This mail is regarding a KFC order. Order No.[protected].

This order was placed mistakenly and paid using credit card via online payment. The order was cancelled immediately. No delivery was done.

When contacted the KFC customer care, the attendant responded and told me to mail the concern to this mail address.

Please consider this as a complaint/request mail and process the refund Rs.1324.29 as soon as possible.

    Whenever i try to order chick and share bucket from ur cart (Ansal plaza, ludhiana)
    I am unable to place the order
    I even tried different combinations and found out that chick and share bucket was the only reason which was causing problems during my order

    Whenever i add chick
    And share bucket in the cart the order doesnt gets placed and i always have to place order through phone

    Plz solve this bug in ur app asap

    Hi.
    I had made an order from the kfc app as a guest of mingled bucket and a chicken rice bowl with Pepsi .I did my payment with my debit card and amount has been deducted but the order was not processed .i have the message sent from my bank .i need a refund .

      I have ordered three 5 in 1 rice box through kfc app and paid through online payment method. The amount should have deducted is approximately 700/-. But the amount actually got deducted is 940.16/- and the bill is different is also different which i got from the delivery boy.

        I had been charged 344 rupees twice on my debit card on 7 may 2018.
        I had ordered a single meal for 344 but when i look at my bank statement it shows that 344 had been deducted twice this is really ridiculous. I thought it will be refunded back but niw its been completely two months n no refunds have been done.
        I had ordered it in the kfc store at z square mall kanpur.

          I ordered from online application on 25 july 2018 and after ordering, delivery boy called and said i will be coming to nearby location named as damoria pul and from damoria pul my house is just 2 mins away but he denied to deliver at house so why kfc is taking delivery charges if delivery cannot be done to home and after asking delivery boy, he says that we deliver to some distance only

          But my question is why u people dont tell prior about this information???

          In every online ordering application, they deny to deliver while filling address if there are such rules but in this experience, nothing was denied by the application but was denied by the delivery boy, i am disappointed with the service.. Will not use online application again.. Going to uninstall and will not recommend this to other friends

          For my order they wrongly swiped amount rs.6674 instead of rs.674 but the manager is telling me he going to void that transaction but still I didn't get my refund over two weeks.. how can it resolve???

            Worst service. The refund was promised to be credited in 2 days in my account but it has been 4-5 days and still not even a single penny has been refunded. Rotten chicken was delivered to me. Very disappointed order reference #: 7040445 none of their customer number is reachable, they bluff innocent people. Never will order from them again. Worst experience!!!

              This is with regarding the below transaction daten on 13-4-18 which was unsuccessful. I tried to place an order online, but that order was not processed but money got deducted from my account.

              When i contacted kfc via phone on the same day regarding this transaction through it was mentioned by customer care personnel that the money will get reverted in few days, but it hasn't been done till now. From the bank end the transaction has been processed successfully from my card account but order was not placed on that day. Could you help on us reverting the money back. Attached the screen shot of my card for the same.

              Also attached the bank mail communication which was reported that money got deducted from me and which they have stated that the amount has been deducted from my end to their bank and asked me to show as the proof.
              I have mailed kfc customer but till now there is no response even after multiple reminders.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaway

                The issue that I have experienced was: i ordered many times before and they derliverd it as well now, my location is 3.5 km away from kfc cp outer circle delhi store.
                i work in rashtrapati bhawan, from last two times they cancelled my order which made me feel so embarrass in front of collegues. every single time they took more than 2 hours to cancel my order and the central customer care number does not help me to resolve my problem they transfer to store and even the manager never knows what is happening in their store when i asked them they say we does not know that our delievery boy is denying for delivery .

                It occurred on: 18/07/2018 and on 11/07/2018

                an appology and strict them to serve better facility to the costumer and make changes to the central customer care if they dont know that the store does not take order to this address why they take order and if this cp outer circle store never takes the order from this address please force them to take order on this address and do something to compensate my problem. i hope you can check my data on your system and can hear the recordings if you do so.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  Hi.
                  It's reshav from howrah. West Bengal. India.
                  It's a everyday story in the kfc in Avani (riverside) mall in kolkata.
                  I'm a regular customer of kfc but never ever witnessed such a kind of behaviour from any kfc in the world. I always search for KFC where ever 1 go for work.
                  The employees are carrying a very rude attitude asif they didn't care for any unhappy customer.

                  The use to put the "Move to the next counter " board in 2 counters and forcibly try to send everybody to a single counter so the line use to get longer. Everyone has to wait a lont to order food. I went to a counter where there was no board for moving to next counter they told me that sir please come to this line which was at least 13 people long. I denied as there was no board they told me to go home sir no need to eat. I told them I'll do complain against you they didn't care and told me to do whatever I want. And the manager in the pink and red shirt told me that they have the order to open only one counter all the time. Opening the 2nd counter is their choice.

                    I bought triple treat from KFC kundali the smooky grilled was over heated and the quantity is less and I have get food poisoning also so that last night I fell so much pain and am not be able to purchase it again and I am the big fan of KFC before I not purchase the triple treat from KFC reausturent kundli sonepat Haryana but they takes 45 min in delivery and food is also over heated

                      My friend and i went to KFC n placed an order for Smoky Grilled chicken & Crispy Chicken n on the display it was shown that 2 leg piece costs Rs 110. So we thought the cost of the item is Rs 110. but they charged us Rs 180 and gave us the bill. On being asked they are giving an explanation that it is just an Add On . An add on to the burger whereas in the pamplet it was no where mentioned. It was purely an advertisement to attract customers, cheat them and deceive the customers and then not even cancel the order. Pathetic way of marketing!!

                        I was trying to order through the official KFC app on 17/07/2018. After payment there was an error with the app and displaying "contact customer care".
                        The payment for the order is detucted from by bank account and the order was not even placed. I contacted the kfc customer care but there was no response.

                          I was been to new bel road, bengaluru kfc with my 4 freinds. I ordered Wednesday special with 2 regular pepsi and 2 french fries costing me almost 1000 INR . However first Mr. Murli, manager of store given me the wrong order, pepsi was not chilled, meal was cold, and behaviour of the manager was too arrogant. I use to go with my friends weekly or bi weekly because KFC I likes more like anything, but in my whole life first time I met with a fully arrogant man who even don't know how to deal with customer. I have been to many KFC shops in india but nowhere I felt like what I felt in KFC, New Bel Road, Bengaluru.
                          I hope KFC Team will understand the case and do the needful.

                            Was at International Airport Mumbai and ordered for cheesy crunch burger meal with extra cheese. Intially it was served without cheese and when informed the same was replaced but with cold patty i side it. Inv No. DAS11180368 ORD NO.[protected]. STAFF NAME as SADDAM AND YASMIN. Even vada pav stall vendor know what to serve to their customer but KFC is like selling and dnt even know how to serve their meal. Train your staff or start selling vada pav we will not complain.

                              Dear KFC,

                              As the order placed through zomato and the confirmation also received on my number with order number itself by Kfc Rohini . But order was not delivered.

                              After so many conversation with Kfc customer care, they stated that order is confirmed and it will be delivered in next 10-15 minutes.

                              And there is no updation on zomato app for order cancellation. Because they didn’t cancel the order at their end.

                              This complaint is against KFC Rohini Delhi branch.

                              Please solve the query as my money deducted. And I didn’t get the refund.

                                I've been humiliated today by the KFC staff at Lake city mall, Udaipur. My order worth Rupees four hundred and eighty was first delayed. Then I was told that my order cannot be processed as the machine had broken. When I asked for a refund, I was denied saying card payment cannot be refunded and you must take something else. When I told them that I don't want something else, they said that refund cannot be done.
                                What is this nonsense? Is it KFC ya LOOTNE KI DUKAAN? I have returned without my money or food from the daylight robbery.
                                Return my money soon or else I'll be forced to go to higher authorities.

                                    This is regarding cheating by Mr. Kuldeep ( kfc Leela bhawan, patiala). As we requested to provide us with keel pieces in hot n crispy, the mentioned above cheated us n gave us worst pieces even after we confirmed. Moreover he misbehaved and argued on our complaint .His attitude even after his mistake was not appreciable at all.
                                    We gave extra rs.75 for dynamite sauces but we didn’t get a bill for extra payment of sauces. It’s been really disappointing on the service n management part.
                                    We won’t ever visit kfc again.

                                      My order is not received even it was paid by online.This is ever worst experience in life by KFC.Please cancel the order and refund back.No one respond properly from KFC.The respective staff is simply cheated me by phone that it will be delivered soon and so and so.But I was awaited more than 5 hours for the same order still I did not received the order.So request to please cancel it and refund me back soon
