I have raised a complaint to kfc online regarding the food which I brought yesterday from kfc store Vijayawada the company told the store call back me today and ask the detailes of food.but the is worst it’s not cooked properly and moreover because of the food I stomach got upset and I need to go hospital

    I ordered from Kfc app on 17 the October at around 5.50pm. My money got deducted from my bank but in app there is no sign of order. I refreshed it but everytime i open kfc app i logged out automatically & have to login again & again. I called customer care & it reached somewhere in Tamil Nadu (i am from Agartala, Tripura) & they told me they'll connect me to another customer care but they end the call. Then after i tired many times but no response & i even emailed them but NO response. Its been 12 days now i still didn't receive any refunds. & today i.e 29 October i again called the customer care & after calling many times i have to beg them to listen to me & after that they forwarded my ph no. To another center. & i got a call. The executive told me that ill receive a call from kfc agartala but didn't receive any call. I waited 15 / 20min as he said to wait. But its 1 hour now but no response. Is it how kfc customer care works. Kindly refund my money asap. I am really dissappointed.

      I have given an order from KFC app from mobile no ([protected]) today at 1.13pm from Kolkata and scheduled it for delivery at 3.30 pm. Now the money got deducted from my account but I can't see my order placed in the app and in the website and also haven't got any order confirmation msg from KFC. Pls help me to refund the amount.

        On 24Oct 2021, i placed a KFC order online for which i paid online via UPI using my Paytm app, with kotak bank. The amount got deducted for, but the order wasn't placed then. And thus i have no order confirmation. But the customer care says order was successful and Kotak needs beneficiary account bank statement

          Hi, I would like to make a complaint against KFC India. On 17th Oct 2021, I had ordered 2items (through KFC India website) and made the payment of Rs.809.01 through paytm service on their website. The amount of Rs.809.01 got debited from my bank account but then the order wasn't accepted. I didn't receive any msg or email from Kfc related to my order. I called kfc India customer care many times but nobody picked up. I have also filled your contact form so many times on your website but nobody contacted me. So, I contacted the paytm customer care, they said the issue is with the kfc India so I need to contact them. But how can I contact KFC india as I tried to do so but unable to reach customer care. It has been more than 10days now I have been waiting for my money.
          Please find attached doc for your perusal. And kindly refund the amount.

          Ok. I have called kfc customer care and even filled their contact form so many times but I haven't heard anything from them.
          I hope they resolve this issue here.

          had ordered a meal from kfc and paid with the help o[censored]PI the amount from the account is debited but haven't received the confirmation of the order nor received the amount back. Please look in to this matter as the kfc helpline numbers never respond.

            We ordered na d paid through your website the amount of 1928/- and it has been debited from our account transaction reff:[protected],
            But we waited for an ackowdgement it did not happen,
            Later we contacted the customer service and informed the about the situation he point blankly replied we have a technical problem and you need to order and pay again
            very unfortunate answer so I asked him to put me on to your manager he bluntly refused saying that he cannot
            later I asked him about my paid order what will happen he said within 11 days you will get it.
            so again I odered and paid from swiggy the amount of 1998/- and I got the order

            Dated 18 Oct 20121

            till date I have not got the refund nor any feedback from anyone
            very sad Yum works like this in India

              If there is kfc branch it should have parking too ...if there kfc it should have all items too with out all items why did you kept the branch at Vijayawada mg road...they behaved rudely at parking they are not having proper maintenance

                Unable to download invoice

                I am unable to download a copy of my invoice for my order placed from the KFC App on the 20th Oct 2021. The email I received does not have a break up or exact details of all products, tax etc.
                I need the invoice with proper break up of price for each item, GST etc.

                    Last Thursday I had kfc chicken vikravandi toll they gave me old chicken.. vomit and stomach pain .. my health become very bad

                      Refund it back
                      KFC Ranchi, Ordered from KFC app, amount got deducted but order not confirmed when talking to customer care executive they denied to return money back.

                      Beware of these kinds of frauds. Even we'll known apps like KFC are committing frauds.

                        Got a mail from KFC asking for my contact information and the name of the nearest KFC near me. after getting a call from that KFC. they inquired about my issue then asked me to send the transaction ID-related screenshot. got my refund after 2 days.

                          Today morning around 11 am -11.15 am, I visited KFC Outlet at Orion Mall, Brigade Gateway.
                          I ordered 12 pc boneless strips for Rs.350 as take away. Payment was made by my credit card.

                          The items were packed and given to me.

                          When I opened the package at home around noon, I found there only 8 pcs, instead of 12 pc ordered by me.

                          If you check your CCTV records or inventory, you can confirm my report.
                          Pl check and revert.

                            After the pandemic, we r in fear to be close contact with others, but here the line of public is not maintained and it took 20 mins to complete the payment order of 6 person. There was only one counter to the whole kfc branch. We are here to eat not to wait just for conforming our order.

                                  I had kfc burger from bangalore airport on 23th September, the burger bread was completely rotten..after eating I was not feeling good and vomited instantly.. then onwards I was not feeling good and always feeling a pain in stomach so I consulted doctor ..she said its because of stomach infection from the burger bread. Its been a month they problem is still not resolved.I swear I will not go for KFC in my life.

                                    I had placed order through KFC online twice on 29-Sep-2021 and the payment was deducted through Google pay for 783 each . I didn't receive any order and when I spoke to customer care, they said there is technical issue and will be refunded. I received refund of one payment. However the second one is still pending. And any time I speak to customer care, they keep saying they will arrange call back in 15 mins. But I haven't received any single call from KFC guys.

                                    When I reached out to the store guy, he said he has raised complaint and I have also sent email. But its been almost 19 days and I haven't received my refund amount yet.
