I had placed an order on the 7th of February using their app, the store calls and said they don't deliver to my location and they will cancel the order and process my refund. Till now it's not been processed. I have been calling the customer care they are not responding correctly. Nor are they aware the order was cancelled

    I have been trying to place the order in KFC official app and done payment of around 900 rs.Order was placed from two numbers.I have contacted many times to customer care regarding this and the outlets they have been saying order was unsuccessful due to technical issues from your end.its so irritating and there is no refund initiated from your end till now.
    Iam attaching the order details and payment from paytm screen shot.its clear from screenshot there is two payment done for kfc from my paytm.kindly do check and process the refund.

        Payment Failure

        I was ordering on 8 feb 2021 i chose amazon pay upi for payment there transaction was successful but on kfc app i have seen a msg for seconds that order failed. And finally order not placed.

        It is about 1 hr i didn't get refund for this. Kindly help

        I ordered multiple items including one chicken zinger from KFC. But while me and my daughter eating time, we noticed that inside the chicken zinger, there was a waste of portion of eaten apple. I have attached the screenshot. KFC order number:K[protected]; POS NoT14815. Store Address : Door No 001, QRS Mall Square, Mahathma Gandhi Rd, opposite Raymond Showroom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695001. In this covid time this issue is a very high problem. I contacted store manager Mr. Selvan. But very disappointed behaviour from his side. Please take high action against this store.           Hi,

          I would like to say that today I went to KFC which is in khatauli (Entertainment mall).
          I ordered for chicken pieces but there is something wrong with the food and its like a stale food and not as per standard of KFC ...

          Hope you will correct this in future or I have to go somewhere else as there is lots of option for the same...

          I like KFC because of the unique standard..

                Today i ordered frok your KFC Branch at kakinada east godavari district belongs to andhrapradesh state ie.wednesday bucket through Zomato.in said time order received but in that order one of the chicken joint cooked with thread and my family really shocked after see that type of food from KFC.i need specific answer from KFC.

                  I ordered veg combo from KFC App and paid to YUM restaurants through phone pe.
                  My order was not delivered.
                  I have been calling to lodge complaint about the same at various helpline numbers but unable to connect to any of it.
                  This is highly disappointing cheating on someone's money.
                  I need my money back at the earliest.
                  How can a brand like KFC be cheating it's customers!!!
                  Dreadful...
                  Need my refund and won't ever order again.

                    First Online order was placed on KFC website on 23rd Jan 2021 Saturday at 5:40pm; message received from KFC at 5:41pm that the order didn't go thru and they are trying to Push the same. Then I called up customer care, wherein they stated that the order is not placed and Refund will be processed within 72 Hrs. Value was INR. 1, 789.50. And they suggested we try again to place the order.

                    Second Online order was placed on KFC website on 23rd Jan 2021 Saturday at 5:52pm; message received from KFC at 5:53pm that the order didn't go thru and they are trying to Push the same. Then I called up customer care again, wherein they stated that the order is not placed again and Refund will be processed within 72 Hrs. Value was INR. 1, 789.50.

                    So two Refunds are pending after 91 Hours. and value of INR. 1, 789.50 x 2 times.
                    KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      I am going to eat food KFC in erramanzil metro mall nimis beside

                      That's chicken 🍗 it's black colour and it's smell, I am asking shope keeper and cook told blood is there so it' small and heating very high temperature 🌡️. It's very bad experience so bad, I don't eat.

                            Me and my friends visited KFC Srinagar. My friend got a terrible belly ache (name withheld due to conservative laws) and it has been 3 days, his faeces are as liquid as ‘tip tip barsa paani’. We all had terrible stomach too but it passed with the wind. Please take this complaint seriously.
