@kfc Today we purchased KFC from DL mahavir enclave New Delhi around 1:49pm. It was not properly cooked and without spices. It was a simple fry chicken with maida. Moreover, fry was uncooked. We tried kfc during last 3 months and it was of same kind.
Paper bag was smell rotten....

Dear KFC, your service manager of PHOENIX UNITED MALL ALAMBAGH is a bad person who misbehave with a customer. Plz make a action for him otherwise I will go to the consumer forum....

Thisis vamshi krishna, i had placed kfc online delivery in kfc india app on January 5th, which is worth of 494 RS/-.I had paid money through paytm but after that the order was not placed in kfc app, when i called to customer care of kfc they are saying you will get return of money in 10 days, but i need confirmation about this issue and a clarity that will i receive my money back or not ....

Bought chicken from kfc. I am deeply unsatisfied by the services of kfc in Malleshwaram Mantri square mall. The children was totally raw. It was totally uneatable. total waste of money. They made me wait 40 mts for the chicken, yet they gave me half cooked chicken that was so bad in taste that i had to put it to trash. I had never expected this from a brand like KFC....

I have order Chicken & Krispers Combo and Large Fries but i dint recieve PEPSI which is a part of Chicken & Krispers Combo. Charging for an item and not delivering it is a huge shame.

I am Pratibha Kumar, placed order on 27/12/2021 from mobile no. [protected] and amount got debited from my Paytm UPI but again I was redirected to cart where order was not placed and payment required so I made another payment through Paytm wallet .
Kindly check and reverse my payment to Paytm UPI .

First the delivery got delayed then the delivery person called he said he reached on the address he was in bandra West the address which I gave was in bandra East

I have placed online order through KFC app. The order is not received. Bad experience and there is no way to know what happened. I demand proper compensation for this kind of customer experience. Order no K169W56099...

I try ordering food in the kfc online website and payed the money by Paytm wallet to sapphire foods india private limited and the money got deducted but the food is not ordered and is still in my cart! Here is a photo showing I paid with order id...

I had a worst experience today (31st December 2021) and never expected such kind of pathectic support system from top brand like KFC.
I ordered ultimate savings bucket and chicken zinger using KFC app and choosed pickup option as delivery was not available. I paid the amount using paytm and i got confirmation SMS that my order has been successfully placed along with pickup time. I rushed to the outlet just to hear...

I purchased today as per invoice and my takeaway package which was supposed to contain 8+8 pieces of fried chicken had only 11. 5 pieces less than what I paid for. I want the balance five pieces to be given to me....

Ordered food . promised delivery time was 8.30pm.. but delivery never happend..

Hi, I ordered kfc Aventura mall Amritsar, on 31st December 2021, at 7:57 pm. And while I am still writing the complaint at 10:13pm I didn't got my order..I ordered through the kfc app. Neither they pick up the call nor they have any other number of the restaurant. Now I have to send someone to pick the order. I know it is 31st Dec, bit they must have called that they cannot deliver so that I would have ordered from somewhere else or went...
