On 23rd december i went to your kfc outlet at calangute, and was very disappointing with the service provided. I bought meals worth 884/- and together with he taxes paid inr929/-
* i was charged for the paper bag that was given and even taxed for the same. This is the first time in the history of kfc where in a customer is charged for a carry out bag. I'm a goan from aldona, born and brought up in the gulf. I have eaten kfc since its introduction in kuwait in 1973. And from then to date never was my family or anyone that i know off has ever paid for carry out bag.
*added to this the outlet is run by a bunch of incompetent staff and unwilling lairs.
Reason being: since i was taxed for the bag i asked to see the supervisor, who popped up wearing a pink stripped shirt, when he realized that he could not solve the problem, he tried to walk away, that is when i asked for manager. He supervisor went in and sent out another supervisor. This second guy came out and introduced him self as the manager. When i realized that they were playing me i asked them if they take me for a fool? Finally they admitted that the night manager had left early for home, despite being on duty. I have sent this complain to usa as well but they have directed it back to you and i expect some answer's.
*another customer who bought a sandwich for his kids was served on a service tray instead of in the service paper plate.
* yet another customer was served a cold sandwich, which after taking a bite he asked to warm it.
*i wish to know is this the kind of service provided to the customers by kfc???
As for the staff involved they need to understand that customer are not fools and many o[censored]s can see the bs that is going on.
*i want to suggest, if the kfc brand in india cannot afford a simple paper bag for their customers then they should shut down. I cant imagine if i have to pick up my sandwich or pizza on a serviette.
KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
