Free zinger Burger missing

Dear Concern,
Have ordered Wednesday bucket today through website, but haven't received the free zinger burger, as its showing with every offer free zinger is available. If you people are not providing the free offer what you claim then what's the need of the website. And as discussed with the Lake mall person, they said there was a tick option to avail the free burger, which may be I haven't ticked while placing order, but again...

Our location is parnashree Behala and our nearby kfc is sakherbazar KFC and We were trying to order kfc for order since last 6 days. however it is always showing kfc is temporarily closed.

When I contacted in sakherbazar KFC store. They had given me a landline number for oder the kfc and they are taking order and doing delivery the same location.

My question is that why KFC is considering to take order manually and not in online.

It is quite difficult for us to give order manually. We are unable to check anything. Manual order we are getting stuck to give order.

I hope issues have been resolved soon and we are able to give order online.

    People here are so worthless and donf have minimum time sense to deliver or call the customer and inform have no curtosy .. managment is worse and never never nsver order from KFC app its the worst app i have eber seen and have no.updates on anything ..

        Hi,
        I placed an order through kfc website on November 8th at 12.40pm. My order number is K231E17205, which was handled by KFC center at Kadri Mall, Mangalore. The delivery guy is saying he is not responsible for refund since they are outsourced by KFC only for delivery, where as KFC outlet is saying they only give the order to delivery guy and they are not responsible after that. I have received a mail from kfc that order is delivered, where as I have not received my order and even the amount is not refunded by KFC.
        Request you to do the needful.

          I ordered twice from kfc app for take away from kfc store in CMR central, visakhaptnam..once i did payment from netbanking nd once from google pay..money was deducted but order not placed in both the cases ..

              Receipt not received

              My order no is 5719 on 6/11/20 at adajan l.p savani kfc surat.
              Sir i have ordered online via kfc app during delivery i did not received bill so i went back to kfc for bill and they provided me my bill copy and then i received message on my mobile that order has been cancelled. Still i have my order i dont know what happed and why they did not send me bill with delivery person....

                      I placed an order in the official KFC app, (order of 339.01 at 6:39pm).But I didn't receive any official Clarification from the app, and the order was not received. but we paid the full amount through google pay at 6:39pm whose detail is given with the photo attached.

                          I haven’t recived my refund of Rs 434. I paid through my google app and I get a message something with trx id and reference number. I’m unaware how to use that trx id and reference to get back my money . And it’s already been more than 24 hours I haven’t received my refund . Kindly look into this and help me out . All I want is my money back. Otherwise I would never order from here and also suggest everyone not to order from kfc ever

                            This is regarding my recent purchase from kfc kstar mall Chembur .i has purchased zinger burgers, bucket of hoT n crispy chicken and popcorn . Firstly, the payment machine was not functioning.secondly, we are regular customer of kfc . We usually buy from Kurla and Bandra outlet mostly on weekends . Today we went to kstar mall Chembur as we were close by . It was a takeaway so we couldn’t check there and then . On reaching home we found out the lettuce was rotten in the zinger burgers did the chicken was not as usual which made us impossible to eat . Coming to the hot and Crispy chicken, it was hard and had a different taste to the usual one . Finally all we could do is throw everything in the dustbin . Really disappointed!

                                Since no one responding to my earlier complaint, I am raising another complaint. This is about my online order for rs. 749 which was raised On 14 Oct 20 ...the order was never delivered and my money is also gone. Please give me my money back. The orders no was 3111.

                                  I had placed my order at 7:45pm .Till 9 pm I did not recieve my order. I was continuously calling the customer care and came to know the app was not working efficiently, therefore I was not able to view the app, the items nor track the order.
                                  And at 9:15 I recived my order through delivery, I had ordered for "ultimate savings bucket" but the order which I received missed pepsi, dips, chicken and I recieved other category of chicken.
                                  As I was not able to view wat was "ultimate saving bucket"contained on the app as the app was not working.
                                  It was too late to identify what did ultimate savings bucket contained.
                                  Therefore I was ask for refund .
