Hi, I m a regular customer of kfc & I really love ur crispy chicken, but my last two visits was not so impressive first of all the pepsi I have ordered was totally blunt and when I have made a complain with ur manager the shocking answer he gave Sir isme thoda problem hua hai and he exchanged it with seven up but it was too tasting same, but my final concern is about ur crispy chicken, I m really a big fan of kfc chickens but sorry to say your avani mall sucks... It was tasting horrible there is something missing may be they are not following the proper sop or they are using damage products. My bill no is 00566324 Date of visit 19/11/14 Time 18:21 pm

Same thing happen here. Have ordered crispy chicken at KFC Avani mall branch. Bill no KFC00583075 dated[protected]. It was totally tasteless. Fried chicken in any other restaurant in town was much better in terms of taste & quality. Seems like food quality is getting degraded day by day in KFC. Will definitely not waste my money again on KFC.

two times money deduction

On 26-apr-2015, at kfc, oberoi mall i spent 412 but the kfc employee swipe the card two times so money deducted from my account two times... so please return my money ... time is around 2pm;

    Went to KFC, Gold Souk, Kochi, India with a friend. He found a fingernail in the chicken. Complained to the staff. They offered a reorder or refund. But we couldn't take it. No one cared to apologise. This is what you get from the great MNCs . Feeling disgusting.Plz give us justice

    Hi sir I order big bucket has served I eat one piece very bad smell it also not cook well and so oil asked about call manger no manger inside store outside storekeeper attend me if you want eat otherwise go outside I am eating Kfc 8 years in bad service in chennai big mall like sky walk

      On 24 October I had visited KFC new EMPAIR shop and swap my credit card but bill not generated (Rs463/-).I had paid by cash.Afer few min later found sms from SBI credit card for deduction Rs463/- but KFC assured me that no deduction happened in future but now bank confirm they (KFC) claim the amount from bank.Then I visite the shop but no positive response get.Please resolve the issue.

      Unwanted repeated promotional messages

      I have been receiving many promotional messages at odd hours. I earnestly request you to kindly stop sending them. I have also called many timed and have also written many times. But still i keep on receiving these messages.
      So please its a humble request stop sending me promotional messages. They are extremely irritating.

        Dear Team, I have visited KFC kalkaji branch on 13th Oct 2014 and order 3 burger and made the payment through my HDFC credit card but after swapping the card your representative told me unable to processed your payment due to machine is not working and order was cancelled. Now i have checked my statement i ahve charged Rs 261 which is swapped on 13th Oct 2014 on KFC kalkaji Branch. Request you to pls check and revert me on priority and also refund my amount which is wrongly charged to me.

          I am residing in Bangalore and recently I had a very bad experience with KFC, when I visited their outlet in Total Mall near Sarjapur Road. When I reached the counter after 15 mins standing in que, for almost 10 mins. no body turned up for my order. Still 5 people were in que behind me and the person who was handling the counter was doing something else. I think KFC don't assign jobs properly to employees. The person who was handling the counter was doing job of collecting orders and he was in the kitchen most of the time. When he came outside, I literally shouted at him for when he is going to take my order or I need to go back. Then he asked me for order and when I placed my order, he told me very patiently that the option which I preferred was not available with them. Immediately I got out of their outlet by controlling my anger and without saying a single word to this irresponsible person.

            I have ordered my meal from KFC Opulent Mall Ghaziabad on[protected]. I recieved my order at home which is different from the ordered one but it's just a beginning as when i opened by burgers I'm shocked that they are completely rotten. I am really disappointed with KFC team and I just want to escalate this issue as soon as possible.

            Served chicken while I ordered vegetarian

            I ordered vegetarian burger and veg straps in a drive in at kfc shilpakalavedica, Hyderabad. I got the package served with two chicken nuggets saying" your order sir" . When opened right there, shocked to see the packing. All I get is a sorry.lacdasical attitude. I want kfc out of India!!!I am vegetarian all my life and so my son.!Feelingterrible

              Hi team, This mail is in reference to the misbehaviour i faced from your employees. I placed an order through phone for home delivery on the 10th of October 2014, I was told that due to lots of orders in stack they will let me know in 20 mins whether they will take my order or not.I happily agreed to this, believing that ur employees will get back to me. i waited for a call for 1 hour 15 mins during this time i tried reaching out to them through phone several time but in vain. I get a call back after 1 hour 30 mins saying that they cannot deliver my order. They hung up the phone after i reproached them for this behaviour. Following are the reasons i am really disappointed at this behaviour: 1) If your team is incapable of delivering orders you should not take an order in the first place/discontinue with the home delivery system. 2)We pay money for home delivery so be it a big or a small order your company is bound to deliver it (not on time) but at least deliver . 3)You cannot refuse to take orders, just because you have lots of orders already. 4)You don't hung up on your customer on a mistake of your own KFC is a world renowned brand and such misbehaviour is not expected.Because of this behaviour we could not eat our dinner, neither could we order from somewhere because it was too late. I would like you to look into the matter and rever asap. As of now i am highly disappointed by the way you treat your customers. Sorry about the CAPS (I am not shouting I am really pissed) THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD WITH KFC WAS ON 22ND SEP 2014 AT 6PM BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER MR.BHUSHAN OF THE HIRANANDANI GARDEN POWAI STORE, HE INSULTED ME BY CALLING ME IN THE STORE FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY MEAL WHICH HE PROMISED ME ON THE CALL BY SAYING YOU JUST COME TO THE STORE AND I WILL GIVE WHATEVER YOU WILL LIKE IN THE STORE AND LATER HE DENIED TO GIVE ME ANYTHING AT ALL. MR.BHUSHAN WAS GIVING ME THIS COMPLIMENTARY MEAL BECAUSE OF THE COMPLAINT I FILED ON KFC’S BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 20TH SEP 2014 AS FOLLOWS. ON 20TH SEP 2014 AT 9.30PM I WENT TO KFC TO BUY A CHICKEN SNACKER WITH MY FRIEND NIGEL TITUS, I WAS TOTALLY MISTREATED BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ABHIJEET HE WAS HANDLING THE ORDER AT THE CASH REGISTER AND WHILE I WAS WAITING IN THE QUE FOR 15 MIN FOR MY ORDER HE IGNORED ME AND ASKED ANOTHER CUSTOMER (WOMAN) FROM BEHIND ME FOR HER ORDER I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO MR. ABHIJEET THAT TIME AS I THOUGHT ABOUT “LADIES FIRST” I LATER WENT TO GIVE MY ORDER AFTER THAT AND THEN MR. ABHIJEET DID NOT EVEN GREET ME OR SMILED OR EVEN DID NOT ASK FOR MY ORDER I HAD TO TELL HIM MY ORDER AND AFTER THE PAYMENT OF THE ORDER I ASKED WHY IS THEIR SO MUCH BIG QUE HE SAID ITS PEAK HOUR AND I SAID I THINK YOUR SERVICE IS SLOW AND HE JUST SMILED AND LATER HE SAID TO WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER AS IT WAS NOT EVEN READY HE DID NOT EVEN HAND OVER MY ORDER ON TIME I HAD TO WAIT FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES LONG TO GET MY ORDER IN MY HAND THAT ALSO I HAD TO ASK SOME OTHER CASH COUNTER GUY AFTER HANDING MY BILL TO HIM AND HE THEN GAVE MY TAKEAWAY WHICH WAS NICE COLD SO THE KFC SERVICE IS VERY SLOW INDEED AND CUSTOMERS ORDER WERE NOT TAKEN PROPERLY. SO I WENT BACK HOME AND TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME ONLINE. ONLY I HAD THE COURAGE TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PATHETIC KFC SERVICE. SO ON 22nd SEP 2014 HE CALLED ME TO VISIT KFC ANYTIME AND I WENT TO KFC TO MEET MR.BHUSHAN WHO CLAIMED TO BE MANAGER OF THE STORE BUT LATER THE REAL MANAGER MR. SAGAR CONFIRMED ME ON THE CALL ON 23rd SEP 2014 AND WHEN I MET MR.BHUSHAN ON 22nd SEP 2014 HE ASKED ME WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE I TOLD HIM EVERY CUSTOMER WISHLIST TO TRY EVERYTHING IN THE MENU OF KFC, HE THEN STRAIGHTWAY DENIED WE CANNOT GIVE YOU THIS. I SAID I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD TRY TO DO THIS. BUT HE INSISTED THAT I TAKE THE MEAL AND 30% DISCOUNT COUPONS 3 EACH AND HE SAID AS HIS JOB WILL BE IN JEOPARDY IF HE GIVES ME ANYTHING EXTRA THIS IS HOW CHEAP HE AND KFC IS. AND LATER I TOLD HIM CAN I HAVE A SINGLE BUCKET AND HE SAID NO HE CANT GIVE BECAUSE KFC DOESNT GIVE HIM RIGHT TO DO SO, IT IS ABOVE THEIR BUDGET. I SAID IS THERE SOMEONE WHO HAS THE POWER TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE AND HE SAID HE WILL ASK THE AREA MANAGER AND THEN HE ACTED TO CALL THE AREA MANAGER AND SAID THE AREA MANAGER ALSO DENIED IT. (MR. BHUSHAN) IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME WHAT I WOULD LIKE THEN WHY THE HELL YOU CALLED ME AND SAID I CAN HAVE WHATEVER I WANT ON THE PHONE CALL AND WASTED MY TIME. I WAS THINKING KFC (YUMS) HAS AROUND 18, 875 STORES ACROSS THE WORLD AND SO CHEAP THEY THINK O[censored]S CUSTOMERS. I WAS STARVING THAT TIME AND THEN I SAID OK I WILL TAKE 1 CHICKEN ROCK BOX MEAL AND 1 CHICKEN POP AND 1 VIRGIN MOJITO AND ALSO THE COUPONS OF 30% DISCOUNT COUPONS 3 EACH AS MR.BHUSHAN HAD PROMISED IT EARLIER. HE GOT VERY ANGRY AND STARTED ABUSING ME AND SAYING I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GUY LIKE YOU IN MY 9 YEARS OF CAREER IN KFC. HE SAID I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING NOW YOU DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU LIKE AND DO FACEBOOK AND TWITTER MARKETING ALSO OF THEIR BRAND KFC AND DON’T COME TO KFC AGAIN. THIS WAS VERY HUMILIATING FOR ME AS THERE WAS OTHER CUSTOMERS PRESENT IN THE KFC THAT TIME. AS I RESIDE IN THE HIGH SOCIETY IN HIRANANDANI GARDEN POWAI KFC IS NEARER TO MY HOME, I CAN SEE EVERYDAY THE KFC POWAI STORE FROM MY ROOM WINDOW OF MY FLAT I RESIDE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A FOOL (CHU) LIKE MR. BHUSHAN WHO WILL JEOPARDISE HIS JOB BUT ALSO JEOPARDISE THE KFC BRAND, AS ASSISTANT MANAGER HE FAILED KFC BRAND AND THE BRAND IMAGE I HAD ABOUT KFC WHICH WAS STARTED IN USA BY (HARLAND SANDERS) KFC IS DEAD TO ME AND I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY OUTLET IN INDIA OF KFC. THIS GUY BHUSHAN THINKS HE IS THE CEO OF KFC AND TAKING DECISION BASED ON KFC’S CEO MR.MICKY PANT (CEO) OF KFC WHICH IS PART OF YUMS BRAND COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT HIS SUCCESSOR (MR.BHUSHAN). REALLY KFC IS THE WORST BRAND I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN INDIA TILL NOW AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. TODAY I KNOW THIS IS THE SAME WAY THEY TREAT THOSE POOR CHICKENS.                   The full incident what happened in kfc with me on 2oth sep and 22st sep 2014.
                  Sorry about the caps (I am not shouting i am really pissed)
                  The worst service i ever had with kfc was on 22nd sep 2014 at 6pm by the assitant manager mr.Bhushan of the hiranandani garden powai store, he insulted me by calling me in the store for the complimentary meal which he promised me on the call by saying you just come to the store and i will give whatever you will like in the store and later he denied to give me anything at all.
                  Mr.Bhushan was giving me this complimentary meal because of the complaint i filed on kfc’s bad customer service on 20th sep 2014 as follows.
                  On 20th sep 2014 at 9.30pm i went to kfc to buy a chicken snacker with my friend nigel titus, i was totally mistreated by the assistant manager abhijeet he was handling the order at the cash register and while i was waiting in the que for 15 min for my order he ignored me and asked another customer (Woman) from behind me for her order i did not say anything to mr. Abhijeet that time as i thought about “ladies first” i later went to give my order after that and then mr. Abhijeet did not even greet me or smiled or even did not ask for my order i had to tell him my order and after the payment of the order i asked why is their so much big que he said its peak hour and i said i think your service is slow and he just smiled and later he said to wait for your order as it was not even ready he didn’t even hand over my order on time i had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes long to get my order in my hand that also i had to ask some other cash counter guy after handing my bill to him and he then gave my takeaway which was nice cold so the kfc service is very slow indeed and customers order were not taken properly.
                  So i went back home and to complaint about the same online.
                  Only i had the courage to complaint about this pathetic kfc service.
                  So on 21nd sep 2014 he called me to visit kfc anytime and i went to kfc to meet mr.Bhushan who claimed to be manager of the store but later the real manager mr. Sagar confirmed me on the call on 23rd sep 2014 and when i met mr.Bhushan on 22nd sep 2014 he asked me what would you like to have i told him every customer wishlist to try everything in the menu of kfc, he then straightway denied we cannot give you this.
                  I said i would really appreciate it if you could try to do this. But he insisted that i take the meal and 30% discount coupons 3 each and he said as his job will be in jeopardy if he gives me anything extra this is how cheap he and kfc is.
                  And later i told him can i have a single bucket and he said no he cant give because kfc doesnt give him right to do so, it is above their budget.
                  I said is there someone who has the power to make this possible and he said he will ask the area manager and then he acted to call the area manager and said the area manager also denied it.
                  (Mr. Bhushan) if you did not want to give me what i would like then why the hell you called me and said i can have whatever i want on the phone call and wasted my time.
                  I was thinking kfc (Yums) has around 18, 875 stores across the world and so cheap they think o[censored]s customers.
                  I was starving that time and then i said ok i will take 1 chicken rock box meal and 1 chicken pop and 1 virgin mojito and also the coupons of 30% discount coupons 3 each as mr.Bhushan had promised it earlier.
                  He got very angry and started abusing me and saying i have never seen a guy like you in my 9 years of career in kfc.
                  He said i will not give you anything now you do whatever you like complain wherever you like and do facebook and twitter marketing also of their brand kfc and don’t come to kfc again.
                  This was very humiliating for me as there was other customers present in the kfc that time.
                  As i reside in the high society in hiranandani garden powai kfc is nearer to my home, i can see everyday the kfc powai store from my room window of my flat i reside.
                  I have never seen a fool (Chu) like mr. Bhushan who will jeopardise his job but also jeopardise the kfc brand, as assistant manager he failed kfc brand and the brand image i had about kfc which was started in usa by (Harland sanders)
                  Kfc is dead to me and i will never visit any outlet in india of kfc.
                  This guy bhushan thinks he is the ceo of kfc and taking decision based on kfc’s ceo
                  Mr.Micky pant (Ceo) of kfc which is part of yums brand company would like to know about his successor (Mr.Bhushan).
                  Really kfc is the worst brand i have ever come across in india till now and worst customer service.
                  Today i know this is the same way they treat those poor chickens.
                  Kfc you can go to hell and my middle finger salutes you, mr.Bhushan and also mr.Abhijeet.

                    The worst service i ever had with kfc was today at 6pm by the manager mr.Bhushan of the hiranandani garden powai store, he insulted me by calling me in the store for the free meal which he promised me on the call by saying you just come to the store and i will give whatever you will like in the store.

                      This is the worst service in the history of my ordering experience. I ordered at 9pm on 17th September. I called in 5mins to add Another burger to my order and was told the guy has left, and about 11 15pm and still have not received the ordered. I called the store number, every agent I spoke to is irresponsible, doesn’t know how to treat a customer and handle call.Now at this point of time I had enough and decided to call store and was told order was cancelled, and was given a reason saying cause I ordered online and they didn’t have 5pieces of hot wings which was supposed to be free for order more than 400 rupees and if so WHY WAS I NOT TOLD, ??? Every time I called I was told he has left with the order and will be there soon. Now I am going to tell this story to all my colleagues and I AM NEVER GONNA ORDER FROM KFC AGAIN..

                        Hi, I had visited to Commercial Street, KFC restaurant on 7th of September 2014. While billing the executive had billed for twice the actual amount. I couldn’t see what he had billed and I entered my pin too… good that I saw it before signing on the bill. When raised concern the store Manager (Mr. Vikram) said that this amount will be cancelled and credited back to my account in 48 hours. But that didn’t happen. He had given me a contact number which is not being answered at all. Actual Bill : 409 Bill paid: 818 I did pay another 409 for my order as he said the total amount (818) would be canceled. I know that KFC will not cheat amounts like this, but my question is when this is the executive's mistake why should we take the pain to follow up for the cancellation. And very irresponsible behaviour of Mr. Vikram to give me a number which will never be answered. Please let me know the exact point of contact for this complaint…

                        Lot of wastage given instead of proper popcorn chicken

                        I have ordered 3 items take away. In that 1 item is Popcorn chicken large. In that very few pieces are proper and remaining more than half i got the watse powder of that flour.

                          Hi My self Vineeth.Today[protected] around by 8.00 pm me and my family went to your Out let in Tolichowki, Hyderabad, and we have ordered Hot & Saucy Chicken-4 Pic Re.98/- and we also ordered for popcorn 1.Reg and 2.Medium. We are satisfied with Popcorn. Before ordering I have asked the counter boy that, what you are showing the same size of pieces only I need, he told it would be medium pic. Fine and I ordered the same. When I reached home I saw what I got, and as per the size what I got I didn't felt happy... Please see attached photos. And we are staying Attapur in Hyderabad, we went to KFC travelled > 10 KM. to eat your food. this is what you guys get us back... Regards Vineeth +[protected]

                            Me and my friend went to kfc guwahati, Kristina basti branch around 10:30 pm. For an order of 4 pcs crispy chicken, and 2 virgin mojito.at the time of delivery when I told the staff of asamies that please change one of the pcs, he told me nuisance word to me.we don't know why he behaved like that.and than after one of the staff came and handle the sutioation.
                            But after our dine in the food he came outside for us and give us a threatening that "if you came from outside of the city then remember me and wait till 11 pm.and i will make you die.your body will be not get find by your family and friend.go and [censored] off.
                            This is the kind of the behavior of kfc staff.which is called an international brand.
                            So shame of it about the service and behavior.
                            Guys please careful about your demand of price when you are in the counter.

                              The KFC cashier at KFC, Magarpatta Seasons mall, Pune charged 5 INR extra as part of WHR donation without my explicit permission. I noticed it only when i checked my bill and found 5 INR extra. The cashier did not take my permission or even asked me before billing. This unauthorized debiting of money can amount to thievery and stealing somebody's money with his/her knowledge. They must have billed countless customers this 5 INR without their knowledge as nobody bothers to check their invoice. A big brand like KFC resorting to such unethical stealing practice is really shameful and outright outrageous. I brought this matter to the notice of Mr. Abhijeet who is the franchisee manager of KFC, Seasons Mall, Magarpatta. Giving 5 INR for a good cause is not a problem, but taking it unethically is really absurd and demonstrates cheap and sub standard practice. Everyone who visits such big retail food chains always review your bill for any unauthorized charges levied

                                Dear whoever concerned I have visited one of your outlet in Chennai Abhirami mall I was having some food before the movie, when I took the order and sat on the chair it was completely wet and it was a white chair. So I asked the manager there whether you expect all the Customer to check before you sit down like we do on road side hotels or eateries .they were so dumb enough that I have ask for tissue paper to wipe the water from my dress. Please Train these dumb fellows on Customer Service.

                                Money debited during transaction but not delivered and money is not credited back

                                Hi Team,

                                Money debited during transaction but the item is not delivered and cancelled by the vendor because o[censored]navailability. Got a call from the person saying that the money will be credited with in 48 hrs but the money is not credited from last 20 days. Please look into the issue.

                                  Mam/sir, i was at kfc, infinity malad west yesterday at around 9, 30pm.And went to the counter.To order our meals.My first order was popcorn chicken rice bowl.And even before i finish to tell him the rest of the order .The guy told me it over.And they are making new one which will take 30 minute minimun.According to his body language i guess he didnt want to serve me that item as it is one of the cheaper item on the menu.A few day ago i was told the same about another item .But since i waited i got it . Dont know if it is their selling statergy.But i would be spending the same because i had other, sorry to say i am getting disappointed every time i go there, also the staff look too busy.And not happy

                                    Hi, first of all i tried contacting your costumer care center no and a stupid fool recieved the phone abd he was not able to converse in english, in a corprate office like yours hw can you keep such staff like that and secondly the staff at ur ambience gurgaon i dunno what kinda attitude they have and for what i do not seento understand they speakso rudly and are always in a casual behaviour instaed of taking the orders or making the orders they are busy chit chatting among themselves. And also your pacific mll, subhash nagar outlet ahich is in the ground floor the experience was utterly horrible first of all the pos amchine was not working, then my fren asked no ice on her pepsi but the put ice which we dint compalin and then they said my cold coffee will take 10 min but when i went bk afet 15 min it was still nit done. I mean iwhy do you open these kind of outlets or keep such staff if they are not abke to converse in english and also if your pos are nt wrking.                                       Dear Team, I am a regular customer at KFC and I dine at your restaurant at least twice or thrice a week. So when I planned a movie with my friends, I decided to place a takeaway order at Store No. G–15&16, F-19&20, R-Mall, United Motors Ltd Ghodbunder Road, Near Runwal Estate, Thane (West) Phone:+[protected] so that we are not late for our movie. But to my shock, when I arrived at the store they were ignorant about my order(Order number :[protected] Order Pick Up Time:[protected]:49:00 ) and told me that they haven't received any order. I also showed them the confirmation mail which I received from your side regarding my order. I also called up the customer care number but they were unable to resolve the issue and told me that I can cancel the order. I was so furious by this behaviour. As result we reached late for our movie because we choose another restaurant( Pizza Hut) and our whole evening was spoiled. I request you to please look into the mater and do the needful.                                         I would like to inform you that i have bought(take away) Pop Corn Chicken and Chicken Burger in KFC at EXPRESS AVENUE, Chennai-14 at 12.23 pm on 06.05.2014.

                                        They have imposed service tax on my take away order, i would like know that, is there such rule that they have right impose service tax on take away order? Kindly do the needful and guide us in this regard.(Bill copy attached)
