I just ordered smokey grilled bucket and zinger burger.they had given me 2 dips of 10gms approx and charged me 95rs extra.once i saw on bill i had been charged for dips .i told the kfc order taker to cancel these dips they said not possible.i was kfc lover but today i am not Satisfied with your service.looting customers.i had been in lots of kfc restaurants in India and in abroad but today i got disappointed.i want you to revert back asap.Even they had given cold chicken.

    On 17th july 2022 at 9:29 pm I have made payment of (Rs 309.01) on KFC app for pick up but payment got deducted and order id not generated, the nearest outlet which they said to pick from RCT mall whose address is
    (Address - Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, near Amrut Nagar, Amrut Nagar, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086)

    Please refund my money I have attached the payment screenshot and passbook of my bank account.

        Sodexo has partnered with Sodexo in 2018, but still why executives are not accepting sodexo card while paying for the order. They are making rude comments and passing obscenities when we asked why they were not accepting the Sodexo card.
        The main purpose of Sodexo is to be used for purchase of food. I want to know why the Ambattur branch in Chennai is not accepting sodexo. If it is not resolved I'll raise a compliant with consumer forum cell. Why should I pay with my credit card even when I hold a Sodexo card with ample money left in it.

            I ordered through KFC app on 13 July 2022 at Vegas Mall Dwarka, Delhi
            The total bill was of Rs.601 and i made the payment through Google pay and payment got deducted but the order was not confirmed than i complaint to the store manager but they ask me to wait for 3-5 days and its been more than that .

              I was placing an order in KFC and paid using gpay. The money was deducted but the order did not get placed. I am unable to call the support as it says all the executives are busy and I am not able to contact through email due to some UI issue

                I have ordered today from KFC app while on payment page I selected UPI option to pay through phone pe but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing error and transaction was stopped there and order was not placed and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹728.99/- ASAP.

                  Today we visited the KFC branch Devyani International Ltd, Vijay Sai Colony, Whitefield Bangalorea around 2.20 pm and ordered the below Items

                  I have made the payment and asked the attendant to give the bill immediately after the payment. She told me that she would give in few mins.

                    I've placed order on KFC app on 8th June 2022 from KFC Hinjewadi near wakad road and my order has been cancelled by your customer care as it was out of their delivery zone and they said the money will be refunded. But there is no response from them.Pls look into the matter immediately.

                      I have purchased kfc chicken today evening from kfc hosa road Bengaluru store. When i took it to home and trying to eat with my kids, we seen 3pieces were inside red/ pink colour on d flush. This looks bad and old chicken..This should be actioned and should not serve old stock chicken to customers.. Invoice no:[protected].i have my bill and kept one piece as sample if at all ypu need an inspection... Tried to upload pictures but didn't work.

                        Hello,
                        I had placed an order via the KFC web portal on 6 July 2022 and paid an amount of 566.98 via Paytm. However, after the amount was deducted from my account, no order was placed. Same day i spoke with KFC customer care executive they said amount will refund in 3-5 days and they provided ticket id:[protected]. But till today i didn't received refund amount.

                          I bought kfc from the last month from the vadodara central mall kfc branch and payment done with upi and unfortunately i paid twice by network issues. I take an complaint about this payment and they told me it will be refund within a week, but till yet don’t get money refund

                            On 12th July 2022, at around 9:30 pm, I made my order for around 485/-
                            At 10 pm, I was called by your employee and they told me that they won't be able to deliver my order.
                            Since, it was late I told him to cancel my order. But I haven't received my refund till now.

                              Recently, I have visited KFC - Jipmer at Pondicherry on July 2, 2022. My friend paid the bill. After that, the next day I received a message to phone stating that to give a feedback on my recent visit to KFC - Jipmer.

                              Though my friend paid the bill and in any cause I didn't involved in giving my number for the bill process. Then how do I received that feedback message with exact location I visited. I didn't even have KFC app in my phone or browser logged in. How can be this is possible to know my location?

                                Issue happend from Kerala/kannur outlet:-
                                We need 16 pc’s kfc and when we approach to the counter, they said there is offer for 20 pc’s and the price is 2020 inr. we said them ok .then we pay the cash and left from the counter.after 5-10 minutes we come back to collect the items then the counter guy said that he is mistake, we have to pay 880inr more for the item.We talk with him about his mistake .Actually we can cancel the order and we can choose MRA restaurant or some other restaurant, but we paid the extra amount and collected the items .Any way we decided that not to buy KFC from ind.Compare to GCC countries, very worst service provided for us
