Paid Rs.812 for KFC order. Money deducted but order not placed. I want to know how long will it take to get my money back....

I need refund for the order which I placed on 20-AUG-2022, from KFC, as my money was deducted from my account but order was not processed. I had done payment using Upi and its reference ID is[protected]. Please process my request....

These people are the worst service available, Swiggy and Zomato are 1000% better then them. Atleast they respond and provide quick resolution.

I ordered food via online payment and didn't receive any order nor any refund, worst part is their service centre. They are THE worst people all are worst behaviour, if we ask for more information they will just keep on hold for 10mins and cut the call.

I tried placing order through app and paid amount via UPI, my amount got deducted but order is not processed...

I placed an order on the app but it didn't get placed and still my money was debited from my account, I personally went to the outlet as it was a pick up order, but they said that they didn't receive any details related to my order, please issue refund asap...

I was doing part time job in KFC .i have
to concentrate on study's i left the job after that I have given resagination letter but I didn't received my salary of June month now August came but they still not credited my salary. Then i informed Rgm also they given hr number but Here Area HR is not receiveing the phone calls and not responding properly. consider my complaint against kfc ....

I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 Panchkula in front of outlet...

I placed the order around 10:30 pm at KFC at Nexus grand central mall Seawoods.

Got a tracking link and confirmation notifications on mail and SMS.

I didn't receive the order yet.

The best part is I paid for the order already and no one bother to call me or inform me or update me on KFC.

I book order through kcf app but my money is cut and i do not get order then i call to custmer care there book my complain and say to return the money but still not get my money...

I placed an order on 18th June 2022 at KFC Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Money was debited, but the order was not placed. I was told that the money would be refunded in 10 - 15 days. But it has been 2 months now, but the amount has not got refunded.
I contacted customer care multiple times, and they say that they would arrange a callback, but I got the call back only after calling them 5 or 6 times.
They have provided the contact details...

Highly surprised by the customer support given to me for my repeated mails to feedback team.

For your information - I ordered from KFC, Kapil towers, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on Sunday evening -14th aug, 2022 from KFC app, but I did not receive my order at all, neither anyone informed me, even I tried calling kfc many times on given number, also I raised complaint through mail to [protected]@yum.com, but till now not addressed...

I order KFC on August 16, 2022. While ordering KFC from App the payment got deducted from my bank account but i dont see any order details, so i contacted customer care and they said there was a technical issue. What the heck. So i ask them for refund and they say itll take 7 to 12 days. What the heck, deduction was just in a blink of an eye and refund is like gonna take forever. I got frustrated because the representative didnt even inform...

I had ordered online through the kfc app via upi twice and money was debited, but back at the kfc app after payment, it showed there was some kind of error and order has not been placed....

Order for KFC Akshardham on dated 30.07.22. Payment deducted 2 times but still not received refund.

Kfc pavillion mall pune

Taste is very bad also not close to local chicken fry shop and also was not given bill and coupon code was also not redeemed saying that this is not available at our outlet ...i have been regular kfc customer and their are very fine outlet but this outlet at pavillion mall pune just disbanding the kfc by offering bad taste...i just laughed out loud in seeing smoky red...this was level... please look...

On 17th July 2022 . I went KFC outlet at Cinepolis Mall Lucknow.My order wash Rs.1542 .I payed 2 time by India Post Payments Bank. 1 month completed but payment not retern till now.

I booked the order from kfc app for location kfc ambernath GNP galaxy on 3 aug so money deducted from account but error occurred while order processing so second time I booked the order n the order was successfully placed also money deducted twice but order was placed only once. Even i talked with the manager of kfc ambernath they said it will get refunded soon but it's been a week also but no updates on the issue....

Date= 5th August

Description= Ordered in-store and payment was unsuccessful. Amount got deducted. Staff told me they will process the refund within 4-5 days. It is 10 days now and they are not processing the refund. I have already sent the transaction details to the staff and all the relevant proof is there with me. I need my refund and compensation for this harassment.

On 24th july I ordered from hinjewadi phase 1 pune kfc through online. 1st they accepted the order but after that they told they don't have delivery boy therefore they cancelled my order. I paid through online but its 3 week and I haven't received my refund until now....
