday from your outlet in logix mall Noida my order no was 155 I want to inform that it was a take away order and it was delivered to in half an hour and when I had it the quality was horrible the chicken was over fried due to which it was hard to eat and the quality was also very less, since the meal has a soft drink I have taken a 7up in which I think...
