On 12th of January 2019 at 2PM I went to KFC Store and purchased Veg Ginger burger of Rs 149 with cheese and gave 500 rs Note but at present they were not having change so they asked me that after having your snacks you can collect the rest amount. As I missed to collect on same day. So i went on 14th Jan 2019 to recollect, but they denied. As I asked them to kindly go through your camera recording but they didn't and treated me in rude manner....

On 13 Jan 2019 I ordered 2 Singles pack on KFC outlet in Srinagar Airport for Rs.305.Due to late in giving my order I was about to miss my flight so I asked them to give my order quickly but still they were reluctant.Since I was in such a hurry I had to go without taking my order but payment was done in the very beginning.
I still have bill with me, so I want my payment back...

One week ago i purchased a chicken bucket from your outlet kfc when me and my friends started to eat a lady hair stuck in my mouth and i saw the said chicken piece is covered with hair and i abruptly approched to the staff reading the same they didn't paid any heed and due to which it clearly depicts that u are selling un higenic and unhealthy food in your outlets...

I have ordered from kfc bangalore (Forum Value Mall No. 62, Whitefield Main Road Bengaluru 560 066, Bengaluru) on 08.12.2018 for an amount of Rs.440 from mobile app. The order was not placed and not confirmed. However an amount of Rs.440 has been deducted from my hdfc account.
It is been over a month and still i didn't received any refund for the wrong deduction.
Please look into this issue urgently and do the needful.

The issue that i have experienced was: hi actually what you given chicken was not good tasteless and uneatable and half cooked food, its very bad quantity food, am really not satisfied, its too bad i never had this experience. Today i was brought small burger from kfc store at dr. As rao nagar location, secunderabad. I was paid for buger with extra cheese for 3 pieces. And i paid extra cost. Kfc restaurant failed to complete my online food delivery on 23rd nov for amount of 474 rs. After 2 hours of waiting we had to cancel the order and were promised refund in 14 working days but no luck and kfc helpline[protected] keeps saying they will inform store manager but no luck.

Hi team, i was regular customer at kfc, they have policy if it is not finger licking good free replacement or money back guaranteed. Why do you guys except the order where you cant deliver the order,
I got the msg order accepted then i got the msg food has been dispatched but store person calls and say we cant deliver the food to your address.

What kind of service is this.

You should tell us in prior that food cant be delivered nobody will waste their time and money.
