Yesterday i ordered kfc at 2000 hrs, got my dispatch message at 2020 hrs. i received my order at 2300 hrs, no clue what took so long to deliver as the kfc store (south city mall) and the delivery address is 5mins walking distance. tried to call kfc store, south city mall but wasn't able to get through (15 times to be exact). called customer care to check the delivery status and explained him my problem, the guy told me that he will arrange a call back from the kfc store, but that never happened, i also requested the guy to send the card machine as i wasn't carrying sufficient cash with me, the customer care executive assured me that the card machine will be sent to me. finally when the delivery came, the delivery guy wasn't carrying the card machine, as he wasn't having any clue what i was talking about. after lot of argument with the delivery guy i somehow managed to pay the amount.
I am very disappointed with the services of kfc as the food delivered to us wasn't even hot.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I ordered KFC Chicken Zinger Meal and paid the bill of Rs232 through SBI online payment.
Then my amount is debited from my account but i am not able to place order and now Kfc website is showing that there are no orders in my account and my money is not yet refunded. Please check once and refund my amount...as soon as possible ...
