I quite the job for some reason .I informed ARM of the store while leaving the job and my complaint is based on salary due i spoked with ARM about salary he was like I wont give the salary if the company gives also .it won't reaches you. He spoked very rudely and indecent.

Hi i, ve ordered via KFC app on 29th of April. And i did not receive my parcel. But my money was deducted from my account. Please look into the matter ASAP and refund my money. Attaching screenshot for ur reference

I tried to place a delivery order on 19th april through kfc website using my paytm account. The payment got debited from my bank account but no order was placed. The employee at the store when contacted said that the money would be refunded within 7 days. It has been 10 days and I am yet to recieve the refund.

Order placed on app but due to technical glitch as informed by kfc customer care they did not receive the order.kfc lake mall called n asked for paymnt details to be watsapped.i did that as well but how many times to keep following up for rs 481.no or delayed response on watsap, no initiative taken from kfc either.pathetic harassing experience

I had visited the GOPALAN SIGNATURE MALL beninganahalli Bangalore on 26th of April 2023 went to kfc ordered the chicken and the payment was successful and when the bill was raised showing "SESSION EXPIRED" also as the person working there for the solution they told to make payment and the amount which was deducted from my account will be refunded within 30 mins and still it's more than 24 hours still the refund has not been done how mean i had to make another payment for the meal which was ordered. Kindly requesting to refund the money as soon as possible.

Hi i ordered burgers and recieved burgers in such a bad condition that there were no sauce in the burgers ...this was not the 1st time I had received the burgers in such a bad condition...
I should get full refund of my order and moreover I will never ever go to kfc again .

Whenever I eat kfc chicken my legs itching continuously and forms pimples on legs

I order on 19th march. order is not received. i tried to call customer care 8 time no one help to get me refund. they just saying 10 days and after 10 days nothing happens.

On 9th April 2023 I bought food for rupees 583 from KFC church Street, Banglore outlet. I paid using my credit card . But the service boy told me to do it again due to technical issues and the amount will be refunded within 3 days . But still I haven't received the money back .

I've ordered a food from KFC app from the mobile number [protected] on the date 11th April 2023 at 9:35 PM with order number K578W09073 for which I've paid the money from google pay with UPI payment id[protected] of rupees 771.01. I've received a message that my order will be delivered on 11th April 2023 at 10:20 PM. We've waited till 11:00 PM on the same day, but we didn't received our order. Instead of that we've received a message at 10:57 PM on the same day saying that our order has been delivered which we didn't received. I have the evidence for this which is a CCTV footage recorded on 11th April 2023 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM. When I enquired about this issue, I've found that the order is placed from KFC RC Puram Branch, Hyderabad. Then I went to that branch and enquired about my issue. After checking, the management said that they didn't received any order from us on 11th April 2023 which is very mysterious. Without any order registration, how can I get the message about my order placement, OTP for verification of my order and order delivery. How can my money be deducted from my account without order registration ? This is a very serious issue which led me to starve for the whole night. I'll go to next level if this issue is not resolved

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor quality of food I received during my recent visit to your Kowdiar, Trivandrum restaurant on 13/04/2023. I had high expectations for the food, but unfortunately, it fell far short of those expectations.

Specifically, the chicken I received was dry and tasted old, and the sides I ordered were cold and stale. I was very disappointed with my experience and would like to request a refund for my meal.

I have attached a copy of my receipt and photos of food to this email as proof of purchase. I hope that you can process my refund as soon as possible and that you take steps to improve the quality of your food in the future.

As i was ordering on 15 April 2023 i choosen paytm upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i didn't get any details of the order.

I contacted the helpline and they said the technical team will contact me but it didn't happen.

Kindly refund it soon. I m attaching screenshot of txn page from paytm.

We placed an order and they cancelled it because of the distance from store...they called us asking for the tansaction id and other details and even after providing it...the refund process hasn't even started...no messages, nothing

Kfc organisation are totally fraud got 54/54 4 times and then they sad money not received its a big scam

I paid 597 at 7:50pm to kfc through googlepay but i have not received any message from kfc . They are not responding to my calls as well . Its been an hour now without any response

I have order 4classic burgers in kfc through Zomato but i received only 1burger in order I contacted the Zomato customer care they told us they will check with them but still not response it's been 12hrs...

I ordered 2double chicken roll and mixed zinger double from the cyber hub store of KFC but I received only the zinger burgers and not the chicken roll as I paid the complete money.

For your future refrence the bill is being attached.

And when I tried contacting the restaurant manager they told that it is there fault and they accept it but they can't help me out.

My money gine they took more money and provided less items they cheated on me.

Hence would request you to please take necessary actions and update me if this issue is not resolved then I will be forced to take this matter to the head office in India which is in gurgaon.

I have order at KFC Prahalad Nagar Branch of Ahmedabad, Gujarat on date 07.04.2023 vide order no. [protected]. I have paid all the necessary payment in advance since it is a delivery order hoever KFC has sent the in compolete order and delivered at my home. In this comtext, I have filed complaint to their s=customer care THREE tomes but there is no action intiated since i have not recied the ballance item. By the time, I have receievd a call from KFC Ahmedabad by Mr. Ganesh wherein he said that he will not delievered the pending item and forced me to come to store and collect. This is a delivery order and it is his mistake depite that netither KFC nor any of his custoer care officer is in postion to take the action. This is regertful for customer that ever afetr paying full payment you will get the in complete order.
Request to kindly delieried the pending itema and take the apportiate action.

What kind of ### service you guyz provide. total nonsense. I ordered from KFC Shipra Mall, FC-5 Shipra sun city, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad outlet at 9:40 PM. Now its 11:00 PM but order has not been delivered. On contrary you nonsense order desk marked order as delivered. You phone not working from last half n hour. you don't have any chat SUPPORT. what kind of service you give part from making food.
