Money debited, still no order placed

I ordered via KFC app. Money got debited from my account but order never placed. Please help me with the refund ASAP....

Refund not processed even after 16 days

Purchased items worth 977 from KFC, The UPI malfunctioned and showed payment processing, and I paid in cash, I realised later that the UPI payment had gone thru, it's been 16 days and I have no refund, the support keeps saying we will help, I've received none...

Order not received, Refund required!

I paid Rs.466.99 on the kfc app and ordered a bucket of ten chicken strips and one chicken zinger free (app deal). The said amount of money was debited from my bank account by yumrestaurants Ltd. But on the app, it displayed that I had not placed any order and have still not received anything. This is a disgrace. Pls look into it. The customer service numbers seem to be busy and not taking calls....

Refund issue not yet processed

On August 01, 2022. I have placed order through kfc app for a dine in order. I have paid through Google pay and waited for the confirmation page to update and the page was shown error. I asked at the counter and they said amount will get refunded in 24 hours but yet i didn't get refund....

Payment made but order not places

I ordered KFC through the KFC app and made payment through the PAYTM app. The amount was deducted from my a/c and payment was done but the order did not show up on the KFC app. Please help me get my refund back....

Delay in repayment/refund

I have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Google pay to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹166/- ASAP.

Poor behaviour and refund issue

I placed an order through KFC app on 31st July and made a payment of INR 583 through UPI. After payment the page was just loading and then it showed my order wasn't placed. When I contacted the officials in Phoenix Marketcity, Viman nagar they didn't took it seriously and just said your order was canceled accidentally place another one. I asked about refund and the staff there were laughing on me as if our money is nothing. I stayed standing...

Amount debited but order has not processed

I placed an order on 3rd August 2022 worth Rs501, through the KFC website. Payment was done via Paytm and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP....

Refund is not given

I have ordered Wednesday Strip Bucket on 13th July cost Rs 403 from KFC app. The order was placed from Gurgaon Sector 10 KFC Resturant. They had not delivered the food and reason said for a long distance address. The staff person said the money will be refunded to you and asked me to share the payment and order details to his personal number and asked me to wait for 10 days. After 10 days not money was refunded and i contact KFC customer...

Money was debited, but the order was not placed

I placed an order on 18th June 2022 at KFC Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Money was debited, but the order was not placed. I was told that the money would be refunded in 10 - 15 days. But it has been almost 40 days, but the amount has not got refunded.
I contacted customer care multiple times, and they say that they would arrange a callback, but I got the call back only after calling them 5 or 6 times.

Old chicken leg pieces served to me

Last Saturday i visited to KFC raipur of magneto mall. I ordered wings and 2 leg piece and i noticed that taste was disgusting of leg piece and i was looking like they served me a chicken which were cooked day before... please take an action against owner and give me my refund.

My Refund not received

I ordered at 23rd July that amounted to 827 ruppes .. and suddenly it didn't go through however from my end amount was deducted and no service was paid from KFC. Then when I called KFC they told i would get the refund within 5 working days and now it has crossed that time limit and now whenever I try to contact KFC nobody answers it .. this is really not good why do I have to go through all this, it's my money and i should get it back....

No refund from KFC India

I placed an order on KFC Official Website on 16th May, 2022 but while placing order the website stuck on order processing and amount of rupees 616.01 got deducted from my bank account. Then I contacted their customer support and they said refund will take 10 to 15 days. Now, it's going to be nearly 3 months but there is no sign of my refund. Please help me out.
