Dear sir
I have ordered through KFC app to the KFC Indirapuram, ghaziabad at 9.21 pm. The money has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed. Please take action to get my refund of rs 236 as KFC customer care is not picking the phone.

1) Served rotten food (chicken wings which were server, bone was black, and smells bit rotten.
2) Misleading Customer, by serving what was not asked for, and charging them. Ordered zing burger box, which includes 1 zing burger 2 wings, 1coke and fries, except this they added 2 dips in bill which i din not order and they charged 95 rupees for this.
3) Did not guide customer correctly, what includes in order and and how much it...

I have ordered on 15th Feb 2023 around 8:30 PM in KFC Perumbakkam branch, Chennai. I didnt receive order but got a message saying the order was delivered. I called customer care thrice yesterday and said would receive order in 15mins and 20mins however didn’t receive. I ordered food for Rs. 961/- with KFC Cochin Aluva- Pulinchoode, Kochi, Kerala 682016 on 12th Feb 2023 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K269W65435. The order was placed at 6: 54pm and scheduled for delivery at 7:39 PM.

At 7: 40PM, the app showed my order as completed without actually delivering the food. I called up KFC customer care where i was told that a complaint has been raised and that i will get a call back...

I have ordered in kfc on 14 January one chicken bucket and one chicken popcorn it costs Rs.869. After I ordered the app shows branch is closed now then I cancelled my order call kfc customer care to refund the amount . They said you will receive your amount with in 7 to 12 working days.Still now I am not received my amount. Almost one month crossed today date is (13/02/2023)...

I ordered on 29th Jan 2023 from KFC, I didn't get the order but money got deducted from my account. It's 12th Feb today and still, and I'm waiting for my refund. called more than 20 times regarding the same to their stupid customer care, got just one answer from them. They are not giving the bill to anyone when I asked for bill the cashier went inside to call the manager and made as to wait for 10 mins for the bill

They are not asking permission of the customer for the paper bag before billing we came to know that they have charged for the bag without...

Hi KFC, On 10/02/2023 I have dine in into one of your company shop and that time i have paid using my UPI account and the payment has been confirmed and got my money deducted but no payment are received by the workers so i have to repay it please help me solve my problem and give back my money...

I ordered online on 13th October, but the kfc restaurant was at a long distance from my ordered location, so the restaurant representative called me and told that we are cancelling the order and amount will be refunded within 7 days, but still the money is not refunded back. I am continuously putting the complaint online, but no one is responding...

I didn't order anything from KFC but last 2 times i receive message from what for visiting. I didn't do that kindly update whats going on here....

Please send me bill of food ordered with ORD No. 372K023226, dated 21st January 2023. I lost the Bill.

Actually on Jan 29/01/2023 i went to kfc restaurant and I payed bill through Paytm and the amount transaction is failed and i didn't get my amount back and they had given a bill that refund will be back to your account on 6 days but still now i didn't get my refund amount back total amount 784/- pls check it once....

I ordered one ultimate saving meal from kfc and paid 681/- rs for the same. I got the bucket and tasted the chicken, we were a group of four persons and each o[censored]s took one piece in their plate. All o[censored]s realised that we’ve been served stale food. To normalise the situation we asked the employee to get the bucket changed and give us fresh food without shouting or having any kind of debate...

I paid 419 rs for bucket and they given small wing peace in that …
I took take away and asked you severed product properly, they said yes, when I reach home and see really disappointed and mentally disturbed due to service…
I think all employees are making fraud things and losing genuine KFC costumers,
I really won’t suggest and close KFC Basavanagudi

On Jan 7th, my wife tried paying through upi terminal from kfc Select Citywalk Delhi branch and it was failed. Then they promised they would refund but did not receive till now. Now they are not picking calls or messages. It's a very small amount and still they are neglecting.....
