I had placed an order through kfc app.
The payment was successful but the order wasn't confirmed.
On complaining to local branch a mail id was given - kfcindia. [protected]@yum.com
A mail was sent with all the required screenshots and transaction id.
There has been no response from the department till now nor there is a suggestion of some other workaround for the issue like refund through counter or giving the same order free of cost.

Last time I visited kfc at janakpuri unity one mall on 23 Aug 2019 and was billed twice.I believe that it was done intentionally by the employee at the counter. I have every proof and details related to that billing amount and time.

    On 17/08/2019 i ordered 3 nos. Of classic zinger online and used google pay to make the payment of rs. 715/-. The money got deducted from the account, but got a message saying that "transaction couldn't be processed". I had to chose pay on delivery as i didn't want to try my luck with online payment again. Finally i paid rs. 715/- to the delivery boy and also no refund came back to my bank account.
    Contacted yes bank for the same and they have confirmed that the money has been credited to the beneficiary.

    On 18/08/2019, I unknowingly have made payment double payment for single transaction ( card payment and phonepe app payment) . Though manager issued me void sale receipt and assured refund within 4 days. No refund till date has been received till 26/08/2019.

      Hi. I'm very disappointed from your service, i visit. Yesterday on your kfc shop and i order... Chicken spicy burger veg burger or chicken popcorn these items, but i got the too much. Poor quality of bread of burger and everything which i order totally money and times are wasted.

      Bought a gift card worth Rs 1000 from their website twice- the payment was successful but I haven't received my gift cards.

      I have contacted the bank, and they're asking me to contact the merchant (KFC). There is no way of contacting these people. The customer care numbers listed are for delivery related orders.

        Hi team,

        I have ordered from kfc portal on 15-aug-2019 using google pay.
        Money got deducted, but order not created. Please return the money back. This is kind of stealing money without providing service. Please find the transaction details. Please correct your application also to make sure money deduct only if the order is created and to return money back in case of any issue in order creation

        Otherwise kfc can make lot of money with failed transaction. Atleast application should have minimum gurantee to return money for failed transaction. Otherwise should have proper complaining system

          This is about an employee of kfc at mumbai, ghatkopar rcity mall food court. He (Ganesh singh) was in dirty uniform couldnt even fit in to. I requested him to change my order then he litterally asked me if i am not able to see other menu and he had to answer the upper management if they cancel the order or so. I mean really? What kind of attitude is this. I replied him asking his full name and carrying my existing order. It was an insult this needs to really get to be better or else people might start look for other brands like mcd or tgif because they serve better or with smile. Kfc is overrated nowaday. I want answer on it.

          I went to the KFC many times but chicken longer never available. They give much excuses and i waited atleast half hour to get longer because my bill was printed. And rest to all they were saying no longer available. Because there is offer on chicken longer and they maybe they dont wanna work alot

            I had ordered this pack on 3rd august 2019 and there were two dips in the meal. As i opened the meal the dips were not there, i called the delivery boy immediately he said call the company, i called there they gve me this number [protected] when i called at this number the guy said i will send it and after that i called him again he never picked my call and again i called the delivery guy he said mam i don't know and disconnected my call and since then these have not taken my call. I'm also sending the bill's pic.

                I had ordered for food through kfc app and made online payment for the same through payment gateway phonepe. The transaction was done and amount of 420 was deducted from account but neither the order was placed nor i got confirmation for initiation of refund. The order was in name of sushant anand and delivery was for fun republic mall food courti have not been able to connect with kfc customer care no also. I have also provided screenshot of transaction.

                  regarding payment done but not received order neither refund

                  This is regarding the order made through kfc app for total payable amount of ₹452. I have completed the payment for the same through phonepe gateway. But later i found no sign of order in the app. I tried contacting all kfc customer service provider but no one received the call. As far now i have mailed them tried to contact them for more than 100 times but i have received no response from them....

E, 01/08/2019 experience is just exteamly bad. Today i had visited kfc malhar mega mall indore branch and i never expect that thing from kfc, food was not hygiene at all and the food taste was very very bad, what the chicken they used it was not at all fresh, the chicken wat they used was not at all hygenic, kfc is not providing nay free of cost we have paid full amount after that also we are getting very poor quality food...

                    I had ordered for chicken popcorn for my children and when the courier boy came i gave him 500 rs as the order was for 435 but the courier person said you leave 15 rs as i do ot have change and when i started asking questions he was very rude in answering. From a brand like kfc this is not expected and it looked as if courier boy wants to keep15 rs as change. It is not a matter of fact of 15 odd rs but it is about intentions of the courier person.

                    I live in 217 iind floor today blossom 1, sector 47 gurgaon and order was placed on 31st july 19 at 9:05 pm.

                    Would need your support to sensitize kfc that courier boys should be properly trained.

                      I am a continuous buyer of kfc and like the service and the quality of food they provided. But today's experience is just exteamly bad. Today i had visited kfc kolaghat digha branch with one of my friend who is very new to kfc. I never expect that thing from kfc atleast. Food was not hygiene at all and after that me and my friend vomited two times and got food infection. Its very shoking to me. After this experience i will never visit kfc if this thing happens.

                        I had placed an online order from KFC worth 541.50 INR on the 16th of July, which was canceled. But since there was no initiation of Refund till 19th of July, I called the KFC Customer Care and enquired about it. The representative advised me to drop an email to 'kfcindia.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in' with the necessary details. I did everything as advised, even attached the necessary screenshots but till now KFC support team didn't even find it worthy enough to reply back on my email. Kindly help.

                        I had ordered food on the 24th of July at around 6 pm. I never received my order. The food never came and it showed on my app as received. You guys made me wait 3 hours for nothing. On top of that when I call the customer service, I did not get any help from them whatsoever. Infact the person was completely unapologetic and did not care at all.

                              I went to kfc branch shoprix meerut yesterday, the behaviour of your counter staff was very rude and pathetic, as i am a regular customer was’nt expecting such kind of attitudes towards the customers on replacing pepsi into fresh lime. I have never ever face such kind of situation before.
                              I ordered one longer meal box and one rice meal box (5 in one) and cancelled after getting such answer.
                              (He said lene hai to aise hi melega).
                              I guess kfc have forgotten the right attitude towards customers as its only we who make your brand successful and running.
                              From today onwards i will never go to such a kind of place where you cannot give respect to your customers.

                                As it is my birthday today and my parents ordered a surprise meal for me so i wasn't aware of it but when i was cross checked by sector 20panchkula haryana's kfc i asked them whether it is prepaid or postpaid they intentionally said it was to be paid. Then i cancelled the order. Now they are saying that is not paid i have the receipt of it. Kindly initiate the refund of it. Kfc ' s team has spoilt my day. I hope you will understand my situation and do the needful asap.

                                  We placed an order (Order number 2276) around 9.50 pm ist time and made online payment of 754 inr. However the order was not delived. We did multiple followup and everytime we were i formed that it will take 10 to 15 min for order delivery. After waiting for 1 and half hour we again called and were informed the order will not be delivered.
                                  Manager avinash shirsath (Contact number [protected]) from baner store is totally unprofessional and not at all accountable for the role. We are extremely unhappy with the service. We willnever place order in future and we will suggest other not to do the same by sharing our experience in social media.

                                  Really not acceptable kfc.. Very poor service.

                                  The worst part is when we call multipletime and enquire about the order status then they told after almost 2 hour with an excuse that driver had flat tyre hence could not deliver.

                                    I have placed an order from kfc web portal on[protected]. I processed the payment through net banking. My amount got debited, but ordered was not placed. Also, i haven't received any confirmation regarding my refund. I was trying the past three days to connecting the payment gateway and kfc, i haven't received the proper response from them. "serving the consumers" is your motto means "you have to response the consumers" this is very insane. Please find the transaction code of my payments towards the order qsbi[protected]igagnlxiy6

                                    Hi, This is Vijayalakshmi I want to bring this to your kind notice that yesterday I went to KFC to have lunch I ordered zinger burger and some other things...when I am having Zinger burger I found a WORM in the burger...It was so disgusting for me so I request you to take care of things...

                                      I have ordered food in kfc india velachery chennai-600042 branch on 7-7-2019 at 9:16pm with order no:12620128. The order was successfully confirmed by kfc india and it was promised to deliver the food by 10:00pm. It was 11:00pm but the food was not delivered as mentioned.in this mean time i called the kfc velachery nearly 6 times. But still the order was not delivered even after 11:00pm.
                                      KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I'm unable find the shop in application under the city of warangal to order online I tried from both the options like delivery and take away.
