I have made payment from kfc application the payment was deducted from my account but order was not placed

I made order through kfc app the payment was made from my phone number but order was not placed but amount was deducted from my account

I ordered online on 13th October, but the kfc restaurant was at a long distance from my ordered location, so the restaurant representative called me and told that we are cancelling the order and amount will be refunded within 7 days, but still the money is not refunded back. I am continuously putting the complaint online, but no one is responding

I didn't order anything from KFC but last 2 times i receive message from what for visiting. I didn't do that kindly update whats going on here.

Please send me bill of food ordered with ORD No. 372K023226, dated 21st January 2023. I lost the Bill.

Actually on Jan 29/01/2023 i went to kfc restaurant and I payed bill through Paytm and the amount transaction is failed and i didn't get my amount back and they had given a bill that refund will be back to your account on 6 days but still now i didn't get my refund amount back total amount 784/- pls check it once.

This incident happened on 2nd Feb 2023.
I ordered one ultimate saving meal from kfc and paid 681/- rs for the same. I got the bucket and tasted the chicken, we were a group of four persons and each o[censored]s took one piece in their plate. All o[censored]s realised that we’ve been served stale food. To normalise the situation we asked the employee to get the bucket changed and give us fresh food without shouting or having any kind of debate with the employee. The employee named Ritik was not at all cooperative and was being stubborn when I asked him to change the bucket. He told he’ll get the remaining pieces changed but not those four pieces that were in each of our plates. At the same moment a drunk customer came to the counter and touched our bucket and the chicken in it. Now that bucket was completely uneatable as 3 people in the group were muslims.
Later the employee was not able to handle the situation, he was communicating rudely. That’s where I told him to keep the bucket and money being unsatisfied with the service they provide

Worst employee and manger ..
I paid 419 rs for bucket and they given small wing peace in that …
I took take away and asked you severed product properly, they said yes, when I reach home and see really disappointed and mentally disturbed due to service…
I think all employees are making fraud things and losing genuine KFC costumers,
I really won’t suggest and close KFC Basavanagudi

At 9:30 pm all products are empty in this store and what costumer wants they don’t have and employee will tell what costumer need to eat …

On Jan 7th, my wife tried paying through upi terminal from kfc Select Citywalk Delhi branch and it was failed. Then they promised they would refund but did not receive till now. Now they are not picking calls or messages. It's a very small amount and still they are neglecting..

The order arrived after 2 hours.

Order number [protected] not received from Deccan road branch pune, can't call the location, no refund received even though I've paid for the order.

Yesterday i went to the KFC cp and my transaction got stucked but the amount was deducted from my bank. Than I got the receipt saying that my maney will be refunded. But i still didn't got any refund.

I got a whatsapp message from official KFC handle thanking me for my order with a link of invoice but i didn't place any such order. Soo someone used my number to place an order without my permission and the customer name isn't available on the invoice

So we bought the kfc on the 25th january 2023 at midnight we had the chicken which it have an old smell of kfc but still it is warm after eating
it we can smell the old chicken smell which is very uplesant tatse we still finish it cause we already sepent the money only we noticed the old chicken smell after finishing it

I have a coupon from axis Bank which I have received from reward points, but at Solapur branch (Maharashtra, India) they are refusing to take that coupon.

I ordered 3 classic burgers which costs around 312/- rupees at DSL virtual Mall Uppal, Hyderabad. Burger and chicken quality was very bad. It was not up-to the KFC standards. I had a discussion with store manager but he mentioned this is how it will be for this type of burger. I'm a fan of KFC burgers and chicken but this time I was very disappointed with burger quality. This is the first time I'm complaining about KFC burgers. I don't have the bill with me but I have the credit card bill transaction number

Hi today i was at KFC at Anderson building in laitumkhrah shillong and imade a purchase of big 8 meal and an additional fries, while the price mentioned is 549 the have charged us 659.05 and when ask the lady in the counter said it was tax ..while on the bill its mention the price is before tax and then they added an extra sgst and cgst at 2.5 % each i would like to put i to notice that this is a very unethical way of extorting money from their coustomer with out being transparent.

i would request to please look into this .

The chicken was totally spoiled and smells very bad .

They fried the same food again and again
