Hi,

Myself, my wife and my two daughters had dinner yesterday (30th sep) at # 1/c1, kambar salai, near vavin oppsite to grand sweets, mogaippair west. The bill number was 5345 and the amount was for rs 970 around 8 p. M.

All 3 of them had severe stomach pain and vomiting today 1st oct and i had stomach pain. We had chicken popcorn, 5 piece bucket chicken and zinger burger.

Something has seriously gone wrong with the food, which created problem for all four o[censored]s. Kfc is a well renowned brand and i have had in outlets across the world and surprisingly we had such a bad experience yesterday. Both my daughters are crying out of pain after having food in one of the worlds famous food outlet the so called kfc.

What is the guarantee for people like us? Who dine out once in a while with family and consider that as a great dinner once in a month. Unforgettable experience...

What does kfc would like to explain to us? In what format?

Appreciate a quick response to avoid moving to next steps.

    I ordered food thru swiggy at 10.23 am... Now the exact time ia 11.30 and the swiggy delivery person is saying me that the restaurant is closed... The swiggy executive was there waiting at the restaurant from 10.30... Why are you accepting the orderes which canmot be delivered in a timely manner... Its such a stupidity unexpected frm a branded vendor... I[censored] cannof affort the food.. Why did u accept the order and why did u make us to wait for such long time.. If yu would have let us know we would have switched to something else right.. Now the time 11.40 pm and whr will i go in search of food

      As we all know the standard of food in kfc and the cheerful service provided by the cashier, it was very disappointing to experience bad quality of food and very unprofessional not friendly service not once but couple of times. The chicken was very dry and cold and the burger bread was just falling apart showing that it was not at all fresh. The cashier was lost in listening to other things around...

      On 28/9/2018 i had placed an order of rss 399.99 of kfc4+4 twice unknowingly. It is a pick up at rajbhavan. I intimated at store to cancel. They told they will cancel and refund my money.         I ordered on 27sep18 at 1920hr for fiery chicken bucket and gave my address a-2 sector 41 (Near police station sector 39) but they noted it as sector141 after nearly an hour that error was corrected but when the order finally came there was no fiery chicken instead was normal kfc chicken and he had no bill only the amount on his mobile
        Since any amount was same as i was told so i paid him rs 800 as cost of item plus bill but when i opened the package it was only normal 8 pieces of normal chicken
        I am your customer since 2000 when you started at bangalore since that we have patronize you in india and overseas.

          I have made a txn of 395/- amount on 13th sep through upi from my account. The payment was successful from my end but the order was unsuccessful from kfc end.. But till now kfc has not initiated any refund from their end.. And most frustrating thing i am not able to to find any such contact number that leads to directly conversation with kfc customer care. Also i have registered 2-3 complaints through online from kfc website but not even one response..
          I admit it that kfc service is too good. But this time i am not satisfied with the service.

          Could you please look into this and proceed the refund as every single penny is important.

            This is the message i sent to kfc:

            Hi guys, i am a big fan of kfc and i want to bring the unwanted activity carried out at few kfc outlets to your notice, this is the incident happend on 31st august 2018 in kfc outlet at p&m mall in jamshedpur, india. I ordered for kfc krusher lime soda whose cost after gst was 39 rupees but they charged me 44 rupees. Then i asked them why have u added 5rs extra in the bill. To my question the lady on the desk replied that it's for charity and it gets added automatically. As i have been to kfc outlets in many parts of india and world and i know very well that she is misleading the customer so i politely asked for the refund of 5 rs to which she replied that it is not refundable then i thought why to waste time for 5rs, later i saw after me 5 more customers paid 5 rupees unknowingly and the customers is jamshedpur are innocent and they have faith in kfc that it won't overcharge them so those people least care of checking the bill or caring about the extra 5 rs they are paying. So if you accumulate 5rs per head per customer its in lakhs or crores. So, it annoyed me. I met the manager at that particular outlet and reported him about the incident, and firstly he was like why i am raising my voice for 5rs. But i told it's a matter of lakhs and crores of rupees which people are paying without being made aware of. So i asked for refund and he gave me back my 5rs. I raised my voice so i got that amount back. Is it not the duty of you guys to first ask the customer if he/she is willing to pay for charity and then add the charity amount?
            I made a video on the same incident, and i thought of putting it up in social media channels but i believe it's unethical to take such step without making you all aware about it. The manager in that kfc outlet pleaded guilty and has requested me not to upload this video in social media neither i should inform it to kfc management and he promised that from here onwards they will ask and then add the donation amount but last week i just got information from one of our friend that the trend is still on. So, i just don't want to defame you guys. I just request you to take some affective steps against such things because this happened with me earlier in a pune outlet for which i have no proof. I just want that customers should be asked if they want to donate extra amount on top of taxes.

              I have ordered kfc 5in 1 chicken box from janakpuri west metro station kfc outlet the transaction of rs 220 was successfully transferred to kfc from my phone account no [protected] transcation i'd c1809221123494411594661 but the representative at the outlet said the payment of rs 220 was not credited to kfc so i have to repay the same amount from paytm i have talked to phonepe regarding this and they said talk to merchant for further clarification. Please refund my amount

                  On 10.9.18 i had placed an online order in kfc and don’t have idea why they had cancelled the order and its more that 2 weeks and still they had not refunded the amount which is deducted from my account. Also we had called them many time but the response from customer care and store is very venerable as they are not having any details regarding the refund.

                    Visited #velachery #kfc at the behest of my child after quite some time (Invoice no. Ti[protected] dtd. 24/09/2018) bad experience.

                    Only one counter was operative.in ordering queue, i had a crowd of teenagers who changed their order twice by leaving the queue. The lady at the counter, laxmi priya, kept me waiting till they finalised the order. Now comes the worst part, while taking delivery of the food (It's self-service),...

                    On 29.6.18 i had placed an online order of 2 smoky rice bowl in kfc patel nagar, delhi of rs 364.99 through net banking. The order got cancelled from their side due to unavailability of rice bowl. I called them many times regarding this but still the issue is not resolved. Its been almost 3months and now they are saying they don't have any record of this much old order.
                    Please look into this matter and make them refund my money asap.

                        I was ordered some food through kfc app and branch name is kfc faridabad - india and does payment through paytm wallet the transaction was successful and money was deducted in my paytm wallet but in the kfc app it showed that order not proceed. I had contact to paytm regarding the same issue they told me that at there end all is fine and the transaction is successful please contact the kfc merchant and then i was contacted to kfc outlet/customer care and they told me that this is not our issues and again contact to paytm. T his time paytm care told me that please request to kfc that please drop me a mail regarding the transaction id that you have not got any order/pay from this and them we handle this from our end. When i was trying to contact the branch manager he denies to drop me any mail and then he told me to provide me with the paytm response and transaction deduction receipt and send me his whatsapp no-+91-[protected] again after providing the details he told me that you will get your refund within 7 days in your paytm account but no refund return in my account. I was trying to contact him by today but he was not picking my phone at all. I have attached to payment receipt and paytm response.

                        I want to say that this is not the way you do your business and treat with your customers.

                        Please provide me assistance asap.

                          Few days back i visited kfc korum mall... I ordered chicken popcorn & paid the amount then my friend called me & said bring fries also then i told mangager who is taking order yes manager was taking order at that time i told him to give fries he said give me order at one time dont ordrr again & again i said what is issue if i give ordrr once first is copleted but he said u can not give agaun & again order... I dont understand if i m paying for all orders then why he was not accepting then he started abusing me he use very bad words which i cannot write then one of staff came there & said we will take action but when today i visited there 19th sept he is still staring at me in anger why action is not taken... If multiple orders are crime then tell me i will not visit kfc

                              Order reference #: 7791048. I have ordered big 8, pepsi through kfc online. Chicken was delivered on time to my address. The received chicken was completely spoiled. I immediately called to kfc customer care. They arranged the call back from yum store manager after 1hr after i raised complaint i disposed that chicken. After 1 hr store manager called me asking to send the pic of the chicken which is disposed. Please launch a complaint against them and penalize them very badly. I will help in this all the way till they get punished.

                                I ordered food from kfc, after waiting for around 2 hours i received a call from the store that kfc has forwarded my order to store far away from my location hence they cant deliver me and my order should be transferred to a store near my location.

                                I said okey!! Then that store manager asked me to visit an address (Nearby kfc store from my location) and discuss this issue so that they could give me that order in this store. I went their but here also they refused to give order by telling that my payment has been done to earlier store, unless they tranfer that money to this store - i cant receive my order!!

                                My guest were waiting for me, so i placed new order and paid them via card. They promised that my earlier payment will be refunded, now its been around 4 month and didnt receive my refund!!!

                                I need my refund with compensation.

                                  Hello this is the second time i am writing this online complaint, the finger licking isn't good, i had bad experience with electronic city kfc last year and now this is from sony world kfc. Your customer services are the worst cause you guys don't even think you should improve based on feedbacks... I had ordered a zinger box meal and singer through my friend except for the hot wings rest of them are half cooked.. Here is the video i have take ok the burger.

                                    On 11th night around 10 o clock i ordered

                                    1) i ordered 1 zinger burger and zinger burger meal but the person who took my order was in absence of mind, concentrating so many other work and he gave a bill for 1 zinger burger, frech fries and coke separately. So i had to buy another burger separately for his mistake.

                                    2) that particular night cruncy burger wasn't available. Its pathetic to see that busy mumbai airport kfc food counter doesn't have the most demanding products.

                                    3) when he gave me my order, frech fries were soggy and not crisp, we pay money and we get these useless and tasteless item as our food. I seriously wonder the standard of kfc india. When i asked him he argues, this is not the way you treat your customer.

                                    4) there were only 3 people in the whole store. 1 on the billing, one on kitchen and other one who was serving. Imagine the crowd we have at mumbai airport but there were so much of delay and customers weren't treated well. Mr pranav was there in the billing counter

                                    Ordered online at 11:16 PM on 1-Aug-18. Got a call from the store saying they close at 11 and that the amount would get refunded.

                                    Spoke to customer care 6 times and to their manager once. They keep saying the same nonsense but they've held on to my amount for a month and a half now.
