I placed an order on 20th July 2022 worth Rs625, through the KFC app. Payment eas done via UPI (PhonePe) and after the amount was deducted from my account the order was not processed. Please look into it and issue the refund ASAP.

    I made a order through kfc app and did payment by Google pay. Amount is debited from my account but didn't receive any order number
    The order is not placed but amount is debited from my account
    I need refund for the same kindly do the needful

      Good evening
      I placed an order on kfc application from my registered number [protected] at kfc store Vrindavan Lucknow Uttar pradesh
      I paid via upi mode here payment debited but order not placed.
      Attaching screenshot for your reference.
      Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.
      Payment debited from account but order was not placed.
      Please help me to resolve the issue and help me to get refund

          I just ordered smokey grilled bucket and zinger burger.they had given me 2 dips of 10gms approx and charged me 95rs extra.once i saw on bill i had been charged for dips .i told the kfc order taker to cancel these dips they said not possible.i was kfc lover but today i am not Satisfied with your service.looting customers.i had been in lots of kfc restaurants in India and in abroad but today i got disappointed.i want you to revert back asap.Even they had given cold chicken.

            On 17th july 2022 at 9:29 pm I have made payment of (Rs 309.01) on KFC app for pick up but payment got deducted and order id not generated, the nearest outlet which they said to pick from RCT mall whose address is
            (Address - Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, near Amrut Nagar, Amrut Nagar, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400086)

            Please refund my money I have attached the payment screenshot and passbook of my bank account.

                Sodexo has partnered with Sodexo in 2018, but still why executives are not accepting sodexo card while paying for the order. They are making rude comments and passing obscenities when we asked why they were not accepting the Sodexo card.
                The main purpose of Sodexo is to be used for purchase of food. I want to know why the Ambattur branch in Chennai is not accepting sodexo. If it is not resolved I'll raise a compliant with consumer forum cell. Why should I pay with my credit card even when I hold a Sodexo card with ample money left in it.

                    I ordered through KFC app on 13 July 2022 at Vegas Mall Dwarka, Delhi
                    The total bill was of Rs.601 and i made the payment through Google pay and payment got deducted but the order was not confirmed than i complaint to the store manager but they ask me to wait for 3-5 days and its been more than that .

                      I was placing an order in KFC and paid using gpay. The money was deducted but the order did not get placed. I am unable to call the support as it says all the executives are busy and I am not able to contact through email due to some UI issue

                        I have ordered today from KFC app while on payment page I selected UPI option to pay through phone pe but once the amount got deducted after that there payment page showing error and transaction was stopped there and order was not placed and they haven't mentioned anything there about the refund policy, this is really pathetic from KFC I want my refund of ₹728.99/- ASAP.

                          I have made the payment and asked the attendant to give the bill immediately after the payment. She told me that she would give in few mins.

                              I have purchased kfc chicken today evening from kfc hosa road Bengaluru store. When i took it to home and trying to eat with my kids, we seen 3pieces were inside red/ pink colour on d flush. This looks bad and old chicken..This should be actioned and should not serve old stock chicken to customers.. Invoice no:[protected].i have my bill and kept one piece as sample if at all ypu need an inspection... Tried to upload pictures but didn't work.

                                I had placed an order via the KFC web portal on 6 July 2022 and paid an amount of 566.98 via Paytm. However, after the amount was deducted from my account, no order was placed. Same day i spoke with KFC customer care executive they said amount will refund in 3-5 days and they provided ticket id:[protected]. But till today i didn't received refund amount.
