We were visiting India for a couple of weeks and went to KFC for lucnh. This store was in Rajpur road, Dehradun. The crew member serving us called Harpreet was very rude to start with and told us that they are serving zinger meals with hot wings and that the company has discontinued fries with the meals!!! which was bizarre as there were no POPs for it and barely any advertisements! Then we were forced to buy chips separately as that's what we wanted!! After finishing our meals we spoke to the manager about this who at this point couldn't give us a valid reason as to why this change happened and since when did this start! I found it ridiculous how the manager running the store at that point couldn't answer a simple querry made by a customer! For such a big change I would expect the company to have better reasons!! Not to mention all the KFC store that we went to while our trip to india, the crew were REALLY RUDE and there was barely any focus on cutomer service!! Problems like this are ruining the name of such big international brand name!!! Somebody needs to take this seriously and sort it out!! I would like a response soon before I take this further!

    I place an order at B 61, Priya Cinema Building, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110057 which is just 10- 15 mins away from my address( Munirka), I was being informed that they don't deliver at the area as per the policy, which is not appropriate answer. I'm not living in a jungle where people cannot access.

      On 11/3/2015 I have placed an order through online to KFC Mangalore Kadri Branch, worth of Rs. 498.06, After waiting for more than an hour, when I contacted the local KFC outlet they were telling that there is no order placed by me. But the said amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account thru net banking with vide reference narration (BHDF[protected]-billdkYumRestaurants) with transaction ref[protected] for Rs. 498.06. I have made the complaint online twice thru Akosha complaint forum and another complaint to KFC complaint forum. But its already more than a week, so far not even a single person contacted me. Wherever I contacted to your customer care team, Im totally disappointed. I am treated with negative response from the customer care staff. This is the way KFC treating the customer.         Respected SIR/MAM i should compliant water the water supply in kfc bareilly. they will take vat and service's charges but when a customer asked a cup of water they will say no water and told you buy a bottle of water.. thank you pawan singh srms, cet, -bareilly

          I ordered for dips bucket which had 50% off on Sunday at the mosque road KFC branch. The order was placed at 8:15 pm (Sunday[protected] .I made a call around 8:30 pm enquiring when the delivery will be given, I was told it will be delivered within 10 minutes. The same thing was told every time I called for the next 2 and a half hours.I also warned the person who picked the call that I will give complain. I waited till 11 pm but the delivery was not given. .

            My self Shaik.Sameer from Chennai on 12MAR15 i was ordered Rs 439/- At KFC Outlet Through online with my credit card while selecting store details I was mistakenly selected some other outlet which was very far from my office after deducting amount when I check delivery address its showing me wrong so at that time i was contacted that store for is it possible to deliver at my office then they said it was not available due to long distance then they were provided me Online customer care number when I called what they have done is they were cancelled old order and ordered near by my office so on that time I was paid once by credit card ( HDFC BANK ) after that when delivery boy also collected same amount from me so when i called to KFC accounts Manager of Chennai MR.Santosh he told me it will come within 1day but it was not happened till now and also He is also lifting my phone calls, So kindly do me a favor as soon as possible.               This is regarding a complaint on a recent consumption which i had made at one of the KFC outlet in Pondycherry... I had purchased a KFC Classic Zinger chicken burger from the outlet in MG Road, Pondycherry today at about 9.00Pm and when i had taken a bite of it i was taken for shock since my mouth was filled with the taste of Chlorine/ bleaching powder and had vomited what ever had consumed just minutes before taking a bite of the world famous Zinger Chicken burger.. I immediately approached the KFC outlet at MG Road Pondycherry from where i had purchased the burger and the staff in the outlet informed me that the taste was not of Chlorine/Bleaching powder but that of a sanitizer used for cleaning Lettuce which had accidentally got stuck in the lettuce while in the process of cleaning... Since KFC is quite infamous for its quality standards be it the chicken or what ever and considering the issues which had taken place in Kerala and Coimbatore i have lost confidence in the quality of KFC, atleast what ever was left behind... I have been facing with stomach upset troubles and vomiting ever since i had consumed the CHEMICALLY COOKED KFC CLASSIC ZINGER CHICKEN BURGER... The staff at KFC MG Road branch Pondycherry was kind enough to give me back what i had paid for after insisting on getting a refund and was easy going on the issue that it was just because of the sediment stuck behind on the lettuce during the cleaning process and thanks for that warm reception... I was told that the chemical used for cleaning is SUMO TABS... However, I would like to take this issue further up since it is something which involves Food Safety and Quality Standards at KFC and hence request for an immediate action... FYI.. I have carefully preserved the Classic Zinger Chicken Burger for further inspection along with the Invoice..

                Dear sir My name is S M Anjum i am 64 years senior Citizen I along my daughter n grand daughter went To purchase from your R T Nagar Outlets n bought worth Rs 855 i gave my debit Card of Oriental bank of commerce by boy swipe The card n i got the message that the money is debited from my account, but the boy told me that the transation was cancel cancel, i gave him my other debit card of SBI luckly the transcation was cancel. I called the resturant manager n was discussing with him another boy by the name of ROHIT came in between he is also employ of yr resturant n he started abusing me n told me to bring Cash next time or dont come. If you are employing such staff i am sorry to say KFC has lost INTERNATIONAL touch. I lost my Rs 855 i dont know if same will b refunded Also my self respect ib front of my Daughter n grand daughter.                   At Chennai airport on 7th of March, I ordered American classic burger with Fries. The burger was served in 5 min.However the lady at counter told that the fries will be serve in next 3min. I waited for 15 min. But they could not server the fries. Surprisingly no one was bother to pay the attention. Hence i left the place after 25 min. Without having fries for which I have already paid the charges. The issue is no body bother to pay any attention when I left the place. Really it was a disgusting experience from such a renowned company. Very poor customer service. Regards, Rajesh

                    Hi.. I generally don't publish my feedback but KFC is my favourite chain but off lately I have had bad experience with them. I had VEG STRIPS in three different locations - Vasant Kunj, Janak Puri in Delhi and GIP mall in Noida .. and everytime I was offered stale or double fried strips which tasted foul.. I even informed staff over there.. they were courteous enough to replace that but new batch that they offered was again not fresh and tasted as if it has been fried twice and thrice or they just heated it in microwave and served it to us.. As I mentioned this is my favourite chain and I want to satisfy my taste buds with your delicious food again and again that is why I am taking pain to write to you and inform you about this.. Please make sure this practice is stopped on immediate basis and you continue serving us Finger licking good food :) Kind Regards Amber

                      I had ordered from Crown Interior Mall, Gurgaon on 28 february, 2015, time:- 11:28 pm. The Zinger burger was unsatisfactory as it is not freshly prepared. I had vomitting after having the burger and severe stomach ache. Definately there was something wrong with the burger since i had all medical problem after eating the burger. This shows the brand attitude towards quality & hygiene. Being a frequent customer i didnot expect this from the such a renowned brand. This gives unsatisfactory food service and i will be sceptical before visiting KFC in future. I have attached the payment receipt along. Look forward to hear from you.

                        Respected Sir/Madam, This is Ashok I was previously worked in KFC HITECH CITY Hyderabad.My Employee Code 03139, My PF account no HR/GGN/26997/2159. I left the job on 28th September 2013.And I Applied PF On 20th February 2014.till November 2014 I haven't got any information for this after that I called up KFC Gurguaon Office They are saying that you have to reapply.Again I applied on 20th November 2014.But Till now i haven't got any information.I am keep on Calling KFC Gurgauon office but they are not lifting my calls.Its almost 105 Days and when i applied on 20th Feb2014 till Now its almost one year.I hope any of the company provide the PF with in 45 days But why its taking one year time but still there is no confirmation on this.                           I ordered 2 pieces of fried thigh, 6 pieces of chicken strips and large French feries Delivery was one correct order only ie French fries . They delivered veg strip instead of chicken strips and leg pieces instead of thigh pieces . I understand sometimes it happens but after complain they stated arguing . Which is not acceptable

                            Self booked for home delivery on 27th Feb order no. 4902 at 9:30 pm. The same was not delivered till 11pm even after two reminders on phone. After which I got a call after midnight disturbing me further. The order was placed at Vasant kukunjjunk square mall KFC.

                              i went to KFC store on 15th FEB 2015 located on MG ROAD under DT cinemas. I placed an order of 290 rupees and paid the amount through my SBI DEBIT CARD. The person swiped my card into the machine and it got failed for two times and he asked his colleague standing next to him that machine is not working. So that person asked him to swipe the card in different machine and the third time transaction got successful and 290rs deducted from my bank account.But the next day when i checked my bank account through online banking then i saw that the intially two transactions of 290+290=580 rs also got successful and this amount has been deducted from my account too. Then i called to the KFC STORE and they told me to come to the STORE location so i went to the store next day i showed them the last ten transactions from online banking account through my mobile and also the ATM RECEIPT of last ten transactions and both of these were showing the extra deduction of 580 rs from my BANK ACCOUNT.They told me to wait for 3 days after then the money will automatically be come to my account but the money didn't came. They also told me that they have sent the request to the BANK for the reply of faulty transactions and yet they haven't received any reply from the bank and they will only pay me after they got any reply from the BANK.And now its 28thfeb 2015 and i m continuously requesting them to please refund my 580RS but they are not willing to pay instead they are telling to place any thing for 580RS and they will not charge anything from me. So i request you to please help me in this regard.The following details of the third transaction which was successful are:- DATE-15/02/2015 MID- [protected] TIME- 13:20:10 TID[protected] BATCH NO- 000234 CARD TYPE- VISA CARD Transaction was done from ICICI Bank KFC, Gurgaon KFC Shop no 28, Gurgaon Haryana

                                While having Paneer Zinger Burger, I found a Meta Strip Inside Burger. But we don't get proper response from staff. Instead they just replace with new one. After I avoid their offer, they just went away happily without any further concern. What we expect is the trust that in future we can have KFC food without any doubt in mind.                                   I am regular customer of kfc since it started. But from last few times service of your kfc gurgaon southpoint mall store has been really pathetic. The problem is that its the only branch near my house that delivers otherwise i would have called from some other store. Sometime back i ordered from your outlet and received one burger short. So i called up the next day and they took a whole day to solve my problem, i hope you can understand how embarassing it is when you have guests at home and you receive short food. So first time i was lenient and let i go. But again yesterday i.e 22/02/2015 i ordered and again received a burger short. So i called up the today and was really angry and your call centre arranged the call back from the store. I decided that i wanted my refund but repeated apologies from the manager i settled with the thing which was short and was suppose to delivered at 5.00 pm today i.e 23/02/2015. But nobody came and i called again to the store and the manager available there was very rude and i asked for my refund and he hung up the call on my face. I would write on facebook as well regarding the service provided by kfc in india. I want full refund of my bill. Gaurav kohli

                                    I was a regular costumer in KFC until veg twister got discontinued. the foo dquality is good of course but my favourite was veg twister and now that it has been discontinued i dont feel like going to KFC. request you to bring veg twister back and i ll enjoy the meal! :)

                                      I wanted to redeem kfc 10 x rewards. The staff said it wasnt available as the machine was not in best of condition.Some staff members said it it would not be so thick.Then they said we will not give mini krushers free 1 on 1. Highly frustated by such service. Last time I redeemed the 10x rewards, the food wasnt served hot.Am i going to KFC to some local shop ?

                                        Hi, PFA bill attached I went in Kfc with my wife and ordered KRUSHERS (strawberry smoothie). As i finished the drink there was a plastic piece at the bottom. When i raised the issue, manager ( Jabil) told me that the plastic piece is from strawberry sauce packet. The plastic piece must have been shredded with ice and is likely to have been ingested. Plastic being non degradable will lead to tons of health issues if ingested. My concern is who will be held responsible for the health issues?? Who will be held accountable? I have bill with me for reference.
