    I order a box from the kfc app from my nearest store with the delivery option but i didnt recieve it for a long time so i tried calling them they told me we dont accept orders from the app but i sent them the order no and the transaction which i did as a proof they told they will refund my order but till now i didnt recieve my refund .The CUSTOMER CARE is ### and the kfc app is a trash doesnt work properly no tracking nothing fed up with it .

      I have ordered food items at kFC today around 2.00 pm with the payment made and the bill generated saying it will be delivered by 2.45 pm our children were waiting since they did not take any lunch but it was not delivered even after four hours still it is not. When I tried contacting their contact number one executive updated that he will check and update the status . I wanted to stay online to get the status but that gentleman just cut the call . Then no call back from him. I have retired few more times but nobody picked my call . It is very bad experience which I need to record here. Even after the payment is made RS 1088.00 I was waiting still the food is not delivered need to take some action so that they should not repeat this to any other customers. Since it is more than five hours KFC to return the amount paid back to us. Thanks

          I ordered in kfc, DLF Mall of India on 25/10/2022. I paid through my debit card and The money got deducted two times but the order failed both the times. The manager said it will be refunded within 72 hours but it has not been refunded till now.

              I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number at kfc store haripad, kerala.
              I paid via Paytm wallet here payment debited but order not placed.
              Attaching screenshot for your reference.
              Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

                I have visited kfc on 3october 2022 at sapphire 3d mall ahmdabad and order the items for 615 rupees and had pay the money by the means of gpay in which the transaction was successful from my side but the store keeper told me that I have to pay the amount again because the didn't recieved the payment and told me that extra amount deducted will be refunded to me in next 72 hours but it didn't happened like that.
                I want my 615 rupees back which i have paid extra

                  I have ordered from KFC, LB Nagar hyderabad on 7th October 2022. The payment failed the first time and the money got deducted, the customer executive said that it was a technical glitch. So I placed another order with cash on delivery.
                  Not they are not refunding my amount I have tried to talked to them multiple times where they are not responding.
                  The customer care has been of no use either. The customer care is blaming on the store and the store is blaming on customer care.

                  The staff at this branch is very rude when called multiple times about my money.

                    I have received a message from KFC, stating that "Yay! your KFC order number 42063 is confirmed. Hot & Crispy food will be ready for express pick up at 02:19PM from KFC RBD Raj Bhawan. Call out online pick up order at pick up counter for collection. Click for directions: https://goo.gl/v8d81k". I have called KFC regarding this as i never placed any order. They told there is no KFC counter with RBD Raj bhawan. Then they cancelled the order, but after few minutes only again I have received message from KFC that " Dear KFC Guest, order #710044 is now ready to pick up. Kindly proceed to 'pick up counter'.

                    Please tell me I am at karnataka how come I have order from RBD Raj bhawan, a place I don't even know. And even once I have logged a complain regarding the same issue again I have received message for pickup. The customer care executive told I will receive a call in 10-15 mins from the place where the order has been placed but I never received any call. How come someone uses my number, I do not understand. Are we receiving Spam and Fraud messages from KFC as well.

                        I visited the KFC outlet in Virar West Global City Cosmos square, on 7th September at 7 o'clock and placed an order for the 660 rupee Ultimate Saving Meals. Therefore, that includes the feather pieces. I requested to speak with the manager and told him everything. I also questioned how such a ridiculous incident could occur at KFC, to which he replied that it was an error for which he apologised and refunded my money. However, I'm still not happy with KFC's service. I tweeted about this situation on twitter, and the official India KFC page responded, saying that our team will assist you. So a KFC employee named Neha contacted me about it. She was disrespectful enough and cut the call while I was speaking. This enraged me greatly. I'll now take this all issue to the consumer forum.

                        Wtf is going with KFC? I received a call from your side named "Neha." She is so disrespectful that she doesn't know how to communicate and cut the call while I was speaking. This angered me greatly. I want to speak with the higher authority.

                            Hi Team
                            I have ordered Smoky Chicken and Popcorn Chicken Biriyani on Oct 3, 2022 at KFC Gaur City Mala, Greater Noida
                            The Smoky Chicken was stale and was full of black pepper. It was tasting bitter and the Popcorn Chicken Biriyani was yellow rice only. It cannot be termed as Biriyani. The chicken popcorn does not have even a pinch of chicken in it.

                            I have contacted the general manager and the staff however they did not resolve the issue.
                            Need help on the same

                              On 1 st october i placed a order of ₹576.99 on KFC app through paytm at night around 12:40 am but they said the order will be delivered tommorow so i cancelled the order after 15 days passed i didnt recived the refund ammount.

                              I also tried to contact the store customer care every time they said we are working on it.

                              Also contacted the kfc customer care but they refused to help me.

                                I have been constantly asking for a refund on a wrong order I placed on 23 September, the employees at call centre told me refund would be done with 3 days then they said it would take 1 week now it's almost about to be a month. The manager of the shop doesn't seem to be cooperative either. I have sent him all possible screenshots proving the transaction and he is still asking for some transaction Id which I cannot find as I had paid online through credit card. I suppose the receipt and transaction sms should be enough for a refund.

                                  I have paid Rs 796.01 for 8 pcs crispy chicken from Gariahat outlet, Kolkata but they had given only 4 peices. It was parcel pack for my home . Very shocking when I opened the packet at my home i found only 4 peices instead of 8 peices for which i paid 796.01 on date .
                                  I want my money back.

                                    On 1 September around 12 am in the night through the KFC official app and paid ₹576.99 online through paytm upi .Due to their policies the order will be delivering the next day around 10am due to that i cancelled the order and next days I called at kfc customer care they said i will be refunded with the money in 7 working days after 7-8 days i called them again now they are saying the refund status is still in processing.

                                    Till now i didn’t received my money
                                    Note- I checked the kfc app but there also anything about my order not showing.

                                      I went to kfc Gip mall noida, they processed payment of 606 RS and said its not processed however it was clearly debited in and successfull my UPI, I had to pay again for my order. the lady on the counter said it will be refunded in 24-48 hrs and then said it will take 7-14 days, now it's been a month and these unprofessional guys haven't refunded my money. Txn id[protected] UPI on 14 September.

                                        My name is Nayan Bawanthade from Amravati Maharashtra . today (12/10/22 ) I went to one of your store in Amravati situated in Tapadia city center. I placed my order on 9:20pm about 3 buckets and 8 cold drinks of around 2463 rupees. The staff has given me my order 1hr late . That's not the only problem the people who had given the order after me gets their food delivered early than me . I mean what is this behaviour this is not acceptable...
