Please be informed that I have ordered the food twice, are reflecting delivered as per your tracking page but suprised that both orders have not delivered to me yet .
I have called to your Customer service desk -KFC Vasant on given number but no one has responded and handled my request.

This is really serious that such service failure and wrong information updation on your page is really standard of KFC ?? and I have been Customer of yours since childhood but never see such standard of any food service provider .

Hence, please look into this and action to be strictly taken for the same .

    KFC food was ordered through Swiggy from KFC outlet at Gariahat. Order consisted of Chicken and Krispers Combo. All my family members who ate that food were totally sick with stomach upset and vomiting including my 10 yr old kid.
    This is completely unacceptable and some serious action needs to be taken.
    KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      So on 11th June I went to my nearest KFC(cc2 kfc) and I've ordered from kfc app using Paytm UPI and I've opted for dine in. The payment request came from KFC and I've completed my payment using Paytm. The amount of 681 rupees got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed. The manager of KFC assured me that the money would be refunded within 3 days. And it's been three days but I didn't receive the refund. I've tried contacting kfc and also the branch I've visited but no response.
      So all I ask for is my refund of rupees 681.

        Someone else used my number to place order

        I got this text messages from kfc visit which I have never visited and never placed any order ..
        Is it any kind of fraud or any error from kfc.

          Today(12 june 2022) I have placed an order on kfc official website but my order not get placed but the payment was successful on the website. I have also get payment successful message from my bank account and the money deducted from my bank account. I have used paytm app for payment. The paytm app also showing that my payment was successful. I have first added money to the paytm wallet then do the payment.

              On 26th April 2022, I placed an order via KFC App of about Rs655/-.But the order was not processed upon which I call them up .The customer executive said because of some technical problem the amount was deducted and will be refunded within 12 to 15 days. i t is going to be almost a month since no refund has been initiated.
              I have been calling there customer care end nos of times and they are replying that some one from the store will call up and the amount will be refunded. But till now call . Please Help me. I have personally visited the shop but no help.

              Finally in October, i decided to approach the consumer court and informed the restaurant, they immediately give me a delivery worth Rs 655/-

                It has been 8months since this outlet in (Bhilai, Chhattisgarh) the putelt doesnt provide more counters to order always there is a long queue and customers are not attend well. When ever being asked why one has to wait for 20-30 mins to just to order, they respond that they arent responsible for that. The waiting and irritation to wait for such long kills the hunger, please be responsible and take immediate action for this outlet in Surya TI mall, Smriti nagar, nehru nagar, bhilai.

                    An order was placed last evening around 6 PM on line at Patna Outlet located at Near Rajapurpul Boring Canal Road, Metro Mall for an amount Rs 769.01 including taxes. The details of the transaction attached. Till now I am yet to get the delivery.
                    I do not want delivery any longer. But have the amount returned plus transaction changes involved therein.

                      Today I order two kfc zinger chicken burgers and large popcorn and chicken wings, but the burger having bad smell and bad taste, the entire food is not fresh very stale, I had vomiting after eating.

                        I ordered a take away from Mah Pun Chikali kfc branch, my order number was 14508. My order contained 2 burgers with cheese. The staff there didn’t add cheese to my burgers, I realised it when I opened the package back at home and returning was not possible. I had to have my burgers without cheese and the experience was awful. I hate my burgers without cheese and worse I had paid for the extra cheese. Please resolve my issue or I’d prefer not to order from KFC ever again.

                            I have placed an order at kfc. Amount was deducted but order was not placed.I tried to contact the outlet but call was not transfered to the outlet and no action was taken from their end.
                            KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I visited Kriti Nagar Branch of KFC IN delhi . With out noticing that lead time of delivery is more than 30m they denied delivery . Unit Head Ms Vandana and delivery girl Ms Mohini had no courtesy to explain delay n were in hurry to refund .

                            This behaviour of staff is not acceptable and showing hurry to get things billed without knowing delivery time

                              I had placed an order to kfc satyam cinema complex janak puri (tel. [protected]) yesterday night dt.08.06.2022 bearing order no. N5306d[protected] at 10.28 pm amounting rs.494.99 paid through paytm which was supposed to be deliver by 11.10 pm but after passing one hour order has not been delivered and when i was trying to track my order on their website it shows some error and my order history shows no order mentioned there. I also try to call them but no phone call has been receivable from their end. After some time i got the miss call message from one number when i talk to them on that number ([protected] ranjeet malik) they informed me that my phone was not reachable so that they cancelled my order without visiting my premises. Also them didn't intimate me about the cancellation. On the above basis i required a compensation from them for being cheated to me.

                                  At 10:41 am, 08th june 2022 I placed order from KFC official application by Debit card.

                                  Details of transaction:

                                  The amount got deducted but I received only part of my order any acknowledgement of order not delivered was not received.

                                  I submitted a complaint on their feedback portal, but again no acknowledgement.

                                  Desirable solution:
                                  1. Refund the amount.

                                      I completed my payment through UPI but my order wasn’t confirmed at the store. I called the customer care executive and they said that there was some technical issues due to which your order was cancelled. It has been 10-12 days I’m calling the customer care everyday but there is no response or any action being taken my them . Literally they are providing the worst customer support. The refund policy takes maximum time of 10-15 days but there is no action taken yet
                                      My total amount was 523 INR. Please issue my refund as soon as possible.
