Order id:[protected]. Had ordered Chicken Zinger and Mingles Bucket via Swiggy. The lettuce in the Zinger was wilted. The coating in the fried chicken was absent. The food left a bad coating on the palate which clearly is a result o[censored]sing bad oil. After consumption, both my partner and I had upset stomachs.

    On 12th August 2022, 8:36 pm i ordered a big 8 from pitampura, Delhi kfc branch so i paid through my postpe card. So the amount got debited but still I haven't received any refund from kfc side.

      Today I purchased Classic Zinger from KFC Devyani International Ltd. Property No. 1, Humayun Place, New Market, Kolkata (Inv. No. [protected]; Ord. No.[protected]; Date 08/31/22) for my kid. However to my utter disbelief the Bun of the Burger was totally stale and extremely hard. I had some good experiences of KFC earlier but this time it was disappointing. So I raised this complaint for the concerned authorities to take up the matter.

                Payment successful but order not processed

                Ordered food through the online app (Kfc online food delivery app) and i paid money through google pay (Yum restaurant private limited)
                The online transaction was successful but the order did not proceed. It just says the order is still in your cart
                I did not get my delivery / the order was not prossessed.
                But i lost money.
                This is cheating. Refund my money of Rs.712...

                    I have been super fan of KFC since last 12 years and a loyal customer but on last couple of occasions KFC outlets in quality wise were not upto the standards.
                    This recent incident is from yesterday I ordered 8pc chicken strips at Cyber Hub food court gurgaon my order no was 4601
                    Strips were very very oily also quality was bad, which resulted in my stomach infection and now m taking medicines
                    moreover staff there was very lazy and were not ready to help.
                    I would really appreciate if I can get some inconvenience credit or good discount coupon for next order or my complete refund bcz it really impacted my health.

                      I ordered through KFC app on 15tu August when they had a special bucket for the same.

                      The first order was placed after setting my home locality (Indirapuram, Ghaziabad) but the app placed order on a far away locality of Dilshad Garden. The restaurant refused to proceed with the delivery and said it is too far and you have to order again from the nearest store.

                      As per the refund policy the money is sent back to source account in 7-10 days. It has been 12 days now since the oder date nad still I have not received the money back.

                              On 24/7/22 i placed an order of about ₹1096 and as they didn't had the service to deliver at my place so i cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The customer care service however were quick to address the issue but no initiation of refund has been to come to me yet. 'Salman Bhaldar' named employee for the team gave me false hopes for the refund, still no progressive changes to seen. Kindly empathize and do the needful. I have also attached the transaction that took place after placing the order.

                                My order was booked around 8 PM and KFC Mantri mall (Bangalore) outlet has promised my delivery by 9:02 PM. But still 9:25 not delivered and no update also from the outlet. Attached screenshot for your ready reference also. When I tried calling the customer care nobody was picking calls and finally at my 4th attempt after waiting for more than 15 minutes in line somebody picked the call and informed me that they can't give their manager number and asked me to call via roll free number. I am really fed up with KFC today due to this worst service. Very lethargic behaviour towards customer.

When i have asked for the bill, your executive at store informed that i will get my bill through SMS and i can download later.                                     I ordered from KFC app on 9th Aug 8.30 pm and the order automatically got assigned to my nearest KFC i.e KFC Avani Mall, Kolkata. But after a couple of minutes the manager called me up and said that he is cancelling my order as my house is too far (the app only assigned it to them). Now it has been more than two weeks but the amount that got deducted from my KFC gift card did not come back. Even after calling the manager numerous times my issue was not solved and it keeps on getting delayed. My KFC gift card expiration date is coming closer and I am not getting my refund back. And in the app it shows "cash on delivery", I dont know why. I beg you to please look into this, it has been a pathetic experience with KFC.
