I ordered a delivery from kfc sector 145, advent it park noida . I specifically mentioned to the person who attended my call, to send a change of rs 1000 with the delivery guy . But when the food arrived the delivery guy didn't have the change & was rude to talk too, nevertheless the less he went to arrange change nearby .Also the order was not complete, a bottle of Pepsi was missing . I have ordered around 1:30 hours before, still not delivered. And when I called customer care its busy from last 20 mins. What is all this, at this time there is not restaurant in my area Do you have any work ethics????? don't claim to be so good. today at 24th june 2015, i ordered 6 pieces of chicken wings, 2 pieces of hot n crispy with sweet chilli dip at KFC at vishali nagar, Jaipur and told them to pack it(take away). I dont have the bill but the bill timings are 21:40. when i came home i found that sweet chilli dip is missing from the package (my mistake is that i forgot to check the package at KFC n I forgot the bill there only) But they should not do such mistakes...

French fries was like fried in a local oil. It smells. And in cheese zinger burger these was no sausage. The bread was not even hot and there was no proper feeling in this. I dont think kfc is such a brand which serve this kind of food to its customers...

I just want to complain for the food I was served. It wasnt acceptable for the franchise I preferred as the best. kindly forward my conplaint to any one who could take further and strict action for my complaints. We are regulars customer of KFC. As mentioned in the zomato menu, we first ordered the KFC veg twister wra, and we were told it is discontinued.
