Please provide me as much information as possible because my order is not confirmed, didn't get any email or massage but payment gets deducted from my account.
I've ordered my meal from kfc app and i also complete my payment. For payment i choose upi payment and after entering my upi id i follow the payment steps. Then i got a message about the money debited from my account but there is nothing about my order's conformation.
I've called kfc and they asked my number and told me that there's no order.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi Team KFC,
    On 14th April at 09:03 pm, I had was trying to place an order via KFC App, Money of rs : 530.01 got deducted from my bank account through GPay UPI, but order was not placed successfully. I spoke to the restaurant who asked me to check online for refund request via KFC app. However, Could not find any option to put a request for refind in the KFC App. So, this request in this forum is for the refund of my case of order...

    I ordered food from KFC app worth Rs. 493.01 on 15-April-2022 at 02:20 PM. Money got deducted from my account but order was not provided. I called KFC customer care multiple times but they said either you will get call or we are transferring your call.
    No one called or gave solution to the problem. This is such an harassment.

      I had a bad experience (05th Feb 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 1308.01, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect.

        I ordered food from KFC online app. The app shows that the order has been delivered but I haven't recieved any order. The payment was through Paytm and money has been deducted from the app.

          I placed order from kfc app but order didn't got placed and amount got debited, I am filing FIR for the same, it's been 19 days I am taking follow up regarding refund. These guys are using my hard earned money. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected].

                    On 31st March i placed an order at KFC spot18 store and paid the amount using UPI payment gateway. But the order didn't got placed upon escalation they told me that the amount will get refunded within 3 days. It's been over 7 days yet i have not received any refund. I have all the amount debit proof also i have raised this issue on thier email id. Taken several follow up on email and customer care number. Didn't refunded my money.

                      I have Ordered Ultimate Saving Bucket Through KFC app from Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai Now. I made Payment Through UPI app Google Pay and Money Got Debited Successfully But it is not reflected in KFC app and Order is Not Confirmed.

                      I need My Money Refund as soon as possible.

                      This is a not acceptable issue from KFC side because Money is also Paid and Order is not Confirmed. Fully Wasted My time in One order issue. I need my money back fastly

                        A staff at kfc mistreated me. She done this twice as I visited there.She is misbehaved with me and was attituded and not even asked sorry. I'm really disappointed. KFC should teach their staff that how should they behave with the customer and treat them equally.

                            As informed to you that it has been over a month and the balance refund of rs 388.99 has not yet been paid to me.
                            Would like to know what are the possibilities of me getting back my money?
                            Shocking that no one even bothers to respond. Your silence is deafening. Please let me know immediately on the refund. Would it be initiated this year or next year

                              They are working against their company policy, of drinks refill policy, the staffs are shouting while we ask for the drink refill. They are telling that the policy is not valid for indian market, and we had very bad experience with KFC...

                              It is almost a month and I am yet to receive the balance amount of Rs 688.99
                              I have already informed that I had paid two payments of Rs 688.99 each and food was not delivered.
                              While it took almost 3 weeks to get one refund, the 2nd one is still pending. Please let me know when can I expect to receive the balance amount of Rs 688.99
                              I have already shared screenshots of payments done by me as well as a screenshot of one refund.
                              Appreciate if the balance amount is sent to me without any further delay.

                                  On 1 st April at 7:43 pm, I ordered a burger of rs : 104.01, Money Got deducted from my bank account through PAYTM UPI, but ordered was not placed . I want my refund back. I also talked at counter they told that money will refunded by tomorrow. still its not done.

                                    I placed an order at 10:56pm on 1st April with order value of 379.99. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. Despite money being transacted from the app itself, neither a confirmation message nor a refund message was given.
