My order no.[protected]placed on[protected]:39:51) was never delivered. The store is KFC Amanora Town Centre, Pune. The call centre people were so irresponsible that they kept on telling that order is on the way and the order got never delivered. Very poor response from KFC and in fact KFC just lost a loyal customer because of their unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.

    I ordered 8pcs hot n crisp bucket and one zinger chicken burgar and they said the price Rs 1, 500 I was amazed how come 1, 500 I said check the amount again and they checked said sorry and they corrected the amount and another complaint is that I had said for boneless chicken order 8 strip and they gave with bones. Many times mistakes happening on them they might do the same thing to people and fool people. Is this how ur service are?

      On 2nd of October, 2015, I ordered a cheesy crunch burger meal, instead, received a non-veg one. I wasn't aware about it until i took a bite of it. Upon talking to the store manager at kfc, ambience mall, Gurgaon about the mistake..he was ready to exchange it for a veg one..i mean this is ridiculous you just can't answer like this to a problem such as this. Never expected this from kfc. I understand its difficult processing so many orders during rush time but the least you can do is to ensure that a vegetarian does not get to eat a non veg product.

        I ordered by phone a "Chicken Popcorn Rice Bowl" and 12 Chicken Strips and made a payment of Rs. 680/- in cash on delivery. On opening the pack, we realized that only 9 pcs of chicken strips of were delivered while billed and paid for 12 pcs. I immediately called KFC land I was assured that within 10 minutes the order would be fulfilled. 35 minutes passed by but no one delivered the order, so I called again and I was told that the delivery boy should be reaching any minute. Another 30 min passed by so I called again and insisted to speak to the supervisor and spoke to one Mr. Parminder Singh who claimed to be the supervisor and he assured me he has escalated the matter to the manager and I would get a call back within a few minutes. Again 15 minutes passed but no action and hence I am writing this complaint. KFC has spoiled my family's dinner as well as the evening today. I want my money refunded and some penalty on KFC for their attitude. best regards Dhiraj Khattar

          On 2nd Oct 2015, I had placed online delivery at KFC- W- 2/14, upper ground floor, West patel nagar, delhi. Phone # is[protected]. Time of placing order is 12:13 and i reconfirmed my order by calling them at 12:20. Order refernce number is[protected]. I had made order of 618 Rs. and was supposed to receive by 12:45. At 1PM they call me to come near shadipur p.s. and when i reached there they tell me that the order couldnt be placed there too and asked me to come at kfc for picking up the order, i cancelled the order then and there(while placing the order the order area placed by me was already on their site). I have invited cousins at my house and an hour later they inform me that the order cannot be placed thereby spoiling the whole party. When i called them back, the response was very ignorant and they were not ready to acknowledge their mistake (informing an hour later that the mentioned order cannot be delivered). i know they that these entities have to follow certain regulations to conduct their business efficiently but harassing the customers is not a part of it, i think.

            KFC silchar, Assam offers a 10% discount on completing a survey. But in spite of presenting the valid coupon they gave me less than 5% discount. The employees were incompetent and unaware of the procedure. They told me I'd have to talk to the manager but on asking for him, they gave the excuse that he was busy. I've preserved both the coupon and the bill and I'd like this issue redr essed at the earliest! It was highly disappointing KFC!

              I ordered two rice bowls and 9 pc hot wings today 22/09/2015 at 10:20PM. the person came from kammanhalli bangalore store and delivered just one rice bowl and hotwings. the order was missing a rice bowl which was paid with a cridit card. i immediately called him back on his cell number that he had called to get directions from. he never received and the contact center was closed.

                I have ordered one chicken popcorn bucket and one chicken zinger burger as a take away from the KFC, Oberoi Mall(Goregaon East), Mumbai. The chicken in the zinger burger was having a foul smell. Popcorn chicken was ok, but couldnt eat the chicken zinger burger.

                  I want to bring to your notice that your employ 45582 Gurjeet/Manoj (I don't know whether it was him or no, t, check the name of the person who took my order on 15 Sep 2015 19:08 (Customer no 8820) in KFC Patel Nagar was very rude to me. My feedback coupons have not been working since 2 months and when I was asking him how much discount I got (as this time it was able to work) he started shouting at me. He continued shouting at me for a long time and said that the code I told him was wrong and after the code worked he shouted that I would get 15Rs Discount instead of 21.6Rs as 21.6Rs was the 10% on the amount with taxes and instead of explaining to me, he shouted" Mr Arjun, don't you know India's laws? Discount is only given on base amount. Have you ever ordered from Dominos? Do you know anything? We will blacklist you. I will make sure that your orders are NEVER taken... Etc etc". Also, when I was talking to him, he ended the call and did not let me ask the details of my order... This is very inhuman. My rights as not only a consumer, but also a citizen of this independent country have been violated. I want you to take a strict action on these kind of cruel people who are being paid for treating your regular and valued customers so badly.

                    I ordered 2 rice bowl, 2*2 fiery chicken 1 pepsi.i didnot get fiery chicken in rice bowl and i didnot get that 2*2 fiery chicken box too.but the kfc delivery guy told me that he has put hot and spicy instead of fiery and it was not there.in short i paid 350rs extra and end up eating just rice for 829rs.[censored] u kfc.

                      Hi, This complain is for Netaji subhash place KFC outlet for home delivery. This outlet is charging 14% service and VAt charge on total bill for home delivery also. As per indian law these tax can only be charged if customer is taking intake in AC or in KFC outlet but for home delivery they cant charge. I spoke to manager Vikas rathi and he said" do what you can do". I am sure this is not only this outlet but many such outley they do same. This is illegal and government should take action. I have bill with me.

                        Yesterday we went Kolkata KFC at Hathibagan.. ordered food.. but the staff taking the order (his name was Partha id no 36029) was continously insisting on taking some sort of dip.. i said no again agan.. finally got the food and bill.. was in a hurry so could not check the bill.. but at home when i saw the bill they had charged me for a 'three pepper mayo' whivh i never had.. altough the amount is very meagre but the KFC staff must learn that there is no short cut for running business.. by doing this they have lost a Customer and done harm to the business..

                          If there was a rating lower than 1 on Zomato, that's where I would put this branch of KFC. They should really shut down the South Point Mall outlet in Gurgaon for ruining the KFC brand name. I have eaten from this outlet before and have gotten seriously ill and never went back there again. Unfortunately I had no idea they would be the ones delivering my order tonight. I called them at 9.05pm and placed my order - 4 pc chicken, 6 pc chicken strips, 1 chicken Zinger burger, 1 chicken snacker - my complete order totalled to Rs 921/-. The order arrived at 10.45pm, that was after two follow up calls were made! When the order arrived I had - 1. Completely damaged packaging. 2. Water dripping out of the Zinger burger, which was gloppy and unedible. 3. Chicken snacker with undercooked raw chicken - which can make you very sick. 4. Cold pieces of chicken strips which look more like chicken balls all clumped together. 5. The 4 pcs of chicken were also cold. Upon calling their call center to complain about their tawdry attitude an operator called Deepak assures me that he will get the branch manager to call back within 5 to 7 minutes, which obviously does not happen. I call them back again and I get an imbecile by the name of Amir, who gives me someother story, is totally rude and who keeps talking while I am trying to explain my entire complaint all over again. After a point I lost patience with him and requested he put me through to his manager, at which point he promptly cuts my call! After this I could no longer call them as I think he blocked my number! Seriously Rs 921 will buy you this kind of amazing service from KFC. One word PATHETIC!!

                            I need to make a complain regarding your KFC service in #Bangalore India, RT Nagar store... The Rice Bowl chicken popcorn and Chicken Popcorn was very bad at taste.. not even 50 % of its standard.. I am very fond of Chicken popcorn rice bowl and popcorn chicken but after todays experience it spoiled my evening.. Thought of enjoying but came with bitter experience... I need to make this message clear to KFC Quality team that please make sure the store are providing the right quality of food all over your stores.. this store is now deleted from my list completely. If you want something then you have to give something to your customer.. i have already filed complain to consumer forum and other places to let them know that what kind of bad brand of food quality they are providing. I have attached my bill with address and store pic KFC Quality Team you need to do something serious about this... expecting some good response form KFC.. From your regular customer Bijender..

                            Delay in recieving the order

                            I have ordered online from koregoan park pune and the estimated delivery time was 12:10 pm .Now the time is 2:30pm and still I hve not recieved any order or even the call.

                              We was happened to visit KFC karur, Tamilnadu, India by 20.00 hrs on 26/08/2015.We have ordered for Two chicken wings Portion for an Take away.But we we have waited over there for more than twenty five minutes but they have not delivered that.In meanwhile they have offered us for an kitchen tour.But i told them that i was not interested.They again insisted us that if we have take an kitchen tour they will give some discounts.But we was not interested, Now we are feeling that they want to hide all their faults and cheating customers, So public should avoid visiting KFC always where you will be ill treated by staffs.

                                I went to the KFC outlet in Pacific Mall, Subash Nagar today around 1:30 pm. I ordered 6 pieces hot chicken wings, omg burger, 4 pieces crispy fried chicken, a non veg rice bowl, one chicken zinger and a virgin mojito. While waiting for the order the person on the counter gave me the virgin mojito first, i had a sip of it and looked into the glass and found a foreign particle in it and when i looked closely it was a strand of hair in it. when i called the manager of the outler he said " the drink will be replaced". And there was some other guy standing on the counter he said "sir aisa ho jata hai kabhi kabhi", galti sabse hoti hai ". The staff people who were standing on the cash counter and the guy who prepared my drink were not wearing Disposable Stretchable White Caps. is this the kind of response you would expect from a Brand of this level, KFC is not just a name it is one of the biggest brand in fast food industry and this the kind of service they provide it to their customers. I have been a chef myslef and i know the standards of hygiene are of most important when you are handling food. and this was not at all hygienic. This is not the level of hygiene anybody would expect. Plus that excuse of his which he gave "sir aisa kabhi kabhi ho jata hai". Are u serious .??

                                    I called KFC on 17th Aug at 10.29 pm and the CSR refused to take my delivery order. I called yesterday at 10.15pm amd the CSR took my order and post the confirmation I enquired him about registering a complain. He disconnected the call and I didnt even get my order.. Hope the KFC management understands the pain of somebody staying empty stomach awaiting for the food and later comes to know the CSR fooled him.

                                      I placed an order on 19th Aug today at 1:15 PM, was informed that delivery would be done in 30 Mins . Called again at 2:00 Pm was told that order already dispatched and I shall receive a call back from store in 2 Mins delivery in 5 Mins . Called again at 2:15 PM, same story . called again at 2:30 same story that order dispatched and I shall get in 5 Mins . Called 2:45, same story . Till now I am waiting for the order .                                         Being an MNC and promoting its product by delivery options, I believe you people are misleading its customers. I work for American Express based out of Gurgaon building no 5, Epitome, cyber city and when I'm trying to place a delivery order the staff is refusing to deliver as this is not a delivery zone. I suggest KFC to either strike out the delivery options from your site or add this building as a hiring zone as there is no point of having 5-6 KFC outlets in Gurgaon and no one is ready to deliver the products.
