As i was ordering on 15 April 2023 i choosen paytm upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i didn't get any details of the order.

I contacted the helpline and they said the technical team will contact me but it didn't happen.

Kindly refund it soon. I m attaching screenshot of txn page from paytm.

    We placed an order and they cancelled it because of the distance from store...they called us asking for the tansaction id and other details and even after providing it...the refund process hasn't even started...no messages, nothing

        I paid 597 at 7:50pm to kfc through googlepay but i have not received any message from kfc . They are not responding to my calls as well . Its been an hour now without any response

          I have order 4classic burgers in kfc through Zomato but i received only 1burger in order I contacted the Zomato customer care they told us they will check with them but still not response it's been 12hrs...

            I have order 4classic burger on 11.04.2023 in Zomato but i have received only 1burger i didn't get any response from restaurant and. Zomato customer care tried calling them but they didn't respond them also. They are scamming people. It's been 12hrs still no response.

              Hi team,

              I ordered 2double chicken roll and mixed zinger double from the cyber hub store of KFC but I received only the zinger burgers and not the chicken roll as I paid the complete money.

              For your future refrence the bill is being attached.

              And when I tried contacting the restaurant manager they told that it is there fault and they accept it but they can't help me out.

              My money gine they took more money and provided less items they cheated on me.

              Hence would request you to please take necessary actions and update me if this issue is not resolved then I will be forced to take this matter to the head office in India which is in gurgaon.

                I have order at KFC Prahalad Nagar Branch of Ahmedabad, Gujarat on date 07.04.2023 vide order no. [protected]. I have paid all the necessary payment in advance since it is a delivery order hoever KFC has sent the in compolete order and delivered at my home. In this comtext, I have filed complaint to their s=customer care THREE tomes but there is no action intiated since i have not recied the ballance item. By the time, I have receievd a call from KFC Ahmedabad by Mr. Ganesh wherein he said that he will not delievered the pending item and forced me to come to store and collect. This is a delivery order and it is his mistake depite that netither KFC nor any of his custoer care officer is in postion to take the action. This is regertful for customer that ever afetr paying full payment you will get the in complete order.
                Request to kindly delieried the pending itema and take the apportiate action.

                  What kind of ### service you guyz provide. total nonsense. I ordered from KFC Shipra Mall, FC-5 Shipra sun city, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad outlet at 9:40 PM. Now its 11:00 PM but order has not been delivered. On contrary you nonsense order desk marked order as delivered. You phone not working from last half n hour. you don't have any chat SUPPORT. what kind of service you give part from making food.

                          We found a plastic shard in the fried chicken that we ordered.

                            Myself Mohinder Singh and I am from Zirakpur, District - Mohali, Punjab. On 1st April -23 i visited KFC outlet at Ambala - Chd Road, Zirakpur. I placed my order of Worth Rs 1088 but as soon as started eating i found poor quality of chicken and too much oil Seeping outside the chicken. I complained for the same to the manager. He assured me to replace my order but after spending 15-20 minutes i didn't get my meal. After 2-3 reminders instead of serving my meal on table I was asked to collect the meal from delivery desk.
                            Again quality was not up to the mark.

                            KFC's quality of food and service at this outlet is pathetic. Concern authorities kindly look into matter else we will stop eating at KFC .

                                On the 8th of March, 2023
                                I paid for the order from UPI which was later shown as not received.

                                So, I ordered again, but for that I had to Pay Again.
                                I assumed that the 1st Payment will revert back in some time but it never happened.

                                In my order history too, there shows only 1 order, but in my Payment history, I have 2 payments for the same order.

                                  Constantly i have been receiving messages from kfc that regarding order placed which i dont place the order. When i go to the link its showing some other person name with different location. I think someone have must given my number wrong or the executive have typed the wrong number or its just an spam.kindly look into this matter, i haven't place any order inspite of that every 2nd or 3rd day i recived these messages

                                      Hello, I have placed a KFC order at 10 pm 21 march 2023 from KFC APP. By 10:45 pm it would have received it but it didn't. I checked the status it was showing which was not delivered actually. I called your customer service but no one answered there and KFC branch sector 20 PKL also did not answer. I tried many times but no response. It was very frustrating. I got the manager number from my source. I called Piyush [protected] and he gave me another manager number Ravi Kumar [protected] but he did not answer. so i called Piyush again and asked him to arrange a call back. I received a call back from Abhijeet Singh [protected] and he abused me and said the wrong word to me and also said " Jahan marji complaint kar lo mera koi kuch nahi bigad sakta..." and he disconnected my call. I am completely shocked now. This was the service you guys are providing me. also said " ab to apka order ayega hi nai " . He completely refused my order. NO REFUND NO SERVICE TOTAL MY MONEY WASTE AND NO APOLOGIZE... I NEED TO TAKE AN STRICT ACTION ON THIS MATTER ASAP. ALSO ARRANGE A CALL BACK.
