Hi,

I want to file a complaint that on Sunday 10th of July I booked an order from KFC India website and my money got deducted via Paytm wallet but it shows an error that my order haven't got placed.

i call the customer care at, i file a complaint and he gave the complaint ticket number "K[protected]" also he told me that our service team will contact me, but no one does.

Please resolve my issue and refund me my money.

    I have a serious issue regarding kfc services...Absolute cheating and doesn't have any manners to call back or do the needful

    I had placed an order for kfc at lower Parel Phoenix mall, mumbai India on 11/07/2022 at 9:30pm amounting to 744.2 rs..
    Order ID was N6601D[protected].
    Amount was debited and nobody delivered to me my meal ..No calls were made to me regarding delivery...I tried to register complaint but they seem to be helpless

    I am receiving messages asking for my review abt KFC. This is how these guys are looting from us and not even bothered to check regarding such events

      This is regarding my order N6465D[protected]. I had placed order at around 7:50PM last night. The tracking system of KFC was showing the order is delivered at 8:20pm, and I couldn't track my order any further even though it didn't reach to me. I tried calling KFC customer Care number & everytime call was either going to IVR or so called Centralised call center in Rajasthan. I was promised to get call back or that they are transferring my call to Pune agents and with that it used to get disconnected. I wrote in 'Contact Us' section but there also I didn't get any reply. I had to feed my kid 'Dal- Chawal'who was waiting in excitement to eat burger. He slept at 9:30 pm and the delivery boy came at 10pm after waiting for more than 2 hrs with wet & cold food. I had noo other option but to return the food, however KFC didn't refund the charges tha to is paid in advanced thr netbanking. When asked delivery boy he was only sorry about it and didn't have any concrete answer for being late or refund. This is pathetic customer care and delivery service I have ever seen and surprisingly from such a brand with international presence.

        I have ordered from KFC spot 18 pimple saudagar at 8.20pm and i never received my order . My mode of payment was online from debit card. My oder no is N6469D[protected]. No calls nor any updated from the store no one is receiving the call as well. Kindly seek and help

          Sir i ordered food from kfc for dine in restaurant. The food deliver is of ver bad qulaity and the chicken pieces have too much oil. I don't want replacement because all food is of same type so i dispose food in garbage and ask kfc for refund my money but they don't agree... I ordered food of rs 690 from kfc. I am regular customer of kfc but now I am veri disappointed. Plz help me to come out from this. I want my money back.

                I am at food court Kapil towers isb road
                The person at the counter denied to take order but said he will only take order through swiggy and zomato
                Had to order via swiggy as my kid wants from KFC
                Very sad that I have to order via an external app when at a counter

                  Refund of order

                  I have orderd today from KFC app. while on payment page I selected BHIM UPI to pay the amount but once the amount got deducted after that I did not get an any confirmation massage from kfc and I did not get my order also. They haven't mention anything about refund policy . This is really pathetic from the kfc . I want my refund ₹659.99/-

                  I ordered food dated 9th July, 2022, the moment order was placed.. i started receiving calls from personal kinda number.. stating that they are facing glitch in their app they will be coordinating via personal numbers.. meanwhile tey said the order cannot be processed due to location and soon they will be refunding my paid amount. After several follow-ups they asked me my transaction ID.. as soon as the transaction ID was sent.. i received a SMS stating the food was delivered hope you enjoyed the meal and the review link was attached. Seems really fishy. Attaching my order details..the contact numbers from which I've been getting calls..and order transaction details..Hope to get this thing resolved.

                        KFC Guwahati Airport..It has been 1 month now, KFC has failed to return my amount which was already deducted on[protected]. KFC POS machine has shown time out and the amount was deducted from my account. I have already asked them to refund. But till date no refund was received by me. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Otherwise I have to take legal action and may ask for penalty.

                          I ordered at 9:30 and i recived my half meal at 10:15 and they said sir you can start eating rest they are bringing when ready now till 11.00 o'clock they jus make me wait for ### 3 piece of legs piece and french fries, which was supposed to be served in a combo. And at last that leg piece they served was smelling ### rotten.
                          It's totally disappointing and ridiculous service, at this store this is worsed experience in my 10years of KFC Experience, the service manager and thier quality was worsed, staff were rude and misbehaved in ruthless manner, the staff named as Ashish(ASSISTANT Manager) and Arjun (staff) had no professional service ethics. How can any manager allow these kind of people to work in the store like KFC . This store doesn't deserve KFC Frenchie, the the owner anjanee is reckless and ignores their CUSTOMERs.
                          I m complaining at my last state of resistant, i didn't wanted but it's enough of ignorance, my house is jus behind this store and i was a regular CUSTOMER here but day by day it's quality is getting worsed and worsed.
                          I want these guys beg sorry for misbehaving and the store licence should be cancelled by KFC from this kind of careless and cheap owners.

                              We ordered KFC at 9.12 PM and there were no response after that from the carrier. We tried multiple times to reach both KFC customer service and delivery person, but no one was reachable. After two hours one guy from KFC store called and asked us “can we postpone your order to next day morning” such an irresponsible and idiotic service. This is the worst service I had in my life from such a food supplier. After talking for 30 minutes with a manager (or Manager called guy) they delivered the food at 12 midnight with a compensatory gift of one chicken burger.
                              This is really worst and ridiculous service in my whole life.

                                I tried ordering KFC through the KFC app and made payment through paytm. The Paytm app shows the order was successful but it did not get placed on the KFC app. I tried contacting the KFC feedback page and tried mailing them, even filled out the information in the feedback page with all the details of the issue and I got no response from them.

                                I got a call from an executive on 8th July, 2022 and he asked me for my details and a screenshot of the paytm transaction on WhatsApp and I got the refund credited to my account the same day.

                                  Last month I went to KFC outlet, Sodepur, Kolkata and I placed an order. While doing the payment I asked for QR code and they gave me one QR code and I paid through Amazon Pay. When I showed them the success message the lady told me that there are some problem with Amazon Pay, pay through another method, your money will be refunded within 24 hours to 22days!! I paid 491/- again to get my order. I visited the after 24hours, they told me it will be refunded within 22 days.. Now It is been almost 27 days, I did not receive my refund. I followed them up several times.. Sometimes they told me they will do gpay within 24 hours, sometimes they asked for the bill, sometimes even did not receive the phone.

                                    The receipt no is ORDER# K130W76462 and the receipt shows completed, but I never received my order, neither did I get a notification about my order delivery.

                                    Please resolve this.

                                      My name is Srinivasa Rao Unnam, I placed order from KFC because I had high standards on KFC. The order was placed for my friend on[protected] at around 8pm from your website. The order id was K318W63960 and mobile number given on order was [protected]( which is my friend who expecting order because I promised a treat for the birthday). So after one hour around 9pm same day he called me to tell me he didn't get order but on tracking it showed as its been delivered. So first I have contacted your customer service and they said someone will contact me after 10 minutes, so I waited and no one contacted me so I made call back after 30min and they hung up one and tried 2 times more finally one of branch manager called me and I have explained to him and he requested to proofs and I sent him and he told me he didn't received order and he apologized and told I will get refund. When I got issue resolved it was around 11 pm. Firstly I was so embarrassed because I failed to keep promise because of your mistakes and lateness. Then next day manager called again he told me I will get refund with in 4 to 5 working days. Today I called again after 12 days and I explained to customer service again for the 6 th time and they told they were sorry and they transferred to branch again and some person answered the phone and he told me he can't do anything because his manager was on holiday, so I tried to explain to him again but he only repeating same thing over and over again that he can't do anything. So what the heck I need to do now??????. Totally I lost my respect and love towards kfc due to this incident and my mobile number is [protected]
