I went to kfc kanuru vijayawada Andhrapradesh on Dec 31st evening.i paid 892 rs /_ .since I have been told payment done is not showing in their server. I had to do payment again from my sister's phonepay . And I have been told I will get money in 24 hrs. They gave me a number. [protected]. But not responding .

    I tried to order on the kfc app on. Jan 7th.i was near the CP restaurant in delhi. I made a 208rs payment and the order was never confirmed and the person at the customer support said the Money will be refunded, still no refund.KFC Twitter handle said that i will get a call back, that too no.
    The same thing happened in 2019 but then also I lost 445 rupees. A consumer court case is waiting for KFC.

      Hi sir, yesterday I went to KFC oulet in Mgb mall, in Nellore AP. Ordered 4 piece bucket chicken, which is displayed 379 in board, and sales boy charged me 429rs, and I asked why?, but he said only bucket chicken not available, it's comes automatically with usless dynamite mayo. And I asked, I don't eat mayo please remove it.. But they said it's not possible if I want to eat, take the both or leave..

        KFC claims that they accept food coupons like Sodexo and sodexo claims that their card is accepted by KFC and other registered merchants. I was very hungry and was running out of money but then I thought that I have sodexo which is already topped up, so I need not to worry, hence I visited KFC in Eternity mall Nagpur, Maharashtra. They gave the statement that sodexo is not accepted, our machine is not supported. I asked them to give this in writing that they do not accept sodexo but they denied doing so. Simply fooling customers. I visited this shop a number of times and whenever I ask them if sodexo will be accepted or not, every time they say no. If they cannot follow common standards which a company like KFC claims, how are they eligible to still hold such a big franchise and run their outlets. This is happening quite frequently nowadays, many merchants refuse to accept such cards and fool consumers. However, if questioned or asked to give this in writing they start accepting cards, this happened recently with Dominos too.
        Sodexo is a prepaid card granted by organisations for their employees to use as a food voucher but merchants do not accept it, so what is the use of such cards, why my organisation is paying to such companies.

          This is to highlight that a cyber attack happened with me when I have register a complaint to kfc located at bandra linking road . I got a call from mention no, they have asked me to download put app name, was asking to share my screen to them, unfortunately I did that assuming that they are from kfc.
          I am afraid that how the information passed to scammer when I have register complaint to kfc it means your data base is on high risk.
          Kindly share RCA why this happened with me and who will be responsible if some fraud happened.
          I will take this up to your ceo if I didn’t get proper response.

            I have ordered food for Rs. 578/- with KFC 1228-TN Trichy HS on 21th Dec'2022 through KFC Mobile App. The order was not seen in the app but the amount was deducted from the account. When I reported the query to the customer service they just kept me waiting. According to the protocol, they should give a refund within 7 working days. It has been 3 weeks and i still get the refund.

              I have ordered chicken classic zinger meal, but the soft drink we got was mixed with water. Even the service was very slow.
              Worst I have observed was they are diluting there partners product. Pepsi they delivered was full mixed with water

                On 23rd December around 6:00PM to 7:00PM, I was ordered 1 chicken burger + 2 fried chicken + 1 tea at KFC Internation airport terminal 3, New Delhi (Departure). The price is approx. Rs. 670. I was standing in the cue, a KFC person voluntarily approached me and a having tab with her, asked for order (separately not in the cash counter standing Infront of the KFC asking for separate orders), I ordered the items which was mentioned above. She gave me the ordered items and not provided the bill; I asked the same she said it was given to you might be misplaced and I ignored the same because I was in hurry due to my flight scheduled. I found recently in my credit card statement that the amount deducted was 10 times higher than I ordered, the actual cost is approx. Rs.670 and it was scammed Rs.6700.35. It was completely daytime fraud happened to me at Terminal 3 international airport Delhi. I was terribly shocked it is happening in well-known company also.

                Kindly take action on the KFC Franchise and refund my amount.

                          I ordered from KFC app at katpadi, vellore, Tamil Nadu.I paid my amount through phonepe and the transaction was successful but my order was not placed in app but i didn't recieve any order information from KFC app

                          Please look into it this matter and make the refund as soon as possible.

                            Yesterday, I visited Nehru Place kfc delhi city. I ordered Popcorn and chicken box whose amount was Rs.471/-. I paid the amount with credit card but they didn't provided me with a bill. As per kfc policy, if bill is not provided the order becomes free! But, here the staff and the restaurant manager weren't even bothered about it. When I told them about their policy that it should be free they ignored my statement. The restaurant manager said that you will receive an e-bill but I didn't. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IF YOU CAN'T STAND WITH YOUR POLICY THEN TAKE IT DOWN. PLEASE DON'T FOOL PEOPLE. So, I didn't get the bill and my amount was debited. As per restaurant manager will be sent to mobile but it’s not received yet to me.

                              I went this Christmas to KFC outlet ( Seawoods Mall Navi Mumbai) i asked for a bottle of water (1 ltr) they given me the same but i was asked to pay 50 INR while even central government officials announced no one is allowed to sell water bottle more than 20 INR but i.                                 On this Christmas went to KFC outlet ( Seawoods Mall Navi Mumbai) i asked for a bottle of water from Counter staff they charged me 50 INR just for 1 bottle while central government officials announced no one is allowed to sell minirals water bottle (1LTR ) more than INR 20
                                But i am shocked they also have me bill for the same .. as proof i can attach bill too...

                                      I ordered my food at 9.00 pm.and i got a message at 9.13 from dunzo delivery that my order is picked and will reach in 7 mins.after sometime i called to the delivery boy he mobile was switched off till 9.50.after that i called to him the call went for full ring but he didn't pickup.i called to him min 10 times but he didn't picked it up.and also i paid the money of 687 for the food this shows he is cheating on my order . kindly help me to get the money back.this incident happened in Chennai Chrompet branch.
