    When I tried to order kfc in shop from the tv that they have placed in their shop every thing was wright but their payment machine was not working and I thought I have to pay the amount in the given QR code given in the payment machin as mention in the screen to pay there and after payment not bill and all received and I called to manager he said this is the wrong QR code and I said but the fault was their because machine was not working and manager said funds will refunded back in acc after 24 hours but it’s been 48 hours not update and the amount is 713 kfc do something other wise I will case on u

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and register a formal complaint regarding the poor service I experienced at the KFC outlet located at Lodha Xperia Mall, Mall Office, Basement Level, Kalyan - Shilphata Rd Palava, Dombivli, Maharashtra 421204 on 14/06/2023 at approximately 9:45 PM.

        On the aforementioned date and time, I visited your establishment during a promotional offer. To my dismay, I noticed a large number of customers availing themselves of the offer. However, I encountered a significant inconvenience as I observed that only one staff member, Mr. Harshad, was serving the customers. Mr. Harshad was responsible for handling cash transactions and preparing orders, resulting in severe delays and a sense of disappointment among the customers, including myself. He was the only staff member present.

        I have attached a 19-second video clip that I recorded during my visit, which clearly demonstrates the inefficiency of the service counter due to the lack of staff.

        I will be tweeting the video as well.

        The inadequate staffing and inefficient management of the service counter led to a prolonged waiting period, negatively impacting the overall customer experience. As a loyal customer, I expected efficient service and timely delivery of orders, especially during peak hours and promotional events.

        I wish to highlight that such a situation not only reflects poorly on the reputation of KFC as a renowned fast-food chain but also undermines the trust and satisfaction of customers like me. It is essential for a well-established brand like KFC to prioritize adequate staffing and streamline operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

        In light of the aforementioned incident, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

        1. Conduct a thorough investigation into the staffing and operational deficiencies observed at the aforementioned KFC outlet.
        2. Take appropriate measures to rectify the situation, such as hiring additional staff during peak hours or implementing efficient workflow management strategies.
        3. Provide proper training and guidance to the staff members to ensure prompt and satisfactory customer service.
        4. Regularly monitor and assess the performance of the outlet to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

        I trust that KFC India values its customers and their feedback. Therefore, I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to my complaint within a reasonable timeframe, such as 15 days. In the event of no response or an unsatisfactory resolution, I reserve the right to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer forums and legal channels to seek redress.

        I look forward to your prompt attention and a positive resolution to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring and that KFC India will continue to provide the quality service it is known for.

          I have ordered for Pick Up from KFC ( Order No #6611D[protected]

          From KFC Mumbai Oakwood Nalasopara. on 27 May 2023 At:- 9:53 PM.

          I wanted this order to deliver but wrongly got set in Pick-Up.

          I Tried calling [protected] nobodies picked up the call there was just auto answer machine.

          I also tried to cancel the order (but was not able to cancel it.

          I have not picked up the food from the KFC Mumbai Oakwood Nalasopara.

          The amount was paid online (G-pay) the next day complaint to KFC Mumbai Oakwood they said we will raise your complaint and will receive the amount 7 working.

          This amount is still not received in my account. now getting the answer that will not be able to refund the amount you can come and collect the food.

            I ordered online by the KFC app on 7/06/2023 and completed the transaction from Paytm but it did not show on the KFC app, i tried again and this time it showed that my money is already deducted twice and KFC has no direct customer support to address these issues. I paid twice and only 1 order is received.Highly disappointed

                I would like to file a complaint over a refund that was promised but never received. I was traveling with my friends on 23 april and we decided to eat at KFC kukrola, Haryana. When we reached the restaurant i placed an order through KFC app and somehow the app itself selected a location far from me. The app selected the wrong location because we passed it a few kilometers back and we checked the location and there was no kfc outlet as far as we know .The location was far from me so i decided to cancel the order by calling KFCcustomer care number. I was promised a refund in 12 working days. And it has been well over a month and i still haven't received my money back.
                I contacted customer care many times and no one was of any help. They kept on forwarding my calls to other outlets and one guy gave me a number of another guy - Ved Prakash who works at KFC ground floor, new town square sector 95-A. He asked for all the proof and i sent it to him over a WhatsApp chat that'll I'll attach a screenshot of below. I contacted him on may 2nd and he said it'll be processed in 12 DAYS yes again. Once he checks if i made the payment among other things. He said he was on holiday and has evening shift and he'll contact me once he starts his shift (only an excuse ). And i haven't heard from him since. I called him 4-5 times he didn't pick my call or answer my text. Today on May 30 i called him. He picked up and repeated the same thing that he's on holiday and will go tomorrow evening. What is this arrogant behaviour for a corporate employee, no helpfulness whatsoever. It's a simple thing
                I paid for something bcz i was not aware of the location and I informed and cancelled the order myself. The i ordered again at the location i was present on in person for which i paid again. How long does it takes to process a refund for something i didn't get.

                Key Points To make it easy to understand what im saying -
                1 - i visited kfc kukrola on 23 april

                2 - i placed an order from your app i was at KFC KUKROLA at that time

                3 - app asked for my location to select the outlet

                4 - the app selected a location i passed by 10 kilometres back that was KFC NEW TOWN SQUARE SECTOR 95-A

                (i wasn't present at that location when i placed the order)

                5 - WE CHECKED THE PLACE thoroughly and couldn't find any KFC outlet at sector 95-A gurgaon thats why we moved onto KFC Kukrola (Location - https://goo.gl/maps/oZWZ6gJ7yDLCugJj9?coh=178571&entry=tt)

                6 - then i informed KFC customer care to cancel the order bcz the app made a mistake. They promised a refund.

                7 - haven't received any refund yet

                        I have visited KFC perambur outlet on 24/05/2023. I placed a self order through my debit card the payment is successful but order is not placed. Even the receipt for the transaction is printed. And then we placed another order through staf[censored]sing money.
                        The following message has been sent through WhatsApp. Oops! Something went wrong. Refund of Rs. 818.0 for your KFC order has been initiated & will reflect in 7-10 days. For issues, contact your bank using reference no.[protected].
                        Its been six days still no refund initiate refund ASAP.

                            On 17.5.23 food was ordered and amount paid rs 818. Due to technical issue from the KFC server. Order confirmation came later order cancelled and message was received that refund will happen in 7-10 days. After 12 days since the amount had been deducted. No message on refund received.Amount didn't refund till now

                                I order 5 piece peri peri leg, it also included a non veg zinger that was free, it cost me a total of Rs 583, I chose UPI as a mode of payment, it asked me to enter my UPI id, as soon as I entered, a payment request by KFC was made on Google pay, I completed the payment but the order was never made, I check the app, the website, but there was no order made .

                                I tried contacting them, I made a call on the given number, a pre recorded voice said press 1 to check order details, I pressed 1, then it asked me to enter the phone number through which the order was made, I entered the phone number, it said that no orders are there on the given phone number, I tried contacting them again, it further said press 2 for any compliants, I pressed 2, the voice asked me to wait until they connect me to the costumer care executive, I waited for a few minutes (3-4 mins.) But the call was never connected, I tried the same process again, this time I waited for over 10 mins. but again did not get any response . I tried the same process a couple of more times, but the call was never connected . After this, I sent them a feedback, but I haven't received any reply from them yet, it's already been a couple of hours

                                I demand full refund of my money, Horrible service from such a famous company!

                                Stop playing with people's money!, 500 Rs. May not be anything for some people but for students like me, we cannot ignore being scammed for 500 Rs.

                                  On[protected] in Kankarbagh Patna Bihar I ordered Ultimate Saving Bucket for dine-in and get all the chicken pieces in 3rd class quality the pieces was not properly cleaned and was full of blood and were smelling very bad, this is happened for the second time. This is very pathetic service I am getting consecutively. Very disappointed from KFC, they not serve fresh and well cleaned chickens pieces. How can someone eat a piece full of blood.                                     Hello team,
                                    I have eaten at various KFC outlets, they always provide the printed bill when I decline to provide my mobile number. At Selaiyur(600073) KFC, I ordered a Zinger box, I was asked for my mobile number and I declined to offer my mobile number because I dont have one currently and I dont want to give other people's number. The employee responded to me that I wont be getting a printed bill and an E-bill. They did have paper and printing machine, which they printed a token for me to collect the order(attached, I have blurred name of employee so they wont get scapegoated, get back to me if you want the full image to proceed with the complaint), so they do have the option but they wont give me a bill just because I didn't give them my number.
                                    This seems like a dubious attempt to collect my personal data and not giving me a proper bill, thus forcing me to provide my mobile number.
                                    I used to see boards saying free food if no bill, but I thought a bill was a basic courtesy. Please refund my amount of 1 classic Zinger meal, I dont want to be part of your data collection schemes anymore. I cant even imagine how people without phones or without smartphones, can use your restaurant.

                                      Hi, I visited a store yesterday at Jaipur WTP, the cashier was so rude, no mask, mo hygein standard followed by any of the employees, I want to order hot and crispy but cashier told not available, so I asked to drop but he didn't and later dropped at the fryer for delivery or other customers, standing with one leg up that was so rude to me, the I oder 5 leg piece bucket But i got stirpe with two dips not pepsi as it was part of the meal, and when I ate the chicken it was so pathetic black from inside, and when I asked for the manager he was also non interactive, and my payment also failed and didn't get the money yet, As i worked for yum international so I know the standard of the yum but these people are not following any single thing which related to food hygienic standard,

                                        I placed an order with KFC website and the order was confirmed with order number K596W13434. I never received my order. I also called customer support several times but they cut my call after listening to the issue. Please refund the amount back to the original mode of payment.
