KFC India — Complaint regarding non-delivered order(k[protected] and unresolved refund KFC Hyderabad (Raidurgam branch)

Dear KFC Support Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I experienced at KFC Hyderabad (Raidurgam branch).

I placed an order((k[protected] through the KFC app at 1:30 PM IST on 24 April 2026. Even after more than one hour, the food was not delivered. I then contacted the support team and requested cancellation of the order. The team cancelled the order, raised a ticket, and informed me that the refund would be processed within 5–7 business days.

However, the KFC app is still showing the status as “Your order will be delivered soon, ” which is confusing and concerning.

I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest and ensure that the order status is updated correctly and the refund is processed as promised.
