Dear kfc,
I just visit today 16.11.2018 in your gandi maidan branch patna and ordered devil chiken the cost is almost 400. I clearly ask your staf how much time to ready it. They told me its take 10 min sir but the issue is i spend my half hour over there but they not give my order. Lastly i have to leave without complete my order. And also not received money.. What is this

    On 31st october i ordered online in kfc chennai and the order has been not confirmed but the money got deducted because i paid via online through google pay to yum restaurant india pvt ltd of rs. 971.98
    Upi transaction is[protected]

    I contacted to kfc customer care and they provided me a mail id for refund process.

    Even i sent the mail to sapphire foods too but did not even get a reply mail from them. Really worst service from kfc & it's already been more than 15days.

      On 29th September, 2018, around 1345 hrs I placed an order for Two+Two Pieces through KFC Website. But as soon as I finished the Online Payment process, the page showed Error and Order Page went off thus, I could not see the order details like order No. and delivering Restaurant etc. But I was astonished to see that my Standard Chartered Bank card had been charged for Rs 394.98.
      I contacted KFC Customer care, they assured me that I should wait for a couple of days for Automatic Credit of the money deducted back to my Credit Card. Since then I have been waiting for the reversal of money but of no avail.

      The Contact Number of Yum India Head Office keeps ringing without the call being answered and the Customer Care is not able to provide any solution to my woe.

      Nobody is able to tell -
      a) which Section of Yum India claims Credit card payments ?
      b) How can a payment be claimed by Yum India - parent company of KFC India, when no Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) was prepared neither the food was delivered ?

        Hi my name is laizlo i am from cochin ernakulam today i went to center square mall mg road in 5 th floor there is kfc outlet.
        I go thr and ordered 349/- bucket and i got the bill. The next thing i used to do is always do the survey and get the benefit. But this tym when i checked bill they didn’t fully mention the code below so i asked abt it. They said some answers and i dont get the point. I asked her i need do the survey. Then she took a pen and write the code and given. I told her this not fair. Pls do the need full.

        WHAT WAS THE CODE? I have 3 receipts with no code on them. Same experience as you. The cashier in my case only wrote: "K.F.C. Gardua Mall Mysore" on one of my receipts. See the picture to the right. No code, and so, no 10% off for me!

          On November 12th 2018, i had made an order in KFC, i paid the money through Paytm wallet, money has been deducted from Paytm wallet but no order has been placed. I tried it for one more time but the same thing repeated. Money from my Paytm wallet has been deducted for two orders but KFC is showing that no order has been placed. After that i placed order by choosing cash on delivery. At that time order has been placed. But the amount deducted for two orders had been not refunded.

            This incident occurred on the night of 10 nov 2018, it occurred in the kfc which is in the food court of r city mall. It occurred with my father, he was waiting in the queue to place the order, when his turn came to place his order suddenly some person cut the queue, first the staff was taking order from my father then the queue cutter started saying it, instead of behaving responsibly and sending the queue cutter back he started taking the queue cutters order and completely ignored my father who had the fair right to place his order, he just shifted to the other queue but to his utter suprise the staff responsible started shutting down that queue too. When my father protested and told the responsible staff what had happened in the previous queue.. The responsible staff just laughed and completely ignored it. Instead of taking action the staff just laughed which was more than insensitive, irresponsible and rude. Out of disgust my father just left that kfc outlet. I demand some action to be taken or at least a inquiry be initiated otherwise if this sort of behaviour is continued especially against the elderly people like my father then we will stop considering going to any kfc outlet in future. And i repeat that the least that can happen is that the staff be trained to how to behave with a customer whois like his/her father's age

              I found more than 2 pcs of non fried chicken from 5pcs bucket...I cannot believe they took more than an hour and made me to called to customer care department. Even they did not inform any delayed problem and customer care department also informed me they would check and within 10 min they would call back but they never called back me till I called back them. I cannot understand how they took more than a hour for serving such serviece and it was totally poor responded and care for customer. Delayed delivery with disappointed service and poor process...I need your fast and proper responses.

                  24 october i tried to place an order through our app. My money got deducted from my account but order got failed. From that day i am trying to call you and send so many email to kfcindia. [protected]@yum.com. But no reply. This is the transaction id: pf[protected]. This complaint is my last hope. I need my money back. As soon as possible please resolve my problem. ₹ 390 is stuck with you people.

                    I ordered something from kolkata park street kfc. I made my ordered at 1 30 and they said they will deliver it to me around 2 15. But again at 2 15 they called up to confirm weather i wanna confirm my order or not. I got so pissed. And then they said they will deliver it to me at 3 30 for sure.
                    But at last i got my delivery at 4.
                    I am very disappointed with the delivery.
                    I am your regular customer and i dont expect this kinda response from your end.

                      I went to the above stated restaurant on 3rd nov, 2018 around 7:15 pm and i placed order of 3 foods (4qty) of my choice for take away vide invoice no: ti[protected] [chk no 4721], and the order was delivered to me over the counter by around 7:35 pm telling all my orders are inside the carry bag and i carried the same to my home without verifying the same, when i reached my home i discovered one item in sl no one of the attached invoices named "popcorn lrg" was not delivered to me.

                      Subsequent efforts from me to get the delivery as went in vain and in return i have received abusive words from the restaurant people.

                        I ordered in kfc on 17th october 2018 @6.24pm actual delivery time is 30min to 1hr i waited for 1hr but there is no response from your side after that i called to kfc customer care two time they said you will get shortly... After 1.50min i got a call from delivery executive he called for address confirmation i asked him where are you now, he said i'm in kukatpally store you will get your food in 40min that means i have to wait 40min more i asked why that time for delivery he said here not only your order so many orders here i said ok np cancel the order he said ok and with in seconds i got message your order is canceled after that i called to customer care regarding the delivery boy behavior and also asked for refund he said you will wait 7 days more now its 18 days done till now i didn't get my refund,,,,, this is the way you people treating customers,,,,, actually you people give us complimentary for taking 2.30min time for delivery but you people didn't have any concern for customers taking money with in seconds but when the time to reverse it will take months

                            I visited kfc devyani international ltd. Plot no. 1 c, knowledge park, express highway, greater noida. The service person was so rude, i have been charged for the orders that didnt even placed and i asked for the bill and he told me to wait for the bill. After 5 mins he give me someone else bill. Please look after this. Please make money by fair means dont try to fool people, moreover employees seem to be involved, as no action took place when i complain about this there on spot.

                              I had recently ordered for takeaway a 10 piece bucket which was first of all not given to me in a bucket and was given in 2 separate boxes and as i was riding my bike the paper bag provided to me by them just opened up and all the pieces of chicken fell on the road. This is totally unacceptable. The packaging was so bad and the paper bag added to it.

                                I got the below SMS and an invoice attached for the order that I never placed, in the invoice I see it is for secunderabd but I live in bengaluru. When called the number 33994444they give me excuses that this is an error and they can't do anything about it, my question how did someone get my number and the bill is a dine in bill then why sent to me. This has caused lot of issues at my house. Why and how did this happen

                                There are long queues to place and order in KFC but checkout the furniture used before sitting on them. I went to KFC, DT City Center Gurgaon on 28th Oct 2018 around 2:30 pm. To my surprise the table top was kept on the legs/stand without being screwed onto it (instead i could see glue marks). It fell on my 4 year daughter's feet with a loud sound, but none of the staff of KFC were moved to extend a help, they are really insensitive. I took me some time to sooth the child and the helper boy stood there smiling. The Manager in charged at the store named Manish Bashisht and Kishan when informed about the incident, went to the back storage room to talk rather than getting to the root cause of the issue. KFC is so insensitive to customers and just busy making money. Uploading the image from the store of broken table which feel on my daughter's feet

                                  This is regarding my order no. 790324. Order date: 26/09/2018 the order went to wrong kfc outlet which couldn't make the delivery. And was later confirmed to be cancelled by the outlet on phone. But i haven't got the refund yet. After following up on the phone i was promised to get the refund and was asked to wait for 2-4 days. Now even after so much of wait of months no refund is being provided. What kind of service is this? This kind of experience is really not expected from a world renowned brand kfc. Kindly please look into this and resolve/refund me my money. Enough of wait now.

                                    We visited db mall kfc counter, take delivery of french fry along with coca but the person handling over the items doesn't closed the tip of coca properly and it fell down immediately holding the tumbler. The service people should ensure these things before handing over to the customer. It affects the ambience and give rise to customer greviences. Rest all other orders were fine.

                                      Dear kfc, i visit kfc every weak. One branch, which is located in citycentre, saltlake, kolkata. Every time i go there and order food, they cheat us and say more than what it was. Sometime they lough with eachother when we enter the store which make us humiliate, plz take action nor it will b difficult for me, my family, my friends to visit and enjoy in kfc
