I'm escalating this issue to you because India store or customer service couldn't help.
I ordered 6 pieces of hot and crispy chicken with 5 chicken snacker to my office address which is hardly 10 mins away from the store.
Store details - 1st Floor, Food Court Zone, DLF Cyber Hub, Cyber City, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002
I placed the order through the customer service number at 6:25 apprx. Order couldn't deliver on the committed time i.e 30-35 mins from the order time.
And when we get the order it was too late, 7.40pm, and cold. I spoke to the customer service executive Akash he said he'll arrange the call back as we demanded the order for free of cost as the other quality was poor and late.
But didn't receive any call, when I got the order I called directly to the store manager he says we can't do anything you'll have to buy it, pay else I'll make the delivery boy pay.
We were strictly against that so we said what do you want, he said return the order. (Rudely)
Further, I made the order at 6.25pm, as you can see in the screenshot attached, but the mentioned time in the bill is 7pm, which is very pathetic.
Now if this is the quality of service you're providing, I'll approach consumer forum, and I am going to post the same on Facebook and other social networking websites as well.
I'm attaching all the bills phone call timings along with the email
I want a strict action against it with a proper compensation.
