Salesperson smartly added the dips in my bill without asking me.height of sales pitching wherein you arent giving a damn about how customer react to it, this is the third time it happened to me at Dlf Mall of india

    They refused to explain the combo offer and forced to go for Individual items. I had no other choice and paid the amount. I realised are 10more eligible items with the combo with the same amount I paid. I was ready to pay the difference amount and requested to update the order but they literally rejected it. I lost the money because of them.

      I placed an order 5 June 2022 around 1:23pm from the KFC app. I chose the online payment option and paid through UPI app Google pay. My payment was successful but when I got redirected to the KFC app my order disappeared and when i contacted the restaurant and customer care they said no order is placed from my phone number. One customer care executive said the team will call you in 15 mins to talk about the issue and refund. But no one called. This is very disappointing and I feel like I've been cheated

        I ordered from the kfc app and paid through paytm. The money was deducted but I received no confirmation from the kfc app. I tried to contact the customer care but there was no response. I have all the necessary transaction details with me if needed.

        I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON THEIR FEEDBACK WEBSITE AND THREATENED THEM I WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION IF THEY DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. WITHIN 2 HOURS, I GOT A PHONE CALL, AND THEY TOLD ME TO SHARE THE TRANSACTION DETAILS ON A WHATSAPP NUMBER. I SENT THEM THE DETAILS, AND AFTER TWO DAYS, I GOT THE REFUND.

            I am Venkat from Vijayawada. On 01/06/2022 I was ordered to KFC Machilipatnam of Rs. 392 but I didn't confirmed the order but amount was debited.             Didnt receive my refund

            Address: Kfc patiala in leela bhawan market

            I paid for my order at kfc patiala through paytm from which money of rs 771 was transfered to kfc sapphire account still staff said tgey didnt receive and i will get my refund although it was showing to be transferred succesfully...
            I had to pay through cash after that for same order but didnt receive my refund for payment done online till today..
            I asked them tgey gave a no where i need to file complaint i shared everythibg...

                  Hi,
                  We have KFC outlet in JNTU metro. I tried to eat there 3 to 4 times. Store timing is 11. But whenever I reach it by 11, they always say it will 30 more minutes to take the order. Then why the open timing is 11?

                    Had placed an order in the KFC app, the payment was done via UPI(Google pay), but the order was not placed and the page went back to the checkout. Apparently I had paid for something that I didn’t get at all. Need the refund ASAP. The bill was ₹687.52.

                        We came to kfc restaurent here in hyderabad, moosapet, and we orderd menu they charged 1049 rs and they didnt given bill and here in the store so humid not here these people not even turn on the ac wn i ask for they didnt give proper rly too and ive made my payment through scanner

                          Dear Sir

                          On[protected], being order No. 320W32259, after receiving payment your man/ agent refused to deliver said order rather asked me my order Id and account details. I did not share on a ground of privacy. After a long time when I could not able contact your authority I check my order status and find that order has been cancelled and the amount will be refund within 7 business days. Till day the amount has not been refunded.

                          Now due this harassment I have decided to knock the door of consumer forum for redress of my money along with compensation within 7 days from this communication.

                            Ordered kfc mingles bucket through kfc app but the order not delivered and restaurant is neither responding nor giving any update on the order. app also does not show any details of order in order history. the kfc customer care number is also non responsive.

                                KFC Besant Nagar, Chennai denied delivery because they had no rider after that I have been calling them for my refund but I am not sure what is going on. Why can't they send an email confirmation? When will I get my money back?

                                  Hi Team, I ordered 1 zinger meal box with Pepsi, 4 pcs chicken wings and 2 medium chicken pop corn. But I did not receive the 2 pcs chicken wings which was already part of the zinger meal. Also, the zinger burger did not have lettuce in it. I had to wait for so long to place the order as there was only 1 counter open with so many customers flowing in. The person who took my order added extra dips which I did not even order. Later I checked and cancelled it. This was an annoying experience especially on a weekend.

                                    I had ordered some items, on KFC online, on14.05.2022 around at 8:30 to 9:00 PM but due to some technical issues order had got cancelled but Rs.729.01 has been deducted from my account.

                                    It has been more than 14 days, while the return policy has shown that the amount will be refunded within three days but still i didn't get back money.
