I have ordered ultimate savings bucket form kfc app twice on Oct 14, Friday 2022 and done the Payment through Google pay . Money got deducted but order not submitted showing the inconvenience from app. Please go through and get my refund as soon as possible

    Hi Team
    I have ordered Smoky Chicken and Popcorn Chicken Biriyani on Oct 3, 2022 at KFC Gaur City Mala, Greater Noida
    The Smoky Chicken was stale and was full of black pepper. It was tasting bitter and the Popcorn Chicken Biriyani was yellow rice only. It cannot be termed as Biriyani. The chicken popcorn does not have even a pinch of chicken in it.

    I have contacted the general manager and the staff however they did not resolve the issue.
    Need help on the same

      On 1 st october i placed a order of ₹576.99 on KFC app through paytm at night around 12:40 am but they said the order will be delivered tommorow so i cancelled the order after 15 days passed i didnt recived the refund ammount.

      I also tried to contact the store customer care every time they said we are working on it.

      Also contacted the kfc customer care but they refused to help me.

      Please find the below attached photos ad proof.

        I have been constantly asking for a refund on a wrong order I placed on 23 September, the employees at call centre told me refund would be done with 3 days then they said it would take 1 week now it's almost about to be a month. The manager of the shop doesn't seem to be cooperative either. I have sent him all possible screenshots proving the transaction and he is still asking for some transaction Id which I cannot find as I had paid online through credit card. I suppose the receipt and transaction sms should be enough for a refund.

          I have paid Rs 796.01 for 8 pcs crispy chicken from Gariahat outlet, Kolkata but they had given only 4 peices. It was parcel pack for my home . Very shocking when I opened the packet at my home i found only 4 peices instead of 8 peices for which i paid 796.01 on date .
          I want my money back.
          Worst experience and services ever .

            On 1 September around 12 am in the night through the KFC official app and paid ₹576.99 online through paytm upi .Due to their policies the order will be delivering the next day around 10am due to that i cancelled the order and next days I called at kfc customer care they said i will be refunded with the money in 7 working days after 7-8 days i called them again now they are saying the refund status is still in processing.

            Till now i didn’t received my money
            Note- I checked the kfc app but there also anything about my order not showing.

              I went to kfc Gip mall noida, they processed payment of 606 RS and said its not processed however it was clearly debited in and successfull my UPI, I had to pay again for my order. the lady on the counter said it will be refunded in 24-48 hrs and then said it will take 7-14 days, now it's been a month and these unprofessional guys haven't refunded my money. Txn id[protected] UPI on 14 September.

                Late food delivery

                My name is Nayan Bawanthade from Amravati Maharashtra . today (12/10/22 ) I went to one of your store in Amravati situated in Tapadia city center. I placed my order on 9:20pm about 3 buckets and 8 cold drinks of around 2463 rupees. The staff has given me my order 1hr late . That's not the only problem the people who had given the order after me gets their food delivered early than me . I mean what is this behaviour this is not acceptable...

                    I ordered for 8pcs chkn wings but they gave me 8pcs dip bucket that too was absolutely cold and not fresh. I gave them spl. Instruction as well to cook a fresh batch as I had to take it away .. tried contacting customer care but they are unable to provide ay resolution as store managers number is switched off...what sort of service this is that being a big chain but no customer service

                    I need my refund and want to speak to someone from outlet... As this outlet is showing closed on Google ...and on there complaint website they have not updated the outlet list due to which I was unable to select the outlet which was vasant vihar delhi

                      Dear KFC, I am a KFC lover from long time,
                      Recently I had visiting 3 to 4 times at Viviane mall, thane outlet for buy chicken, I ordered and counter lady said, sir bill will come to your number, and my order no is 368, KFC zinger box, and then I found that till now no bills generate on my phone no. Counter lady was smart that they announced only cash pay. So there shouldn't be any proof.
                      And same incident happened last myb3 to 4 visits at same out let. I found very suspicious about this.
                      Pls kindly take a note of it.

                      I paid my bills, but no bill generated.
                      Last time also they provide me faulty sauces. Which is annoying me now.

                        It has been thrice in as many times that I have visited KFC at PVR phoenix mall at lucknow the debit/ credit card machine is not working and the staff has been very rude. And asked me to get cash for payment of my order.
                        Poor show and poor hospitality of the staff.

                          Hi, we had placed order from KFC app around 5:15 pm on 8th Oct which was not delivered due to rainfall. We called up KFC customer service several times who were not helpful at all as they couldn’t do anything about it. We even called up the restaurant which denied to cancel our order even after 2 hrs of ordering online and told us that they need to speak to their manager for the same. Later on around 9 pm we received a call from the person from restaurant asking for our address for which we asked them to cancel the order again and refund the amount. The person told us that he will send us the whatsapp no in which we need to send the Mob No, Email ID and Invoice details for the refund procedure. After that we didn’t receive any msg or call from the restaurant. On 9th oct morning we called up the KFC customer service for the update on the same for which they were not able to give us the update and told us that the manager of the restaurant will give us the call for the same. Its more than 5 hrs that we haven’t received any update or call from the restaurant manager. The service of KFC India be it customer service or restaurant is pathetic. I will never ever recommend KFC to anyone in future if my issue is not sorted. I want my refund of Rs 730

                            I have ordered from KFC Advant Noida for my Ghaziabad delivery location and the person from kfc asked me to re order from Ghaziabad location and said he will cancel the order but haven’t received any update neither my payment got refunded.

                              I ordered kfc on 5/10/22 at 7:55 and time given to me is 8:40 .Their is not any number or any tracking I'd provided by kfc i was trying a lot contacting kfc coustomer care but they were not able to resolve my quires even not able to connect my cal to restaurant.when ever I tried to contact restaurant not even a single individual who can pik the cal or rply . My has been deducted from my account . Till now money not been refunded by kfc .contact no from which i ordered [protected]
