Respected sir,
I am radhika Patnaik from sambalpur today I have placed an order in kfc sambalpur, upper ground floor, AO 190 land of sambalpur town, unit 14 in kfc app through upi and my money got deducted but my order was not placed.
So I request to initiate my refund as soon as possible....

I have paid about 405 rupees through gpay but no order issued...

KFC Hatibagan kolkata is providing packaged drinking water, which is a normal water found in all shops at rupees 20 which is beige sold at a premium of rupees 50 . On complaining the kfc guys and girls at the reception were rude saying that ANY COMPLAINT anywhere shall be worthless . Felt like an ### paying 50 rupees for a 20 rupee water . Can’t allow kfc to cheat and dupe public in daylight....

I ordered 2 tandoori zinger burger worth Rs 610 as take away order..on leaving the airport I found that the stuffing were too less..just a single small piece of fried chicken and a little amount of cheese..I had already left the airport by then and hence could not complain to the outlet..the burger was not worth as per the price.....

I have make the payment for order via KFC app.Make payment on 23 Nov 2022 via Google Pay. Payment dedcuted twice. The same is not yet refunded.
Kindly process my refund.

We order peri peri KFC
But they given different order which was spoiled and some smell is coming from inside the pieces,
Then i Informed to same KFC restaurant
But They are behaving very rude, and even they are not giving proper response,
So please help us for giving justice....

Then they delivered different order and that was spoiled, some bad smell coming from inside the leg pieces,
Then i went to inform them they behaved very rude and irresponsible .
They said we can’t do anything,
You can do what you can..!
Like that they are showing their attitude.
So please
We need justice....

I have made a double payment at 3048 KFC ARRIVAL on 11/12/22. The first time I swiped the card, the cashier said that it didn't work, so I swiped again.
The bill was for INR 610, and I paid that twice.

Issue: Firstly, I am a Veg and i dont eat Non-Veg. Visiting KFC is far away from my thoughts. However, many stores are using my personal mobile Number to place orders and deliver orders there.

This is a FRAUD Case from KFC store. I keep on getting your the delivery notifications on daily basis which...

KFC claims to accept and advertisie partnership with Sodexo but in reality the outlets don't accept the Sodexo cards eg in Ambiance mall outlet near cyber city gurgaon, outlet in huda City centre metro station, in sector 14 gurgaon and in city centre Mall mg road. The representatives behave very rudely and unprofessionally about Sodexo card payment and shun the customers as if the food is being given for free through Sodexo....

I ordered on 9th September later a call from KFC store that your order have some technical issue and we are canceling this place another order and cancel order will be refunded to your bank account. As it mention at the app refund takes 7-10 days I raise this issue by calling KFC on 21 September they again assure me it will be refunded soon but refund not done. Later I raise this issue on twitter again on 5th October, again after many follow...

Food was brought by Mr. Ashish for delivery at 1120pm (2320 hrs), copy of the order enclosed for ready reference; Track Order at 2230 hrs showed delivery effected.
