I ordered food on 28/7/2022 friday
They Didn't delivered my order and promise to refund the amount in 48hrs
But I didn't get my money back and the customer helpline doesn't responding
What shall I do now...very pathetic experience...

I made an order thro kfc app n paid thro UPI gpay an amount of rs781.99..the amount was debited my account but order was not placed, , so I need a refund for the same asap...

I have ordered 2 Tandoori zinger meals at Hyderabad Airport & i paid Rs 970 to outlet through google pay & the amount is debited from my account. But at that time transaction was in processing & the person at ofc said you will get refund & he has also taken cash from us for the food.

Now when i see google pay transaction is succesfull, money received bu KFC.

I did a order through KFC application and selected UPI method for the payment and payed through Phonepe 263.99 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.

and i have order two times, Both times order not placed but amount was debited form my account.

I received a message from VM-KFCCHK Saying that my KFC express order is ready in 7 minutes 16 seconds And I can collect that order from a pick up counter of KFC showing the receipt. KFC ORDER Placed successful but NOT DELIVERED AFTER PAYMENT - N6472D[protected]
Tried reaching out KFC support team to take action against branch and staff but looks like company support team also joined with local branch and ignored compliant by ignoring emails sent for action to be taken against consent employees and branch....

I am getting messages about order which I have not placed for every 5 mins from QP-KFCIND and QP-KFCCHK....

While placing order online through KFC app the order got canceled after payment. I complained about it asked for refund through their email address as there is no refund policy I didn't know what to do. I did not received any response nor the refund till date....
