Yesterday 17.06.2017, time 22.24 bill no.56240 / chk 3336
I am coming with my kid and order the items for her.in the time of billing (After i pay the cash) the billing person said that it will take 15 minutes to fulfill the order.

Order things:-;
2 piece chicken
1 mojito
1 frooti
I wait for 20 minutes in kfc. Then i go to counter and ask the things is ready. He said that required to wait for other 6 minutes and more. Then i ask for bill cancellation. He is not willing for cancellation.
If bill not able to cancel, in the time billing itself inform me the correct time. After he takes the order he inform me the time and that time also the thing is not ready.
After i came back i tried the number in the bill, no one picking the call.

Attached the bill for your reference.

Look into this matter and take necessary actions.

I ordered a delivery of food at it Patiala Punjab outlet at 10:43pm but they called me back at 10:56pm telling me that they don't have food items I was unable to order food at that time anywhere else ur staff had no courtesy to apologize aswell got no choice except to sleep hungry is this how you treat ur customer

      I m a regular cosumer for kfc genrally i used to home delivery and every time they give chilli sauce and tomato sauce ad now they give me only tomato sauce which i doesn't eat and when i call them they doesn't pickup the call when the pickup the call they say we dont have any person to deliver to your door step an just by that i dont eat chicken on that day and throw it away. I need a best solution for this i want that 6's again with chilli sauce without giving money because i doesn't eat that and not even me eats chicken with chilli sauce my friends relatives and many other eats chicken with chilli sauce i need best solution for it thankyou and your service is very poor now i would never suggest anykne to eat chicken from kfc by that they should eat by green chick chop it has great service.

      We went in KFC at amanora mall. it was the WORST chicken i have ever had. we had 599 rs combo with hot wings buket. it was so bad smelly and wasnt even fried completely. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS OUTLET OF KFC EVER.
      I have order online but the amount has dedicated from my paytm and order has been cancal from 5 days i am trying to reach kfc customer care i didn't get any response till now any ine can help me...what i can do now should i go to near kfc and fight with them or wait and watch...

        Hi team, i purchased two beverage worth in total Rs 158, and was charged extra taxes worth Rs38 which is approx 24 percnt for a vat and other cess charges. As per IT dept of india revised charges on beverages shpuld only be 6% on the total bill and the manager at th kfc inorbit mall malad west mumbai told me the systems are not updated.I need a firm answer to this otherwise i am taking this casento consumer forum and let them see. I have attached proofs.

          This is my first experience with KFC online order

          I had ordered 6 kfc hot crispy spicy chicken bucket, order amount 576 including tax amount of 90 and delivery amount of 30, pls can you send me the order or refund my amount back.

            I have placed an order online at 16.49. At 18.12 i received a call from [protected] that the order will take another 30 minutes which was not an option and i communicated that over the phone very clearly.
            I requested my order to be cancelled and the money refunded. As i never received the order, i request the amount to be credited back to my account.

            I have visited KFC along with my pregnant wife & purchased a Crispy Fried Chicken combo from KFC- Janakpuri, Delhi on 10th June 2017. I had found a feather in chicken. I spoke to the manager then they apologize & changed the piece. But this is not acceptable at all. I am not worry about myself. I am worry about my wife. She had eaten that piece.

              Order for pickup on 20th may but due to store location issue order was cancelled by store manager

                This order has been cancelled immediately through call centre executive but we haven't receive cash back, I've called your customer care for 3times as they asked me to wait until 19th of this month we did it, please stop testing patience and let me know the status by wen it will get return I am not going to wait anymore!!

                  We had ordered 10 piece hot chicken bucket on 31st May, 2017, bill number 2778 at a local outlet of KFC. The quality of chicken they served us was not eatable because of several reasons. Firstly, chicken inside the fried coating was not chew-able as it was severely dry. Secondly, after the first bite, we observed that the bone of chicken was black in color. We were really shocked to see that bone color, it seemed like they have cooked a diseased chicken.

                  Lastly, as we know everybody order the food to eat and it was not worth eating. I would like to get a refund on the overall bill and if the outlet is unable to raise the standards to make the food at least eatable, the franchise does not deserves to sell anything.

                    I have ordered at 9:05 pm on 31st may, i have called twice they just say it needs to be delivered but it is not delivered i have requested to cancel the order. He said ok. But after 3 hours delivery guy came (11:58pm) to deliver i have told him i have already cancelled the order and he is insisting me to take it. I refused.

                    So now i need my money back

                      Kfc ahmedabad one mall staff charged service tax from on takeaways. As in india the service tax department is not allowed the restaurants to charge service tax on takeaways.

                      I have asked the staff why they are charging but they informed me that they are charging service tax on takeaways also.

                      I did not understand the logic behind this and request the concerned authorities to return back the money taken with me immediately.

                        I ordered chicken from kfc but no body not accepted my order made me to wait in que. I waited since 1 hr but no one not responded to my order. I am hungry and feeling tied and came to kfc restaurant to eat something but the staff of kfc were very irresponsible and not showing concern. So I left out from restaurant.
                        Very very very very very worst and ugly services of kfc the tables were not cleaned such a brutal services of kfc . One of staff of kfc order customer to clean the tables.

                          Dear sir,
                          I purchased burger combo pack from your store at kfc pachgaon (Gurgaon) haryana on 20th april 2017. You charged from me wrong bill extra amount of rs 130 (This is not mention anywhere in bill).
                          Second thing is when i tried to complain against above matter on your customer helpline no.[protected]. First they pick my call and then make at hold after longtime they disconneted my call and not picked my call lot of times.

                            I did not expect such type of worst quality foods from kfc. We 3 friends ate in kfc at esplanade, kolkata on 14th may at about evening. We ate chilli cheeza.
                            After about 30 mins, we felt sick. We all suffered from food poisoning.
                            Next day, one of my friend had intense loose motion and when he went to doctor, doctor told him that he had stomach infection and he has low blood pressure. My another friend was admitted to hospital in emergency at night due to excessive muscle pain. Lkastly, i am also a victim of food poisoning but i had the worst of that i am now suffering from allergy, rashes have spread-ed all over my body. Doctor told me that i have internal infection. Now we all are under medical attention. It has been said that it will take ample time for my rashes to disappear. What ### foods you are making... Due to your unhealthy and poisonus we all ar esuffering from health problems. Before i had a good impression, but such type of poisonus food i have never expected. From now, i will spread bad impression about your company, you have hurted us a lot and that is a major blow to our expectation. For these rashes, even, now i feel a bit ashamed to go in public and some people even misjudges it as kfc and that is because of idiotic foods from kfc. Curse you kfc...!!!

                              This is to complain about kfc branch at
                              A s rao nagar, hyderabad, telangana, india. I have had 4 to 5 experiences in the past where the quality of food served at night hours i. E after around 9pm is of low quality especially the mayonnaise. My family members and i have experienced several episodes of illness after consuming food at late hours. The popcorn too lacks chicken.

                                  Ordered a chicken zinger burger at KFC R K Cineplex, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, at 19th May 2017, 18:30. Tin number[protected]

                                  They served me a raw chicken burger. Since it was a takeaway, I could not even return or complain to them about it. Such a shame to be running such a big name and serving food of such pathetic quality. Raw meat can be disastrous to health, and it is the heights of ignorance from such a "famous" brand to be this ignorant about people's health.

                                  I expect an apology and a refund, at the least.
