Money deducted for a failed order and no refund in 25 days

Address: KFC, M3M Broadway , Sector-71 , Gurgaon

The date of the incident is 24th Aug 2022. When I entered sector-71, M3M broadway Gurgaon, I was directed to a KIOSK to order. I ordered and made a payment of Rs953 via Paytm UPI. The amount got deducted and my order was not given to me saying the order got failed and I have to pay again. I was assured the paid amount will be refunded in 10 days. I didn't pay again as I was afraid of failed order. I said to the manager that I will wait for...

      Hi Team,

      This is to highlight a pathetic customer experience I experienced at Somajiguda- Raj Bhavan KFC store.
      Hyderabad, Telangana.

      We have ordered unlimited bucket and chicken popcorn (L). The pieces were stinking and seemed like they were fried with old oil. They tasted very bad.

      We have called the staff and complained and he acknowledged and told that he’s been listening to many complaints like this. However, he gave us only 1 medium popcorn which tasted bad too( we didn’t eat it and we have returned it as well)

      I just ate half a piece in that and returned it. The manager MR. Akram was immensely rude and denied the feedback. As soon as I went, without even tasting the piece, he shouted “200 customers ate this and no one complained”.

      Is KFC customer service that poor that no acknowledgement also would be done for a complaint ? We have been regular customers to this store and this is a PATHETIC customer experience.

        I had ordered Wednesday bucket.. and i received only 8 pieces and out of which 4 small leg pieces 2 small wings and 2 breast pieces... This is not acceptable

          I have order food from kfc for dinner. Unfortunately no one came to deliver the food and my money got debited Rs. 1517. The order number is #K486W11518.

              Ordered food on KFC App on 12th Sep evening, paid money thru GPay and got confirmation of order being placed. Reached the outlet to collect the TakeAway parcel only to realise that the order wasn't confirmed and passed on to the outlet. Had to pay again for the order and paid Rs400 extra this time. The store manager didn't help with the order on App or Refund. Called the CustomerCare 4times as they'd hung up twice on our call to get the Refund processed, which I'm still awaiting. They asked for the screenshot of the payment made, which was sent, and are silent on it thereafter. Nobody is responding now to our calls. Very disappointed with the KFC service at the outlet in Pune.

                  Myself Manoj Kumar, I have ordered on KFC Restaurant 3 items through swiggy online payment on[protected] time 7.25pm. My order receipt #[protected], in that 1 item was missing that is tandoori masala dip ×2 quantity which is rated on bill as Rs.57.14 . I called delivery executive he mentioned that the pack was covered fully by restaurant and not my fault. I also think it is restaurant fault because I received order fully packed only but 1 item missing. Kindly look into it and refund my amount Rs.57.14 as soon as possible. Thanks.

                    I placed order on KFC Korum Mall, Thane (Order # [protected]) on 11-Sep-2022 at 06:15 PM.

                    The order was never delivered to me, though I stay hardly 3 kms. from the KFC Korum Mall, Thane.

                    Later, I received SMS to give feedback for the delivered item. This is cheating !

                    I tried calling the KFC Phone No. : +91-[protected]. But, no one responds this number. It is a totally useless phone number, just to fool the customers.

                    Now, KFC should refund my amount for this order that is already paid to them.

                    This is very pathetic service from American Brand KFC. Very Shameful on KFC's part.

                            I ordered 2 burgers from kfc using KFC website opting" delivery and hand it to me" on 8 September 2022 in the evening using credit card for Rs 201. The person with name Sayed was assigned to deliver my product and it showed estimated delivery time by 8:23 Pm on 8 September 2022. I waited till 9 Pm as i got a message on website it was getting delayed. Delivery agent Sayed called me and said that he would not be able to deliver it as my address is too far and he also said that KFC was asking me to come to NIBM road KFC to pick that up. I said no because this was not agreed and i had already selected delivery option and paid in advance online. Sayed disconnected the call.

                            Since then I am contacting KFC via twitter, email and call but they are just passing it with excuses that some one would call, but no one is bothered to call. Neither I got my refund.

                            Please resolve this and get me the refund for product not delivered. This is the message i got when i ordered "
                            "Hello KFC Lover! Your Order No.[protected] amount Rs. 201 will arrive in approx. 45 min." This is for your reference.

                                I placed order twice using the coupon and the order got cancelled from KFC side.Third time I ordered without using coupon and they accepted the order.Now I am unable to use coupon with my number.I asked for the refund or promised "chicken zinger" But they denied saying that it is not their fault.But I have screenshots and call recordings regarding this and now I am compelled to go to consumer forum because I feel like the deliberately cancelled my orders so that I couldn't get the coupon benefit this is infringement of my consumer rights.

                                  I have been a regular customer of KFC and I have been eating KFC ultimate bucket from very long time now. But the thing is, recently a fraud has been happened with me twice . I ordered KFC ultimate bucket and I have not received it for two times. The branch is of Nehru Place, Delhi. And It happened with me first time then i didn't focused it much but then after some time i realised that bucket also comes up with coke bottle. And when i contacted Zomato, it says all items are delivered as said by merchant. Now second day i ordered the same bucket just for confirmation and still same thing happens with me again. And this time i asked delivery boy to show me where is the Pepsi bottle so he too said that bottle is not there as restraunt only have him this sealed bucket. And we can simply identify if there is a bottle or not in that paper bag. I immediately contacted Nehru Place KFC manager and he said that this thj g cannot happen and I asked KFC manager to cross check the camera and see himself who is wrong . He after cross verifying, called me and is ready for compensation who earlier was not accepting that it has done from their end. And i have each and every call recording of Manager named " Muskan Memon"

                                  So just fact here is I want serious actions against that branch as he is clearly doing a fraud using KFC's goodwill because KFC is such a reputed company and under the franchise model they are just doing the fraud. And this has happened with me for the two time consecutively and that even with the same branch. I too have CCTV surveillance at my doorstep so you can cross check that also. BUT PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST THAT BRANCH or else I will have to go to Consumer Forum for doing such a fraud using KFC name.

                                  Contact me for every evidence which i have listed i have i will share as manager are without even a single shame doing complete fraud and i am a single customer who has raised this, i don't know how many else they have cheated also. So please take actions against it. And it's not a matter of Pepsi, rather it's a matter of fraud and that too online fraud.

                                  I m attaching the same recent two order here. And for the last order i have every call recording of manager accepting mistake but this is not the way na sir. They are doing fraud with other indirectly then if they somehow provide me a resolution. I want strict action against that branch.

                                    I placed an home delivery for a meal from KFC website from KFC Elante mall on 19 Aug 22. IDE order number [protected]. However, the manager told me that they don’t do delivery and amount will be refunded. However, even after 3 weeks after the said issue, the amount is not refunded. The manager does not respond to calls or messages. Pathetic customer service. Need the refund.
