Dated 30.05.2015, I visited KFC AT WAVE MALL Jammu along with my family, Firstly aftr long wait we received meal and being terribly dissapointing the complete meal was Rancid. Just ordered from KFC Noida sector 63. The person on counter first denied Chicken rice bowl availability and then again gave it. The quality was no where near expectation. We had sent a person to take away from restaurant and had to eat something as we were hungry. that's why did not escalate. But surely its a bad experience and a waste of money....
