Taste is very bad also not close to local chicken fry shop and also was not given bill and coupon code was also not redeemed saying that this is not available at our outlet ...i have been regular kfc customer and their are very fine outlet but this outlet at pavillion mall pune just disbanding the kfc by offering bad taste...i just laughed out loud in seeing smoky red...this was level... please look into it

    On 17th July 2022 . I went KFC outlet at Cinepolis Mall Lucknow.My order wash Rs.1542 .I payed 2 time by India Post Payments Bank. 1 month completed but payment not retern till now.

      I tried to order KFC from the app but the order was not placed and the amount got deducted from my account.

      I hope that I will get my refund since the order was not successful.

        I booked the order from kfc app for location kfc ambernath GNP galaxy on 3 aug so money deducted from account but error occurred while order processing so second time I booked the order n the order was successfully placed also money deducted twice but order was placed only once. Even i talked with the manager of kfc ambernath they said it will get refunded soon but it's been a week also but no updates on the issue.

          Date= 5th August

          Description= Ordered in-store and payment was unsuccessful. Amount got deducted. Staff told me they will process the refund within 4-5 days. It is 10 days now and they are not processing the refund. I have already sent the transaction details to the staff and all the relevant proof is there with me. I need my refund and compensation for this harassment.

            On 24th july I ordered from hinjewadi phase 1 pune kfc through online. 1st they accepted the order but after that they told they don't have delivery boy therefore they cancelled my order. I paid through online but its 3 week and I haven't received my refund until now.

              Received sms and invoice from KFC without ordering

              I got 2 messages from KFC with invoice worth Rs. 804. But I have never ordered or visited to KFC in my life. I live in Gujarat and invoice shows me address of KFC in Hadpasar, Pune, Maharashtra. How can this is possible? Who used my number? 2 messages received from KFC are given below.

              I had ordered from KFC app on 13 Aug 2022 and ordered was accepted by kfc kharadi Pune Branch.
              Soon after accepting the ordered, I received a call from Branch manager that order can not be delivered due to location constraint as they are unable to find a delivery guy hence would be initiating the refund but asked for my transaction Id as they have some glitch in system and need this to initiate the refund.
              Even though I provided all the details still, I didn't receive any proper response, has to follow up several times. They do not have any standard procedure for acknowledgement mail .
              When I called back, manager assured me that they have initiated the refund but due to technical glitch it will not get updated in app or may not even get the sms so only option is to wait and have blind faith them.

                I placed an order on the KFC app and selected mode of payment as UPI. I entered my UPI id for payment and followed the steps my amount was deducted but the order was not confirmed on calling the customer service there is no response and finally an executive recieved the call and said we will call back but there is no justification or talk of refund.

                  I ordered food from official website of kfc around 10:28 pm in pune yesterday but I did not get my order delivered and I tried to contact the Restuarant through calls and e-mail/ but did not get any response from their side. And also they did not provide any details of the delivery guy so that I could reach him. I waited for my order more than 2 hours. It was a mental torture for me as I was so hungry and waited too long for my order to arrive. And from morning I’m trying to contact the customer care but they are not responding as usual.
                  So I would like to get my money refund. And additional benefits as I suffered a lot because of them.

                      I placed an order on Aug 11, 9:06 PM from KFC app and the product was marked delivered in the app at around 9:45 even though it wasn’t delivered. I kept calling the restaurant helpline number present in the app but there was no response at all. I waited fir about half an hour thinking it could be a glitch in the app but no response. With no option left, I had to repeat my last order and pay double as the previous order was also already paid. At around 10:40, the delivery executive called and asked for the location on WhatsApp and delivered the order. When I asked him abouT the incorrect marking as delivered, he had nothing to say. The delivery OTP also wasn’t asked because the restaurant had already marked delivered 1 hour ago. Since I had placed repeat order I ended up with same order and paying double with food wastage

                              I have ordered my food 8.13 until 10.04 no update still tracking showing will be delivered and expected time is increasing
                              I ordered through application I was not able to select any outlet for delivery
                              I got a call from restaurant no [protected] to cancel I did not agree to do so
                              As the restaurant is asking they can't deliver me the food and i[censored] want order through Zomato.

                                  As I joined in KFC Brookfields, RS Puram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, INDIA. On 6th of July 2022 and they told me that the employee ID is not created for you. So you don't come for 10 days. They told me this thing on 19th of june. After 10 days no response from them. I've been tried for past 10 days. Now they are repeating the same thing. I am totally fed up with this.
                                  Problems I had,
                                  *They didn't inform about the ID Creation or a proper brief
                                  *The communication is very poor they are attending the phone calls or seeing the messages exept the RGM of the store
                                  *The money spent on my transportation from my place to the store is totally waste

                                  So these are problems I have faced. Hope you do the needful.

                                    Good morning team,

                                    This is with reference to order #[protected] which I had placed on 06/08/22. via Zomato. It was to be delivered to Better Home International (Andheri East)

                                    I had an issue with my order. There were two major goo[censored]ps.

                                    1. I had given two separate orders which you will see on the invoice and they crammed both the orders in one box, this was very unprofessional and unethical.
                                    2. I was given a big chicken piece less in the order even when I had paid for the full order.

                                    I complained immediately to the Zomato executive on chat and he acknowledged the situation and to diffuse the same gave me a compensation of Rs 200. I wish to bring to your notice that because of this goo[censored]p I was made the butt of jokes and was very embarrassed about the entire thing. My colleagues even said that to save money I must have ordered less. I cannot tell you how crestfallen I was because of no fault of my own. Even yesterday we had a follow up meeting at the office and the same issue was raked up and I was teased about the same in front of some foreign dignitaries. While I admit that the nature of my colleagues has nothing to do with Zomato or KFC, I must say that this entire incident happened because of the inefficiency or blunder of the K.F.C outlet.

                                    I told them i was compensated with Rs 200 to which my business partner replied "Is your honor and reputation worth Rs 200, that they valued you for the same"

                                    I am a corporate trainer and an inspirational speaker and I know that this is not good customer service and not proper customer satisfaction.

                                    I am very disappointed with the K.F.C outlets mistake and I intend to pursue this further. I want to have a call with the K.F.C team so that I can apprise them of the same and want to have an explanation about the incident.
                                    My whole family has been a fan of Zomato and K.F.C over the other fast food outlets but this incident has left me thinking twice now about my choice. My heart screams out for a solution.

                                    Please let me know what I should do next.

                                    I have escalated the matter to Zomato and to insult me further they are asking for an Image. we discovered the 2nd goo[censored]p when we were halfway through the order. How do you expect me to give them a picture. This is very derogatory, insulting and annnoying

                                      I would like to bring to your attention about the rising menace of street dogs in our locality. For the last few months we have been noticing that the street dogs in our street have been causing so much problems on regular basis.
                                      Barking and howling continuously by the dogs at the night time time causing disturbances to the local residents.
                                      Especially while driving or when elderly people while walking or kids while playing, they scared by sudden Barkings, which is really threatening sometimes.
                                      The residents of our locality will really appericiate for the earlier and necessary action.
