I ordered from KFC app at katpadi, vellore, Tamil Nadu.I paid my amount through phonepe and the transaction was successful but my order was not placed in app but i didn't recieve any order information from KFC app
I'm attaching screenshot for your reference.
Please look into it this matter and make the refund as soon as possible.

    Yesterday, I visited Nehru Place kfc delhi city. I ordered Popcorn and chicken box whose amount was Rs.471/-. I paid the amount with credit card but they didn't provided me with a bill. As per kfc policy, if bill is not provided the order becomes free! But, here the staff and the restaurant manager weren't even bothered about it. When I told them about their policy that it should be free they ignored my statement. The restaurant manager said that you will receive an e-bill but I didn't. ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THAT IF YOU CAN'T STAND WITH YOUR POLICY THEN TAKE IT DOWN. PLEASE DON'T FOOL PEOPLE. So, I didn't get the bill and my amount was debited. As per restaurant manager will be sent to mobile but it’s not received yet to me.

      Dear all

      I went this Christmas to KFC outlet ( Seawoods Mall Navi Mumbai) i asked for a bottle of water (1 ltr) they given me the same but i was asked to pay 50 INR while even central government officials announced no one is allowed to sell water bottle more than 20 INR but i. Shocked they gave me bill for the same . Attaching bill

        They give me Aquavess 1 ltr bottle 50 INR

        Dear all

        On this Christmas went to KFC outlet ( Seawoods Mall Navi Mumbai) i asked for a bottle of water from Counter staff they charged me 50 INR just for 1 bottle while central government officials announced no one is allowed to sell minirals water bottle (1LTR ) more than INR 20
        But i am shocked they also have me bill for the same .. as proof i can attach bill too...

          I have ordered food for Rs. 481/- from
          KFC Food Court, Orion Mall, Panvel - 410206 on 22th Dec'2022 through UPI from my registered mobile no. ( [protected] )

          It was a successful payment but they said me that they have not recived that amount...they provided me with there own mobile no. but now they are not picking my call... i want my refund back...it's urgent ..kindly solve this complaint as soon as possible...thank you in advance

            I ordered through kfc website on 23 December 2022 and I opted to pick up my order from rmz mall Bangalore kfc outlet..after i checkout and done UPI payment money is debited (497/-)but order not placed in kfc website...

              I ordered my food at 9.00 pm.and i got a message at 9.13 from dunzo delivery that my order is picked and will reach in 7 mins.after sometime i called to the delivery boy he mobile was switched off till 9.50.after that i called to him the call went for full ring but he didn't pickup.i called to him min 10 times but he didn't picked it up.and also i paid the money of 687 for the food this shows he is cheating on my order . kindly help me to get the money back.this incident happened in Chennai Chrompet branch.

                  I ordered ultimate bucket of rupees 771.01 from kfc app at around 8:37 pm on 21 dec 2022 and my money got deducted .still not received my order from the kfc restaurant which is hardly 10 min far from the house.
                  I request for refund for the same

                      I have ordered food for Rs. 699/- with KFC Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016 on 16th Nov'2022 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K322K21146. the delivery boy from Shadowfax didn't deliver the order stating that he went far from my home wrongly and he went to deliver other order and hence he will not deliver my order and cancelled the delivery.

                      Immediately i contacted KFC RM Nagar Outlet (Spoke to store manager Neeraj) and KFC customer care and made a compliant. KFC has a delivery partnership with Shadowfax, customer care agreed that the 3rd party delivery company is doing poor service and it is a management decision to have partnership they don't have any control over it, they raised a complaint in their system and informed me that they will refund the amount to my account in 15 days. But nothing happened.

                      Atleast 10 times i contacted KFC Customer care[protected] so far and contacted KFC RM Nagar (Store Manager Neeraj[protected], KFC Order team - [protected]/[protected], Store Number: [protected]) and enquired about the refund, every time they used to tell they will get back in 10 minutes. But they never turned back. Now Store Manager/Area Manager are not picking up the call itself.

                      Also, whenever i called customer care they used to raise complaints in their system and will give compliant numbers (I got few tickets K[protected], K[protected], K[protected]) and they will close these tickets without any resolution. I understand from their customer care that the tickets will be closed automatically after 7 days even if they are not attended or resolved. First time i hearing a multi-national company like KFC closing tickets without any resolution, i am not sure whether only for India they are doing like this.

                      I thought of going consumer court, before that i want to lodge the compliant in Consumer Complaints, let me wait for any resolution.

                      KFC has not done any steps to resolve the issue and nobody from KFC called or updated the status. I have not received the refund till date.

                      Last night its very special day for and My order not delivery by KFC, please refund my amount as soon as possible

                        I ordered from KFC app today at 6 pm and paid the amount through UPI ID (PhonePe) but when I went back to the KFC app my order was not placed. So I was very much disappointed. So please please refund back my money.

                              KFC Hatibagan kolkata is providing packaged drinking water, which is a normal water found in all shops at rupees 20 which is beige sold at a premium of rupees 50 . On complaining the kfc guys and girls at the reception were rude saying that ANY COMPLAINT anywhere shall be worthless . Felt like an ### paying 50 rupees for a 20 rupee water . Can’t allow kfc to cheat and dupe public in daylight.

                                I ordered 2 tandoori zinger burger worth Rs 610 as take away order..on leaving the airport I found that the stuffing were too less..just a single small piece of fried chicken and a little amount of cheese..I had already left the airport by then and hence could not complain to the outlet..the burger was not worth as per the price..

                                    But they given different order which was spoiled and some smell is coming from inside the pieces,
