I ordered my food at 9.00 pm.And i received a message at 9.13 that my order will reach in 7 mins. After that I called to the delivery boy his mobile was switched off. And after sometime I called him the call went for full ring but he didn't pickup. I called for minimum 10 times he didn't pick the call.so this shows he is cheating on my food and i have paid the money of 687. Kindly help me to get the refund.this incident happened in Chennai Chrompet branch

    Refund and abusive behaviour of delivery executive

    Address: NIBM Road Pune

    I have had a horrific experience with your Pune NIBM road branch.

    I placed order and paid

    I was then made to wait for an hour after which i was informed that the order was cancelled.

    After 15 min i again received a call saying that order was being delivered

    Delivery guy called me from society entrance and said that he refuses to sign in to the society log. He started yelling and...

    I ordered ultimate bucket of rupees 771.01 from kfc app at around 8:37 pm on 21 dec 2022 and my money got deducted .still not received my order from the kfc restaurant which is hardly 10 min far from the house.

        I have ordered food for Rs. 699/- with KFC Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016 on 16th Nov'2022 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K322K21146. the delivery boy from Shadowfax didn't deliver the order stating that he went far from my home wrongly and he went to deliver other order and hence he will not deliver my order and cancelled the delivery.

        Immediately i contacted KFC RM Nagar Outlet (Spoke to store manager Neeraj) and KFC customer care and made a compliant. KFC has a delivery partnership with Shadowfax, customer care agreed that the 3rd party delivery company is doing poor service and it is a management decision to have partnership they don't have any control over it, they raised a complaint in their system and informed me that they will refund the amount to my account in 15 days. But nothing happened.

        Atleast 10 times i contacted KFC Customer care[protected] so far and contacted KFC RM Nagar (Store Manager Neeraj[protected], KFC Order team - [protected]/[protected], Store Number: [protected]) and enquired about the refund, every time they used to tell they will get back in 10 minutes. But they never turned back. Now Store Manager/Area Manager are not picking up the call itself.

        Also, whenever i called customer care they used to raise complaints in their system and will give compliant numbers (I got few tickets K[protected], K[protected], K[protected]) and they will close these tickets without any resolution. I understand from their customer care that the tickets will be closed automatically after 7 days even if they are not attended or resolved. First time i hearing a multi-national company like KFC closing tickets without any resolution, i am not sure whether only for India they are doing like this.

        I thought of going consumer court, before that i want to lodge the compliant in Consumer Complaints, let me wait for any resolution.

        KFC has not done any steps to resolve the issue and nobody from KFC called or updated the status. I have not received the refund till date.
        KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Last night its very special day for and My order not delivery by KFC, please refund my amount as soon as possible

          I ordered from KFC app today at 6 pm and paid the amount through UPI ID (PhonePe) but when I went back to the KFC app my order was not placed. So I was very much disappointed. So please please refund back my money.

                KFC Hatibagan kolkata is providing packaged drinking water, which is a normal water found in all shops at rupees 20 which is beige sold at a premium of rupees 50 . On complaining the kfc guys and girls at the reception were rude saying that ANY COMPLAINT anywhere shall be worthless . Felt like an ### paying 50 rupees for a 20 rupee water . Can’t allow kfc to cheat and dupe public in daylight.

                  I ordered 2 tandoori zinger burger worth Rs 610 as take away order..on leaving the airport I found that the stuffing were too less..just a single small piece of fried chicken and a little amount of cheese..I had already left the airport by then and hence could not complain to the outlet..the burger was not worth as per the price..

                        We have given order in kfc (peri peri) on 5th dec 2022
                        Then they delivered different order and that was spoiled, some bad smell coming from inside the leg pieces,
                        Then i went to inform them they behaved very rude and irresponsible .
                        They said we can’t do anything,
                        You can do what you can..!
                        Like that they are showing their attitude.

                          I have made a double payment at 3048 KFC ARRIVAL on 11/12/22. The first time I swiped the card, the cashier said that it didn't work, so I swiped again.
                          The bill was for INR 610, and I paid that twice.

                                I have given an order using kfc app at 6.10 p.M on 10th december, 2022. And the order was supposed to be delivered at 6.6. P.M. Even at 9.45, i still have not received my order. I have tried calling the customer care and they were not helpful at all but was rude. The first call to the customer care was not helpful and two hours after calling the customer care for order not being delivered, i made the next call at 9.39 p.M and the staff was asking the same question as was asked during the first call. I have asked the customer care that i have given the same details before but that was not helpful so how are you going to resolve my issue. When i asked that question the customer care has cut the call. Needless to say my following calls were not directed to the staff at all. Now at 9.50 p.M. I still have not received my order that is almost 4 hours of ordering.

                                  I've been having KFC for long period of time, and today was my worst Experience in life.such a disaster. If you see the pictures, the chickens quantity has been totally compromised. At first I thought its okay, but when having the chicken it went bad. The kuniyamuthur- coimbatore kfc quality is too bad and we could see blood clots in all chicken pieces and it was a disaster and disgusting. We also got only 2 hot and crispy instead of 4. The remaining two we recieved chicken in the size of wings. The chicken was too dry, hard and tasteless as well. I don't know what the quality team is doing in this outlet. We went and complained but the manager told that its the quality is like this usually. I haven't tasted kfc this bad in my life. We left the outlet in the middle.Hatsoff to the outlet and KFC team who will be doing nothing and consumers will be affected by this.we have a bit of allergies due to this food and we believe that by having this we will be having health issues as well.
