Hi, I had ordered KFC Food for delivery in online yesterday[protected]:13). It is supposed to reach me at least by 20.45. But till 21.30 the order did not reach me and I din't get any calls/messages from KFC regarding the late delivery. Even I tried calling the customer care. They had given me the store phone number but that too din't help me in anyway. They(store) picked my phone and immediately cut my call and it happened 3-4 times. KFC is a very big network and a well reputed food store but how can they behave very cheaply. I had ordered and waiting for the food to come and I'm hungry too :( Really I just want to sue those store people so I'm seeking consumer complaints help. So please back me to show them the value of food and TIME !!

    I'm farhan and i'm a regular costumer of KFC. while having a chicken zinger today the chicken was too hard to eat after checking it out i found a bottle cap in between the buns. I was shocked after watching this type of service in KFC brand. it was really disappointing for me as regular costumer and as a food lover. I don't think i will go to KFC after this incident! this is not what expected from the favorite brand.

      We go to k star mall kfc at chembur mumbai and order for 5+5 piece crispy bucket and 3 chicken strips. Because they do not deliver we go to k star mall, go through the inconvenience of oarking and then taking 2 lifts and finally reaching kfc. Wait for 35 mins for the order. Come home. I take out two pieces and guess what.. over crisped almost burnt piece and zero marination on the chicken. Even the trademark crispy batter is bland and bitter. What the hell guys ? Are you selling your stuff for free or is it time when yum needs to get a kick on its bum and be thrown out of this country? What an absolute shame guys. Make the useless chef at chembur kr mall eat what he is making. He would puke himself. Screwed up evening all thanks to this useless brand and what it churns.

        My First purchase time it was very tasty and size also big But today 12/1/2016 when I purchased same but taste less and size came very small...not satisfied...a big failure

          I'm escalating this issue to you because India store or customer service couldn't help. I ordered 6 pieces of hot and crispy chicken with 5 chicken snacker to my office address which is hardly 10 mins away from the store. Store details - 1st Floor, Food Court Zone, DLF Cyber Hub, Cyber City, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002 I placed the order through the customer service number at 6:25 apprx. Order couldn't deliver on the committed time i.e 30-35 mins from the order time. And when we get the order it was too late, 7.40pm, and cold. I spoke to the customer service executive Akash he said he'll arrange the call back as we demanded the order for free of cost as the other quality was poor and late. But didn't receive any call, when I got the order I called directly to the store manager he says we can't do anything you'll have to buy it, pay else I'll make the delivery boy pay. We were strictly against that so we said what do you want, he said return the order. (Rudely) Further, I made the order at 6.25pm, as you can see in the screenshot attached, but the mentioned time in the bill is 7pm, which is very pathetic. Now if this is the quality of service you're providing, I'll approach consumer forum, and I am going to post the same on Facebook and other social networking websites as well. I'm attaching all the bills phone call timings along with the email I want a strict action against it with a proper compensation.

          On January 15th 2016 I placed an order online with KFC sector 9 Dwarka New Delhi which was not delivered on time. The order was placed at 9:33 and was supposed to be delivered by 10 p.m.. But when the order did not arrive by 10:35, I contacted KFC on +[protected] and Mr. Karthik answered who was very rude and said that it was my fault that the order was delivered because the address mentioned was wrong. when I told him that it was not possible as on the same address I have received many orders before...he started arguing with me and kept saying that it was my fault. The order was finally delivered at 11:00 p.m. And it was cold.I am very dissatisfied with the service and the food quality of KFC. This issue needs to be escalated so that they do not treat other customers in the same manner.

            Promotion states that we can buy Chezza and can order 2 grilled chicken for 99 Rs where as the cash mechine does not support the offer. Which is misleading the customers and deceiving the customers at CMR mall visakhapatnam ... Which is not acceptable.

              This complaint is with regards to your Kharghar outlet in navi mumbai at 10/01/2016 bill no. 39994 rani (possibly) After making payment when asked for bill said will give later while having the food asked one of your service person he was least bothered when visited the counter the guy opened the drawer and gave the bill which was in crushed condition on checking the bill there was an additional item which was not ordered. What if i had left without checking the bill this is clear case of cheating And want in writing the explanation why this cheating was done

                So I had a zinger burger from kfc today after almost 1 and half months and it's sad to say that the Buger has lost its taste the zinger burger had chicken patty but it didn't have any spices on it nor did it have ketchup it had only myonese and lettuce and it tasted as good as like iam having bread and plain boiled chicken. The burger which I had 1 and half months back was delicious it had spiced chicken for patty lettuce and onion and ketchup but the one which I had today was completely not worth it!

                    I had chizza from kfc mg road trivandrum with my fiancee on january 1st 2016. It was stale and taste was disgusting. We are suffering from stomach upset and dehydration now. When the rates are so much on higher side we expect atleast minimum quality for the food that is provided.

                        I ordered for a chizza which arrived approx 20 mins after order. I also ordered for a normal aquafina. But instead I got served a chilled one. When I requested to get the normal one, the customer service personnel took the aquafina back and didn't come back with a normal one. I got served an aquafina 10 mins after upon asking the third time.

                          I ordered KFC from last 2-3 years but from last 2 months i ordered 3-4 times and they told me delivery time of half an hour but the order came after an hour. Sometimes we order for some guest and its very emberissing for late delivery.

Request the concerned athority to take action against the person in the billing counter in that branch who was behaving rude slang ..

                              On 25th December I visited KFC South City Mall Kolkata and ordered near about Rs 600/- and when I tried to make payment the person denied to accept the card payment saying it will take time so he cant accept card payment. Sir I just wanted to know that on a big day like this I could not able to have food because of such a unacceptable reason.

                                    Ordered in KFC and after one hour they called and told that they will not deliver the order. The manage who spoke was so rude and he literally told that they will not deliver the order, do whatever you can do. I said I have paid online but he simple said you have to choose location properly and asked if I know to read and write. Seriously, who the hell is he to ask me such a question? I was new to the city and I didn't know where the restaurant was. i entered my address online and the shop was selected automatically. This Guy called me and not only gave a irresponsible answer but also talked to me in a very humiliating way. This is the way they treat the consumers. I really don't care if I loose that money but respect is something that should be given to everyone. having such manners-less managers really shocked me. How could such a huge chain restaurant have such low esteemed managers? The incident made me loose al the interest I had on KFC. Despite cancelling the order, the way their managers handled the issue was very awkward. Me and my friends will never visit KFC again. I feel that KFC in whole is responsible for this as it is their duty to hire managers with more Sense/Manners and who knows how to respect customers.

                                      I had ordered at KFC, Branch DLF IT PARK, New town, Kolkata, WB. Order placed on the name:Pujaganguli. Date and time of order: 13the Dec. 2015, 9:23pm. When it was past 45 mins since I ordered, I called and was assured that the delivery guy has reached nearby when. When it was past 1 he. And I called I was told the delivery guy had a problem, it will be delivered in 5mind now. Then it was past 1 he. 15mins, that is almost 11 at night I was furious and called to cancel and I would rather cook now than wait for 5 more mind. THE manager was not even apologetic and said the orders will be cancelled. KFC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE.

                                        Mojito quantity is very less not even half in the glass. when we asked for that they told they did not added ice. we requested them to add ice they added too much ice still glass is not even full. this is some how charging full money but felt waste to have in KFC. quantity is around a cup of water not more than that and added too much lemon and mint leaves
