I tried ordering KFC through the KFC app and made payment through paytm. The Paytm app shows the order was successful but it did not get placed on the KFC app. I tried contacting the KFC feedback page and tried mailing them, even filled out the information in the feedback page with all the details of the issue and I got no response from them.

I got a call from an executive on 8th July, 2022 and he asked me for my details and a screenshot of the paytm transaction on WhatsApp and I got the refund credited to my account the same day.

    Last month I went to KFC outlet, Sodepur, Kolkata and I placed an order. While doing the payment I asked for QR code and they gave me one QR code and I paid through Amazon Pay. When I showed them the success message the lady told me that there are some problem with Amazon Pay, pay through another method, your money will be refunded within 24 hours to 22days!! I paid 491/- again to get my order. I visited the after 24hours, they told me it will be refunded within 22 days.. Now It is been almost 27 days, I did not receive my refund. I followed them up several times.. Sometimes they told me they will do gpay within 24 hours, sometimes they asked for the bill, sometimes even did not receive the phone.

      I am Vikas and I have placed an order with KFC, Next Galleria Mall, Puunjagutta, Hyderabad, and payment was also completed. However the order was not delivered.

      The receipt no is ORDER# K130W76462 and the receipt shows completed, but I never received my order, neither did I get a notification about my order delivery.

      Please resolve this.

        My name is Srinivasa Rao Unnam, I placed order from KFC because I had high standards on KFC. The order was placed for my friend on[protected] at around 8pm from your website. The order id was K318W63960 and mobile number given on order was [protected]( which is my friend who expecting order because I promised a treat for the birthday). So after one hour around 9pm same day he called me to tell me he didn't get order but on tracking it showed as its been delivered. So first I have contacted your customer service and they said someone will contact me after 10 minutes, so I waited and no one contacted me so I made call back after 30min and they hung up one and tried 2 times more finally one of branch manager called me and I have explained to him and he requested to proofs and I sent him and he told me he didn't received order and he apologized and told I will get refund. When I got issue resolved it was around 11 pm. Firstly I was so embarrassed because I failed to keep promise because of your mistakes and lateness. Then next day manager called again he told me I will get refund with in 4 to 5 working days. Today I called again after 12 days and I explained to customer service again for the 6 th time and they told they were sorry and they transferred to branch again and some person answered the phone and he told me he can't do anything because his manager was on holiday, so I tried to explain to him again but he only repeating same thing over and over again that he can't do anything. So what the heck I need to do now??????. Totally I lost my respect and love towards kfc due to this incident and my mobile number is [protected]

          I ordered on Tuesday 5th July 2022, for an amount of Rs. 790.01 through the KFC app and yet the order read that payment unsuccessful and however the amount was debited from my account. The order was not confirmed nor was the refund initiated.

            I had placed an order via the KFC app on 4 July 2022 and paid an amount of 3323.03 via ICICI UPI. However, after the amount was deducted from my account, no order was placed via app displaying a failed order.

            No refund was also received for the order.

            Please refund asap

              I placed below mentioned order number yesterday i.e. on 3rd July 2022, but i have not received the same.
              The manager called and confirmed that the order cannot be executed due to the absence of delivery person. But the refund has not been initiated yet.

              I was trying to reach the respective KFC manager of Wagholi pune but i have not received any response.

                    I placed a Dine in order on 26th June at KFC Kumar Pacific Mall, Pune. I used Android application to place an order of one Big 8 bucket and regular Popcorn. I used DISC100 coupon and paid. My order was unsuccessful but money got deducted. Total amount deducted was 563.98. I contacted store manager about this. He told me that i will get a refund in 5-7 working days. I have not yet received the refund

                      I placed an order using the KFC app using a gift card. The money was debited from the gift card but the order was not placed. It prompted something went wrong. I tried calling customer care who said someone will call back for the refund but no one did.
                      I placed the order at around 5.10 on 2nd July.

                        This is the order number [protected] placed through zommatto and KFC at model town provided us the Ultimate bucket in which the chicken strips were not fresh and hard to eat even the other pieces were also over fried.I called at model town but they are not ready to change the bucket.I m very old customer of KFC but very disappointed with the KFC service.Pls pay heed to this complain.

                            Payment Issue with KFC APP

                            Hello i placed an order online for delivery through the KFC App at 2:34 PM on 10th June, 2022 from the KFC store at Pitampura and paid through my Phone Pay UPI Id.

                            Payment Deducted but order was not accepted by the KFC App, then again, then I have placed a another order on KFC App at 2:41 Pm on 10th June 2022, again the same issue, payment deducted from Phone Pay UPI, but order not accepted by KFC App.

                            I had order online in kfc, but my order failed and money got deducted. I called costumer care & they said they raised ticket for refund. It's been 17days from then and I haven't got refunded yet. I called the costumer care 2 times since then, but they only gave word of trust say that the amount will be refund in 5-7 days, but nothing has been done. If i don't get refunded I'll be sewing kfc in court.

                              Today, on 01/07/20222 Myself and 4 other colleagues went to KFC outlet situated in South Kalamassery, Eranakulam, Kerala at 1.30 pm . We ordered food at the same time and they took Rs 1164, out of Rs 450 as cash and Rs 714 from my colleagues credit card . The Cashier /Biller lady informed there were some error to the machine so they could not produce bill . In fact As per KFC manual, if there is no bill, means free food for the particular customer . But we did not claim for such free foods . But when the food was delivered, we knew some of the food that we order was not in the delivered food . We ordered for Burger that cost less than 100 rupees . But we had no bill provided to cross check, in fact . One staff named Mr Amal ( guess he is supervisor ) came to our table and said you had not ordered burger. Then I asked him How we could know the items with out checking the order . Then he insulted us saying 'You dont need to pay for this, its free and i will pay the bill '.Then he went inside and after afew moments one staff brought the food and we ate them ..We did not ask for the bill, yet as we know that there would be problem for the staffs .After having food, i went up to the cashier counter, and wanted to pay for the burger .Then the same person Mr Amal said the bill amount is Rs 564 means Rs 179 per piece and explained its Classic Zinger .Actualy i ordered 3 spicy Burgers but not zingers . Then Mr Amal started to behave rude .He insulted us in front of the customers and shouted at me and abused " You dont need to pay, its free for you " don't you feel ashamed of yourself not paying on your food " etc Actually I was ready to pay the amount even though it was their mistake . During the heat conversation between me and Mr Amal, The manager came down asked what exactly happened . I explained to him and he was very much convinced and he conveyed apology, I paid the amount of Rs 564 by using my card .We were insulted in that shop where about 50 people gathered to have their lunch . .Hence i strongly urged for my first bill of Rs 1164, then the manager told me to wait . After a few minutes, he produced a bill that was printed @2.32 pm ! .We took this order @1.35 pm and that they had technical issue to print the bill.

                              My concern is to take action against the particular employee for ill behavior and against the outlet for poor services

                                  KFC India — payment deducted, but showing error and not refunded yet

                                  I placed an order on 28 june, 2022 on kfc app and paid through amazon pay.
                                  Payment was successful and amount was deducted, but it showed an error on app and order was not placed.
                                  Then i paid for same order in cash and waited for automatic refund.
                                  But since today, i have not received refund of 168 rupees.

                                  I contacted amazon pay and they are saying to show upi payment id to merchant and they will refund.
                                  I contacted kfc india and they are not resolving the issue they keep saying ill get a call from them thet is not happening.

                                  Kindly help me in this

                                    Hello i placed an order online for delivery through the KFC app at 9:15 PM on 29th May, 2022 from the KFC store at Rajouri Garden and paid through my PayTm Wallet
                                    . But the order was never delivered to me .
                                    Order Number was #N5327D[protected] .
                                    The delivery guy was Arjun Kumar . When i called him he said he never picked up the order from the restaurant because the order was assigned to someone else as soon as he received it . When i try to call him now i can't get through to him and even the restaurant doesn't pick up the calls . I tried to get through to customer care but to no avail .
                                    I have attached below the screenshots from my phone depicting how the order is still not completed . I have also attached the screenshots of the messages i got showing that order was dispatched but never reached me . I have also attached a screenshot of the successful payment of the order through my Paytm Wallet .
                                    I have censored my delivery address for privacy .
                                    I request an immediate refund to my Paytm wallet which is linked with the registered phone number [protected].

                                    the day after the incident, I actually wrote an email to [email protected] describing my issue and they were quick to reply and an executive of the Rajouri garden KFC branch ( the one i ordered from ) called me soon after and after i explained my issue, they provided me with an option to either claim a refund or have the same order re-delivered to me at my desired timings . I opted for the second option and succesfully received my order the same day .
