[Resolved]  KFC India — Money deducted but order is yet to placed

Hi,
we ordered food worth of rs 494 on 21.08.2025, and paid it via upi (phone pay) payment, the money was debited from my account, but due to some technical issue the payment was not showing in the application. we check once our order, app is showing us to pay again. we have call to help line number, they are not even responding to our call.
Please check and provide refund immediately.
