I have Order food in KFC on 18th July 2025, scheduled order for 17 Hrs on 18th, 2025. I have made 3 Orders at the same time, received only one order i. e. K[protected] as per the schedule but other 2 Orders K[protected], K[protected] were not delivered.
I have made multiple follow up with the restaurant, they responded that the orders were handed over to delivery but they were not delivered not made any call to the customer.
Again followed up with restaurant, they contacted delivery agents and the response from delivery agents were not good. They are far away from the location and they will not come back.
Restaurant management was saying it is not a mistake from their side. Delivery agents were asking the customer numbers if possible to deliver, they will call with their availability or possibility.
I spent almost 4 to 5 hrs to follow up with all these people but nothing happened. I called KFC customer service number +91 [protected] and the 1st time response was that they will inform the restaurant and they will get back, nothing happened. I tried to contact again 3 times, agent receives the call and told checking details and the call will get disconnected. I have contacted restaurant finding the contact details on the google and the response as above.
Please process the refund for the Orders K[protected], K[protected] which are not delivered. I think you made my Friday as Fried day. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
