Kfc lied about the time taken for deliver kept promising to deliver in the next 10 min . Took 1.5 hrs to deliver . Supplied false information sent an sms that your food was delivered when it was not . Order finally came at 11.15 pm .

I received a message on my mobile about KFC offer and i spoke to [protected] and lady with a pleasant voice answered my call. i told her i am calling from coimbatore i gave her my address. she took my order . I spoke to her from my office landline [protected] approx abt 4 pm yesterday. i informed her ineed the delivery at 8.30, since i had a meeting. she confirmed my bill amount is 450RS .

at 8.30 I MADE SEVERAL CALLS to check...

I have ordered for a Delivery in KFC and they have rejected the order as the place of delivery is far away from the KFC outlet. But, I have not received the refund yet.

The KFC guy who called me regarding the cancelled order has mentioned that the refund will happen only after 15 days. But, I have not received SMS or email as order cancelled or status...

KFCs in Kolkata charging 15% Service tax and their packing for take way is very poor...Last time my large drink wasted due to the island they are charging extra Rs 20/- torn away on the road suddenly....

Got 5 pototo krisper packed from your branch at Bari Brahmna, Jammu via invoice no. [protected] ord no. [protected] dated 07/02/16. They charged excess money for extra cheese I.e. Rs.75/- + taxes.

But when I opened the packing at home, there was no extra cheese in it thereby charging excess money. This type of carelessness is not expected from you. It is not possible for us to go back and get our money back as we stay at a...

The order (which was 20 min late) was for Brownie Blast krusher, instead the delivery guy said that they only had Choco Lash, the unavailability of which wasn't informed by phone, email, or any other means.
Upon finishing the krusher, I noticed a thin strip of plastic moving along...

We have been at dlf1 kfc center rajarhat kolkatai. This has become a normal habit that people here do not clear ant pending item for customer. They keep customer always waiting and do not even check until customer comes over the desk and shout for their pending items...

My wife was food poisoned by the so called famous KFC. I grew up in abu dhabi, where i consider KFC food of gods, the smell the taste mesmerising. Welcome to india, where the KFC taste like ****, where kfc is nothing but just another fried chicken. Why do they even bother calling it kfc without the orginal kfc. I'm surprised kfc franchise being sold to such people who can't keep up with the standard of abroad kfcs.

Hi, This is regarding the depleting food quality at the KFC, HSR layout branch at Bangalore. I recently ordered a rocking burger and chizza. The burger bun was quite stale.. The chizza hardly had any cheese or vegetables on it.. Seemed totally different from the ones advertised. Was told by my friends that it was good at other outlets. The service was bad too....

What a rubbish service kfc has got in karol bagh my husband had gone food poisoning day before yesterday he was not in a condition to speak a single word, he had been immediately shifted to srinagar now I need full info of chicken quality that day I'm not going to leave u at any cost...

Hi, I had ordered KFC Food for delivery in online yesterday[protected]:13). It is supposed to reach me at least by 20.45. But till 21.30 the order did not reach me and I din't get any calls/messages from KFC regarding the late delivery. Even I tried calling the customer care. They had given me the store phone number but that too din't help me in anyway. They(store) picked my phone and immediately cut my call and it happened 3-4 times....

I'm farhan and i'm a regular costumer of KFC. while having a chicken zinger today the chicken was too hard to eat after checking it out i found a bottle cap in between the buns. I was shocked after watching this type of service in KFC brand. it was really disappointing for me as regular costumer and as a food lover. I don't think i will go to KFC after this incident! this is not what expected from the favorite brand....

We go to k star mall kfc at chembur mumbai and order for 5+5 piece crispy bucket and 3 chicken strips. Because they do not deliver we go to k star mall, go through the inconvenience of oarking and then taking 2 lifts and finally reaching kfc. Wait for 35 mins for the order. Come home. I take out two pieces and guess what.. over crisped almost burnt piece and zero marination on the chicken. Even the trademark crispy batter is bland and bitter....

My First purchase time it was very tasty and size also big But today 12/1/2016 when I purchased same but taste less and size came very small...not satisfied...a big failure...
