My order no[protected] dated 27/07/2022 through Swiggy.
I had ordered at 21:47, at around 00:15 Swiggy informed the outlet was closed and the order will not be executed.
I want you to take action on the outlet and report me accordingly.

I have ordered on 27th July 2022 wednesday meal which is worth of 403 /- with ASAP home delivery option on KFC application and payment process complited with UPI id but I didn't receive any order .
Order no N6472D[protected] please give me my money back ASAP...

I placed an order of Rs 468 on 27 July 2022, on the KFC app. The payment was done via Paytm UPI and the amount was deducted from my account but the order was not processed.
Requesting you to provide an update on the refund.

I placed an order July 27 1:02PM. Amount was deducted but order is not placed. Please help.

Hi, today i.e. on 26th July, 2022
I received a message from VM-KFCCHK Saying that my KFC express order is ready in 7 minutes 16 seconds And I can collect that order from a pick up counter of KFC showing the receipt. I got in the link Given In the message itself, I think it was a fraud message and since I opened that message I am worried that it might hack my phone details because I didn’t order anything from KFC.
After sometime I got a message from KFC thanking me for the visit in the KFC branch of Tejpur.
And there is a link attached where I have to fill the feedback but I didn’t open that link since I think it is a fraud message I’m receiving

I have ordered KFC GIFT CARD Worth ₹500 from your website online.kfc.co.in on 20/07/2022 @ 03.10 PM and i done the payment of ₹ 500 through my paytm wallet instantly. But i didn't receive any gift card at yet. So kindly please issue the card or refund my amount to the same payment source. I have attached the details of payment with this email. I wish you solve my problem as soon as possible.

KFC ORDER Placed successful but NOT DELIVERED AFTER PAYMENT - N6472D[protected]
Tried reaching out KFC support team to take action against branch and staff but looks like company support team also joined with local branch and ignored compliant by ignoring emails sent for action to be taken against consent employees and branch....

I am getting messages about order which I have not placed for every 5 mins from QP-KFCIND and QP-KFCCHK....

While placing order online through KFC app the order got canceled after payment. I complained about it asked for refund through their email address as there is no refund policy I didn't know what to do. I did not received any response nor the refund till date.

I had ordered food on dated July 15, 2022 . I made online payment (Net Banking) of Rs 970 .

After the order got placed and after few minutes I get a call from the store saying that the order is cancelled by the Airoli store since it is faraway from the delivery location, though the Airoli store location was by default got selected.

When I asked about refund of money to boy...

Recently i bought a Zinger burger meal contain a burger, fries and a drink from KFC varanasi, when i received the item i was shocked seeing the burger it contains a myonese and a crispy chicken inside a plain bun.

similarly i had burger and smoky grill in Lulu mall Bangalore, same i faced and they served a kind boiled chicken in the name of smoky grill and in burger they asked shall i make it spicy, i said ok when i saw the bill the charge around 40 ra to add the red chilli sause to it which is not worth.

We are waiting with our food to eat but they don’t cleaned the previous eaten food until 15 minutes of waiting ! This worst experience of my kfc ever !

I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number at kfc store moosapet hyderabad
I paid via debit card payment debited order has placed but didn't received the order and after 10 pm it's showing that it's been delivered in the kfc tracking link but i didn't received it
From 8 pm I have been trying calling to moosapet store but they didn't answer my calls
Then I have complaine to kfc team
The number is [protected]
Then they said they will raise the concern and i got call from gopi [protected]
He said we delivery is sent by delivery men but we don't know where he is and we don't have his number...
This is least irresponsible way to run a online delivery app without having any information about the delivery man uh people make us pay through online... To this type of frauds for customers ... Atlest they need to refund my amount but no response from kfc team they are least bothered about it...
Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

I got message that I had ordered KFC Chicken and order will be ready in 0.73 mins on 22/07/2022 at 3:23pm and at the same date 3:56pm again a message came that order confirmed and express pickup in 7 mins but biggest part is i didn't order anything even I don't use apps to buy foods. Then how could this happened? Can KFC order by there own? They need to answer. Or I'll take it to text level....

I did a order through kfc app and selected UPI method for the payment and payed through Google pay 463 Rupees amount is debited from my account but order is not placed.
I need refund for the same ASAP.

Yesterday i tried to order and make payment using UPI option in KFC app, i made the payment in gpay but the order was not placed,

I placed an order on 20th July 2022 worth Rs625, through the KFC app. Payment eas done via UPI (PhonePe) and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP.

I made a order through kfc app and did payment by Google pay. Amount is debited from my account but didn't receive any order number
The order is not placed but amount is debited from my account
I need refund for the same kindly do the needful
