I made a web order in kfc, order no. is[protected]placed on[protected]:36:33). I paid amount by Paytm and the amount got deducted from Paytm account. But KFC says they have not received and denied my order.
I raised a ticket with Paytm[protected] for the transaction (Paid for OrderSapphire Order #1932D71256Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-07 09:18:41 PM)

No response from Paytm for this. I have stopped using KFC and Paytm after this.

    I have already submitted my complaint on 14th December to which nothing has been done so far as far as my complaint is concerned. My feedback ID is KFC17552. You can go through my complaint and understand what my concern is. I am very much disappointed with the fact that such a reputed brand has so poor grievance call with no update at all towards my issue. I request you to look into the matter ASAP and revert. I have already put down my details in my complaint earlier.
    KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I ordered food from a KFC Hyderabad branch which is not near to my place.so the order got cancelled. They have told me, money will get refunded with in 7-10 days but I didn't get my money back .

      I was charged twice for my order at KFC Nehru Place on[protected] at 11:56 am. I received my order and the store mentioned that since I have been charged twice the refund will be reflected in my account within a week.

      No further communication was made and I have not yet received my refund of Rs 1020.12. The KFC online website is not replying to my queries and it is not helping.

      I ordered online on 18.12.2016 at 8pm. Rs 616.91 was paid online. No acknowledgement was received.

      Later when I called customer care the executive said, the order was failed.

      Why order was failed after paying money online. When my money will be repaid to me.

      This is very annoiding .

        I ordered in KFC App and tried 2 times using netbanking. The amount Rs.512.13 was deducted twice but the order was not placed. While enquired with the bank they said to refer the operator because transaction is complete from their end. First transaction is from axis bank netbanking(PRN - HUTI[protected]). Second transaction is from DBS bank and ID is SDB753218 (Description PCD 175145KFC) - KFC16157. Its almost a month since i raised a dispute but no resolutions yet.           I tried to give online order on 02/12/2016 (Friday) through my this account. Due to some problem, order was not placed but money (Rs. 840/- only) had been debited from my SBI account (used SBI Debit Card, Transaction code: POS KFC at KFC txn# HU[protected]). Till date I did not get my money back as order was cancelled automatically. Please help me out from this situation and refund me my amount.
          When I am going "Contact us" section and trying to submit this massage, showing invalid massage.

          I visited kfc, sector 9 panchkula on 10 dec 2016 at 20.27, there i order the item of rs 1021, and i did payement by debit card, but your exe use two times my debit as he said ist time payement is not done, but there is two time deduction of rs 1021 from my ac, please look into the matter and refund it asap

            On 2nd november, 2016 i initiated an online transaction of rs. 630.37 on kfc india's online order website (Online. Kfc.co.in), but transaction got failed and my order stood void. I immediately called kfc india's customer care on[protected]. Their executive apprised me about transaction failure and assured me that my amount will be credited back in 7-14 days. He also told me to place my order again. I paid twice for the same amount, and i am still waiting for my unnecessarily debited amount to get back. I called them so many times but in vain. Everytime i call they have a new excuse and a new executive. Feeling really disheartened and helpless.

              On 18-12-16 we went to kfc distric centre janakpuri. We encouter very bad experience there we ate chicken smoky grilled and we were almost done and in the end bone was filled with blood which was not at all expected here we complainted for the same then it was told due to not properly cooked it is like this we are sorry
              This kind of thing is not expected from reknowed kfc staff
              So please kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action

                Hello, your quality is getting lower day by day, like potato krisper was very good but now it is not good. and i don't know who is responsible for this.

                I always get from sec 4 kfc. burger bun is so stale. i don't know kfc is so huge why they are making quality bad . i want to sort out this problem as soon as possible.

                Potato krisper is around 35 INR with tax. but street burger which is of 20 INR is much better than kfc. why kfc?

                  On 11th dec i ordered 2 times using credit card. Order amount was 794.41 and 918.76. Money got deducted but it was a failed transaction. I have transaction through icici bank credit card. The transaction numbers are 421350 for 794.41 and 327125 for 918.76. I mailed 3 to 4 times in kfc portal. But no response from there side. I want my money back. I'm not getting where to complain. Because no proper customer care number is there and no proper portal is there to directly complaint against kfc. I mailed in kfc uk side so they respond properly and said me to give complaint in india site. If they can revert us back then why can't india kfc portal do that. Really so shameful. Kindly return my money back asap

                    Regarding my online ordera at kfc,

                    I tried to purchase and order in kfc portal on 14th dec. 2016.
                    Purchase has not been completed. But i found debit card balance has been deducted from my account. As the kfc store locator says he won't be able to deliver to tha address. And they have cancelled the order. But then even i didnot get my money back.

                      I have tried placing an order few days back. Money was successfully debited from my account but order was a failure. I tried contacting kfc team about five times but no one responded even once. The transaction id is : hu[protected]
                      Please help me regarding this issue so that the refund will be made as soon as possible. I have attached bank statement also herewith. Please verify that too.

                      I have contacted customer care and they told me that it would take 15 to 20 days from their side to initiate the refund . Finally i've received the refund amount and it took 16days from the day money has been debited from my account and order was a failure.

                        I was using kfc's online website on sunday, 11/12/16, and placed an order of inr 903.82 and paid for the same using my debit card. The amount was deducted but following this no further notification/update was given whatsoever and neither was the order shown anywhere. I request you to to look into the matter and address the issue as soon as possible.

                            I have ordered today @ 5.15-5.30 pm by calling the number [protected] and asked for a delivery of 10 pieces bucket at my location ca-205, salt lake, kolkata @ 9.00 pm. Later at around 6 pm, i have changed the schedule and asked for delivery @ 7.30 pm. I have waited up to 7.45 pm and could not receive anything. Then i called again and asked about the reason. They told your delivery is scheduled @ 8.30 pm, but they can take fresh order and that will reach @ 8.15 at your location. I agreed with that and i waited up to 8.40 pm and called. But now they told that your order is scheduled @ 9 pm.
                            I want to know why the customer will be harrased such way and why the order taking persons always tell the lie.

                              Dear concerned person,

                              This complaint is regarding deduction of money in failed orders through kfc site and that has not been reverted even after 12 days.

                              I tried placing order twice through kfc online site on 2nd of dec, both times order was not successful but amount was deducted. I have not heard back on amount reversal even after 12 days. I had tried calling kfc through different means but every time it was told to me that its a automatic process and amount will be reverted in 7 business days but it has gone pass 12 days but no update has been provided till now

                              Can you look in to this on priority? And update me on my cell phone ([protected]) when my money will be back in my account.

                                I placed and online order with KFC on 10th december, 2016 from Noida location.. An amount of 445.65 was debited from my credit card account but order wasn't placed successfully. KFC does not answer the customer care helpline.I called their customer care number[protected] given online and some security guard of KFC picked the phone. I have mailed them through online provided my phone number as well as email id but they have not replied yet.
                                Previously also I had tried online to place a order but everytime I was unable to place a successfull order. It is really very frustrating that KFC brand does not have a dedicated team to look into online issues of their site.
                                Now there is now way for me to get in contact with them.
                                Please help me in getting refund of my amount.

                                  I made an online order of INR 562.10 on[protected] at 12:39:17. The transaction was however unsuccessful and my order was not placed but the amount was debited from my account. I reached KFC on the toll free number and they said that the amount would be refunded in 10-15 days. So kindly do the needful from your end to arrange for a quick refund.

                                    My account was debited with the amount of ₹599 and then KFC website redirected me to page as Something went wrong and showed cart is empty. If my order was not confirmed then why amount was debited.

                                    Kindly refund me the amount.

                                    Also, communicated with billdesk. They confirmed that money has been credited to merchant site.

                                      Hello,
                                      I am a regular Coustomer of your outlet and generally buys different products of kfc like bucket, chicken popcorn etc but most of the time's i order chicken snacker which you have discontinued. It was my and my friends favourite item in burgers as it was tasty as well as cost effective and we often used to visit kfc for snackers but now you have released a new item instead of snacker and that is chicken longer who's taste is not good as snacker. We don't like the taste of chicken longer because you have only increased the size of bread not the materials inside it and therefore we have reduced are frequency to go kfc because we don't want to buy chicken longer as it doesn't taste good.
