We purchased chiza and popcorn med at 17:24 on 1st March, 2016 total bill rs.328

place chitralaya complex stores, visakhapatnam.

Complaint: I purchased chiza 5 times earlier, it has 4 pcs. But this particular pack has only two pcs. we were deeply disappointed, actually we took it as birthday gift to my niece studying 8th std. we were surprised I thought of taking up the matter with the stores but it was too late. we felt cheated.

Swetha from Chitralaya Mall KFC telephoned us and has sent a surprise gift pack to the birthday kid. We are relieved. Good response from Swetha and her team.We thought it is the KFC way of dealing with mixups. Anyhow it improved KFC brand image.

      I ordered food in KFC, JB Nagar, Bangalore on phone number[protected] by 1.30PM and they promised to deliver in 45 mins. When I did get delivery I called them back by 2.24PM and they mentioned that delivery boy has already left but they will resent and promised to deliver by 3.05PM. by 4.01PM got a message that my order has dispatched and eventually got a call at 5.10PM from KFC asking " Sir, would you like to continue with order or cancel it ? "... Is this what expected form global company...Pathetic service and we should boycott them for forever. If we were in US, I would have sued them ...

        We visit KFC manesar and ordered rice bowl and they give us the bowl with only 4 piece popcorn and when we are saying that you guve us less quantity then they are arguing with us..

            Please note, DLF Rajarhat, Kolkata, Newtown . We have placed Order at 9PM and they did not even deliver till 11 PM. We had to call multiple times, and then finally they did not even bother to call up and did not deliver.

            very very unhappy customers we are . They donot take customers seriously.

              I had visited the kentucky fried chicken (KFC) store in calicut, kerala on 20-2-16 at hilite mall. the chicken they served had blood oozing out from it. when asked about it, the boy replaced it with another piece of chicken. is this the quality of food which should be served by an international brand?

                I placed an order online where I was surreptitiously asked which "Locality" I live in - Now Sector 6 wasn't an option so I picked the closest Sector available that was Sec 10. 20mins into placing the order I figured I should call KFC and tell them that my house was in Sec 6 which happens to be across the road from Sec 10. The gentleman had the audacity to tell me that they don't deliver in Sec 6 and I should call their other outlet in Sec 6. Common sense says that if you don't accept such orders you should pass them on to the outlet which does! The gentleman on the phone had an "I don't really give a ****" attitude which really pissed me off and prompted me to write this complaint - knowing fully well that nobody from KFC is going to bother reading it or doing something about it!

                  Kfc lied about the time taken for deliver kept promising to deliver in the next 10 min . Took 1.5 hrs to deliver . Supplied false information sent an sms that your food was delivered when it was not . Order finally came at 11.15 pm .

                    I received a message on my mobile about KFC offer and i spoke to [protected] and lady with a pleasant voice answered my call. i told her i am calling from coimbatore i gave her my address. she took my order . I spoke to her from my office landline [protected] approx abt 4 pm yesterday. i informed her ineed the delivery at 8.30, since i had a meeting. she confirmed my bill amount is 450RS .

                    at 8.30 I MADE SEVERAL CALLS to check my order to my surprise no order was placed, so upset with the response from the other side and i spoke to several people (sunil, Ranjith etc). All of them took it it so casually. i son was all alone at home waiting for the food and i was in a meeting.

                    mr Ranjith from the store said its will not come under delivery area.

                      I have ordered for a Delivery in KFC and they have rejected the order as the place of delivery is far away from the KFC outlet. But, I have not received the refund yet.

                      The KFC guy who called me regarding the cancelled order has mentioned that the refund will happen only after 15 days. But, I have not received SMS or email as order cancelled or status of refund.

                        KFCs in Kolkata charging 15% Service tax and their packing for take way is very poor...Last time my large drink wasted due to the island they are charging extra Rs 20/- torn away on the road suddenly.

                          Got 5 pototo krisper packed from your branch at Bari Brahmna, Jammu via invoice no. [protected] ord no. [protected] dated 07/02/16. They charged excess money for extra cheese I.e. Rs.75/- + taxes.

                          But when I opened the packing at home, there was no extra cheese in it thereby charging excess money. This type of carelessness is not expected from you. It is not possible for us to go back and get our money back as we stay at a large distancee. Moreover there is no contact no. Of the branch mentioned on the bill. complained submitted on the same day but no response till now. Very bad customer care by kfc

                              Regarding home delivery from KFC Growel's 101 Mall, Kandivali (East)

                              The order (which was 20 min late) was for Brownie Blast krusher, instead the delivery guy said that they only had Choco Lash, the unavailability of which wasn't informed by phone, email, or any other means.
                              Upon finishing the krusher, I noticed a thin strip of plastic moving along the walls of the plastic cup (a picture of which is enclosed here, with is kept on the rim of the plastic cup).
                              It may seem like something small but it could be potentially dangerous, and should not be present in any food.

                                We have been at dlf1 kfc center rajarhat kolkatai. This has become a normal habit that people here do not clear ant pending item for customer. They keep customer always waiting and do not even check until customer comes over the desk and shout for their pending items

                                      I am keeping it in front of your notice, becoz m very much annoyed with the service which i have received yesterday in your store ( Bandra Linking Road, ), when i asked your staff to get me the chicken bucket then he refused to give me, he said today you wont get that, you will have to take mil, you wont get off on single bucket & bucket offer is only for Home Delivery so i agreed & bought mil & bought it,
                                      But i was shocked when that billing guy offered Chicken Bucket to Other Customer who was standing behind me .

                                      I really need transparency on aforesaid pathetic experience .
