On the 8th of March, 2023
I paid for the order from UPI which was later shown as not received.

So, I ordered again, but for that I had to Pay Again.
I assumed that the 1st Payment will revert back in some time but it never happened.

In my order history too, there shows only 1 order, but in my Payment history, I have 2 payments for the same order.

    Constantly i have been receiving messages from kfc that regarding order placed which i dont place the order. When i go to the link its showing some other person name with different location. I think someone have must given my number wrong or the executive have typed the wrong number or its just an spam.kindly look into this matter, i haven't place any order inspite of that every 2nd or 3rd day i recived these messages

        Address: KFC shop no. 392 Ground floor sector 20 PKL

        Hello, I have placed a KFC order at 10 pm 21 march 2023 from KFC APP. By 10:45 pm it would have received it but it didn't. I checked the status it was showing which was not delivered actually. I called your customer service but no one answered there and KFC branch sector 20 PKL also did not answer. I tried many times but no response. It was very frustrating. I got the manager number from my source. I called Piyush [protected] and he gave me another manager number Ravi Kumar [protected] but he did not answer. so i called Piyush again and asked him to arrange a call back. I received a call back from Abhijeet Singh [protected] and he abused me and said the wrong word to me and also said " Jahan marji complaint kar lo mera koi kuch nahi bigad sakta..." and he disconnected my call. I am completely shocked now. This was the service you guys are providing me. also said " ab to apka order ayega hi nai " . He completely refused my order. NO REFUND NO SERVICE TOTAL MY MONEY WASTE AND NO APOLOGIZE... I NEED TO TAKE AN STRICT ACTION ON THIS MATTER ASAP. ALSO ARRANGE A CALL BACK.

            All chickens were absolutely rotten, we took the pictures and showed to the staff as well. I will upload the picture for reference. The red, rotten, stale chickens.
            We are having health, vomitting concerns after the food. I will upload on Instagram and Facebook as well.

            Request you to please refund my money and don't play with peoples health.

                I order kfc, chicken and the food was over cooked and burnt. I couldn't have it and had to dump. all of it, and stomach had started paining also.

                    Hi, I placed my order(#[protected]) on 15 March 2023 around 8:45 PM through the KFC App. Around 9:05 PM it started showing that the order is on the way. Around 9:10 PM I received a call from the restaurant that the order is still being prepared. After a few minutes, I called upon the delivery persons number given on the app and got to know that he was about 15 to 20 minutes away from the restaurant and it would take him that much time to reach there and then again another 15 to 20 minutes to reach my place to deliver the food. After that I keep waiting for more than an hour for the order, I called up the restaurant and asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount which was already paid through Paytm. I had also shared the details for the order and the payment method with the manager of Pitampura branch but I had not received anything about the order cancelation. Somewhere around 2:30 AM in the morning, I had received a message that the order was delivered to me but it was never delivered and I hadn’t received any thing regarding the order cancelation or whether it has been processed for refund. I can provide more evidence if required.

                      While Trying to place an order on KFC MOBILE APP The Payment Flow was successful and after redirecting back to order creation page it went blank but money was debited neither order was created nor money was refunded, I tried multiple emails to kfc, they are not even responding, So unprofessional, I would have been happy even if they provided me with gift card instead of refund but nothing, It's been nearly a year

                        On 3rd March 2023, I received 2 sms from KFC at 0423 PM that I have ordered from KFC. Order no.7462.
                        But fact is I didn't order anything as I m Jain and don't eat non-veg. Somebody intentionally gave my mobile no to KFC to create fake record on my name to harrass me. It is not a mistake or error but intentional act as many such similar incidents happened earlier also to create fake record. I am from Mumbai.
                        Please remove my mobile no from your record (kfc record) and try to find who linked it. Also if possible implement mobile verification through otp so nobody can link any other person mobile number like this.

                          Date of incident: 10th March 2023
                          I have placed the order at 7.55 PM and the order isnt delivered until 22:00 which is very rediculous. The team has been bluffing since 8.45 PM saying that I would receive the delivery in next 5 mins. But when I have called the rider at 22:00, he then informs that he is at Restaurant to pick my order at 22:00 when order was placed at 7:55 PM.
                          I wonder that KFC team doesnt know the meaning of ASAP when the order is placed to delivery ASAP.
                          Finally the order was delivered at 22:09

                          I would request for refund and wants team to ensure that this isnt repeated again to any of the customers.

                          It would have been nicer to inform customer in case if delivery is getting delayed.
