I have faced a serious service discrepancy from kfc's side and i feel looted with no mercy.
I visited this kfc at 55th milestone in gurgaon to eat something filling but i ended up being looted and helpless.
I ordered 2 veg zinger burgers which are priced at rs. 99 on the menu,
I was asked for single sauce or double sauce at the time of order.
I asked what is this sauce concept over here.. Since i have visited kfc many times in jaipur (Since i reside in jaipur) and there is no such concept in jaipur..
I was forced to choose compulsorily between single or double sauce..
I asked to the staff member hansraj over there, that if i don't choose any sauce then would you hand over me a burger only with patty and veggies..
To my surprise, he said yes..
Moreover, he also said that sauce to be put inside the burger are treated as dips at kfc and are chargeable apart from the burger amount on compulsory basis..
Then, forcefully i had to choose single sauce as i was helpless and hungry at that moment.
Again to my surprise, i was charged rs. 40 for 4 dips to be put inside the burger.
I enquired that why have i been charged 4 dips in 2 burgers..
He (The kfc guy) said that 2 dips are worth rs. 50.. So i am giving you a benefit by charging 4 dips at rs. 40.
Also, since my order was takeaway i was forcefully charged extra rs. 5 for a bad useless plastic bag which i refused to take but was again told that it's compulsory to take a plastic bag in takeaway orders.
So, this was the incident that took place at kfc in gurgaon.
I urge you for a strong compensation or else i will be filing a complaint to the consumer court to stop this looting business.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am continuesly provide goods from raipur maganato mall kfc but manager is not pay my money. And he is not talking me. Unfortunately i m depressed so what happened.
