I ordered food from KFC, Bailey Road, Patna at 1:39 pm today ie 17th Feb, 2017. I paid Rs 497.33 online and order was placed. I got confirmation mails also which I have attached with this complain. When I sent colleague to pick the order from the outlet, the manager denied that they have not received any such order yet.

So my colleague left without any order. I lost my money and still hungry. Please help me.

    I made a order through the kfc website. as soon as i made the payment i was charged for the order but after that there was no trace of my order details or any confirmation. however my account was debited for the amount. when i called kfc customer care i ws told that the amount will be refunded. but i did not get nay refund of the same.

    on the attachment the transaction date was 8th feb. i later placed another order on phone and swiped my card.

    Maintatinance is not good.There is a mosquito inside a Pepsi. I drank 3/4 of the pepsi and I opened it and found an mosquito. Who is the responsibility for my health if any health problem comes?.I want reply from you..My order id :CHK 9759

      Paid Rs.531.65 on 22.01.2017, in KDC Website, through paytm wallet for delivery of food. Food delivery they didn't do, further there is no intimation whether they will do or not. After calling customer care thrice also they did not give me any particulars or traced my amount. Customer care approach is not very friendly approach and it needed to be improved.

        There is no name of city raipur that is the capital of(chhattisgarh)and we are not getting the offers because there is no name of raipur so it is our complaint and try to solve it fast as soon as possible I love kfc it was good but now I have just started unlinking it and try it to improve and now you have stopped making chicken chizza and it was too good and reasonable range and just have stopped it .please register my number for special offer on my mobile number

          I am a customer of kfc for years. Today (Feb 12/2017) I ordered online. The branch is merely 15minutes away but they took one and a half hours to deliver. Each time I call the branch (keelkatalai, Chennai) they said they will deliver in 10minutes. And I had been calling again and again and no response from them. Am totally depressed as I was so hungry. I had already paid online if not I wouldn't have paid for it. You should return my cash back. The food was supposed to be hot and it was cold.

            I'm Dr. Thomas, , Kolkata..I have been a regular customer of kfc for last 4
            years..I like your food and varieties.. The kfc nearest to my hospital is
            in hatibagan..I have taken food from there directly and by home delivery..
            Last year, I ordered food online and your delivery team delivered it by 2
            hours( the distance to be converted was just 2km)..I called again and again
            and finally a guy picked up and told they will deliver in next 15 minutes
            and it went on and finally I got it delivered in about 2 hours.. Then I
            called and shoes at the kfc for late delivery and not to repeat it..a few
            days later I called for online order and they were not picking the phone, , ,
            when I called from another number, , they took the phone and cut it again as
            soon as I told my name... Then they never took a call from both the
            numbers.. Finally I called from a third number and asked to connect me to
            the manager there.. He talked to me and apologized and told me not to file
            a complaint and he will personally make sure the smooth running in further
            order...a few days later I ordered again and they gave me for on time, , but
            the next day Me and my friend suffered from acute food poisoning..I felt
            like they purposefully provided us with stale food in avenge of the
            previous happenings.. Then I stopped online ordering.. While I used to
            visit other kfcs .. Today again I ordered, , , in fear of giving bad food
            again, , I ordered via Zomato.. When they called for address, , when I told my
            name only, , they told me the rest of the address, , as if they were waiting
            for it.. As expected, , today Ajay I got bad food, , after eating which me
            and my friend started having abdominslal discomfort... This day I have
            decided to file compliance against the kfc firm in COPRA and wherever I can
            till I get justice done

            On wednesday your deal is Rs.300 get 12 pcs chicken but they only provide 10 pcs instead of 12 pcs, they said its not showing in the system
            you all are publishing your ads on tv and social media but in actual that not exist

            So please refund the price money or stop promoting ads
            I ordered for food from KFC, dated 18/01/2017 and paid Rs 304 via netbanking for the same. But the order got cancelled on its own. But till now the money did not get refunded. Please look into the matter.

              Hi, i placed the order cor bucket chicken hot & crisp 10 pcs at 400 rupees. But i got 12 pcs boneless strips. How you changed my order. My child and wife only like hot & crispy chicken. Why changed. I want replace of the boneless. I keep the balance cbickens in my fridge. I want only bucket chicken. Not boneless strips. How you all not cheking the delivery orders before aending to customer place.

                  card. But the order is not confirm and payment of 532.24 was credited to
                  KFC MUMBAI BRANCH/OUTLET. Kindly check and reverse my payment.

                    I ordered in the day of my marriage anniversary of 6 Feb but when delivered fortunate rely I checked the items and found one of the items is missing. I felt very bad. Please instruct your delivery centre at Kalkaji to be very serious about the items of delivery so that customers are not cheated. They should not take it casually where customer is paying their hardship money to entertain for a day or so monthly/yearly depending upon one's status.

                      Order9513 Ref 426561 - i have been ordering from online from Sep 2016 and ALL ORDERS were delivered from Keelkatalai store. Today even though i opted for 1930 hrs delivery at 1706 hrs i rcvd first SMS that my order has been despatched so i called call centre at [protected] and they confirmed that the order will be delivered at 1930 hrs again at 1724 hrs i rcvd another SMS with the same msg and finally at 1905 hrs one more SMS with the same msg but at 1910 hrs Keelkatalai Shift Manager Ramesh calls me and says i need to call OMR branch to get this order done which i refused stating that it is an issue between KFC braches so it is the job of KFC but at 1918 hrs Call Centre Manager called said the order cannot be delivered from Keelkatalai store and he will arrange from OMR at 1945 hrs again Mr Ramesh called me and said as the both distance same Keelkatalai office will deliver ???? What exactly the issue here ??? At 1949 hrs rcvd a call from[protected] and said he is on the with my order but till now the order was not repeat NOT delivered Why the confusion as this was my fourth order ??? Hope you will investigate and revert

                        This is my first and worst experience of KFC . I ordered 3 items for home delievery, the order details is attached in the image .. my order number is 16651495 .
                        out of 3 i got only 2 items .. when i got my order Hot and spicy chicken was missing and the delivery boy left.
                        I tried calling the helpline number[protected] of Alpha one mall franchise of KFC . it rang 3 times but nobody answered the call.
                        then i tried to call the other number which takes the home delivery orders. the number is [protected]. I talked with their executive, they told me that i will get my hot and spicy chicken within few minutes but nobody came.
                        its really an example of poor service and wrong behavior with the customers.
                        It was my first and i would say last experience of KFC. i am not going to Order anything again. and i ll recommend my friends to not toorder anything from KFC.

                          I was placing an online order on nov 12 2016 from KFC's website and the money from my account got debited twice.
                          i just noticed that recently while checking my passbook
                          rs 672 were debited twice from my account TWICE
                          today the date is 2nd feb 2017 lol
                          anyone knows if its possible to get my hard earned money back?????

                            Hi KFC, I had ordered 2 pc hot n crispy chicken pieces on Monday, 30th January, 2017 at 10:25 pm online. After sometime, the website showed that the order had been delivered. But I didn't recieve anything, not even a phonecall. Even the phone number sent to me via email for contact to store was a wrong number. I am very disappointed by your bad service. I want refund of my order. The order details are in the attached image.                               An amount of 1088 rupees was deducted from my bank account upon ordering online. However, even after successful payment the order was not registered. I received no confirmation mail or text and the page asked for order confirmation and payment confirmation all over again. I called the KFC customer care number +[protected], and waited long for any executive to pick my call. Now, I have waited for refund for two days. Please address the issue and arrange for a refund.

                                I visited PacificMall's KFC's outlet at food-court. At billing counter, order-taker was forcibly pushing Fries'-combo., to which v declined. Still on his constant pursuing offer to provide fries @Rs.20/- V finally ordered the same. But later on seeing the bill, we were charged Rs 65/- showing fries n coke combo.!. It wasn't expected of such a reputed chain as yours to go in for such 'pick-pocking-gimmicks".. I wish u to take notice of such unwanted tricky-marketing-push and provide appropriate, satisfying compensation...

                                  I had a kfc meal in KFC Phoenix Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore on 26/11/2016 and the bill amount was 285.14 INR . I had given by debit card ending 6618 to the bill desk guy and he had swiped it twice. The amount of 285.14 was deducted twice from my account and the same had been informed to the Manager George Pothen ( george.[protected]@yum.com, Cell: +91-[protected], +[protected] immediately. He had told me that it will be finalized within 1 week and given me his card. But the problem has not been resolved till today and i have not got my money back. This is highly irresponsible by KFC India and was not expected at all. Please resolve it asap or else i will lodge a case in consumer court against KFC and a case of FRAUD as well. I don't want any delay in it so do your investigation and take proper action against people responsible for this unprofessional attitude.

                                    May name is aturrehman Yesterday I went kfc Pacific mall subhash nagar whith May girl friend and I take order4 pics Nashville chicken whith bonus and 4 pics Nashville chicken boneless and two small red velvet May total amount is 725rs I ate the only one pics this chicken it's so oily and awkward test I fee lots of oil add this chicken this chicken is very harmful for stomach and heart and health after eat this chicken May I get started loose motion I pay 725rs and you give me this type food it's very bad I am regular customer for kfc bicoze kfc is famous for chicken but if you give this type of chicken I never come back kfc I ask also the team member can you refund this order and his say no sir and pay725rs that's way I eat forshly after than I get stomach problem I want May mony back please don't ignore this complaint and take the response...                                       When I was eating hot and crispy chicken a huge amount of blood was coming in chicken which was shown to concerened person it was horrible what was the quality check done before serving.
                                      I need a compensation from the company it may be a defective chicken which will lead to a desease

                                      But as per norms a proper complaint or feedback book should be there in each and every restaurants for audit and compliance purpose.

                                      It is 1 pm in night and I not able to get normal.You cannot imagine how you feel when u are eating which u like the most and now I think I should quit non vegetarian.
                                      Really horrible experience
                                      Yesterday I visited KFC, Domestic airport, Delhi. First I paid by card, but counter person said it was failed. So, I made a cash payment. After few minutes I got a msg of deduction by credit card.
                                      So, kindly refund the amount.

                                        Today just now around at 10 PM, i ordered Hot crispy 8pcs and another HC 4 pcs -totally 12 pcs hot & crispy, my order number is : [protected], staff-8160, POS number-T30207 but when delivery boy came, he gave me one box and when i asked its all 12 pcs then he told me yes, everything are packed inside in one package.
                                        So we received and then when i opened it my home it was only 8 pcs and tried to call delivery boy, call not responded and when i tried to reach customer care, got the info only 11AM o 11 PM.I am too disappointing with this order
