I have placed an order via KFC app on 1st march 2023 at jorhat KFC .
I paid the amount by UPI GPAY.
The money is debited but the order is not placed.
I am facing inconvenience so kindly refund the money asap.

    I have placed an order om 1st march 2023 from the KFC app at Jorhat KFC and made the payment of 520 rs via GPAY UPI.
    Thr amount is debited from the account and the order is not placed.
    I want a refund of the money asap.
    Kindly help as soon as possible.
    I have attached the screenshot of the payment for reference.

          I had bought a veg zinger meal and tried paid with Gpay UPI in the KFC outlet avaialble in Bangalore airport terminal 1. But the amount got deducted and it showed failed in bill counter. And later I had paid using my credit card as well. Later I had got the status of my payment through Gpay as successful. I need the refund for the amount paid by either of the method. I had attached both the screens shot of the transactions. Would like to get the issue resolved at the earliest.

            I have placed an order on February 19th, 01.34 PM at nearby KFC branch (Rs.575.99). After accepting my order your concern said that your location is not under deliverable area which should have been informed before taking my order. So I have raised for refund through customer care service from which I dint receive my refund yet. Kindly clear the issues to refund my amount at the earliest.

              On 16 February 2023 I visited kfc Coimbatore sitra outlet. I ordered some items and payment made through gpay. But after paying the bill they told that bill has expired so I want to repay the cash. So again I paid the cash. But that expired bill payment still not refunded in my account. I visited the kfc again they collected all the transaction details and proof of payment and told that cash will be refunded by 2 days they had approved my refund request. But till now (27 February 2023) my cash had not received. They already cheated me once through Zomato order. I ordered 2 items but I received only 1 item. I leaved that thing. But they trying to cheat me again. I want my 1118₹ back. Sir please take appropriate action against this fraud

                I have ordered a Wednesday chicken bucket worth 771 Rs through KFC app and called the customer support also mailed them … visited the manager at nearby KFC all these told different time some says 3-4 days others 6-7 days 7-14 days … kfc is just fooling its customers …

                  I placed an order on 03 Feb 2023 from Mathura, chomuhan through KFC. As I placed the order in a wrong branch I called the customer service to cancel my order and they said my refund would be initiated within 7-10 business days... I haven't received my refund yet.
                  I paid online through credit card.

                    On 29th Jan. I've ordered from KFC application, paid with Paytm. Money got deducted but kfc didn't generated any order.
                    It was of 770rs. It's been more than 20 days and I'm still suffering to get refund back. Called call centre and kfc restaurant guy, no response.

                      Dear sir
                      I have ordered through KFC app to the KFC Indirapuram, ghaziabad at 9.21 pm. The money has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed. Please take action to get my refund of rs 236 as KFC customer care is not picking the phone.

                        1) Served rotten food (chicken wings which were server, bone was black, and smells bit rotten.
                        2) Misleading Customer, by serving what was not asked for, and charging them. Ordered zing burger box, which includes 1 zing burger 2 wings, 1coke and fries, except this they added 2 dips in bill which i din not order and they charged 95 rupees for this.
                        3) Did not guide customer correctly, what includes in order and and how much it costs.

                          I have ordered on 15th Feb 2023 around 8:30 PM in KFC Perumbakkam branch, Chennai. I didnt receive order but got a message saying the order was delivered. I called customer care thrice yesterday and said would receive order in 15mins and 20mins however didn’t receive. Tried to contact branch and store number, left unanswered several times and later it was switched off. There is neither refund nor order received. We could see several other people facing the same issue with this branch. Someone pls take an immediate action on this matter.

                            I ordered food for Rs. 961/- with KFC Cochin Aluva- Pulinchoode, Kochi, Kerala 682016 on 12th Feb 2023 through KFC Mobile App having the order ID: K269W65435. The order was placed at 6: 54pm and scheduled for delivery at 7:39 PM.

                            At 7: 40PM, the app showed my order as completed without actually delivering the food. I called up KFC customer care where i was told that a complaint has been raised and that i will get a call back from the outlet in 5- 10 mins.
                            Upon receiving no call from the outlet i called up customer care wherein complaint number K[protected] was raised. I was asked to contact the outlet directly to resolve the issue.

                            Upon contacting the outlet, i was told that the delivery boy from shadow fax (who is the partner for delivery) had misplaced the order and they will proceed to raise a refund request.

                            This request for a refund was not placed by the KFC Aluva outlet for 2 whole days citing power issues. It's only after multiple follow-ups through WhatsApp and calls they sent me a photo of a draft email raising a return request. I am yet to receive any official confirmation for my refund request, neither has the money been refunded to my bank account.

                            Please Refund and resolve

                              I have ordered in kfc on 14 January one chicken bucket and one chicken popcorn it costs Rs.869. After I ordered the app shows branch is closed now then I cancelled my order call kfc customer care to refund the amount . They said you will receive your amount with in 7 to 12 working days.Still now I am not received my amount. Almost one month crossed today date is (13/02/2023)

                                I ordered on 29th Jan 2023 from KFC, I didn't get the order but money got deducted from my account. It's 12th Feb today and still, and I'm waiting for my refund. called more than 20 times regarding the same to their stupid customer care, got just one answer from them. WE ARE WORKING ON THE SAME, YOU WILL GET A CALL FROM OUR FINANCE TEAM AND THEY WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND. RIDICULOUS

                                  I have purchased 3 medium popcorn chicken for takeaway when I opened the box after reaching home all the boxes where half empty

                                  They are not giving the bill to anyone when I asked for bill the cashier went inside to call the manager and made as to wait for 10 mins for the bill

                                  They are not asking permission of the customer for the paper bag before billing we came to know that they have charged for the bag without asking me
                                  And I asked for the French fries and pepsi combo but they only billed the French fries when I asked they said I have only order french fries and French fries - lava cake will not come as a combo which is not I asked for
                                  It's one of the worst experience I had with KFC it's so disappointing
