    As I joined in KFC Brookfields, RS Puram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, INDIA. On 6th of July 2022 and they told me that the employee ID is not created for you. So you don't come for 10 days. They told me this thing on 19th of june. After 10 days no response from them. I've been tried for past 10 days. Now they are repeating the same thing. I am totally fed up with this.
    Problems I had,
    *They didn't inform about the ID Creation or a proper brief
    *The communication is very poor they are attending the phone calls or seeing the messages exept the RGM of the store
    *The money spent on my transportation from my place to the store is totally waste

    So these are problems I have faced. Hope you do the needful.

      Good morning team,

      This is with reference to order #[protected] which I had placed on 06/08/22. via Zomato. It was to be delivered to Better Home International (Andheri East)

      I had an issue with my order. There were two major goo[censored]ps.

      1. I had given two separate orders which you will see on the invoice and they crammed both the orders in one box, this was very unprofessional and unethical.
      2. I was given a big chicken piece less in the order even when I had paid for the full order.

      I complained immediately to the Zomato executive on chat and he acknowledged the situation and to diffuse the same gave me a compensation of Rs 200. I wish to bring to your notice that because of this goo[censored]p I was made the butt of jokes and was very embarrassed about the entire thing. My colleagues even said that to save money I must have ordered less. I cannot tell you how crestfallen I was because of no fault of my own. Even yesterday we had a follow up meeting at the office and the same issue was raked up and I was teased about the same in front of some foreign dignitaries. While I admit that the nature of my colleagues has nothing to do with Zomato or KFC, I must say that this entire incident happened because of the inefficiency or blunder of the K.F.C outlet.

      I told them i was compensated with Rs 200 to which my business partner replied "Is your honor and reputation worth Rs 200, that they valued you for the same"

      I am a corporate trainer and an inspirational speaker and I know that this is not good customer service and not proper customer satisfaction.

      I am very disappointed with the K.F.C outlets mistake and I intend to pursue this further. I want to have a call with the K.F.C team so that I can apprise them of the same and want to have an explanation about the incident.
      My whole family has been a fan of Zomato and K.F.C over the other fast food outlets but this incident has left me thinking twice now about my choice. My heart screams out for a solution.

      Please let me know what I should do next.

      I have escalated the matter to Zomato and to insult me further they are asking for an Image. we discovered the 2nd goo[censored]p when we were halfway through the order. How do you expect me to give them a picture. This is very derogatory, insulting and annnoying

        I would like to bring to your attention about the rising menace of street dogs in our locality. For the last few months we have been noticing that the street dogs in our street have been causing so much problems on regular basis.
        Barking and howling continuously by the dogs at the night time time causing disturbances to the local residents.
        Especially while driving or when elderly people while walking or kids while playing, they scared by sudden Barkings, which is really threatening sometimes.
        The residents of our locality will really appericiate for the earlier and necessary action.

            Hi, I visited the KFC outlet which is recently opened in Mysore Vijayangar 1st stage 570017. I placed an order for 2 zinger classic burger, 1 medium fries and 4 chicken wings and charged Rs. 609 . KFC guy asked me to wait for the order and didn’t give the bill. The zinger burger was dead and cold, worst burger ever had at KFC . At the last minute, they gave a fries and while leaving when we asked for a bill he didnt give and he was searching from trash and am sure he didn’t generate the bill. He searched for a while and it was almost 10.30 PM and we left. Here I am now registering a complaint for not receiving a bill and need my refund as KFC mentioned its free if no bill received and also completely unhappy with kfc service and quality. And also this outlet is letting KFC quality down as i witnessed customer was shouting chicken was half cooked. I will never recommend this outlet to anyone in future.                 मेरा नाम विनय है।. मेरा केएफसी एप्लीकेशन में रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है।. मेने अहमदाबाद केएफसी आल्फा वन में, kfc एप्लीकेशन से 14:44PM बजे Rs.554.99 का ऑर्डर UPI पेमेंट से किया था।. मेरे एकाउंट से पैसा डेबिट हो गया था और ऑर्डर बुक भी नही हुआ था।. दूसरा ऑर्डर 14:55PM ko किया वो बुक हो गया था।. पहले ऑर्डर का पैसा रिफंड नही हुआ ही अभी तक। मेरी मदद कीजिए सर।.दोनो ट्रांजेक्शन के स्क्रीनशॉट ज्वाइन किया है।.

                    Hii I have went to the kfc store near my house in Pune camp are in SGS mall and I have ordered the ultimate bucket and two hot and crispy aad on and one regular chicken pop corn the bill was around 950 rs and there were 2 dips which was included in the bucket and the staff told me they Have already put the dips in the order and I opened the parcel in front of them the dips was not there later the they give me one meyo and the second one was also a meyo which was not even seal they give me the meyo which I realised when I was back my home as it was a parcel which I took for my family it was the used meyo which was given me in the container of the biryani which kfc gives and the service was also not good the staff tried to fool me as well as there was several other customers and they did not even gave the bills for my Oder nor for any other person a girl asked the bill they var charged up on her saying she will be getting tht bill on her phone

                        Purchased items worth 977 from KFC, The UPI malfunctioned and showed payment processing, and I paid in cash, I realised later that the UPI payment had gone thru, it's been 16 days and I have no refund, the support keeps saying we will help, I've received none

                            I paid Rs.466.99 on the kfc app and ordered a bucket of ten chicken strips and one chicken zinger free (app deal). The said amount of money was debited from my bank account by yumrestaurants Ltd. But on the app, it displayed that I had not placed any order and have still not received anything. This is a disgrace. Pls look into it. The customer service numbers seem to be busy and not taking calls.

                                On August 01, 2022. I have placed order through kfc app for a dine in order. I have paid through Google pay and waited for the confirmation page to update and the page was shown error. I asked at the counter and they said amount will get refunded in 24 hours but yet i didn't get refund.

                                      I have ordered today from KFC website while on payment page I selectet Google pay to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing sorry for the inconveniences your order is cancelled and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹166/- ASAP.

                                        I placed an order through KFC app on 31st July and made a payment of INR 583 through UPI. After payment the page was just loading and then it showed my order wasn't placed. When I contacted the officials in Phoenix Marketcity, Viman nagar they didn't took it seriously and just said your order was canceled accidentally place another one. I asked about refund and the staff there were laughing on me as if our money is nothing. I stayed standing there for like 30 mins and meanwhile they laughed alot. Is this your service? Our money is nothing to you right? I'm contacting the support of the same KFC branch but they aren't picking up the call and the other number given by customer care of KFC is just showing busy. KFC is the worst experience and it ruined my day and you don't value your customers that is visible clearly. I want my refund back no matter what. And yes they also simply asked me to place another order and pay for the same. I did that too but I got cold food.
