Hi I ordered food from KFC's official app and they didn't deliver to me and I have paid through UPI online. I ordered food on 1 July it's almost 1 month and still, I have not got any refund. I tried to contact KFC through Twitter no response, I visited the KFC store from where I ordered, and they said to contact KFC through support phone number. I contacted to KFC through phone they said no order was received. Either they are lying or they have deleted the receipt from their system. I have proof of my order id and bank statements as proof of payment. How could a company this big make a lot of trouble just to refund the amount which they couldn't deliver? For reference, I have attached the receipt of my order and my bank statements.
