I placed an order on the 1st September in Police Bazar Shillong through the KFC app. I had paid for the food but my order was not delivered, and I was contacted by the manager, her name is Normalin Lyngkhoi, she promised the refund but failed to comply. She was rude and incompetent. I never expected this from an international brand. Please resolve this issue!...

I have placed an order on 3rd October 2021 at 10:46 pm via KFC app. My payment was deducted and I received order confirmation on my email address as well. However, I have not received my order yet. Neither do I see anything in the order history in my app.

I order from KFC, on 2nd October 2021. My account got debited of Rs. 792.01 and order was not confirmed. Again I made another transaction of same amount than I could place the order. I received an Invoice message form KFC. I never ordered anything from KFC. I don't know whether the message is from real KFC or some web security threats.
If the message is from KFC, then how the hell did they got my number?...

Hi, i made an order for 3268 and due to a technical issue Kfc debited the amount but could not place the order . U immediate made another order which was placed and I got a message say REFUND IS INITIATED IN A MESSAGE AND MY EMAIL !! It’s been 20 days and since nothing had been refunded !!! I got to the erode Kfc and they said they will talk to their financial team !!! I showed them my bank statement as of 26/9/21. And said they are following!!!...

They served tomato sauce in small packets, and I really disappointed, even in local fast food hotels provide a tomoto sauce in a big bottles, and this is international fast food hotel(KFC), they provide sauce in small pockets and it's hard to eat with potato fries and all type of chicken foods and its very small amount, not enough for a full chicken burger and potato fries.
