Today i have ordered two grilled chicken biryani and have have done fam pay but i didn't receive my order the staff was saying there is time out but i got money deducted from my account i want my refund asap the amount was 502

Hi, I visited the KFC outlet which is recently opened in Mysore Vijayangar 1st stage 570017. I placed an order for 2 zinger classic burger, 1 medium fries and 4 chicken wings and charged Rs. 609 . KFC guy asked me to wait for the order and didn’t give the bill. The zinger burger was dead and cold, worst burger ever had at KFC . At the last minute, they gave a fries and while leaving when we asked for a bill he didnt give and he was searching from trash and am sure he didn’t generate the bill. He searched for a while and it was almost 10.30 PM and we left. Here I am now registering a complaint for not receiving a bill and need my refund as KFC mentioned its free if no bill received and also completely unhappy with kfc service and quality. And also this outlet is letting KFC quality down as i witnessed customer was shouting chicken was half cooked. I will never recommend this outlet to anyone in future. And not cancelled asked fir refund.

No proper communication.

Very bad service from kFC.

I had ordered all box meals on KFC and payed via UPI, my money was debited from the account but the order was not placed and the money also not refunded

Hii I have went to the kfc store near my house in Pune camp are in SGS mall and I have ordered the ultimate bucket and two hot and crispy aad on and one regular chicken pop corn the bill was around 950 rs and there were 2 dips which was included in the bucket and the staff told me they Have already put the dips in the order and I opened the parcel in front of them the dips was not there later the they give me one meyo and the second one was also a meyo which was not even seal they give me the meyo which I realised when I was back my home as it was a parcel which I took for my family it was the used meyo which was given me in the container of the biryani which kfc gives and the service was also not good the staff tried to fool me as well as there was several other customers and they did not even gave the bills for my Oder nor for any other person a girl asked the bill they var charged up on her saying she will be getting tht bill on her phone

I ordered via KFC app. Money got debited from my account but order never placed. Please help me with the refund ASAP.

Purchased items worth 977 from KFC, The UPI malfunctioned and showed payment processing, and I paid in cash, I realised later that the UPI payment had gone thru, it's been 16 days and I have no refund, the support keeps saying we will help, I've received none

We have ordered burger wings and french fries
Which we were asked to wait for half n hour only for french fries

I paid Rs.466.99 on the kfc app and ordered a bucket of ten chicken strips and one chicken zinger free (app deal). The said amount of money was debited from my bank account by yumrestaurants Ltd. But on the app, it displayed that I had not placed any order and have still not received anything. This is a disgrace. Pls look into it. The customer service numbers seem to be busy and not taking calls.

I paid via upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.

On August 01, 2022. I have placed order through kfc app for a dine in order. I have paid through Google pay and waited for the confirmation page to update and the page was shown error. I asked at the counter and they said amount will get refunded in 24 hours but yet i didn't get refund.

I ordered from KFC app, paid using Paytm my money got deducted but i did not receive any order details. Even the customer care was not at all helpful. Worst service ever!!!

I ordered KFC through the KFC app and made payment through the PAYTM app. The amount was deducted from my a/c and payment was done but the order did not show up on the KFC app. Please help me get my refund back.

I have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Google pay to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹166/- ASAP.

I placed an order through KFC app on 31st July and made a payment of INR 583 through UPI. After payment the page was just loading and then it showed my order wasn't placed. When I contacted the officials in Phoenix Marketcity, Viman nagar they didn't took it seriously and just said your order was canceled accidentally place another one. I asked about refund and the staff there were laughing on me as if our money is nothing. I stayed standing there for like 30 mins and meanwhile they laughed alot. Is this your service? Our money is nothing to you right? I'm contacting the support of the same KFC branch but they aren't picking up the call and the other number given by customer care of KFC is just showing busy. KFC is the worst experience and it ruined my day and you don't value your customers that is visible clearly. I want my refund back no matter what. And yes they also simply asked me to place another order and pay for the same. I did that too but I got cold food.

I placed an order on 3rd August 2022 worth Rs501, through the KFC website. Payment was done via Paytm and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP.

I have ordered Wednesday Strip Bucket on 13th July cost Rs 403 from KFC app. The order was placed from Gurgaon Sector 10 KFC Resturant. They had not delivered the food and reason said for a long distance address. The staff person said the money will be refunded to you and asked me to share the payment and order details to his personal number and asked me to wait for 10 days. After 10 days not money was refunded and i contact KFC customer care and the staff person talked me and again asked me to share the same details to his personal number saying to wait for the next 10 to 12 days. Its 4th August but not money is refunded, I am a regular customer of KFC but this is a worst experience.

I placed an order on 18th June 2022 at KFC Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Money was debited, but the order was not placed. I was told that the money would be refunded in 10 - 15 days. But it has been almost 40 days, but the amount has not got refunded.
I contacted customer care multiple times, and they say that they would arrange a callback, but I got the call back only after calling them 5 or 6 times.
They have provided the contact details of the store (Ashok Nagar, Chennai), but the contact person is not returning calls nor responding to any messages.

I did a order in kfc and payed through Google pay 650 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
I need refund for the same ASAP.
