If there was a rating lower than 1 on Zomato, that's where I would put this branch of KFC. They should really shut down the South Point Mall outlet in Gurgaon for ruining the KFC brand name. I have eaten from this outlet before and have gotten seriously ill and never went back there again. Unfortunately I had no idea they would be the ones delivering my order tonight.
I called them at 9.05pm and placed my order - 4 pc chicken, 6 pc chicken strips, 1 chicken Zinger burger, 1 chicken snacker - my complete order totalled to Rs 921/-. The order arrived at 10.45pm, that was after two follow up calls were made! When the order arrived I had -
1. Completely damaged packaging.
2. Water dripping out of the Zinger burger, which was gloppy and unedible.
3. Chicken snacker with undercooked raw chicken - which can make you very sick.
4. Cold pieces of chicken strips which look more like chicken balls all clumped together.
5. The 4 pcs of chicken were also cold.
Upon calling their call center to complain about their tawdry attitude an operator called Deepak assures me that he will get the branch manager to call back within 5 to 7 minutes, which obviously does not happen. I call them back again and I get an imbecile by the name of Amir, who gives me someother story, is totally rude and who keeps talking while I am trying to explain my entire complaint all over again. After a point I lost patience with him and requested he put me through to his manager, at which point he promptly cuts my call! After this I could no longer call them as I think he blocked my number!
Seriously Rs 921 will buy you this kind of amazing service from KFC. One word PATHETIC!!
