I placed and online order with KFC on 10th december, 2016 from Noida location.. An amount of 445.65 was debited from my credit card account but order wasn't placed successfully. KFC does not answer the customer care helpline.I called their customer care number[protected] given online and some security guard of KFC picked the phone. I have mailed them through online provided my phone number as well as email id but they have not replied yet.
Previously also I had tried online to place a order but everytime I was unable to place a successfull order. It is really very frustrating that KFC brand does not have a dedicated team to look into online issues of their site.
Now there is now way for me to get in contact with them.
Please help me in getting refund of my amount.

    I made an online order of INR 562.10 on[protected] at 12:39:17. The transaction was however unsuccessful and my order was not placed but the amount was debited from my account. I reached KFC on the toll free number and they said that the amount would be refunded in 10-15 days. So kindly do the needful from your end to arrange for a quick refund.
    Please find attached the transaction receipt for your reference.

      Account debited without confirmation of order.

      Incident occured on 23 November 2016

      The transaction ID of payment is
      BILLDESKnut Order#HPT[protected]
      Order Reference #5010364

      My account was debited with the amount of ₹599 and then KFC website redirected me to page as Something went wrong and showed cart is empty. If my order was not confirmed then why amount was debited.

      Kindly refund me the amount.

      Also, communicated with billdesk. They confirmed that money has been credited to merchant site.

        Hello,
        I am a regular Coustomer of your outlet and generally buys different products of kfc like bucket, chicken popcorn etc but most of the time's i order chicken snacker which you have discontinued. It was my and my friends favourite item in burgers as it was tasty as well as cost effective and we often used to visit kfc for snackers but now you have released a new item instead of snacker and that is chicken longer who's taste is not good as snacker. We don't like the taste of chicken longer because you have only increased the size of bread not the materials inside it and therefore we have reduced are frequency to go kfc because we don't want to buy chicken longer as it doesn't taste good.

          This is complaint regarding a fake transaction done through my debit card by KFC SAPPHIRE NEHRU PLACE, Delhi. I asked them to take my payment of ₹507.00 through debit card, after swiping my card they asked me to enter my pin, but the payment was declined due to no reason. So i paid through cash. But after 2-3 hours later I received a message from my bank regarding the same amount done to KFC SAPPHIRE. My transaction sequence is[protected]. I want you to immediately notice my complaint and return my amount back into my account. Otherwise i will take strict actions complaining to consumer court.

            This is about complain for KFC India customer support.
            The transaction ID of payment is
            POS KFC at KFC txn# HF[protected]
            Txn Date: 02 Dec 2016

            My account was debited with the amount of 774.60 through HDFC debit card. But KFC website redirected me to a page which showed no orders in my account, my order was never confirmed but amount was debited.

            I ordered and make payment online on date 2nd Dec, Friday 2016, time 7:32PM from your portal. I did not get order id from your site, and Rs 774.60 deducted from my account. I contacted on customer care number they told please contact your nearby outlet, sector 142, Advant Noida. I visited there and got response from your employee, that your payment of 774.60 Rs will be credited in your account within 10-15 days. Please do needful help.

            I am hoping to get refund soon.

            I ordered to KFC through online and also made the payment through online but the amount is deducted from online wallet but the order is not delivered.phone number sent in SMS is unreachable and the store is not responding as well.

              We placed an order today around 7.45 pm. When there was no delivery till around 8.40 then we called to enquire about it. They said it will be another 15-20 minutes. They should tell the customer in the beginning that such delays are expected to happen. They promise delivery in 25 minutes and then there is no show for next one hour. Pathetic, harassing and totally customer unfriendly. Jayanti choudhary

                On 06th/12/2016 i placed an online order on kfc's online delivery site. the amount was debited from my card but i didnt get any order confirmation. when i called the customer care no., they said that it might refund in 10-15 days. instead of helping they asked me to place order again and pay for it. I have the proof regarding the amount being debited in terms of the message and the website error page.
                i dont have that much of patience to wait for soo many days for such a small amount. This is the worst service possible.

                  I had placed an order before the counter boy named Mr Gurjinder Singh at Sapphire Foods India pvt Ltd. SCO_100, Sunny business center Chandigarh kharar Road
                  For Rs 284.00 video CHK 6970 on Sunday at 20:03. The sale boy swapped the card and switched off the machine afterwards he started and swapped again we pointed out the matter before the other sale representative in the working group to give the payment slip they refused but they have given us the screen shots but the matter did'nt resolved at that time. We approached our bankers and in the bank statement that payment has been made twice. Now you are requested to please REFUND my VALUED MONEY back before initiating any further action in the matter

Kfc does not answer the customer care helpline. I provided my phone number as well as email id but they have made no communication from their side either.
                    Their web page is irresponsive, i have mailed them there as well.
                    Now there is now way for me to get in contact with them.

                      I ordered a rice box from kfc today. Which usually consists of yumfills but i was given chocopie instead. Also pepsi can was supposed to be given but i was given diet pepsi instead. The most imp part of my complain is i was given a dirty pepsi can which was smelling too. It looked and smelled pathetic!
                      I have clicked pictures of the can and if something satisfactory is not done about this kfc will suffer consequences.
                      Such unhygienic cans can lead to food poisoning.
                      How can kfc be so careless!

                        Dear sir,
                        On 26/11/16 in evening, i went to kfc eternity mall. I ordered for Rs. 962.92 online by sbi net banking. Order was failed two times on netbaking. Third time it was successful. kfc Bill chk no. is 2049. On 27/11/16 when i checked my bank account, i was surprised to see that from my account Rs. 962.92 has been deducted three times whereas i took order of Rs. 962.92 only one time.
                        My net banking ref. No. for three times deduction are as follows.

                        I complained to my bank by ticket no. PT[protected]. My bank confirmed the transaction with merchant.

                            I had placed an online order at KFC Powai-Mumbai franchise on[protected]:50:00) and the order was confirmed with order no.[protected].
                            Later on I received a call from[protected] from the franchise stating that the delivery location is beyond their zone, which is fine but should have kept such functions on the website itself so that consumers don't place order. And I was informed on call that the order is cancelled and the refund will be made within 15 days.Today being the 15th day I am still waiting for the refund of my cancelled order.There hasn't been a single mail or message after the call about the order after cancellation on refund etc.

                            I hope the team will look into the matter and provide the refund at the earliest.

                            I have ordered on 4 July and the order was placed in KFC app under yum restaurant ... due to technical issues the order got canceled but the amount was debited from my account... On the day got msg about refund being processed with transaction I'd...but didn't receive any amount till now
                            I have ordered on 10th January, money was debited, but some technical issue order was not placed.they said they will refund within week, but it's almost 2months money has not refunded

                                It is a dear request that I am Jaswinder pal singh, customer of KFC Trillium branch for last two years...for Last two weaks I ordered 4Chicken Rockin, 4Chicken Roller, 2Large Popcorn, 1Dips buccet for packing but i did not got 2 large chicken popcorns with it and got to know about that when i was at home ...when i came for the 2nd time which is 26 november 2016 and around 7:45pm i again ordered the same for packing and also told to them about there mistake which they had made but again they made the same mistake but this time they did not gave me 4 chicken rollers and as i was in a hurry i did not check it again and got to know when i was at home. it is a dear request that if possible i want my refund and you can also check the order from there computers for proof...my number:[protected]

                                    Dear sir date 23 November evening time 21:16 I have visited KFC Ansal plaza with my family member at Greater noida, Devyani International Limited

                                    They served me very poor quality chicken with having lots of blood inside . When I take a piece of from served chicken.
                                    I decided to return the same at counter
                                    Because not feel good .They denied to give return money forced me to take some other things so we took veg burger rupees 300 against charges 600 for chicken

                                      I have ordered Hot and Crispy 10 pieces of 2 buckets and 2 piece hot and crispy today evening from KFC online portal. Total amount 1139 got deducted from my ICICI bank (Bill No.[protected]/KFC_HICI4918246).
                                      But I came to know from the nearest KFC outlet that my order got cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my account within 2 to 15 working days. But this is the only the verbal commitment I have received from the KFC outlet as well as from the customer care executive.
                                      I have not received any sms or email from KFC regarding this order cancellation.
                                      Can you please confirm whether the amount will be refunded or not as I have not received any formal communication from KFC.

                                        I ordered food from KFC at around 10:25pm on 18/11/16. They deduct the amount and showed the popup that something went wrong . When i tried to call them i.e area delivery they didn't pick up the call. Amount deducted is around 277. I called Bangalore headoffice, there also noone pick up the call.
