This is about complain for KFC India customer support.
The transaction ID of payment is
POS KFC at KFC txn# HF[protected]

My account was debited with the amount of 774.60 through HDFC debit card. But KFC website redirected me to a page which showed no orders in my account, my order was never confirmed but amount was debited.
I ordered and make payment online on date 2nd Dec, Friday 2016, time 7:32PM from your portal. I did not get order id from your site, and Rs 774.60 deducted from my account. I contacted on customer care number they told please contact your nearby outlet, sector 142, Advant Noida. I visited there and got response from your employee, that your payment of 774.60 Rs will be credited in your account within 10-15 days. Please do needful help.
I am hoping to get refund soon.
