I had placed an order on 20 th June but could not be delivered as the say my number was unreachable . I then requested for refund and the money has not yet been refunded it is more than 4 days

      I am based in Goa and had visited KFC in Porvorim and Panjim. Both the places I was refused to accept the Sodexo payment, when they are clearly listed in Sodexo Merchant's list.

        I ordered on 18th June 2022. Till date 19th June I didn't received my order which is really pathetic service. Tired multiple times to call them nobody received my call [protected].

          Yesterday I was ordering biryani for Rs 531 at 10.30 pm after that I choose Paytm as a payment option and also I paid the amount. My amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet but my order isn't placed. Also, my refund was not until initiated.

            The employee didn't give the bill after making the purchase, despite writing numerous mails, there has been no resolution, and now one person claiming to be the employee calls and asks me to come to the store again to collect the bill which is not practical. what can be done here?

              I ordered from kfc app on 09.06.22 n my payment was done but thay didn't take my order I call on kfc helpline they sent me an email to send payment details on it I sent them the payment details that they gave me the manager number of KFC store, I also sent them the payment details Shore manager told me, my refund will come within seven days Its been over 7 days now. but my refund not back

                Very nad experience every time i order from them… they show the order status delivered 30 minutes before the actual delivery and have no resolution to any complaint… money refund policy should be imposed to them if customer is not satisfied with them… WORST EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

                  We have been orderding many a times from kfc but the order is never on time and the company has no policy to refund the amount if the customer is harassed to such extent… I demand shutting dowm of KFC from india… pathetic service and customer complaint resolving policies.

                    I ordered Rs 850 worth food from KFC via KFC app using phonepe. The phonepe showed successful transaction. It was maid to UPI ID given by kfc app and is towards yumrestaurantindia.[protected]@hdfcbank and UPI reference number is[protected]. Inspite of successful transaction my order was declined by KFC. I need instant refund of 850 Rs.

                      I am lodgng this complaint from KFC Chandanngar, West Bengal, India. Employee name: Piyali. This mentioned employee misguided us in buying an item which we weren't supposed to take. I clearly mentioned that I want 3 normal Classic Chicken Krisper without anything else as topping in it. But she included mayo eggless for all 3 burgers. When asked to change the bill she purposely printed it and told us that it may not be changed again. Then she misbehaved with us and told we were liars. We arrive at this outlet almost 2 times every week and this kind of behaviilour cannot be tolerated.

                          KFC food was ordered through Swiggy from KFC outlet at Gariahat. Order consisted of Chicken and Krispers Combo. All my family members who ate that food were totally sick with stomach upset and vomiting including my 10 yr old kid.
                          This is completely unacceptable and some serious action needs to be taken.

                            So on 11th June I went to my nearest KFC(cc2 kfc) and I've ordered from kfc app using Paytm UPI and I've opted for dine in. The payment request came from KFC and I've completed my payment using Paytm. The amount of 681 rupees got deducted from my account but the order was not confirmed. The manager of KFC assured me that the money would be refunded within 3 days. And it's been three days but I didn't receive the refund. I've tried contacting kfc and also the branch I've visited but no response.
                            So all I ask for is my refund of rupees 681.

I have also get payment successful message from my bank account and the money deducted from my bank account. I have used paytm app for payment. The paytm app also showing that my payment was successful. I have first added money to the paytm wallet then do the payment.

                                      On 26th April 2022, I placed an order via KFC App of about Rs655/-.But the order was not processed upon which I call them up .The customer executive said because of some technical problem the amount was deducted and will be refunded within 12 to 15 days. i t is going to be almost a month since no refund has been initiated.
                                      I have been calling there customer care end nos of times and they are replying that some one from the store will call up and the amount will be refunded. But till now call . Please Help me. I have personally visited the shop but no help.

                                        It has been 8months since this outlet in (Bhilai, Chhattisgarh) the putelt doesnt provide more counters to order always there is a long queue and customers are not attend well. When ever being asked why one has to wait for 20-30 mins to just to order, they respond that they arent responsible for that. The waiting and irritation to wait for such long kills the hunger, please be responsible and take immediate action for this outlet in Surya TI mall, Smriti nagar, nehru nagar, bhilai.
