Payment done but order was not placed

I order online from KFC website and paid through NetBanking and the amount was deducted from my account but order was not placed. There is no help section and customer care number provided in the app or website. I want refund as soon as possible and an answer as well. I request kfc to stop fooling people like this as you charge high for food and the quality of service is pathetic. I ordered for the first time and got worst customer experience....

I ordered food from online app(KFC food delivery app). Payment was done through Phonepe to Yum restaurant private limited.

Transaction was successfully done, but my order did not proceed and it says my order is still in cart.
I request you Refund back my money....

I have placed an order for 434 rs and made the payment with paytm. The money has been deducted but the merchant transaction shows pending. I have not received the food nor got my refund....

Prepaid online Order not received

I placed an order online(order number: 7088) on 16th October, 2020 at 9:52pm through the KFC app and it was supposed to reach me by 10:37pm. But it’s 11:36pm now and it still hasn’t reached me and there’s been no calls or any information being provided to me from their end about the order. The call isn’t connecting to them and it was a prepaid order through Paytm so I urge a reimbursement. This behaviour at the company’s part is...

Order not delivered yet need refund

I ordered a KFC 6 strip and popcorn from the KFC app. I paid via google pay.
I have the receipts. The delivery was meant to be in Surat.
The order never reached and all the KFC complaint numbers are invalid. The app isn't working.
I need my money back and also a compensation for keeping my brother hungry....

Unaccepted service by KFC delivery

I placed an order of food delivery using kfc app on 14 Oct [protected]@7.pm for INR 749.99. The commitment was to deliver my order by 8pm. I waited until 9.30pm but still the food was not delivered. At around 9.45pm I got a call from delivery person. Since I waited enough I did not accept the food delivery due to below reasons.
1. The food was cold and become soft
2. Disappoint caused due to lack of commitments by KFC

Ordered once but amount got debited twice

Hi team,
I made an order today in KFC and due to some network issues first time my order wasn't placed (Airtel money ) and so I did second time from my debit card .. later I noticed that amount has been debited twice from my account for only one order..
Please look into it...

Refund for money deducted

Good evening. I placed an order on the KFC application from my mobile. I paid via UPI mode payment. Money debited but order not placed.

Please look into it and make the refund as soon as possible.

I made online order for KFC product for which I also made online payment. After getting dispatch confirmation SMS I got a call from the delivery boy that please come half way to pick up your order, it will take some time. Already an hour has been passed but no revert from KFC. Now again I got a call from the delivery boy that there is a traffic issue. Will take some time to reach and delivery.

Order Refund

Address:KFC RBD Raja Bazaar

I made a delivery order on 23rd of September from KFC app and the restaurants was KFC RBD Raja Bazaar, Patna
I received a call after an hour from them that my order will take another 2 hours to deliver so asked them what else can be done so they cancelled my order stating that i will receive my refund in some days but I have not even after 16 days....

Hi,

I have visited DSL virtue mall in Uppal Hyderabad on 3rd October 2020. I went to KFC and made an order of INR 864.00. First I tried paying with my debit card of standard chartered bank. The sales person told me that the transaction is failed so, I have paid using Paytm and collected the order.

When I checked my account I saw that INR 864.00 debited from my account towards KFC purchase which is actually failed....

Order cancelled money refund delayed

On 24th sep i kept a order from KFC but order got cancelled and my money is debited rs798 .and i told that money will be refunded in 5 to 8 days but now 11days passed still no refund has happened and from two days they are not even replying ..the only replies i got is plz have patience our team willreach you .they are repeatedily saying this but no refund is happening

I had placed order for Mingle BucketDe. I noticed that one item Popcorn Reg was missing from the sealed packet. Also, delivery person was very rude. May I know that how I am going to be compensated for missing item. This was my very first order with you so feeling very sad....

I'm a one ur regular customer but todays experience was worst. The Burger which i had recived was without lettuce in it and hardly mayonnaise... Chicken was hard to chew

I had placed a order and amount has been successfully paid by Paytm ([protected]) and as per Paytm it has been successfully forwarded to KFC but I could not get my takeaway order at KFC Store. As per them they did not receive any order for me.
