Worst KFC burger

Recently i bought a Zinger burger meal contain a burger, fries and a drink from KFC varanasi, when i received the item i was shocked seeing the burger it contains a myonese and a crispy chicken inside a plain bun.

Worst service

I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number at kfc store moosapet hyderabad
I paid via debit card payment debited order has placed but didn't received the order and after 10 pm it's showing that it's been delivered...

Fake Ordered

I got message that I had ordered KFC Chicken and order will be ready in 0.73 mins on 22/07/2022 at 3:23pm and at the same date 3:56pm again a message came that order confirmed and express pickup in 7 mins but biggest part is i didn't order anything even I don't use apps to buy foods. Then how could this happened? Can KFC order by there own? They need to answer. Or I'll take it to text level....

Refund for the order not placed but amount debited from my account

I did a order through kfc app and selected UPI method for the payment and payed through Google pay 463 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
I need refund for the same ASAP.

Payment completed but order not processed

Address:KFC Malda

I placed an order on 20th July 2022 worth Rs625, through the KFC app. Payment eas done via UPI (PhonePe) and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP....

I made a order through kfc app and did payment by Google pay. Amount is debited from my account but didn't receive any order number

Money deducted but order not received by KFC

On 17th july 2022 at 9:29 pm I have made payment of (Rs 309.01) on KFC app for pick up but payment got deducted and order id not generated, the nearest outlet which they said to pick from RCT mall whose address is

KFC is not accepting Sodexo card - Ambattur branch in Chennai

Sodexo has partnered with Sodexo in 2018, but still why executives are not accepting sodexo card while paying for the order. They are making rude comments and passing obscenities when we asked why they were not accepting the Sodexo card.
The main purpose of Sodexo is to be used for purchase of food. I want to know why the Ambattur branch in Chennai is not accepting sodexo. If it is not resolved I'll raise a compliant with consumer...

Food order placement

I have ordered today from KFC app while on payment page I selected UPI option to pay through phone pe but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing error and transaction was stopped there and order was not placed and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹728.99/- ASAP.
