I and my friend gone to had a lunch on (dd/mm/yyyy 12/04/2016) between 12.00 p. m to 02.00 p. m @ shymas arcade, opposite sd college, alappuzha, kerala 688003.
There is a lady in the billing counter in the first very left of the entrance of the restaurant (female very lean browny (aged between 16 to 25) for your verification, if there is any cctv footage you can watch it on particular date time i mentioned above).


I was very discomfort and disappointed with the respected kfc restaurant, above i mentioned because i hadn't received what i had ordered? i had ordered for 5-in-1 rice meal box a complete meal with 5 kfc favorites in one box - rice ‘n‘ gravy, 1pc hot & crispy chicken, 2pc hot wings, yumfills choco pie and (instead of pepsi i had krushers alphonso burst added to the bill) that's no problem.

But what i received was
4-in-1 rice meal box
A incomplete meal with 4 kfc favorites in one box - rice ‘n‘ gravy, 1pc hot & crispy chicken, 2pc hot wings and (instead of pepsi i had alphonso burst krushers).

But i hadn"t received yumfills choco pie.
As a customer i very discomfort with these kind of service to the customer, i feel that i was fooled as a customer, i had never experienced these kind o[censored]nsatisfactory experience in any stores like mcdonalds, subway or any kfc's (coimbatore), being regular monthly visitor at kfc's.
But i had been charged bill for the food not received (i. e.,) yumfills chocofills also.
Why i am saying all after these three months is i can't tolerate these kind of service and i had a feeling that i had been fooled. when i shared these incident @ alapuzha kfc with my friend, he replied me to give the feedback to kfc on website they can resolve, so only i have complained as off now. thank you & revert me, as soon as possible.

As a payback to my satisfaction. i need a complement compensation full meal for a day @ kfc coimbatore (i am resident of coimbatore) for me and my friend stomach full of food and beverages. it is responsible to give me the compensation as from your side.

In future don't repeat these kind of services to your valued customers.instead of serving incomplete food items to your customer don't serve the (5 in one meal) any particular item is not available in the particular store avoid it to showcase on the display of the product. so only
I am spending my time, energy and money to give the feedback to not to expect or happen these kind of services from any of the kfc's store.

I ordered food from kfc and they said that order will be deliverd in 35 minutes and after much delay I called them after 1 hour and they said that order will be at your door step in next 5 minutes and then again after half an hour I called then up and then that said your order is delayed and will come in next 10 to 20 minutes. And this havoc continued. Worst experience in ordering food from KFC Gurgaon sector 14...

I went to the oberoi mall kfc today after placing my order, making payments and receiving the ordered i never got the bill from the cashier. The cashier started placing the next order. When i asked for my bill the person at the cash register didn't provide me with the bill because of some error (Which was told to me by the cashier). Then the manager came and tried printing my bill however after 15 min i got my bill. When i told him that as...

I ordered for 6 pcs parcel but when i reached home it was only 4 pcs. i called up the store manager gaurav. he did not help me also didnt pick up the call the second tim i called.
he said he cannot help as there is no one to deliver and in the mean time he will send his managers number.
i paid the whole amount along with taxes
i m lodging a consumer complaint..

I had ordered a 5 in 1 box from kfc from old rajinder nagar, new delhi. i didn't find the hot wings and yumfills that was included in the box. on calling the customer care, the representative was too arrogant and asked us to go ahead and complain about it. request you to please take action against this. this is clearly cheating the customer of his money.

This complaint is about the thalassery (Kerala) outlet. I have visited there today and the bonless chicken strips were not available and they said that they'd compensate with pepsi. Seriously?? What are you people thinking when your business just found your track. Kfc was my fav untill then with deep disapoinment i say these people have forgotten to satisfy their customer. If you couldnt provide witj chicken strips you must be able to compensate it with somthing better and definitely not with a pepsi. Now that kfc have found their track and success they have been very easy going.

I ordered a chicken zinger 5 in 1 meal box at around 4 o'clock today (6/7/16). I had almost everything and enjoyed the taste when at the end of an awesome chicken zinger burger i found something worm like stuff coming out from the chicken piece from which i took a bite off. I pulled it from the piece which was left. And it broke out from that. And there it was, worm like substance grown from the chicken i had. The time all this happened i had that bite which i had taken. When i realised i had eaten such stuff and half of that stuff is in my stomach, I vomited out of disgust. Not everything came but i felt very disgusting and not very good. I had never seen anything like this before. I called the kfc guys and the manager called back and offered me one more meal box. I mean common do u think i will eat any of your burgers or any of your chickens again. I said No to him. I asked him any email id where i would send some pics of it. He said to whatsapp on that no.. That no., apparently, is a landline no. So, heres where i am complaining.

My colleague ordered veg rice bowl and a bucket of 8 pc's and unfortunately found glass piece in my veg rice bowl.

This is really a disaster, i have the photos and unable to post the same due to the size, let me know if you need any further information.

Last evening at 17.16 hrs I placed an order and got confirmation in 2 mins via sms.
No response from the Manapakkam store till 18.10 Hrs
Called toll free number they kept saying order will reach in 15 mins.
Made 5 calls to KFC no response
Delivery boy calls at 18.25 and tells me order is getting ready and will reach in 30-40 mins,
Store Manager of Manapakkam calls at 18.55 and tells me is I am not willing...

Yesterday we ordered singer burger and chizza and this was of nehru place. The food quality was worth less in comparison to faridabad outlet, also crew behaviour was not apealing as if they are doing some knd of favour to serve, also wanted to say that chicken pop corns were not crispy and chiza has a smell of raw besan, gram flour, please check this nehru place outlet in epicuria, wuality is unsatisfied.

After placing order your rep called and informed there is no delivery in our place, if there is no suppl;y why you arent shown the same in your site, very bad experience, order No. 4198

I have ordered food in KFC - Inorbit Mall Hyderabad, Food quality was very poor. We were not able to eat that. It was not cooked properly (All chicken did not even cooked properly). French Fries was the worst i have ever ate.

The sales person sold me the KFC card and told that attractive offers are available in the card. I have told them to recharge for 300 and they have recharged for 900. It was my mistake, i did not notice the amount claimed while swipping the card. However it was crowded and i did not notice that .

I have placed the order at 8.24 pm on 22nd June 2016, and i have been waited for 2 hrs and around 10.30 I have called KFC Customer care[protected], and they said that we will deliver in next 30 mins, the problem is that after 11pm security guards wont allow any of the delivery guys to enter into society.

this is the 2nd time I have faced this problem and even guests have to wait till 2.30 hrs for dinner and finally i sent them out without having dinner. this is very embarassing for me and my family and they are decided not to order from KFC anymore.

I am very sorry to inform you regarding absurd and very rude behavior of staff present at KFC counter at terminal 1 at Delhi Airport. At 3 pm. on dated 15th june 2016 on the request of my kids I went at KFC counter. Two billing counters were functioning. In the middle counter there was a healthy and bright face young girl I could not remember her name. I keep my nine years old son in queue. When he reached at counter the fellow passenger standing behind him ignore him probably because he was more busy in his mobile call . As his height was small even the billing girl couldn’t see him. As I was standing there I request that my son was in queue already. The girl behave in a very absurd and rude manner despite my humble request. In the mean time my fellow passenger allowed me to place my order first despite that the way of talking of the girl present at counter remain very rude, mannerless and arrogant . I again told her that my son was present in queue and I am not telling a lie so why are you so rude despite that her way of talking remained the same and she started closing my order. Because of my son wish I stopped myself, place my order, payment her and come back but this hearted me emotionally very much and I had decided that I will never go in future to any of your KFC counter. If the KFC people are like this, then that meal is could not simply be a meal, it is just like poison for me.

Hi my name is sudeep[protected] my no. To trace my order history), i have been delivered wrong order yet again for the third time. My order no, 9785 order date 19th june and order was delivered from arch mall, bangalore. I had clearly asked for all choice pieces (Legs & thighs) still i was send wings and other pieces (4 nos) along with my order. This is happening 3rd time from your kfc delivery call centre. Either you employee deaf & dumb people or people with zero customer focus and orientation. The answer "sorry it wont happen again" is just pathetic. Why have you kept such options and charges if it cannot be delivered. Due to my previous experience i had stopped ordering through kfc delivery and was either dining or getting take away. But this is no resolution. Why such repeated lapses from such a reputed company am offended with approach & highly dissatisfied with the service. Felt like being cheated.

I happend to hav dinner at kfc outlet at piplod area of surat district and had ordered best of 3 kfc specials of rs 499. My bill totaled upto rs 604 which included 74.85 vat... Now i have had food from ur outlets for a long time and this was the first time i was charged vat separately... Negating my impression that the amount shown was always inclusive of vat... I learnt from the store incharge that it had been seperated from april 1st... But no significant change was seen on the price... So it means we were charged vat on price which was already vat inclusive... Also vat means tax for something made in the eatery... I dnt thnk u make pepsi or colas... Are we supposed to pay vat for them as well... Please get back to me wih the result...

I am one of your regular cutomer wh visits thrice a week and one of the most worst thing which happened to me twice is your hot and crisp bucket of 8 pcs. Today it was too oily that we got 6 pcs replaced but again when we got the pcs they were too oily i repeat too oily though explaining this prblm to the manager there he was not compromising with us due to which we had to threw all the 5 pcs in the binn due to which our money was wasted but money is not the main issue the main issue is about giving the wrong product to the cuatomer and not even compomising therefore i request you to take hard steps against that store located in pacific mall food court jakhan dehradun and strict actions against that manger

I ordered for a Chicken Zinger meal and a chicken snacker from KFC (new bEL road Bengaluru) and paid through debit card
The delivery guy came with only Chicken zinger meal and went saying that he will come back in 10 minutes, but he didn't come.
Its 2 hours since then I tried calling KFC multiple times, everytime saying that they will deliver shortly, but I have received no call or info whatsoever.
If things persists like this, I am afraid I will stop ordering from KFC.
Kindly resolve this issue from your end at the earliest

KFC service was available today inside my office cafeteria. I order KFC chicken hot and crispy which looked fine but once i ate it i found it stale and it was smelling awful. I went to the vendor and told him about my concern, he said he will replace the chicken. how can a company like KFC be so irresponsible about one's health. I really feel so disgusted about it.

I have been a regular customer for the KFC, but enough is enough. For the last three times I have frequented this location, they have been unable to fill my order as requested. Yesterday, I went to it at 9:00 pm to order zinger meal and 1 piece chicken . First of all, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get someone to wait on me only to be told that once again they only have one available..

Chicken was cold, greasy, and in black colour. Was cooked in one month old grease. Hopefully do not get food poisoning.Will never go there again

People are just being cheated. Especially the units in sapphire foods india pvt ltd GK county S. no 3, 4 and 5 pin 141014 chandigarh ludhiana road punjab are just cheats and I will strongly recommend for KFC vendor auditing team to have a check on the quality of chicken. Frankly, this will be my last visit to KFC India as it's pathetic and waste of money. People here are taken for granted. Great treat once has become worst than anything.

The team member who served me was kuldeep and sudhir was the shift manager at that time.
At 9 pm there was no fresh chicken no zinger as i have to wait for 9 minutes even pepsi was also seems to be flat and yes straw was also not proper.
also your oils need to be change because fries were not in golden colour and smell came out from it.
I am also attaching my bills and some pics of food .

This needs to be fixed or I will never go to any KFC again and we love KFC.
