I have been a regular customer of KFC and I have been eating KFC ultimate bucket from very long time now. But the thing is, recently a fraud has been happened with me twice . I ordered KFC ultimate bucket and I have not received it for two times. The branch is of Nehru Place, Delhi. And It happened with me first time then i didn't focused it much but then after some time i realised that bucket also comes up with coke bottle. And when i contacted Zomato, it says all items are delivered as said by merchant. Now second day i ordered the same bucket just for confirmation and still same thing happens with me again. And this time i asked delivery boy to show me where is the Pepsi bottle so he too said that bottle is not there as restraunt only have him this sealed bucket. And we can simply identify if there is a bottle or not in that paper bag. I immediately contacted Nehru Place KFC manager and he said that this thj g cannot happen and I asked KFC manager to cross check the camera and see himself who is wrong . He after cross verifying, called me and is ready for compensation who earlier was not accepting that it has done from their end. And i have each and every call recording of Manager named " Muskan Memon"
So just fact here is I want serious actions against that branch as he is clearly doing a fraud using KFC's goodwill because KFC is such a reputed company and under the franchise model they are just doing the fraud. And this has happened with me for the two time consecutively and that even with the same branch. I too have CCTV surveillance at my doorstep so you can cross check that also. BUT PLEASE TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST THAT BRANCH or else I will have to go to Consumer Forum for doing such a fraud using KFC name.

Contact me for every evidence which i have listed i have i will share as manager are without even a single shame doing complete fraud and i am a single customer who has raised this, i don't know how many else they have cheated also. So please take actions against it. And it's not a matter of Pepsi, rather it's a matter of fraud and that too online fraud.
I m attaching the same recent two order here. And for the last order i have every call recording of manager accepting mistake but this is not the way na sir. They are doing fraud with other indirectly then if they somehow provide me a resolution. I want strict action against that branch.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
