I have paid my order money by paytm
At ahmedabad panchavati branch but due to some technical issues paytm have not transferred money to kfc. Store manager is unnecessary bothering me to visit again and pay money by cash and harrassing me. Please find the snapshot of payment receipt and stop harrassing me otherwise i will file a case in court.

    Worse kfc i have ever visited... Staff sits with costumers and they make loud noises haunting in the restaurant... Staff will not give you bill for small purchase they keep that amount in their pocket... Dont know managers operators are not keeping eyes on the meeting of other shops workers and kfc staff gathered as they are freinds like costumers and talk so loud and they use abuse words with each other dats really disturbing authorities should take step otherwise your brand will loose its repo soon attaching photos of your staff with their freinds date 16 august 2017 time 10 20 pm crown interiors mall faridabad haryana pictures are as follow

      I ordered chicken bucket at 10:30 pm and got my order at 11:00pm.
      The moment i sat to have my meal, the acs were deliberately switched off in such warm weather and after requesting everyone there, i got the reply that the system is automatically switched off at 11:00 pm in a rude tone.
      Had they told us earlier, i would have taken it away to my home but in the middle of my meal, doing such nuisance was really uncalled for.
      Whole dining experience got ruined. No action has been taken against as i have already registered my complain in the restaurant.

        The big outlet denied giving water, which is a basic requirement for any restaurant. I was asked to buy a bottle. I agreed to buy the bottle for 40 rs. I asked for a glass or cup to give the water to my kid. I was denied the option saying they dont have glass and cant give the glass used for coke. This is customer service at worst. Why i have to pay taxes and buy bottle of water.

          Today after noon, (08aug2017 @ 15:21 hrs), i visited the kfc outlet situated at advant tower, sector-142, noida.

          I was attracted with the price tag placed on the counter, 2 pcs for rs. 110/-. When i got the bill, it was for rs. 180/-! I asked the sales girl what is the difference, then she said tax is included. I asked her how come tax of 60 rupees. Unable to answer my queries, she called her supervisor, and he explained that it is an add on offer, which is mentioned in the advt in a very small letter. I asked the supervisor, why it is not written in a visible manner, he said it is their marketing trick.
          Now, my question: why kfc charging a customer with their pseudo marketing trick? Why the sales person couldn't tell the customer that the item would cost rs. 180/- if you buy it alone?

          A customer expects a minimum courtesy from the sales person, if the price is different from the listed one. I feel cheated by the company's cheap marketing trick. Please avoid cheating the customer in such a way. At least mention the condition attached to the pricing, in a readable way.

            The chicken i got was raw and not well cooked, the crispy chicken was very hard and dry to eat and the store manager of kfc advant noida doesnt know how to talk to its customers. We are regular consumer and we dont wont accept this, the service was very bad along with the food smoky grilled which was provided was soggy and raw was cooked very badly, when i told the store manager he didnt spoke properly.

            They have made me stand for the last 15-20 min, still they are gonna need 10 more min... They are inefficient... this is happening to me at KFC lake mall, Kolkata, India...               I ordered kfc which worth rs. 393 on july 24 2017 at kfc vasant square mall, vasant kunj. Payment was made by paytm ([protected]). Transaction was successful, received payment-confirmation email and paytm apps shows transaction was successful.

              Anyway, store keeper had denied my transaction saying "we haven’t received anything" and told me to contact paytm. I have mailed paytm and paytm executive told me it was confirmed from their side. (Yes i have received confirmation mail on that particular day). As order was already prepared and rs. 393 was already deducted from my paytm wallet.

              I had to pay again by my debit card (Sbi visa card number lalchhandama) as he insisted me to pay. And i paid twice for one order. (Debit card + paytm)

              He told me i would get my money rs. 393 back within 7 days. And even after seven days, nothing is credited to my bank account as he promised. I called them more than thrice and didn't make any sense.

              It has been 12 days and didn't get my money bank. Please, refund the amount rs. 393 to my bank account.

                I ordered super 6's from kfc (3b2 mohali punjab) some time back (10.48 pm). They delivered the order at around 11.30 pm but hot wings were missing from the pack. When i called the delivery boy[protected]*) he asked us to call the store. When i called up the store[protected] nobody picked up the call.

                I have been an old customer of kfc, i usually visit kfc (3b2 mohali/sector 35 chandigarh) pretty often but this time i ordered online and i am completely dissatisfied with the casual attitude of their staff (3b2 mohali). Now there is no media to contact them untill tomorrow and tomorrow i am going out of station for few days and will be back on tuesday.

                I will never order anything from kfc again. You probably lost a regular customer.

                  I ordered food from kfc ahmedabad pralhadnagar area for home delivery. 30 minutes after i ordered, the manager calls me and says that they can't deliver because the area is now out of their delivery zone. It was such a bad experience as the restuarant didn't inform me this at the time of the order and took 30 minutes after the order to inform me this. Such kind of irresponsible behaviour by the manager should be taken into consideration and strict action should be taken for such irresponsible behaviour.

                    I have ordered for mingles bucket from kfc on[protected]. My order has not delivered yet but they are telling that i will get a call from store. I have not get a call and moreover when i called the number 33994444 they are hanging off the call after listening my order number. Very worst experience ever from kfc. They made me to wait till 11:15 in night. Finally i have to go to bed with empty stomach. How can you cheat customers kfc?? My order ref 3763932

                        The billing was made at 7:31pm on 26th july 2017 and the total time of the food to be processed was said to be 20 mins.
                        After waiting for 45 mins, when asked about the position of my order they said that an employee had forgotten about my bill and that they will let us know when it is ready, and still it has been more than 10 mins since that statement has been made by the employee.

                          As such u r very well aware about the present market scenarios, whereby every businesses looks at going to an extra mile in getting customer, rather losing them once for all.

                          Here i wud like to narrate my case for your perusal

                          1) logged on to kfc india website & ordered for the food as per the availablity @2.49 pm. Within in a minute executive from peenya calls me to enquire the precise location & during briefing vehemently denied for the delivery. Reason cited becoz of area demarkation... However upon speaking finally agreed for the delivery.in the meanwhile i received the email confirmation of order booking & on the website the timer for 30 minutes of delivery shown..
                          @3.18pm executive calls me saying that the delivery cannot be done & theirby i asked for his superior numbers to be given so that i cud discuss & see if an viable solution could be found. Received call from the store manager @3.32 pm & during my briefing about the initiative that i have taken by contacting the gm office, a total paradigm shift in his approach & assured me that he will look into & come back to me on the order that's been placed.

                          In the meanwhile i had your secretary calling me & i have briefed the entire episode & assured me to look into & resolve it in 24 hours time.

                          I wud urge you to look into my grievances & see how kfc india can do things differently than other competitors.. I hope u wud have got my message.

                            I'm a customer! I made an order @ kfc kochi kakkanad and the employee who attended the call to take the order (Gopika) spoke with a negative attitude and mistreated me and also she spoke with a wrong attitude as if she has got no interest in taking the order and also finally when they delivered it wasn't what i actually ordered! I'm a regular customer and this sort of derogatory behaviour ain't expected and appreciable from kfc! I'm disappointed

                              I had placed an order (Quick book) on 5th july and the order was supposed to be delivered by kfc sector 47 gurugram, haryana. Unfortunately they had some issue on their end so they cancelled my order.
                              I was told that my money would refund back within 15days. I waited... Waited.. For exact 15 days and then i called them their customer care executive said, "sir i'm raising an complain and within 10-15 minutes a person from same kfc shop will contact you". U know what i did?? I waite for that #g 10-15mins but no one called me. It has been 20days they are not refunding my money. I am attaching screen shot of order details.
                              Pls help me.. Else i would complain in consumer forum.

                              I placed an online order on June 30th.order number is 9499. After the money got debited, the store later called to say they cannot deliver. However, the dame store has delivered in the past. I was told I'll get my refund within 14 working days. I still have not received it. Kindly expedite the matter.

                                Hi buddy's this is regarding to i was number of times visited at lb nagar kfc restaurant i was number of times facing this problem but not only me everyone feels like only problem is the chicken is not cooked well and taste also not much i was eaten in chennai at skywalks that people was prepared well and taste also awesome at hyderabad restaurants very waste in hyderabad i was visited all branches but that taste is not maintain anywhere in hyd very worrest and very pathetic may be you people are saying simply one thing public that is not a answer this way you people are replaying to customers now way days customer is very very important but your loosing your customers i really hate this is not first time to me every time like only your blaming to customers every time i don't have time that's why am not share any feedback back now i will share this small if wish to improve or not that's yours choice and more thing i forgot at lb nagar kfc that family sitting tables are reparebl that not good condition every time i visit i told that peoples till now like only and kharkana kfc people are speaking to customers very rude and careless. I have all restaurants totall history is their but am not share much more especially hyderabad restaurant's was very worrest due to taste and service & maintenance they are not following asper your standards am also customer only don't think any thing in my life insidances only

                                In all branches of kfc restaurants in karnataka they are not using plastic for parcel . But they are using plastic in tamilnadu . But we pay same amount and tax as in karnataka. Implement no plastic in all tamilnadu kfc restaurants.

                                  I want to address that double deduction had been done from my debit card on 12 july 2017 at kfc phase 3b2 mohali (Sapphire food pvt ltd) in their account for 489/-, in which once 489/- amount was credited back to mine a/c immediately but the 2nd transaction amt did not come till now, despite i made the full from another card (Below pic is attached and snapshot of mine bank statement).
                                  Kindly check out my debited amount towards your end.

                                  Never hoped or expected such a experience from a reputed international brand KFC.On 12/6/2017 i went in between 5:30 pm - 6 :00 pm to KFC outlet(SAPPHIRE FOOD PVT LTD) in Phase 3b2 Mohali, District - S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. I made payment from debit card ending with ****8367 for Rs 489/-(below are attached snaps) from where twice 489/- was deducted, deduction made first time reverted back asap(check bank statement - REVERSE POS) but the second deduction is still unknown, however the payment had to be made to take away the order and was done by other card ending with ****0586 (shown in the summary of payments made till my order).So my humble request to your manager or whatever in charge over the employees was what should i do, he bluntly in an unprofessional way said go check with your bank.Kindly address my problem and give a solution to same at the earliest please, a humble request from a genuine customer.

                                  The order I placed on July 11th, on KFC Website, Amount of 649 has got deducted, but the Order was not placed.

                                    Kfc india — refund of money

                                    I tried to give online order on 11/07/2016 (Tuseday) through my this account. Due to some problem, order was not placed but money (Rs. 387/- only) had been debited from my hdc account (Used hdfc debit card, older reference# 3651764 till date i did not get my money back as order was cancelled automatically. Please help me out from this situation and refund me my amount.

                                      I made a purchase at kfc, keelkattalai branch on july 9th, sunday at 11.30 am, we made the payment of rs.308 via paytm (Order id: 2913d971 / transaction id: [protected]) and the amount was debited from my paytm wallet and paytm confirmed me that the transaction was successful, but kfc kept on saying me that they have not received the amount, we paid additional rs.308 via hdfc credit card and got the items and we left home.

                                      We kept on calling the keelkattalai branch and none picked up the phone, when they picked up the phone, mr. Anbu and mr. Ramesh was least bothered to check the problem and they told us that they were busy and will take time, so far it is more than 3 days and anbu and ramesh showed no interest in getting the amount reversed back to our account.

                                      This is a pathetic and horrible service that we received, we haven't seen any such very bad service from anyone.

                                      Please avoid kfc and be careful.

                                        I have ordered KFC online but they said they don't have delivery on that regions so they cancelled the order and I lost 522 rupees.Its not yet credited in my account.
