My order was booked around 8 PM and KFC Mantri mall (Bangalore) outlet has promised my delivery by 9:02 PM. But still 9:25 not delivered and no update also from the outlet. Attached screenshot for your ready reference also. When I tried calling the customer care nobody was picking calls and finally at my 4th attempt after waiting for more than 15 minutes in line somebody picked the call and informed me that they can't give their manager number and asked me to call via roll free number. I am really fed up with KFC today due to this worst service. Very lethargic behaviour towards customer.

    Hi, I am srinivas v from hyderabad. I visited your chormpet store in chennai on 22nd AUG at around 9pmand ordered food. I paid an amount of approx .Rs. 350+. When i have asked for the bill, your executive at store informed that i will get my bill through SMS and i can download later. After that i returned to hyderabad, but even after two days also i have not I have not received my food bill. Kindly provide my GST bill on priority.

      I ordered from KFC app on 9th Aug 8.30 pm and the order automatically got assigned to my nearest KFC i.e KFC Avani Mall, Kolkata. But after a couple of minutes the manager called me up and said that he is cancelling my order as my house is too far (the app only assigned it to them). Now it has been more than two weeks but the amount that got deducted from my KFC gift card did not come back. Even after calling the manager numerous times my issue was not solved and it keeps on getting delayed. My KFC gift card expiration date is coming closer and I am not getting my refund back. And in the app it shows "cash on delivery", I dont know why. I beg you to please look into this, it has been a pathetic experience with KFC.

          I placed an order on KFC website and my money got deducted but they order wasn't placed. I talked to the manager and he's saying wait for some days. It's been 10 days (order on 12 August 2022) how long should I wait?!
          Extremely dissatisfied with the approach to the resolution of the issue.

            I purchased kfc at Palampur and my first google pay didn’t work out but the second one was successful. And when I reached home I noticed my first payment was also done. So I paid double. I asked manager to refund my money and now she is not picking up my call neither texting back.

              I had made an order using UPI for Rs.812/- and awaiting refund for the same as the order was not successfully but my money was debited. I am attaching the payment screenshots and transsction ID for reference below. I will personally update this complaint as resolved once my refund amount is credited back to my account lest I will keep writing reviews on the internet. Thank you in anticipation.

                      I ordered takeaway in place of delivery on nov 3 as there is no cancel option available in app i contacted restaurant and cancelled my order as I am unable to pickup. Restaurant manager told me my order got cancelled but didn't get any massage or refund ... Attached my order receipt please help.

                        These people are the worst service available, Swiggy and Zomato are 1000% better then them. Atleast they respond and provide quick resolution.

                        I ordered food via online payment and didn't receive any order nor any refund, worst part is their service centre. They are THE worst people all are worst behaviour, if we ask for more information they will just keep on hold for 10mins and cut the call.

                        I don't know what kind of SCAM these people are pulling. It's been 4 days since the order. And yet not received any response from their end.

                        Is there any responsibility at all, i Don't know. Please value a persons time. I know there will be issues, but please rectify the same in good manner.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I was doing part time job in KFC .i have
                              to concentrate on study's i left the job after that I have given resagination letter but I didn't received my salary of June month now August came but they still not credited my salary. Then i informed Rgm also they given hr number but Here Area HR is not receiveing the phone calls and not responding properly. consider my complaint against kfc .

                                Served a salty food no refund or replacement

                                I have purchase KFC chicken through Swiggy and paid 700+ for the same. Received the 8 pieces with excess salt and raised a complaint with Swiggy and they are providing only 154/- as compensation. I have visited kfc restaurant for the solution and they have denied and said that if the product delivered through swiggy then they can't provide any service or refund/replace. The entire 8 pieces was thrown at KFC 09 Panchkula in front of outlet...

                                I placed the order around 10:30 pm at KFC at Nexus grand central mall Seawoods.

                                Got a tracking link and confirmation notifications on mail and SMS.

                                I didn't receive the order yet.

                                The best part is I paid for the order already and no one bother to call me or inform me or update me on KFC.

                                    I placed an order on 18th June 2022 at KFC Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Money was debited, but the order was not placed. I was told that the money would be refunded in 10 - 15 days. But it has been 2 months now, but the amount has not got refunded.
                                    I contacted customer care multiple times, and they say that they would arrange a callback, but I got the call back only after calling them 5 or 6 times.
                                    They have provided the contact details of the store (Ashok Nagar, Chennai), but the contact person is not returning calls nor responding to any messages.

                                    This is the 3rd time I am writing this complaint. Why is the amount not getting refunded even after 2 months?

                                      Order delivery complaint

                                      Highly surprised by the customer support given to me for my repeated mails to feedback team.

                                      For your information - I ordered from KFC, Kapil towers, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on Sunday evening -14th aug, 2022 from KFC app, but I did not receive my order at all, neither anyone informed me, even I tried calling kfc many times on given number, also I raised complaint through mail to [protected]@yum.com, but till now not addressed...
