Hi Team,

I have visited KFC outlet in Logix City Center Mall, Sector 32 Noida on 22 April 2022, I placed an order which cost 398, I scanned the QR code for payment. It took a while for the payment, but when I showed the payment confirmation to the sales person he said the payment is not being shown in his system. After a while his supervisor came and said we will raise a complaint to revert your transaction. I did some follow up but my money has not been reversed till date.
Kindly do the needful.

    Order #K475W01247
    On 6/04/22, I ordered,
    1. All chicken box
    2. 2 Veg Krispy Burgers
    from KFC, Diphu, Karbi Anglong, payment of Rs 1095.98 already paid online, but later the staff told that they do not have the ingredients for the 2 Burgers, so I was asked to cancel the order(payment done) and was told that refund will happen in a week but it has not happen till now 17 days from the day of order. So I request to look into the matter, please.

      I got the below SMS and for the order that I never placed., Why my number is used for someone else order.
      did someone used my number for his order to avoid his expense record?
      Why and how did this happen. ?

        Payment done but order failed, still no refund

        I placed my order from the kfc app on 19 april 2022, i did the payment through UPI, i payed the amount but the order failed. So i applied for a refund but still didnt get it. The customer care executive gave me a number to contact the manager but my calls were not answered. I want my refund...

        I placed order through KFC website, payment got deducted but order was not placed and i havent got the refund also.

          I placed my order today and paid with Paytm UPI. ₹475.01 was deducted but later on checkout it came something along the lines of " sorry for the inconvenience your order has not been placed" . Please refund me for the same. Pathetic service

            Friday 15th april ordered food at KFC hi-tech City after eating food fell sick . Food was not hygienic after eating I was ill due to the improper food

              On March 23 2022 1:22 pm, I had placed an order via the website and completed online payment of the same using UPI (Approve to pay mode). The amount was debit but transaction not reversed. On contacting the Bank, they have said that they have tried to contact the merchant (KFC) but merchant refused to reverse the funds.
              Amount 444.99

              Hence I had to repay and reorder. Please refund my money asap. Merchants are liable to pay compensation also as per RBI norms if money is not reversed within RBI given timelines.

                Please provide me as much information as possible because my order is not confirmed, didn't get any email or massage but payment gets deducted from my account.
                I've ordered my meal from kfc app and i also complete my payment. For payment i choose upi payment and after entering my upi id i follow the payment steps. Then i got a message about the money debited from my account but there is nothing about my order's conformation.
                I've called kfc and they asked my number and told me that there's no order.

                  On 14th April at 09:03 pm, I had was trying to place an order via KFC App, Money of rs : 530.01 got deducted from my bank account through GPay UPI, but order was not placed successfully. I spoke to the restaurant who asked me to check online for refund request via KFC app. However, Could not find any option to put a request for refind in the KFC App. So, this request in this forum is for the refund of my case of order...

                  I ordered food from KFC app worth Rs. 493.01 on 15-April-2022 at 02:20 PM. Money got deducted from my account but order was not provided. I called KFC customer care multiple times but they said either you will get call or we are transferring your call.
                  No one called or gave solution to the problem. This is such an harassment.

                    I had a bad experience (05th Feb 2022) with my order through KFC APP. Payment to Sapphire Foods India Limited was successful for Rs 1308.01, however order was not placed. Tried contacting to customer Care 8 to 10 times but had a poor experience as they promised without any effect.

                                  On 31st March i placed an order at KFC spot18 store and paid the amount using UPI payment gateway. But the order didn't got placed upon escalation they told me that the amount will get refunded within 3 days. It's been over 7 days yet i have not received any refund. I have all the amount debit proof also i have raised this issue on thier email id. Taken several follow up on email and customer care number. Didn't refunded my money.

                                    I have Ordered Ultimate Saving Bucket Through KFC app from Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai Now. I made Payment Through UPI app Google Pay and Money Got Debited Successfully But it is not reflected in KFC app and Order is Not Confirmed.

                                    This is a not acceptable issue from KFC side because Money is also Paid and Order is not Confirmed. Fully Wasted My time in One order issue. I need my money back fastly
