I had ordered at kfc R city mall mumbai.
Paid 2 times for 1 order through upi scan rs 1519 . The counter person told me that she did not receive amount. So I tried again. Same thing happened. Then I should her bank debit sms and statement of debit in axis bank app in my mobile. But still she refused to give my order. Then finally I paid cash. When I asked her what about 2 upi payments, she told it will be refunded. But even after 50 days ... no refund. I have emailed and whatapp them bank sms details, my bank statement, my receipt of kfc. But they are not listening. Now they want screenshot of the payment made. How can some1 get the screenshot ater 50 days of payment. It's not possible. But all details are in sms n bank statement. But they are not listening. Kindly help to get my 3038 rs back.

    Refund for non-delivery of order

    I placed an order on 22/04/2023 via tha KFC app. Then I received a call from the KFC store (KFC DEVLI, Deoli Rd. Khanpur, New Delhi) that my order can't be delivered as my location wasn't serviceable so they're cancelling my order.     Food not delivered for prepaid order. Need Refund

    I have ordered KFC Wednesday bucket with popcorn on 26/04/2023 in KFC app at KFC elpro Pune. the order was placed successfully with prepaid. But after 3 hours I got message like it was delivered.     I ordered at 8:42 pm. using KFC App. I I paid via gpay. Did not receive the order and it just shows that it is on the way. Until 11 pm. I didn't receive the order at al. At 2:00 am, I get a message saying it is delivered.I'm very disappointed in KFC. KFC customer care number is not working and the Store number also is not working. The delivery person number is also not reachable. This is very bad. I need a refund.

      Refund not completed even after 5 days

      Address: Chennai

      I ordered a Zinger box meal worth ₹381 twice which evaluates to ₹762 via the KFC app. The money got deducted but the order was not placed. Soon after I received 2 emails from KFC stating a refund transaction id and a reference number. I tried contacting KFC customer service via the mentioned email and also the phone number but there has been no reply and neither has the money been credited in my account.

          I ordered Wednesday bucket and it's comes with 4 dips and I also ordered 2 extra dips but i received total 5 dips in place of 6 dips this is happening for the second time, 1st time I face same issue in previous month and also this month and I ordered from kfc kohefiza, bhopal through zomato platform.
          This is really disgusting for any customer which face that issue frequently.

                I ordered kfc on 17th april through your app pickup instead of delivery so i had to issue a refund of my order which i paid through google pay. It has been WEEKS and I have still not gotten my refund even after continuous calls towards your CUSTOMER CARE as well as a representative who is very uncooperative. His number is +91 [protected] . I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.

I quite the job for some reason .I informed ARM of the store while leaving the job and my complaint is based on salary due i spoked with ARM about salary he was like I wont give the salary if the company gives also .it won't reaches you.                       Hi,
                      I tried to place a delivery order on 19th april through kfc website using my paytm account. The payment got debited from my bank account but no order was placed. The employee at the store when contacted said that the money would be refunded within 7 days. It has been 10 days and I am yet to recieve the refund.

                          I had visited the GOPALAN SIGNATURE MALL beninganahalli Bangalore on 26th of April 2023 went to kfc ordered the chicken and the payment was successful and when the bill was raised showing "SESSION EXPIRED" also as the person working there for the solution they told to make payment and the amount which was deducted from my account will be refunded within 30 mins and still it's more than 24 hours still the refund has not been done how mean i had to make another payment for the meal which was ordered. Kindly requesting to refund the money as soon as possible.
