and why doesnt their customer care no, work? the process is too tardy and strenuous.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Placed same order twice on kfc app and both the times the money got deducted from google play but order wasn't placed. The ordersnwere placed today on 12 march 2019 and the the mode of payment was google pay.details have been attached. Around 800 rs have been deducted without and confirmation mail or any food

    Please be informed that, on friday 01/03/2019 i have order kfc (Order # [protected]) was not completed but the payment (Inr 839.00) from my bank account has been debited, after few seconds i have received a message that the payment will be refunded in 2-4 working days, but till today they have refunded.
    Kindly let me know when my payment will be credited.

      On[protected] placed an order through kfc app as a guest since i was using the app for the first time. However, due to air show 2019 at the time, non-veg food servicing had been stopped and hence, kfc rbd manyata tech park branch had contacted me and cancelled the order. However, they promised to refund within 72 hours for the same as not been received from kfc.

        cancelled order refund issue

        I had placed the order on kfc app as a guest checkout on[protected] as i was using the app for the first time on my iphone. Due to the air show 2019 at that time, kfc manyta tech park branch contacted me and cancelled the order saying they were not serving non-veg at that time. However, i haven't received a refund of 690.00 from them. I'm not able to get the information about the order, but i have the transaction sms for the same....

        On 23rd december i went to your kfc outlet at calangute, and was very disappointing with the service provided. I bought meals worth 884/- and together with he taxes paid inr929/-
        * i was charged for the paper bag that was given and even taxed for the same. This is the first time in the history of kfc where in a customer is charged for a carry out bag. I'm a goan from aldona, born and brought up in the gulf. I have eaten kfc since its introduction in kuwait in 1973. And from then to date never was my family or anyone that i know off has ever paid for carry out bag.
        *added to this the outlet is run by a bunch of incompetent staff and unwilling lairs.
        Reason being: since i was taxed for the bag i asked to see the supervisor, who popped up wearing a pink stripped shirt, when he realized that he could not solve the problem, he tried to walk away, that is when i asked for manager. He supervisor went in and sent out another supervisor. This second guy came out and introduced him self as the manager. When i realized that they were playing me i asked them if they take me for a fool? Finally they admitted that the night manager had left early for home, despite being on duty. I have sent this complain to usa as well but they have directed it back to you and i expect some answer's.
        *another customer who bought a sandwich for his kids was served on a service tray instead of in the service paper plate.
        * yet another customer was served a cold sandwich, which after taking a bite he asked to warm it.
        *i wish to know is this the kind of service provided to the customers by kfc???
        As for the staff involved they need to understand that customer are not fools and many o[censored]s can see the bs that is going on.
        *i want to suggest, if the kfc brand in india cannot afford a simple paper bag for their customers then they should shut down. I cant imagine if i have to pick up my sandwich or pizza on a serviette.

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: takeaway

          The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered few things for takeaway, they scammed by not giving all the products. Also they charged rs.4 for some sort of donation without asking my permission. The staff was not at all interested in taking orders and were so careless.
          It occurred on: 3/03/2019.
          This meant that i was in grief for getting scammed. Rectify such behaviour and verify the orders before you give them for takeaway.

            Disgusting, very unprofessional kfc. As they predicted to be delivered within 45 minutes, it’s over 20hrs for food to deliver and still counting and not giving response to repeated call... My child 7 yrs old is very sad

                Sector 14 gurgaon kfc causes a lot ot noise pollution during odd hours at night between 9 to 4am. It really causes discomfort in sleep or to study. It is very suspicious for this brand to be using machinery after 11pm at night even when official timings for customer service is way over. It also releases toxic fumes of burnt oil in the air such that it gets uncomfortable to even breathe in backside balcony since it is just one road separated from residential area. We have reported them several times over a month regarding this issue but they do not do anything regarding the same. They start demanding our personal details such as our house address which we do not find safe to give to them given their cheap fraud toxic and suspicious activities. It is highly malicious to use odd and loud machineres around 3-4am at night which indicates dirty activity going on. Serious action needs to be taken against them. Kfc should be legally challenged in court for such misbehavior and negligence towards the human health and environment.

                  I ordered KFC on 21/02 via KFC India app, I paid through Google Pay as I've always done, after I authorise the payment, my money got deducted and I went back to the app but the order dod not go through. The order status showed payment not done yet. Transaction id[protected]
                  Since I had to have dinner I ordered again and this time it went smoothly.. there is no way I could find to ask for a refund. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest as this is just unacceptable.

                    Hi i was charged extra for chicken zinger burger as they said mayo eggles will cost extra 20 rs for single layer and 50 for double layer.

                    I eat from kfc very often bt the zinger burger price is fixed and does include the price of mayo eggles in it.

                    I am very dissatisfied the with the staff's treachery in kfc, south city mall, kolkata, india. The staff's name is nirupama.

                    I will not suggest anyone to go to kfc now on as they charge money like beggers.

                    I want my 23.81*3 = 71.42 rs refunded or I'll file a case against KFC.

                    Price of mayo eggles-23.81 for 3 burgers worth total 71.42.

                    The staff said that I have to buy that extra in addition to the burger or else they will give only the burger without anything inside. Please resolve it quickly.

                          On 9/2/2019, i ordered something in kfc. Due to net issue, they have not received any receipt when they swiped my atm card. But the money got deducted from my account. And till today i have not received my money in the bank. So please help me.
                          In kfc orion mall, new panvel. On 9 feb 2019, i ordered two longer burger and two small sized chicken popcorn for about 198/-. I gave them my indian bank debit card. The concerned people have swiped my card but due to nerwork issue they have not received any receipt from swiping machine. But my amount got deducted from indian bank. And they said within 24 hours, i will get back the money. But i have not received my refund. So please provide me any mobile no. From kfc to contact or else refund my money.
                          Please help me soon.

                          I was ordering ultimate savings bucket yesterday, i.e., 09/02/2019 for Rs.638 and i was doing payment from phonepe to BilldeskKFC. The transaction showed succesful and the amount was deducted from my account, but KFC page showed transaction failed.
                          Will I get refund of my money?
                          I tried to place an order from kfc app on 18th February 2019, while proceeding to pay the amount through gpay, the amount Rs.221.50 has been deducted from my account but the order is not placed. I tried to contact kfc but nothing happened.

                              Yesterday i went for drive thru at ur kfc outlet at sco 100 sunny business centre chandigarh road sunny enclave kharar.. Punjab.. See d cleaniliness when i asked manager about tis he said he s unaware n he said he was so busy inside but what i saw for continuous five minutes hiding from camera he was using cell phone.. When i again asked that its really bad n such a foul smell he didnt cared about n gave such a irresponsible reply...
                              I am sending tis video as we pay a huge sum for healthy n hygenice food here if tis is d condition ag such a great n respectable international outlet then i am sorry i hav to lodge tis pics wid my bill to authorities of food n hygiene

                                Every time i went to kfc restaurant.. I wanted to drink water, but in any kfc layout they were not provided any water facility for free.in this situation, every one should buy water bottle.. Here they are doing illegal water business... I purchased aquawess water bottle cost was 50rs... For water bottle why should i pay for 50rs/1liter? Instead of auqavess water bottle sell kinley water bottle 20rs... At the same time we don't know about aquawess water bottle company... This is too bad... At the same time kfc is a big company... But they are doing such illegal and fraud business. # off kfc...

                                I have never seen these kind of pathetic service, none of the phone numbers are working nor no response from the delivery office. I have faced recent experience my pan card returned to tax office i dono why even all my address and contact details correct and FF they dont have a courtesy to call me. even i vent to their office, poor response.

                                  As i ordered wednesday special, i dint get the dips as shown in the picture of advertisement. And as customer rights i would like to take this to justice of customers court.in the picture of advertisement shown inside the kfc for their offers is not actually presented. There are four dips shown in the advertisement but not all of that are given. Gave only ketchup packets.

                                  This is two times happened with me while doing online order with KFC. Amount got deducted but order dint placed. One happened on Jan-5th and another 26th Jan.

                                  I called to customer care of KFC they gave kfcindia.[protected]@yum.com mail id to refund amount. I have shared my transaction screenshots but there is no reply from their end.

                                    I had ordered delivery from kfc westend mall, pune on january 19, 2019. I received confirmation email of the order, the delivering restaurant and the online payment made by me. [order number: 9416931]
                                    However the restaurant called and said they no longer deliver in my area so money will be refunded in one week. Its been over a week but no refund.
                                    The company does not bother to reply promptly to sent emails.
                                    Tried calling kfc complaint number [protected] twice. On both occassions got recorded message asking to hold for operator but phone just kept ringing and nobody picked.
                                    I cannot understand why it takes so long to refund money of the customer. Is this yum brands new business strategy to hold onto customers money and hope they forget about it? Seems there is no hope for even prompt refunds judging by the many complaints here..
