Yesterday we went yo kfc in thootkudi at vellamal hypermarket the service was bad .there were no persons to serve us .We ordered for a chicken bucket they are putting a cover on top they are just giving it like that.THEN when we asked for plate they are ignoring us .IN Other countries like DUBAI there . service is 100% perfect i want you to bring kfc like dubai.

Today I gave one chicken popcorn rice Bowlz order on phone[protected] . there is too much smell in rice . This not with me first time .its continue three times.why KFC brand himself go down ? In my mined KFC is a world Big Brand, but this situation no body care KFC quality.They have supply from Devyani International Ltd shop No-MS0044, Upp Grd Flr DT Mega Mall Gurgaon Haryana

I ordered from https://delivery.kfc.co.in/ on 23/05/2016 for a total sum of Rs. 507.68 at 15.50hrs vide Order reference: [protected].
Withing 20 minutes of placing the order, I received a call from the KFC Restaurant, Food Court, Lower Ground Floor, TDI Mall. The person informed that my address does not lie in KFC's trade area, hence my order cannot be delivered resulting in cancellation.
Since I had already paid for my order online, I was assured that I will receive my refund within 7 to 8 business days. It is 6 June today and yet I haven't received my money in my account.
This is an extremely distressing and unexpected kind of service. I have never come across such a horrible service before.

Without further due, please look into the matter and kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Order ID: ovEBEE ; Date: June 01, 2016 at 08:14 PM. i had placed an order with KFC but it is sad that i never received my order. shameful service. i have not known any service provider to be so irresponsible about the service they provide. it is a serious matter when it comes to promising a service and not fulfilling it and what's worse is that, there was no call or sms for not providing the said service nor for apologising for not being able to render the promise.
SHAME ON YOU KFC! such a huge multinational service provider providing pathetic service.

Kfc has not some of the details on website and not even on the terms and conditions with regards to home delivery, i wanted place the order but there is no delivery option for wilson garden and it is not mentioned, i have promised my family about kfc food getting delivered trusting you guys and its dissappoinment, u guys are cheating customers by flashing false information, and i spoke to srinivas assist manager delivery center he wasn't able to explain anything or not helping me,

On 28/5/16, i visited above kfc outlet with family & ordered for certain items (Details available in enclosed bill). After taking our order & doing some work in his computer, the person at the counter demanded rs.515.00 with an impression that he is about to hand over the bill to us. I handed over my credit card for the amount. However, after debiting the amount he did not hand over the bill on his own. Since my ordered quantity was not appearing to be of rs. 515, i again demanded the bill. All the persons in the counter then started behaving suspiciously & informed that the system was not working (In reality though it was working). When i raised my voice & demanded that the basis of rs 515 should be explained even if the system is not working, some one came out from inside and accepted that it was a mistake on their part. Later, extra amount of rs.100 was refunded.

The above has done by design & is not at all a case of mistake. I suspect, this practice is being applied on quite a few unsuspecting customers.

as of saturday 28 may I visited PS branch at around 8 pm, ordered some meal, also for one more round at same time asked for fries and pepsi

what happened was disgracefull, at 11 pm when I visited, narayna the manager said store was closed and gone outside
if kfc has any camera, they can check my recording, that I said order was give hour ago, even order was at desk, he took it back
he shown body langauge and facial expression like some bhai, rudely talking on phone he said kal ana


does kfc pay managers to show their ego and do customers come for taken away meals in front of them

With reference to my order no[protected], i have ordered my order but it has been delivered to the wrong people. i have ordered around 9.00 pm on 28/5/16 but i have not received my order, ... is it the quality o[censored]r service ...no responsibility at all despite being such a big brand... what should i say shameless service... i am still waiting for my order... i am hungry ... what u can do? though i have made the online payment

I have ordered a KFC bouquet on 25th of may 2016 in KFC of 10 pieces and they have generated a bill of 451 rupees and i did not get the delivery till 8 pm on 26th of may and when i called them again they have denied that i have given any order on 25th of may..I had a word with Sushil who disconnected the call at first go then i had a word with Tariq the floor supervisor who again denied the order receipt and they did not transfer the call to Manish the Manager on the floor.

I want my order number for that day and the person who took the order and the outlet who did not care to inform that they were not being able to deliver the order on time

Today I visited one o[censored]r KFC Restaurant that is situated in Gurgaon.Address of the Restaurant: Shop No.GF 025 GF 026 GF 027 ILD Trade Center Sohna Road Sec-47, Haryana.
And I ordered for approx 1622/- rs and all my firends had that item which was ordered and now they and me are having vomiting & are ill because of eating those items.And I am going to do file a case in consumer court against ur Company for serving bad quality foods & full o[censored]nhygeinic.And i am totally unsatisfied with ur this type of serving a food.

Kfc, 202, rampa centre point, model town, jalandhar - 144003, (Punjab) fish market had been created on the counter. Orders were not taken at cash counter by "palvinder singh" whose duty was at the counter & is so ill-mannered that the close down the counter without any technical complaint and start chit-chatting with his colleges. Manger over there is so lethargic that he did not even entertained to our complaint & try to shun the burden from his shoulder. The worst pathetic could be that the complaint number that is provided at venue is not in service... The kfc customer care number[protected] of head office linked to fire brigade. Moreover, the kfc international complaint number [protected]... Linked to insurance company... This means that whatever bad can happen to you at kfc but your grievance can never be resolved... So simply "buycot kfc" there is no way to get... All this incidence has smear sludge on brand called kfc.

Pathetic door delivery service of kfc sector 12 eldeco mall. I ordered at 8:15 pm and there was no response till 9:30 pm then called up the call center who were least bothered about my order. They sent the order by 10 pm. Such a service kfc is giving that it takes 2 hours for them to deliver the order at a place which is just at a distance of 7 to 8 mins.

This is the third time i am noticing the same problem kfc you are running a brand name restaurant in our location have you ever surveyed about what your branch is delivering to your customer? Have you ever tried to give surprised visit that your branch has what many problems?
I have visited their n the third time i faced the same problem

1. Air condition was not working (In a big brand kfc)
2. Whole kfc branch was stinking
3. Toilet door was opened when i sayed to care taker then he closed that other wise they don't even bother for that.
4. Tables are not cleaned
5. The whole place was like a crap
6. Whenever i visited, every time the quantity of mingles bucket decreased.
Mall pieces of chicken.. I mean what is this, i have visited many other branch of your brand but never faced this kind problem.

I have purchased the chicken from the terminal 1, domestic airport store in mumbai and my order no was[protected] and bill no b01210454 and date 08/05/2016 at 6:48am.
The chicken piece served was not good and the cover was too oily and looked like stale, i have asked for complaint register and got reply that you don't have complaint register at store and behaviour of manager paul gilbert was not good and in a rude manner he replied that if you want we can give an extra pcs, it shows that i was complaining for extra pcs.

I am having kfc chicken from last 6 years whereas first time i have faced this issue and it was intolerable, that is for sure that i will not going to that store in my life time and the image of kfc which was there with me was shattered

You are a international brand then why different in menu in India and abroad.
When in Oman with bucket you give french fries and a soft drink and a choice of pieces. Here in India only chicken bucket and no choice of pieces, no french fries nothing. Why these double standards.
As per my understanding in India you get Pata toes and chicken much cheaper than other countries. The price is also high and the quality is very poor.
For example too much oily and very small pieces and no request considered for a few choices of chicken in FIREY.
A very poor response from order on phone.

Hi on saturday 7th of april 2016 me and my wife went to kfc which is situated at janakpuri new delhi and after having rice box meal me and my wife both get ill... on same day on our next table there were 2 ladies who were ordered hot and spicy chicken they get blood on there food and they have also ordered mojitto and they found insect in there drink... please stop them to serving cheap food ... contact me on [protected]

I had ordered for home.delivery to kasturi nagar from kammanahalli kfc.store which is hardly 3km dist. First of all the people who take home delivery orders are very rude. I know that home delivery is for only 2kms but I requesed them to make an exception for 1km. My house is just 3km away from kfc store. Despite the request they spoke very rude. This I did not expect from the KFX people. Very disappointed.

Placed an order for 3* 5 in 1 rice bowl and popcorn chicken and asked for delivery to an address... They responded saying.. Order has been placed and delivery would take time around 30 -40 minutes... We just waited and then we received the call saying for delivery you need to make an order above 1500... So we cant deliver this order.

What's happening... There's nothing mentioned for delivery conditions or terms that order bill...

How do they prepare the food? Is it hygienic? Any audits done to check if the quality is met? It's obvious there aren't any food inspectors in this country either. I went with my mom to the kfc at meenakshi mall, bannerghatta rd, bangalore and ordered two "5-in-1 rice meal box" on 5th may 2016.
In less than an hour, we both experienced bad stomach ache and had vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night till the next day and had to go visit the doctor who diagnosed it as food poisoning. This happened to the both o[censored]s, and could happen to others too. Definitely not recommending to others!! Stop with the branding and promotions and maybe focus on serving hygienic and edible food first.

I wanted to share an experience that I had while dinning with my family in one of your KFC outlet in pacific mall(Subhash nagar, basement). We saw a cockroach on our plate which was grilled along with the fiery grill chicken .I could not stop vomiting. Showed it to the manager on duty and he also wanted to compensate by giving a glass of Virgin Mojito which was absolutely not making any sense to us. We wanted to get our bill after this experience then the manager gave us a bill which was printed with a caption "take away". Out of shock we wanted the true bill mentioning "dine in" they replied saying it does not matter. Later the manager mentioned manually on the bill that it was dine in which mean we had our food there.

To make it worse there was another employee on the store who found our experience very funny and kept on laughing at the us. could not get his name but he was a Sikh.

And one more thing, after billing they forgot to serve our food. After 10minutes when I went back to check my order is ready or not, employees didn't had any idea about the order. They re-checked the bill, and yelled at kitchen there is a fresh order, so eventually the order from billing counter doesn't even reach to kitchen until customer asks for their food.

This is not the first bad experience in KFC, from fighting employees to employees who misbehave, I have seen it all. But this the first time I am complaining about it as insanitary is something which is intolerable.

please take the necessary actions as to get cockroach in food is intolerable.
